It was almost as if we had won the
competition, and being honest.

It was an incredible
feeling, hoHolanhygoeL.

We are a small country

And I think if you are not from
Wales you will not understand it

And people said "Was
it OK to do this?"

But this is a country that
has never done this before.

That's the first time we've been able
to prove how things were at home.

I do not know anyone knew
how many people were there

But it was incredible.

And here I am with
Balo and Rambo.

I think Ashley is on one
side and I see Gunter there.

And here I'm telling Balo...

"God, venture I have not seen
anything like this, are you a dog?"

And he said "Well, of course,
I've just seen this in Madrid."

We've won the Champions League. "

So that's a little
bit of my breath.

Getting this experience with
Wales was something incredible

And I'm sure \ 7'vr everyone will
remember it for the rest of their lives.

Everyone said thank you and I think
"Well, thank you for anything?"

I do not understand
what we have done. "

The welcome at home was something...
He was not a surprise

But it was an incredible event,
seeing so many people out

And hear all the stories about everyone,
and to go back to the fans again,

The supporters went out for a couple
and did not come for five weeks.

I know I'll remember
forever to be part of that

And it's nice to hear
people's stories

When they tell you
what it meant to them

And how their family was inspired
or whatever the story was.

It's something I do not
think it would ever happen,

Especially for Welsh football

Has come from 3,000 fans at the
Cardiff City Stadium to watch games

And in a couple of
years, in no time,

I saw that response especially
if I will never forget that.

By the summer of 2016

Wales was eighth in the
world's best team list.

The biggest to climb anything
in the history of football.

A quarter of a million people came out
to the streets I congratulate us.

That was just a bit.

We went further than anyone
had expected, for me,

So it was very nice for
us to be in Cardiff

Wearing their shirts

And the children and everyone so happy with us.

People who had failed to get
the chance to say thank you

And more importantly, I think, there
was an opportunity to thank them.

Welsh fans received an UEFA
"Outstanding Contribution" award

Out of time in Euro 2016.

I never did, never think
we would be in a position

Where the whole nation
was proud of us.
