Hey, welcome back to another video where I'll be covering my story and my seven steps to success,

I'm doing this because over the last few years I've had many people ask me the same questions over and

over again and wanted to know more about my personal mindset to achieve the same success I have.

So here's a bit about myself.

I was born in Antwerp and grew up in Belgium.

I've always wanted to graduate from law school since I remember after finishing high school, I got

accepted to one of the highest ranking universities in Europe.

So what happened next was I start to live alone without any support from my family.

I needed to provide for my food and rent, meaning I had to figure out how to make money.

So this is kind of how I started this whole entrepreneurship thing without knowing it was called entrepreneurship.

I ended up having at some point seven or eight part time jobs while studying at the same time.

So obviously this situation started to burden me out.

I had to figure out a way to make the same money I was doing with all of these jobs within way fewer

hours.

I always had this mentality that you always have to invest time or resources to see an exponential 10x

return.

At this point, I was investing way too many hours and I couldn't do more, which is why I decided to

invest in some resources.

This is my first step to success.

Always be willing to invest with your time or resources to achieve exponential growth.

I think spending about 10 to 20 percent of your time or money is a good amount to invest in something

you need to see growth.

This investment led me to join this community where I found a mentor who taught me how to build a business.

At the start, I had no idea about a viable business that would allow me to make the same amount of

money as all the jobs I had without the stress.

So I kept asking my mentor what to do.

By the way, I will explain the idea generation face in the next video anyways.

Take the advice of your mentors really serious because they've already been there.

It can save you a lot of time and resources along the way.

You have to make mistakes and learn from them.

But some mistakes don't contribute anything to your journey and are better avoided.

Of course, my mentor gave me a lot of practical lessons, such as not being jealous and not comparing

yourself to others.

But the biggest lesson that I learned was to not stairstep your goals.

I realized how important that is every single day.

If you want to grow big or you want to have something big, don't start small, just go big right away.

This also goes hand-in-hand with dreaming big.

If you're not a big dreamer, you will just limit yourself from a lot of opportunities you never imagined

possible.

So what I want you to know is that my entire team and I believe in you, I'm telling you, dream big.

Don't feel like you're not good enough because else you will.

I dream so big that my first corporate client in just a few months was Coca-Cola.

I used this as social proof to attract other corporates.

And in less than a year I was suddenly known by some of the most respected agencies in the country.

This opened up many doors at an extremely young age.

I will tell you the story of Coca-Cola in detail later in the course and how you can achieve this,

too.

So first, to dream big and immediately set your goals high has been the most important step to my success.

The next step is figuring out your why, no matter what you're doing, like starting a business, take

a step back and think about why you're doing what you're doing.

I realized that it's not just about passion.

It's not just about making money with my business.

It's about creating a vehicle that allows me to pursue my personal development and grow with how my

life experiences and personality shaped me.

You have to be super clear about this because as you start building teams, having no clarity around

this can affect them and with that, your growth.

So my wife in the beginning was to inspire freedom in myself so that I could follow my passions and

become the best I could be.

And as I started growing and sharing my successes with people in my team, I realized that my wife had

changed into inspiring freedom in others so that they can follow their passions and become the best

they can be.

And that includes, by extension, you as in some way I see you being part of my team and community.

I hope you can use this as an example to figure out you're clear why as well.

Another step I figured out is that I had to set my core values for myself so that I could attract the

same people and align it to my entire company.

For me, their honesty, loyalty and curiosity.

It sounds so simple, but it took four years to figure and flesh them out in three easy words and what

I exactly mean with them.

And every once in a while you need to rediscover and reflect all over again.

For me, they came as a solution to the frustrations I had in life.

They made sure I wouldn't get frustrated with what I do or what people around me do again.

And that all ties into my why.

If those three core values are not there, I will have trouble teaching the people around me to become

the best they can be, as well as having trouble in how to have freedom or how to make sure that they're

happy with what they do.

After all these steps really became clear.

My business really started taking off.

I started attracting clients with similar values who became my biggest ambassadors.

Once I graduated, I realized I had the.

Freedom to pursue this business, and suddenly I was free to pursue all the offers I was turning down

because of exams, honestly, I chose entrepreneurship over law because it allowed me to accomplish

my why.

And he just fits all my core values much better than a law.

It wasn't because of being an entrepreneur itself or the money I was earning, but because I could go

to bed and sleep well with knowing what I had done that day and how it contributed to my why and core

values.

So this is it, my steps to the success I have now to quickly recap it all.

Invest in yourself, get a mentor, don't stairstep your goals, discover your wife, have an idea that

would allow you to follow your wife, set your core values, and lastly, go with the flow of entrepreneurship.

The order of these steps can change here and there.

Or they may be different steps for each person.

But for me, this is what really made me figure it all out after this video.
