Recently, I had a UFO sighting in the desert

Last year, I had this crazy experience

that happened to me in Joshua Tree.

MAN: Oh. This is the real thing.

DEMI: I'm still not really sure what happened that night.

Everything changed for me.

And I wanted to explore that.

Kesha is a friend of mine.

And she has been very interested

in UFOs and ETs.

So I wanted to share my experience with her

on her podcast.

We saw this really, really bright light.

First of all, this blue orb kept float...

KESHA: Oh my God, beautiful.

DEMI: ...it kept floating in front of us,

like, 20, 30 feet away.

And then when I would try to walk up to it,

it would just hop another 20, 30 feet back.

As crazy as the UFO sighting was,

it didn't end there.

I was in my room that night.

And these beings are just, like,

do you wanna come back to our planet?

And I'm, like, hell yeah.

So like I'm sucked out of my room,

and I'm floating over the planet.

Then I woke up and that's all I remember.

And so I don't know if it was just a really intense dream.

-[KESHA LAUGHS] -I don't know what to call it.

I don't know what it was. And so I,

I say that it was an astral projection.

But it--maybe I actually did, like, go somewhere.

DEMI: Could ET visitations be a good thing somehow?

I feel they're here to help save our planet.

I understand most people don't believe that,

including my best friend Matthew Scott.

MATTHEW: To me, from someone who hasn't had any experience

like that at all, it just sounds like

...and it happened to be just a really vivid one.

It wasn't a dream.

So I wanna take him and my sister, Dallas,

on a research trip to discover all about

so-called alien abductions

and to convince Matthew and Dallas

that the phenomenon is real.

that may have to do with abductions.

Not only did people see things here,

but there have been multiple occasions

of alien abductions occurring.

Somewhere around here, there's a cabin,

the spot that these actual abductions are taking place.

We wanna find the cabin,

trying to see if there's maybe anything anomalous here

that we maybe can find some evidence

that people were actually taken.

DEMI: Anytime that I'm able to meet somebody

who's a part of the ufology world...

DEMI: ...there is a mutual respect for one another

and also kind of like a sense of community

because it's very easy to feel outcasted in this world

when you believe in things like ETs and UFOs.

because not only do people see things here,

there have been multiple occasions of alien abductions.

You made contact?

DALLAS: I made contact with a tree.

Somewhere around here, there's a cabin

where the alien abductions happened.

We wanna know why this area

-is getting so much attention. -MATTHEW: Oh.

DEMI: Can you tell us more about the abduction case?

EMMETT: Absolutely.

So we've got actually a same sex couple.

This is in March 3rd, 1953

they're named Sarah and Jen.

Dead asleep in their cabin.

Okay. 2:00 AM,

blue light outside.

It illuminates the entirety of the cabin.

So much so it wakes them up.

So they get up

and they walk over to the window.

All of a sudden, Jen is standing there

and she can't breathe.

And she looks over at Sarah.

Sarah is on the other side of the room on the bed

and two hours had gone by.

To make things even more weird,

the animals, they didn't know what to do.

They were shocked. They were acting strange.

[BARKING]

They were so fearful

that two hours had suddenly passed,

they grabbed their animals,

they ran out to the shed, they got in the car

and they tried to get the hell out there.

Wow.

MATTHEW: Wait. The--so if there's, like,

the missing time

and they don't remember what happened,

how did they know that they were abducted?

Most people that are abducted go through

regressive hypnotherapy

or essentially get in a relaxed state

and they help you recall these sorts of memories.

Now here's the thing is Sarah was under some sort of

like telepathic control of these beings,

whereas Jen was fighting them,

she did not wanna have anything to do with it,

until there was a moment that, like, peace settled

over the group, just peace.

And they were lifted up into sort of a Saturn-shaped UFO

into the sky

where there were some medical experiments took place

onboard the ship.

Then they were returned to the cabin

and told to forget about the whole thing.

But they didn't forget?

They were--through the regressive hypnotherapy,

they remembered all of that.

Right. They brought it right back.

DEMI: Wow.

MATTHEW: And the cabin was here where we are right now?

EMMETT: Right where we're standing.

Actually, I have chills right now just thinking

there might have been an abduction right here.

Wow.

So there's definitely some sort of energy going on here.

Really weird energy.

if there's anything weird in the sky.

Sometimes it's the International Space Station.

I think the key to doing this work is being open.

It is very humbling because I just feel like

a little speck of life in the universe.

EMMETT: You can see more stars on this

-than you can in real life. -DEMI: In the sky. Yeah.

MATTHEW: There's so many. One, two, three, four, five,

There's almost so many that you can't--

DALLAS: Why does it look long?

But it's bright like a star.

No, literally like that energy.

Like, it's one thing to see it

or think that you've seen something?

This is completely different.

EMMETT: It's emotional, is what it is.

That's why we do this.

DALLAS: It's the most incredible,

scary feeling

to have confirmation that this is real.

But you really need to actually speak to abductees

one to one so you can really feel what they're saying.

I am now going to meet with Geraldine

who is a contactee

and has had a lot of experiences.

So I'm really excited to hear what she has to say

in order to maybe piece some of the puzzle pieces together

of what happened to me.

GERALDINE: We are not alone in the universe.

I used to be one of those people.

I used to completely laugh at even the notion

of talking about ETs or little green men.

But when it happens to you,

you really begin to question your existence

and why we're here.

I was an event planner.

I had a very high-end event planning company for 12 years,

and I was engaged.

But it was difficult for him to accept

all of these powerful experiences.

It came to a point where we had to just part ways

because I realized that there is something

very important about this topic

that needs to be talked about.

It goes beyond myself.

I'm just so excited to hear your story.

Thank you. First of all, an alien abduction,

it's an inter-dimensional contact.

It's been an incredibly life-changing experience.

-Uh-hmm. -Uh-hmm.

Can I hear a bit about it?

GERALDINE: Yes, of course.

My very first experience happened when I was,

uh, five years old in my bedroom playing

and, uh, a very brilliant bright light came into the room

through the railings of my window.

I had missing time from that

about 8:00 PM to about 11:00 PM in the--in the night.

DALLAS: Uh-hmm.

[EERIE MUSIC]

So we've got actually a same sex couple.

They're named Sarah and Jen.

All of a sudden, Jen is standing there

and she can't breathe and two hours have gone by.

Then I had another major experience at the age of 16.

I became pregnant without being, uh, sexually active.

And when I went to the doctor,

the doctor found that I had ovarian cysts

of a woman that would have had several pregnancies

or miscarriages.

-MATTHEW: Wow. -DEMI: Wow.

GERALDINE: This is, uh, an x-ray of the ovarian cysts.

This--you know, the entire scarring in the womb

is what's interesting.

It looks like somebody that already had had

many, many pregnancies.

-DALLAS: Wow. -MATTHEW: Wow.

-I also had cysts at like 15. -GERALDINE: Yeah?

-So... -MATTHEW: You did?

I did. To where I had to--

I actually had to get on birth control

and I wasn't sexually active.

That's what they told me as well.

So I'm starting to think that maybe

it wasn't an astral projection that I had,

but, but that maybe I had...

an abduction situation as well.

[TENSE MUSIC]

So I'm starting to think that maybe

GERALDINE: You don't know how many women I talk to

that have the exact same thing.

And I'm not here to tell you what to believe,

but there would be these times where I would become pregnant,

and then have miscarriages

even when I wasn't partnered.

Wow.

GERALDINE: So I started to see these kinds of patterns

that would happen every so often,

but of course I wouldn't connect it

to any kind of odd phenomena.

The doctors would say it's a blighted ovum,

or you're stressed out,

or maybe you just wanna have children so much that you,

you know, create these pregnancies

and hormone imbalances in the body.

It wasn't until 2013

that I had an actual conscious experience

where I physically was taken out of my bedroom

onboard craft by these grays,

and introduced to my hybrid children.

DEMI: Wow.

What I was hearing from her was so out there

that I didn't know how to wrap my head around it.

But at the same time,

I am not one to talk, okay? [LAUGHS]

Like, I've told people

that I have been sucked out of my bedroom

and hovering over the planet.

So I have to honor that truth

just like the people around me have honored mine.

GERALDINE: It was these little eight white lights

that expand before me and these four children emerged.

And, um, the first one was very frail-looking,

very thin skin, gray color skin,

incredibly large eyes, but the pupil the size

of our ocular socket, so massive.

-Wow. -DALLAS: Hey, I don't really...

GERALDINE: Very complex pigmentation to the iris, yeah.

-And so... -How, how so?

I almost wanna say it's like colors

that we don't necessarily have, okay?

For eyes or just in general?

-GERALDINE: In general. -Wow.

GERALDINE: Yeah. The colors that they utilize,

it's like a completely different spectrum than ours,

almost like iridescent.

Sounds like your house.

-It sounds like my house. -[LAUGHTER]

-Wow. -That's cool.

MATTHEW: So there were-- you have four.

You said that there were eight lights

and there were four children?

-Are... -GERALDINE: Yeah.

So there are eight in this

particular hybridization program.

I've been a, a part of four

different hybridization programs.

I made some paintings of them.

And I can show you, uh, some of them here.

But I can show you what my hybrid children,

uh, look like from the ones that I had met.

Oh, these two children, they have very thin gray skin.

They don't have hair like us.

It almost looks like a glass noodle.

Their neck is longer,

and their shoulders are more round,

and very frail body.

This is, uh, the eldest child.

And what's interesting is that the eyes are just incredible.

Wow.

The child is about six and a half feet tall,

and very thin body, very big head.

Looks like my boyfriend.

-Wow. -[LAUGHTER]

And, um, these are four that I met in person

from eight that were presented to me

that day in that experience.

MATTHEW: Wow.

DEMI: That's incredible.

I, I have 24 hybrid children though...

-Whoa. -GERALDINE: ...aside from this.

-DALLAS: What? -Twenty-four?

Yeah.

MATTHEW: I have alien children. Bam!

I have 24 alien children.

Whoa! I have paintings of them.

Gah! Here they are.

They're terrifying looking.

What makes you believe that you have twenty-four

as opposed to the eight that you saw?

So when I had my hypnotherapy,

I was able to dive deep into those experiences,

but not because I thought there was a connection.

It just came out that the time that I became ill,

it was because of insemination that happened,

technology that they put in my body.

In order to incubate a specimen

that is an interdimensional being...

which our human body would not be able to incubate.

So I became ill for that reason.

I do want to express my sincerest condolences

for all of the miscarriages that you have experienced

because I can't imagine

the emotional turmoil that that has on you

especially when you don't know what's going on with your body.

In that moment, I didn't question

the validity of her story.

I just wanted to extend

my compassion and empathy towards her

having gone through probably such traumatic experiences.

You've come to an understanding

about all these other things that have happened,

so it's the perfect time to dive into that,

your own information

so that your experience is fresh.

I really think that you should do the hypnotherapy.

MATTHEW: We joke that we're soul mates,

but now that you two have met,

I relinquish my soul mate duties to...

-GERALDINE: For sure. -MATTHEW: ...you--

because you two have way more in common than we do.

MATTHEW: So it feels like every abductee,

abduction story that we've dealt with so far has missing time.

One great way to figure out what happened

with that missing time is to do [SIGHS]

regressive hypnotherapy.

LAURIE: People need regressive therapy so that they can move

past the block that we see as often inserted by the ETs,

which prevents them from accessing

that event in their life.

Most people that are abducted

go through regressive hypnotherapy

or essentially get in a relaxed state

and they help you recall these sorts of memories.

With regression, we can melt that block

and retrieve the information.

-DEMI: Yes. -MATTHEW: Are you sure

that's something that you wanna do?

Yeah! I have a very open mind

and I am down to try new things, so.

and he's gonna share his story. So go ahead.

It was around 2:00 in the morning.

So I'm used to having different energies,

different presences around,

but this one was completely different.

And it was standing in between the doorway

and the wall almost touching the top of the ceiling.

-Wow. -CHRIS: It was wearing,

uh, either a coat or something over it,

and its limb looked really skinny.

Like the only thing I can describe

it is like a broom handle.

We're gonna hear from you again, PJ,

if you're comfortable with that, yeah.

PJ: Yeah, yeah. Um, I actually had lost time,

but I also have had contact ever since

I was two years old in my crib.

MATTHEW: I rarely get intimidated.

I'm intimidated walking into this church.

I did not realize what we were stepping into.

It's an alien abductee support group.

There was a robot-like creature,

and it would tickle me, and I would play with it.

And my mom said that she would wake up to me laughing

and it was always proceeded by this light

coming into the window and flashing.

-You remember the light from... -PJ: It was like a blue flash.

We saw this really, really bright light.

First of all, this blue orb kept...

like 20, 30 feet away.

Ah, so that's very important.

I have been working as a hypnotherapist

for about 25 years now.

Before I even got out of school,

I was beginning to get a reputation

for working with people who had had strange occurrences.

I've done over a thousand cases.

The reason why I run support groups

for experiencers is that nobody who experiences

that form of trauma should ever be left alone with it.

BARBARA: I have contact all my life.

The first time was, uh, when I was three.

The most traumatic thing in my life,

that was my five miscarriages.

Four of them, the fetuses were taken.

It's very important to understand

what's happening to you,

then, everything sort of falls into place.

Like I imagine that Barb,

she has spent a lifetime just not knowing,

not figuring it out,

not having a session,

not getting it until recently.

BARBARA: Two years ago,

when I had my first hypnotherapy session with her.

And then, things begin to fall into place.

They make sense.

So those things that went bump in the night

were legitimate whether it's the face-to-face,

out of body, abduction, a sighting.

Two hundred million people have reported

some form of contact.

DEMI: I realized that I no longer was in a room

of people that hadn't had the same experiences I had.

I thought that I astral projected

that was what had happened to me.

And I'm going under hypnosis today.

So, I'm very nervous.

I knew I wanted to do it

but I'm just, uh,

I don't know what to expect.

And personally I'm very nervous.

LAURIE: So, Demi,

what brings you into a regression session today?

Well, I have heard a lot

about the benefits from hypnosis.

And after experiencing a lot of things

over the past years with ETs, UFOs,

I wanted to take a more in-depth look

at some of the things that I've experienced

consciously and maybe unconsciously.

There has to be things I don't remember.

LAURIE: What exactly would you like me to ask you?

Because this would be a good opportunity

for you to get the hidden truth.

I'm open to learning anything

about experiences

that I've had with ETs,

but if it starts to go at anything that,

um, someone could have trauma with, um,

I have trauma in my past, so.

-Okay. So we'll redirect? -Yes. Yes.

LAURIE: Okay. So then if you're ready,

we'll begin.

Let's just--I'm so ready.

I know. You look just like Wonder Woman.

MATTHEW: Demi has this I think electromagnetic

like headband on and Dallas and I

are off on the side literally watching Demi's brain.

That's her brain.

Laurie tells us to watch on the monitors

and when the red line goes up on the monitor,

that means Demi is officially under hypnosis.

LAURIE: Through regression therapy,

you can figure out your purpose.

The way I get people to go under is to begin

with a progressive relaxation.

-Are you comfortable? -Uh-hmm.

LAURIE: Excellent. All right then.

We'll begin by having you

take some long deep rhythmic breath,

breathing in through the nose,

out through the mouth.

And with each breath that you take,

which each word that I speak,

you begin to feel yourself relaxing now

more and more.

Then your mind

and your imagination

conjure now.

The safest,

securest place you've ever known.

Picture that.

Look around.

Allow everything you see to be sharp

and vivid in the mind

or maybe the colors will sparker swirl pure and bright.

Gonna move back to about a year ago.

And just imagine now

the pages of the calendar flying backwards.

As you're moving back now,

going to move back to that night

when you were in Joshua Tree.

And I want you to imagine that you're there

but I want you to imagine it

like you're viewing it on a monitor

and see yourself out there

under the stars.

And tell me,

what is the first thing that you see?

I'm in bed.

LAURIE: What happens next?

I see free...

beings.

LAURIE: And tell me,

what is the first thing that you see?

DEMI: I see free beings.

-Are they human? -No.

Can you tell what they are?

Can you sense their presence,

their physical presence?

Four-feet.

LAURIE: And do they-- are they humanoids,

-two arms, two legs, torso? -Yes.

LAURIE: Now,

just taking a breath and relaxing.

Do they feel familiar

like you may have met them before?

-It's hard to tell. -LAURIE: Okay.

But you feel happy and excited that they're there?

-And nervous. -LAURIE: Sure.

Yes.

LAURIE: And the message

or the way they communicated to you

I'm assuming is telepathic?

Uh-hmm.

And what is the message?

Do you wanna come with us?

LAURIE: Hmm.

And you said?

Yes.

LAURIE: Wow.

So no fear at all, just this little nervousness?

Uh-hmm.

LAURIE: And then what happened?

Everything sped up.

LAURIE: And then where were you?

Hovering.

LAURIE: Hovering?

Over Earth at night.

LAURIE: Over Earth.

Okay. So you see the Earth?

DEMI: Uh-hmm.

LAURIE: You're in space?

Uh-hmm.

LAURIE: Do they wanna show you anything else?

Uh-hmm. They said,

"Do you wanna see our planet?"

So first they showed you your planet?

Uh-hmm.

And then they asked if you wanted to see their planet?

-Uh-hmm. -And did you?

Uh-hmm.

LAURIE: Now tell me, what did their planet

look like or feel like?

DEMI: Something purple gases,

lavender and violet,

shades of both.

LAURIE: How did it feel to see that?

-I can see you smiling. -Okay.

LAURIE: This must have felt wonderful?

Uh-hmm.

And so cool.

LAURIE: You don't feel any other connection to them

other that this is something you saw one night and then...

DEMI: No, they are around.

LAURIE: They're around?

They watch.

LAURIE: Are they watching now?

Yes.

So they've been watching you for a while?

They protect.

Do you know what they protect you from?

Myself.

LAURIE: So now I'm wondering.

Why you?

Why did they come?

Because I saw them out.

Demi's battled with darkness a lot.

It make sense that those beings are there

to help protect her from herself.

And that makes me feel a lot more confident

about this journey that they're here for support.

Ask in your mind if this is part one

of something that they're going to teach you later.

You'll learn more as you become more ready.

LAURIE: Okay.

And you feel like this is a journey

that you wanna continue to take?

Absolutely.

Ask them if there's a name

that you should call them,

like a personal name.

My light doctors.

LAURIE: Oh.

So that's actually kind of says what they do

by making sure your light is healthy.

Uh-hmm.

In a moment,

I'm gonna count you back up from one to five.

On five, you'll feel relaxed,

refreshed, with total recall.

So coming back now on one,

two, taking a deep breath, on three,

wiggle your toes on four,

eyes open five.

LAURIE: Eyes open five.

You might wanna take a drink of water,

helps, uh, awaken your consciousness.

You're just glowing.

That was really, really neat.

And you feelin' pretty good about it?

Yeah. Yeah. I have so much energy now.

Wow.

LAURIE: Yeah, well, you did really good.

and you were awesome because you were still in--

kept in that feeling.

-Yeah, what, what was it like... -What did it feel like?

...for you? What were you takeaways from that?

-Well, I was super relaxed. -Good. Good. Good.

And I was really, really sleepy. And...

MATTHEW: Yeah. There was a part where I was like,

-"Oh, no." -She's out. She's out.

She's gonna sleep. Because she asked you question,

there was a good, like, 10 seconds

you didn't say a thing, I was like, "Oh, no.

Oh, no. She's, she's asleep."

-But then you weren't. -Yeah.

It did confirm that what I experienced

was something that a lot of people,

-uh, can relate to. -MATTHEW: Uh-hmm.

And that I definitely had

a spiritual experience of some kind.

-Yeah. -Yes.

I don't know if I ever know

what it means.

I don't know if any of us

will ever know what all of it means

or be able to interpret it the way

that they mean for us to.

-Uh-hmm. -Yeah.

But coming to this group,

it definitely made me feel validated

in what I had experienced.

MATTHEW: Well, let's go home and go to sleep

and maybe you'll hang out with them in your dreams tonight.

-Ooh. -DALLAS: I love it.

Yes.

I think in order to be abducted

you have to be taken without your consent.

I specifically remember beings

asking me, and I said, "Yes."

It is very humbling because I just feel like a little speck of

life in the universe.

And I can't believe they're paying attention to me.
