the Four Heavenly Kings,

modified the dish by adding
sambal chilli and beaten eggs.

The Heavenly Kings are

the fathers of Cantonese

The dish was traditionally

but is now usually served with fried buns.

When dipped into the sauce,

the sweet, crispy dough
complements the dish perfectly!

I always order extra steam buns

and mop up all the delicious sauce!
