So part one entrepreneurial skills,

actually before talking about entrepreneurial skills and what they look like,

I think it's even more important to get a sense of what the future of work looks like

and why we are so confident that entrepreneurial skills are actually the fundamental skills that anyone should be learning

so that they can perform in today's and tomorrow's world.

Maybe I think what would be even more interesting is to reflect on what does that mean in terms of the talents that need to be on the workforce.

As you know, in the past, we've been focused more on building very strong expertise.

But living in a world where there are more and more uncertainties,

we realize that the top skills that we need in order to have talents to perform within an organization's

are much more in many ways, intangible skills, soft skills, such as problem solving,

or critical thinking that probably are more adequate for today and Tomorrow's World.

Why? Because actually, 65% of children will be working in jobs that don't exist yet.

So this level of uncertainty is unprecedent.

And the only thing that we know is that we need talents,

we need citizens, we feed customers even that are able to cope and perform under high uncertainty environments.

And for that we can't depend on them building very strong, specific expertise.

And it doesn't mean that in all industries, this will be the case and there will still be specific expertise and skills needed for some industries.

But in general, what is more needed, what we need at Seedstars, what the businesses we invest need as talents,

are tenants that really are capable to operate in a very chaotic environment, to operate in a very agile organization.

Because these components will allow you to perform in a very uncertain environment and context.

And so your capability of managing these uncertainties of coping with these complex problems,

and being able to reiterate an experiment so that you can consistently and constantly stay with a competitive edge on the market,

wherever you may may work, or whatever you may build is crucial in tomorrow's environment.

Today, we need talents that are created, we need talents that can have a critical thinking,

and a different approach to reflect on status quo so that they can build that unfair advantage for the business or for their business.

So the future here is much more in its capability to bringing up these types of soft skills which we cannot have in a typical classroom where everyone has a standardized model of learning and memorizing.

I think Sidney Pressy, said it's so well and what's so interesting is he actually said this in 1924, which is education was the one major activity in this country.

So talking about the United States, which has thus far not systematically applied ingenuity to the solution of its problems.

So we are still in many ways, in many nations within many education institutions,

stuck in education 2.0. But we need to add more and more of course, we're moving to education 3.0, which is more about knowledge producing education,

but where I think there will be an extremely powerful disruption within education, but also within the way we teach our talents to be have this entrepreneurial mindset, which can be applied within organization or for the businesses they want to launch is education. 4.0, which would look at innovation producing education,

real life experience real life problems, where talents, students, interact with the different public private institutions to solve concrete challenges on this planet,

and are able to much better integrate not only their learnings and the needs, but also integrate these soft skills that are so important to continue and perform in tomorrow's world.
