CNN showed how this software
couldn't match up

a correspondent's photo
with his driver's license.

The technology is new,
but that doesn't mean it's unreliable.

In our case, it identified the right person

who then confessed to being at the scene
on the night of the murder.

And admission made after the police
broke evidentiary procedure

by using technology unapproved
