So, I reached out,
and they've got

another fun community project

that they wanted our help with.

I figured we'd start here

and take a ride to the new site.

So, the YMCA reached out
to you again?

They did. They were
so happy with our work

that they wanted
to work with us again.

[Ashley] Well, that cabin
was really awesome.

And really small.

- Look, we'll call it a model of what we're doing now.

We are heading to Camp KV in
Readfield on Maranacook Lake.

So, Camp KV serves
Kennebec Valley,

a lot of Augusta.

They reached out
and asked for our help.

[Ryan] What are we
building out here?

[Chase] Our goal is to build
an arts and crafts building.

Ashley and I used to take
the bus to Camp KV.

It was a summer rec program.

It's still going on,
it's still serving kids.

[Ryan] It'll be hard
to top this, Chase.

We wouldn't be
where we are today

without the time spent
at Camp KV.

Is this bringing back
memories, guys?

of the Kennebec Valley YMCA.

I'm Paul Sveum. I'm the youth
program and summer camp director

at the Kennebec Valley YMCA.

The YMCA is a non-profit
charitable organization.

- Hey. Welcome to Camp.

We thought that the Cabin
Masters did a wonderful job

at our Augusta branch
of our Kennebec Valley YMCA,

when they created a cabin
for our playground.

So, we thought
we would reach out

and see
if they could help us out

with a new project that we have.

Let's go this way.

[Paul] Camp KV accepts kids
from all over the state of Maine,

but, traditionally,
most of our campers come

directly from the Augusta area.

We sit on approximately 80 acres
of property on Maranacook Lake.

And this property itself has been
a summer camp since the 1940s.

And we've been here
since the mid-1980s.

What exactly are you guys
looking to have done?

So, what we really
would love to have

is a building
living in this space

that will give our arts and
crafts program a new home.

This area, with the
great view of the lake

and being in close proximity
to the lodge

- is, kind of, our center hub of operations.
- [Ranae] Yeah.

This will be a great spot
for a new cabin.

[Chase] You're just looking for a
big, open space that's multi-purpose,

able to just, kind of,
fit a bunch of kids.

If they spill paint, it's okay.

We don't have to worry
about ruining anything.

When does your program
start up normally in the season?

I think we're starting
the second week of June.

- [Chase] Okay.
- And running clear through the end of August.

- It's a nine-month timeline.
- Nice.

We're hoping to get in here,
get this wrapped up

before, you know,
winter really sets in.

And then, as far as budget,
what are we working with?

[chuckles] You know the drill.

- Zero.
- [laughter]

So many friends, family
have been involved

with the Y, with Camp KV, that
we're glad to help with this project.

I think, you know, we've got a
good idea of what you're looking for.

And I think, realistically, twelve
weeks to get this project done,

you know, we can definitely
get it done in that timeframe.

Gives us time to, kind of, you know,
pool in help from the community.

Um, I think we just need...

Since there's no building,
is there really a set of keys?

Well, we do have a set
of keys to give you today.

All right. So, show me
where this building's going.

So, get the posts set, and
then, you know, we'll be building it

about this high up.

And pre-made trusses where the
back two-thirds is going to be enclosed.

And then the front third
will be like a covered porch

with two big garage doors
that you can open up.

So, if it's nice out,
you can open the whole space,

if it's rainy,
shut it up, keep it closed.

Camp KV specifically needs
an arts and crafts building.

They are hoping for something
in the 20 by 16 range.

But we've got the space
to do a 30 by 34,

so I think, you know, bigger
is better in this situation, so...

I mean, the beauty of this is
permits are already in place,

we just need
to get Francis in here,

we need to get an arborist in here to
take down some of these smaller trees.

And meet Techno Metal Post
about setting posts.

And just start
gathering materials

and reach out to the community.

[Ashley] All right.

And we are laying out where
the new arts and crafts building

for the summer camp program
is gonna be located.

We need to take down some
trees and clean up the area.

You know, clear a path
to get vehicles in here

before we can even think about
starting to build.

I would say from that
large group of maples

over to that large maple there
behind that metal stand

is what we need to clear out.

It's gonna be a 30 foot wide
by 34 foot deep

arts and crafts building.

It's gonna start roughly...

Roughly right here.

So, it'll be kind of raised up.

So it'll be easy access,
handicap access, right into it.

Everything, kind of, within
here just needs to be cleared out

so we can plot it out,

figure out where we're
gonna need to set post.

So, get in here, get some
posts set and go from there.

Right where I was aiming.

We're in the first week at our
second build for the YMCA.

My job today was to clear a path

so that we can get
the work truck

down into the new area.

So, there's a bunch
of painted rocks up here

that we noticed on the way in.

So, Chris is gonna come in
and make a bigger path

so we can get the bigger
equipment down here,

so I'm just gonna grab all the
painted rocks so we don't lose them.

When I was clearing the path,

I found all these
hand-painted rocks.

So, I wanted to grab these
rocks, get them out, save them,

so I can bring them and put
them in front of the new art cabin.

Ryan, Chase, Dixie and Jedi.

My silly little geese.

An organization like this, it
really takes a village full of people

to be able to come back and
make it happen for these kids.

[Chase] Big thing today
is to get the trees down,

to get the lot cleared out,

to get the brush, kind of,
out of the way, piled up,

so that we can see exactly
where the camp's gonna be.

We've got to, kind of, build our
own access road down in there,

which really just means moving
some rocks that campers had painted

and getting rid
of some of the undergrowth

just to have a clear shot.

[Brad] There.
[Chase] Watch the kickback.

[Ashley] That was a good one.
[Chase] Beautiful.

[Ryan] Next year's firewood.

You know, we want
to give back to the community.

The community's been
so good to us, helped us grow,

and we're in a situation
where we can help.

You know, 30 by 34 building,
that's a piece of cake for us.

You know,
clearing the trees apart

is probably going to be
the hardest part.

Backing up the work truck
wasn't fun.

those two trees
and the telephone pole.

We might need Brad

[Ashley] Chase, kind of,
was guiding me through it.

I think I did a 78-point turn.

I thought I was gonna get stuck

in between the telephone
pole and that tree.

It was like...
But I made it out.

We know where we want to
locate the arts and crafts building.

We know the size that the arts
and crafts building is going to be.

We know how far back
from the water we need to be.

But it's kind of sandwiched
in-between

couple of good-sized maples,
couple of good-sized hemlocks.

You get paid by the hour,
I take it.

Oh, it's a wrap.

This building looks great.

It was fantastic.

We've got it,
kind of, laid out now.

Now we can get everything we
need in here to keep moving forward.

You got some wood to unload,

and split, and stack.

[Chase] It's week two.

We are at Camp KV
setting the posts

for the new
arts and crafts building.

We've got 16 posts to set so we
can start building the floor deck.

Hopefully, it all goes smoothly,

and they're able
to get the posts up.

You know, luckily,
it's not solid ledge,

where they know
they wouldn't be able to,

it's small chunks of rock.

Um, rotten ledge they call it.

Where, if they can, kind of,
work in between the rocks,

then those posts
are getting locked in there.

There's no way
those are coming out.

[Ryan] Get on it, Francis.

How's that look?

Marvelous.

So, we had Techno Metal Post
come and set posts.

It's super boney ground.

They did as many as they could.

I think we got, what...

We needed 16 posts,
we were able to get 12,

so we are hand setting
the last four.

Basically, we've got
four rows running this way.

And all we care is that
these are in a straight line

so that we can set
our carrying beams

to support the floor system.

Typically, you don't have
26-foot-long six by six carrying beams,

so we need to figure out
where to splice them together.

And we want the splice
to land on a post

for all four carrying beams.

[Ryan] It's looking good now.

That's permanent.

You know, it's really nice
to start fresh.

You know, Chase and I
put the other piers in,

so we knew
what we were up against.

I always believe, like, many
hands make slight work,

so I love
having a big crew here.

As long as you keep people
organized, things go quick.

[Chase] This arts and
crafts building for Camp KV

is going to be
a 32 by 26 structure.

One floor, we put down
the deck boards out front,

frame up the walls,
strap the walls,

put up our front carrying beam,

put up our siding
and set our trusses.

[Ryan] After today, we're
gonna have the camp floor done.

We'll have the beam up.

If three guys come, they
don't have to lift a heavy beam,

they can put the deck floor
joists and then go from there.

Next, we'll do the deck floor
system, then we'll build up.

You know, all the materials
are here so it's go time.

- [Chase] Good morning.
- Morning.

[Chase] It's week three
at KV Camp,

but we've really only worked
on this place three to four days.

We have until late spring
to get this camp finished up.

But it's down a long Camp road,

it's not ploughed,

so we want to get out of here
as soon as we can

before it gets snowed in.

Today, our goal is to get
this front decked over,

walls framed up
and some strapping on.

So, Chase, what do you see
for, uh, timeline

on the trusses and roof?

I think if we have
three days next week,

we should be able
to get them up and supported.

So, Ryan and Sarah
are getting staging set,

Dixie's cutting all the studs,

and I'm now starting
to assemble the walls.

[Dixie] Compressors are frozen.

[grunts] Hoses are frozen.

We're ready to get
started today, it's cold.

We've got everything connected,

we're ready to start framing,

and it seems like
our hoses are frozen.

Both ends aren't working.

I knew that was gonna happen.

[Ryan laughing]

[Dixie] Compressors are frozen.

[grunts] Hoses are frozen.

I've got some cordless guns.

[Ryan] They're good.

Hoses weren't frozen, the
compressors weren't plugged in.

That's lesson 101.

They thought hoses are frozen,

but they forgot to turn
the compressors on, so...

Problems are... We're already
knocking down problems today.

[Chase] This is
all new construction,

and we've got
a good, level floor system.

So, we're framing up the walls.

Sixteen on center,
two by four construction.

We do our layout,

you know, we've set
our window openings,

we've cut all our jacks.

The nice thing about it is
it's all one level,

so we can cut all the studs
at the same height.

You know, we can cut all
our jacks at the same height

because the headers
are all the same.

So, it's basically layout,
studs, frame up,

you know, stand the walls,
strap them up.

We're doing vertical sides,

so, you know, we have to do
horizontal strapping regardless.

And because
it's such a small structure,

there's really
no interior walls,

there's nothing to keep
the building from, like,

moving this way or that way.

So, by doing these diagonals,

you know, that lock will
keep it from moving that way,

and we do it on that side to
keep it from moving that way.

And because we're doing
a truss system,

you know, it's going to be
one truss the whole way out.

It'll help lock all that
in place as well.

[Ashley] What's going on?

Look at this building, Charlie.

[Ryan] Charlie,
come here. Come on.

[Ashley] Go on, Charlie.

[Ashley] I'll do a lot of
little things for Camp,

but one thing
I really want to do

is make an arts and crafts
sign for the arts and crafts camp.

I already started this project.

So, my friend, Jeff,
gave me all these cookies,

and I've been holding on to them

because I just wanted to do
something fun with them.

Those cookies
are not for eating.

You know, today is
probably too cold.

Um, epoxy needs
more of a warm environment

for it to dry.

So, I'll just spell out the words
today and get them prepared.

And then, as soon as
I get the frame made,

I can just see the rest of it.

probably rework it

[Chase] Yeah, we went
very quickly today.

I didn't necessarily
expect to have

all the strapping
up on the walls,

so... that's a bonus.

[Chase] It's week five
at camp KV...

and it is truss raising day.

Let's set it down.

[Chase] The trusses are
34 feet long, nine feet tall.

Typically, you get a boom truck
in here or some sort of crane.

Set on a place,
we don't have that luxury.

Luckily, they're pretty small
so they're not too much work.

We gonna try to get
a square peg in a round hole.

Some of us wanna go over,

someone has to go under,

I think we wanna go over
the top personally, but...

[indistinct conversation]

Now just go with it over the
top and slide it like we always do.

[Ryan] One, two, three.

There we go!

This camp is...

32 by 26,

and the trusses are 34 long,
nine feet tall.

So we're sliding them
up that front wall.

Oh, yeah, baby!

All right, we're gonna get
someone on the center there

to get that up over the plate.

[Chase] Slide em across flat
and then standing 'em up,

and locking em' one by one.

Once we get, probably,
two or three more,

we'll put in some cross bracing

to really, structurally,
lock those all together.

We're spacing our trusses
two foot on center.

They do make metal clips

that you kind of clip on
each one but... [drill whirring]

We find that if you can use

two by sixes
of any real material

it helps lock 'em in better.

The big thing
about setting trusses

is making sure they're
braced off when they're up.

Uh, the first couple
are pretty flimsy,

but as soon as you can you get
diagonals in there every which way

to really brace it off

so that they can't move on you.

And, you know, those...

those diagonals
are gonna be there

for the long run.

They're permanent,

and then they'll help
lock everything together

and keep it from moving.

Now that the trusses are up,

I'm very confident
in our timeline.

Weather is always
a big obstacle.

You know, we don't have to
set trusses in snow

or ice or anything like that...

So, really...

I think we're in good shape.

[Chase] It's late November...

it's cold...

You just gotta keep moving,

you go to keep your fingers
from freezing up.

[tools whirring]

[Ryan] This weather
we're experiencing right now,

it's not that bad.

It's the real
ice and snow events

that we're really worried about.

Budget wise, we're over budget
from day one on this thing, so...

[laughs] That doesn't matter.

[Ryan] Good week this week,

we got a lot done.

Ended the week with
siding all the way around.

Very simple design, very
simple build, but still...

In new construction
you still run into issues.

You know, lumber's all different,
lumber has moisture content.

It swells, it dries,
it twists, it cracks.

There's a lot going on.

You know, things move,
things shift, so...

because sometimes even with new
construction you gotta slow it down,

prep and do the right thing.

I'm at my barn

working on a custom piece
for the project.

Those are my plans

for the easel for the camp KV
arts and crafts building.

I am building a small,
portable, collapsible easel

that can easily be set up,

and the kids can do their
artwork and crafts right on them.

So the idea of the easel
is to be able to...

you know, have it like this,
two people per easel

be able to attach paper,
whatever to it,

and also have a little
tray or compartment to...

hold...

paints, whatever.

It's really simple,
it's one by four, two by four,

whatever you have kicking around

with a small tray and just any
thickness of plywood on the back of it.

You know, once we get
this one dealt,

either me or the guys
will make, you know,

five or six more of them.

[Chase] It's all material
I had kicking around,

so it's not that much.
It's like...

a couple eight footers of...

one by four pine...

'cause, you know, this is where
the paper is gonna sit against.

I left it up an inch,
so you can, like,

clip the paper up to there.

So that, right there,

is one half of the easel.

And then you put your paint,
art supplies right in there,

you got a nice solid space.

This is an arts and crafts
building for summer camp.

I mean, it is meant
to get dirty, messy...

for kids to get creative,
have fun.

There aren't going to be
kitchens, bathrooms, seating areas,

it's just gonna be as much
work space as possible.

I've got a chain here
and some eye hooks...

to lock it together
so it can't separate too far,

but it'll still close back up.

So I'll just give it
a quick sand

to knock down
any of the sharp edges.

[machine whirring]

It's gonna get beat up,
it's gonna get dirty,

but that's what you want, so...

Now I just need to go and

gather up some materials
for the rest of them.

[Ryan] Trees are down.

We're back after the storm.

First snow storm of the year,

and it turned, like, half
ice, half rain, half snow.

There's nothing we could do
about covering the roof,

but now it's covered in ice.

So we got a good hour
of scraping and chipping.

...are coming today
we got to chip our way...

[Jedi] So we have a lovely
skating rink here today

at the Y camp.

We thought we had winter beat,

but unfortunately, we lost.

Uh, snow came in
over the weekend,

eight inches to a foot of snow.

It was wet, it was heavy,

and it's frozen now.

[Ryan] And we're
revealing this this week,

the temperature is supposed
to stay below freezing.

Now winter came in like that
and it set in so...

[tapping]

I don't know what's
gonna happen to the floor.

[hammers tapping]

[Ryan] Just like that,
mother nature

turned her switch from...

fall to winter.

All we're gonna do is...

scrape the ice here so the door
will go in and scrape that side.

[Ashley] Ryan give me a call,

and asked me if I could
pick up some ice salts.

It's like Styrofoam, almost...

I guess...

Let's just put it down
and see what happens.

I'm just gonna do a test spot

in front of the window,

and let it set for a minute
and see what happens.

Oh, listen...

I hear it.

[Ashley]
That is my stuff working.

This experiment's
getting better by the minute.

It's got a long way to go,
but it's working. [exhales]

[Ashley] The whole cabin
is full of ice.

Like, two inches thick.

It's just gonna take
a lot of this stuff

to get it to break through
this much ice.

[Chase] So,
we didn't beat the snow,

it was a wet, heavy snow,
it froze solid,

so there's a thick layer
of ice on the floor right now

that we need to get out before
we, uh, give the camp back.

There's bags of
the white pellets...

it'll at least...

Break it up and then
we can shovel it out...

- with a plastic headed shovel.
- [Jedi] Right.

This is an arts and crafts
building for a summer camp.

It's not insulated,

it's super basic,

It's meant to get
dirty and messy.

We gotta unload
all these panels real quick.

[Chase] How long are they?

[Ryan] Nineteen feet.

[Chase] The roofing is here,
we're ready to roof.

[Ryan] I say
we just get up there.

Everyone's saying, "One bay,
scrape your base..."

[Chase] Exterior's painted,
so once the roof goes on,

really, it's just
installing the doors,

installing the windows,

and putting the railing on the
back landings and the front porch.

[machine whirring]

And really will be ready
to get Ashley in here

to do her design work and...

ready to give it back.

[Ryan] This is the way to do it.

Simple design, a lot of people.

[Chase] There's
enough of us here

where we can just
slide the panels up over,

and we kind of work both sides,

versus us having to do one
side and then the other side.

So we're really efficient,

we're able to get done
it fairly quickly.

[machine whirs]

[Chase] Next steps are
to get the doors installed,

get screening up
under the covered porch

to keep bugs and critters out.

Get Francis in here
to put a drip edge

and level out
the front of the stairs...

And then it's ready
for Ashley and her team.

Oh, yeah, here we go.

[speaking softly] I'll get
your jacket all taken care of.

Okay.

[Ashley] These guys
are still finishing up

the roof and everything today.

I was coming out today
to do some arts and crafts.

I'm gonna set up my table
right at the site,

and we're gonna do arts
and crafts in the sun today.

- [dog barks]
- [Ashley] What?

- [dog barks]
- [Ashley] What?

- [dog growls]
- [Ashley] Go get your daddy,

go get someone
to come paint with me.

[tapping]

[dog barks]

[Chase] Where is she?

- [dog barks]
- Arts and crafts!

- [dog barks]

You're such good doggy's.

[Ashley laughs]

Charlie and Gus, they're good.

I said, "Go get your daddy."

Sure enough, they ran off
and went and got him.

I don't know if Gus is
getting good in his old age,

he's starting to understand
English really well.

Can I borrow this?
My knees are cold, thanks.

Hopefully, the other people
that currently work with me

aren't as
high maintenance as you.

You don't want anyone else
to come over there.

I want everybody to come over.

[Ashley] So I have a box
of wooden tree cookies,

so when we cut down trees
there could be extra limbs.

A great way to utilize those
is to cut them into little slices,

and we can use those
for little projects.

And today we're gonna do
a team painting session

using all of my extra cookies.

[Chase] Gus says,
"I've had enough, too."

- Gus, you're over this? Me, too.
- [Ashley laughs]

[Ashley] I carved these extra
cookies from the sign that I made.

They love to paint
on rocks here,

and I just think there
should be another addition,

show them another thing outside

that they can gather
when we're long gone

that's free,
and that they could hang up

as decoration, as art.

[Ashley laughing] Yeah.
Charlie looks funny.

[Ashley and Chase laugh]

- It doesn't look like her?
- Charlie, you look brown.

- [Ashley] Can you, uh, send the next person up please?
- All right.

It's nice to get them
off the job site,

I mean, even though
it's not necessarily warm.

[Ashley] It's still
something different,

and it's something
other than pounding nails.

I'm gonna take em' home
and shellac em',

and then I'm gonna
put a hole through the top

and then I'm gonna hang them
around here as decorations.

Hey, they w ere good sports,
they all did

some really, really cool
little paintings so...

I'm excited to put them up.

It'll take my guys
from 10:30 to 1:45,

I see how it is.

The place isn't
gonna finish itself.

[wood thuds]

[Ashley] Over the last 24 hours,

my team and I came in,
moved in all the furniture,

got it looking
absolutely perfect.

[Chase] The new arts
and crafts building is done.

We promised we'd have it ready
before next season,

but we wanted to be out here
before it got snowed in.

There's not too much snow
on the ground.

[Chase] We didn't
have any budget so...

- I'd say we did all right.
- [Ashley laughs]

[Ashley] I t's winter right now,

and so the kids,
obviously, aren't here,

they're not back
until the spring,

but I can just picture them,
and they're all...

buzzing around, all little...

you know, doing their little
arts projects.

[Ashley] I had so much fun
shopping for art supplies.

Uh, it's like a dream come true,

going and picking out
every single arts supply

that I ever wanted to use
when I was a kid.

It gives the kids
a lot of inspiration,

and we're ready to go.

Oh, that looks good.

Woo-hoo!

- Wow, you didn't even need my help.

[Ashley] Arts and crafts camp.

How's it going?

[Chase] Welcome to your new
arts and crafts building.

- [Ranae] This is awesome.
- [Paul] It looks so awesome, you guys.

- [Ashley] Sweet.
- Thank you guys so much.

Absolutely. We had
the best time doing it.

[Ranae] This is awesome!

[Paul] That's amazing.

Now the first thing I saw
coming down the road

was just how well
this building fits in

to the natural setting
of the camp.

[Ranae] I didn't
expect it to be so big.

I expected a smaller space.

This is definitely better than
we could have ever imagined.

I pulled out rocks
when we started,

uh, just because Francis came in

and was doing
a little bit of dirt work,

- so I just didn't want em to get ruined...
- [Paul] Nice.

- [Paul] That's awesome.
- So I put it back out this morning...

- Oh, nice. The kids are proud of theirs.
- For display.

[Paul] Oh, and I love the sign,
"Arts and crafts." That's rare.

- [Ranae] Very cool.
- [Ashley] I had some little cookies...

so I came out here one day,

and put together
the arts and crafts sign.

That is awesome!

- Yeah.
- That looks so nice.

So, wait, wait, wait...

- Those are cookies? Can we eat em?
- [Ashley] Oh!

[Chase] Not... They're not.

[Paul] I think the "not cookies"

are definitely the highlight

of the exterior finish
of this building.

[Chase] From the ground up, we
came in here cleared out the trees,

we ended up with a thirty by...

twenty six size building.

Nice level entrance...

handicap accessible.

- ...metal roofing donated the roofing materials.
- [Paul] Wow.

[Ranae] It's really nice
to have a building

that was built solely

on materials that were
collected from the community.

Camp KV has been here
for a while,

so there's a lot of alumni that
are out there in the community,

and they offer up
a lot of their services,

their materials,

and made it all come together.

- [Ashley] I'm excited for you guys to see the inside.
- [Ranae] The best part.

- [Paul] Yeah.
- [Chase] Yeah. Head on in.

Whoa!

[Paul] Oh, yeah.

- [Ranae] Oh, this is awesome!
- [Ashley laughs]

- [Paul] This is so cool, you guys.
- [Ashley laughs]

[Paul] I love it.

This is absolutely amazing.

[Ashley] Tons of space, tons of
places for the kids to spread out.

[Paul] Oh, I love the little
island in the middle, too.

[Ashley] Yeah...

[Paul] I think, you know, this
is way more than I expected.

I can't wait to see
the kids reactions.

When they come in the spring.

- Man, this is so cool.
- Oh, this is beautiful.

- [Chase] It's pine forest...
- [Paul] Yeah.

[Chase] tongue and groove and...

you know, there's a bunch
of defects in this stuff,

- but it's an arts and crafts building...
- [Paul] Right.

- [Ranae] Yeah.
- [Chase] It's meant to be used, get messy.

- You know, kids are gonna come in here...
- [Ranae] All right.

...do their arts and crafts
and make a mess.

- [Paul] Right. No, I love that.
- [Ashley laughs]

'Cause you want the kids to be
able to feel they can be creative.

- Yeah.
- And being creative for a six year old,

- means there's paint going everywhere.
- Yeah, yeah.

- [Ranae] Yeah, paint everywhere.
- For sure.

[Ashley] We all went in one day,

had an arts session,

where all the guys here

painted one of the nots with me.

Um, and then Chase
custom designed these easels

that are all
throughout the building.

These are easily the
best thing I've seen today.

You know, I think having
the space for our kids at camp

is really gonna give our arts
and crafts program a home to live.

[Ranae] And it expands the
inside space for rainy days.

We now have a covered porch,

and another inside space
for when it's rainy out,

the kids will have
a lot more things to do.

[Chase] This front
covered porch,

you know, you can
put these doors in,

so on a nice day...

- [Paul] Wow! That's so cool.
- [Ranae] Whoa!

Just open em right up...

- Nice.
- Then you got this nice...

- covered area.
- Oh, wow.

- It's like a whole other classroom out here.
- Yeah, it is.

It really is.

This is going to be
a great place

for me to drink my coffee
in the morning.

I knew you were going there.

It's really cool to see
Ashley and Chase

come back as alumni,
they used to go to camp.

And now they're back here

helping us make camp even
better for everybody else.

You know, the place is all
ready for you next season so...

just have to
hand you back your keys.
