Yesterday about 11 o'clock

he went up in the plane.

Plane got to about
14 thousand feet

where we lost radio contact
with the pilot.

- The pilot had blacked out so
the plane went into a dive.

And the plane went off the radar
right about here.

Now, the pilot came back around
in time enough to pull the plane
out of the dive.

He barely managed to land it in
Agua Dulce.

When the plane landed Crandall
was gone.

- Fuselage door open?

- It's closed.

- Parachute missing?

- Yeah.

- Laptop was gone.

What do you know about Crandall?

- Excellent guy.

He's top notch.

- Yeah. I want them in the air

until the last possible second.

We got choppers scouting
the entire high desert.

We haven't found anything yet
and we're losing the light,

and I don't believe we've met.

got into the real Intertech
plane,

took off,

flew under the radar

and landed in a desert
strip and waited.

Now, you watched as the
fake plane with Hartmann and
Crandall took off,

reached a cruising altitude
and then went into a dive.

As soon as that plane got under
the radar

McMasters flew off

and took its place.

Now, McMasters had already
planted the parachute beforehand

and here's the part
that I actually like.

- When McMasters landed
in Agua Dulce

he had to bash
himself in the back of the head.

So anyway, when you got to
the plane it appeared as if

Crandall had bailed out
when in fact he is no traitor.
