I am a documentary filmmaker.

For the past few years,
I've been investigating

the paranormal with Zak Bagans
and the "Ghost Adventures" crew.

to choose this next destination,

and I brought the guys
down here to Texas.

We are going to a foreboding
and forgotten hospital.

This hospital is the most
haunted location

in southeast, Texas.

There have been 2,000 people
that have passed away

during its 30-year operation.

There's a unique variety
of spirits here --

the hospital's resident priest,
the nuns who ran the facility,

and reportedly,
a demon in the chapel.

There have been reports
of shadow figures,

violent pushing, touching
and even possession.

The caretaker was possessed
earlier this year.

She spoke in tongues,
screamed at the touch of water

and even spewed bile.

In the basement, people report
seeing black mist,

experience extreme
temperature fluctuations

and have an eerie feeling
of being watched.

I chose this location
for a handful of reasons,

but one being just
my fascination and interest

in the medical field.

When I'm not on the road
with the guys,

I'm a full-time
optometry student.

So I'm hoping
that my experiences

in the medical field

will help me to connect
to this location a little more.

in the remote outpost
of Yorktown, Texas,

looms the ominous and forgotten
Yorktown Memorial Hospital.

Built by the Felician
Sisters in 1950,

this 30,000-square-foot
structure

was the only medical facility
outside of San Antonio, Texas."

I know a lot of people
want this place condemned.

They want it destroyed
because Yorktown

is supposed to be
a nice little town,

but it is part of Yorktown
whether you like it or not.

"Allegations of fatal
neglect, malpractice,

and even murder
plagued the hospital

throughout its 30 years
in operation.

It's estimated that nearly
2,000 people

passed away at the hospital."

To think that that many people
died here is incredible.

It's the whole population
of Yorktown.

2,000 deaths in 30 years?

That's insane.

That's probably
the most deaths per year

out of any location
we've ever been to.

"Finally, in 1988,

the hospital doors
were shut for good,

though it seems
that not all the patients

may have been
discharged."

I know this building is haunted.

There's spirits here, for sure.

It's almost like they're wanting
to make contact.

In the nun's quarters
in the hallway,

I thought I heard two kids

That is straight out
of a horror movie.

Seriously.

That's another thing
that's different

about this location.

I will literally **** my pants

if I see nuns, like, no joke.

The one room that I definitely

would not want
to spend the night in

or even really care to go in
anymore is the basement.

"The basement is one of
the most active areas.

Those who enter feel
off-balance,

become ill and feel

like eyes are following
their every move."

I would get sick.

I would get chills,
sweating sometimes.

I started losing my breath.

It's real hard to explain,

but I felt like
I was being watched.

"Also in the basement
is the priest quarters,

known to be hot spot
of activity.

People have seen shadow figures,

an unexplainable black mist

and have captured
aggressive EVPs."

Then the basement,
they ran around me in circles.

I had one friend with me

I think these walls have seen
quite a bit of death.

This is my favorite room,

two murder and a suicide.

It was a lover's quarrel.

"A nurse's boyfriend

and immediately flew
into a jealous rage."

Rumors was, he had a knife
and stabbed her,

stabbed the lover
and then stabbed himself.

"The blood splatter on the walls

is still there to this day."

I have known about this
for a long time.

It's messed up

The chapel in this hospital
is full of spirits.

What we're experiencing here
is demons.

and I just looked demonic.

She's on her back, and it looked
like she's being dragged,

I was horrified to see her

is probably the most intense,

the most scary.

when we were down there,

the most intelligent EVPs

we've ever gotten,
a full sentence.

This is where a double
murder happened

when this was
a drug rehab facility.

Earlier when we were
down there as a group,

we heard what sounded like
something running at us.

which is said to be
haunted by a demon.

one time

because it wasn't there

And lastly, we have the nun
quarters on the second floor.

We didn't have anything
happen up there yet,

but that doesn't mean
that it's not bad.

Many people have been here
to the hospital

and the second floor
of nun's quarters

is where they had
the most activity.

It's just tonight, so far,
wasn't our most active.

Tanner is gonna write out
the four scariest locations

on a piece of paper.

We're gonna draw it out of hat,

and that's where you go sleep
for the rest of the night.

It's a weird room
because it's a chapel.

It's supposed to be something
that brings you peace,

but however, for some reason,

this place is known to be
very, very dark and heavy.

So right now, I am in
my sleeping arrangement

on the second floor
in the nun's quarters.

I have a REM pod set up down
the hall,

about 15 feet in front of me.

So if anything comes close
to that light right there

on the ground,
it'll beep and go off.

This is the one part
I never look forward to.

This is always a challenge.

I'm literally in the priest room

It has literally not gone off

going to this location,

my biggest fear would be fear
of the paranormal,

the fear of the unknown.

But truly, the fear of something

surpassed that.

that we actually thought

that someone was in
the building with us,

but I think Chelsea
did a great job.

I mean, she picked the short
straw in every facet of tonight.

I was so scared,

It was almost numbing.

usually the one to ground us

and keep us in check
and keep Dakota in check.

But it turns out, she's just
as dark and twisted as he is

because that place was no joke.

I am so glad to be
leaving that hospital.

That small building
packed a huge punch.

That place scared me more
than I thought it would.

Honestly, not having
total control on this one

made me feel
a little vulnerable.

I'm not mad about it, though.

I'm definitely excited
that we did this,

and I think if we ever
did another road trip,

I would love to have Chelsea
pick another location

because she has
some wicked taste.

You know, in life,
there's a lot of things

that I like to be
in control over,

but I can safely say
that this is one type of thing

that I am totally fine
not being in control over.

Tanner is picking
the next location,

and it is anything like

what Chelsea picked,
it's gonna be tough.

There's certain haunted spots
I just don't like to go to,

and knowing Tanner,
he probably picked one of those.

Chelsea brought it,
but my goal is to do the same.

I don't want to be the guy
who picked a location

that's not scary,

so I definitely
am picking a horrible spot

that's gonna scare
the living hell

out of all of us.
