I haven't done a sitcom in a long time.

I'm a little comedically rusty, I'd say.

Yeah, I was just talking to my husband,

and I said that the show had been on for nine years.

He was like, "No way."

But when I think of comedy and sitcom,

I don't think people necessarily

think of Lisa Rinna.

No, you know, it's always pressure to prove yourself

when it's something that people don't think you can do.

And it's always so hard when you shoot the whole day,

you've been outside in the heat,

and your close-up is the very last shot of the day,

and then you're loopy and nutty,

and you can't remember your lines.

Oh, my God.

I got the best training in the business

by being on a soap opera,

so I went through everything.

I went through not knowing my lines.

I went through being sleep-deprived.

I went through everything you could possibly go through.

And everyone wants to go home,

and everyone... so you feel that pressure of, like,

"Okay, get it right."

- Mm-hmm. - Oh, my God.

You don't learn when everything's just lovely

and wonderful.

You learn from your mistakes,

and honey, I have learned a lot.

but it's really wrong that she pretends

that she's staying here and then she doesn't.

- We all have those moments with our friends

But we don't go up to the friend the next day and say,

"'We all thought it was a really strange outfit choice,

"'and I just wanted to let you all know that.

Yeah, we didn't like it.'"

- The thing is it's not a big deal, and it's just...

Those things can become a very big deal, and...

It's interesting because you start a project, right?

Like, I started the Erika Jayne project

right here on this kitchen table.

I'm writing my book.

So we talked about confirmation.

We talked about being unruly.

We talked about being a little headstrong.

I'm writing music.

- How was the studio last night?

- They have created a ballad,

and I think you're really gonna like it.

I'm doing all this stuff, and so it's great,

but it's... like, at the same time

it's a little overwhelming.

I don't know how you've managed this entire firm

and all these cases and all these clients.

and you put it into perspective,

I've learned a lot of things from Tom.

How'd you get on with her?

- You know, we were in this beautiful setting.

We're, like, on the beach,

and Erika, she wasn't feeling well all night.

She decided to go to a hotel.

"Why... now it just became a big deal

and it didn't need to be."

- It wasn't as if she didn't say things

the night before as well and none of us were mad.

- And calling me out doesn't make sense.

I think it's Dorit's crafty way of kind of outing us,

especially me, and stepping away from the fire.

- You're gonna a little bit of flak for that

because they're gonna say you were looking to cause trouble.

- If you're honest, you've got nothing to hide.

- Honesty always prevails, baby, in the end.

- You know what? We're traveling to New York,

and when you leave on a note like this,

it's like you start to have almost a little bit of anxiety,

everywhere in this apartment.
