You didn't find him?

What about my private letters with Duke Huan?

Private letters

Private letters

Where are the private letters?

Private letters

Private letters

Where are the private letters?

Where the hell are the private letters?

Who did this?

Who?

Based on my observations of his dressing and martial moves

It should be

It should be...

A shadow of Wang Family

Now

Don't blame me on my cruelty

Your Highness

Is he back?

Not yet

I have sent someone to track him down

Other shadows are tracking as well

No signs of Pang Gui were discovered

Keep a close eye of Huan Mi

There must be something to do with her

Yes

Today, I asked you all high officials to come

because of a memorandum

As the Guardian of the nation and the crown prince myself

I should be open to all suggestions

May I ask, crown prince,

which memorandum are you referring to?

Many memorandums

From places all over the nation

They are saying

my father, the emperor has not been in power for a long time

The crown prince is new to the court

The country can be prosperous and the people could be at peace only with the prime minister as the regent

Therefore, they request the prime minister be formally awarded with the Nine Stannum Rites

as an honor

How do you think of it?

Emperor, you could be assured

In the court now, there are all the ministers at my side

The Wang's thought the whole government power is under their control

but don't know I have used the royal token from your majesty

and secretly deployed the Shadow Guards force in ambush

To be appointed as the Prince Regent

Wang Lin, alas

You should awaken from your pipe dreams

You two

I didn't understand

In this fight, Duke Huan should

should heed the order of our lord

Or should our lord follow

the order of Duke Huan?

To form a double-pronged formation

Our lord has once determined to

station the force in Xiaofeng Pass

But Duke Huan asked us to station the force in Guiwu Valley

What does it mean?

General Hu

Duke Huan intends to station the force in Guiwu Valley for its strategic importance

It's easy to guard and hard to attack

And it is an ideal place for stationing troops

Exactly

King Jianning is a master of military tactics

For such a good place

Why did he seize it preemptively?

We should station troops in Xiaofeng Pass

Lord

Go to Guiwu Valley

Lord

Duke Huan is well field-tested, a veteran

He means it if he makes such an arrangement

The order of Duke Huan should be followed

Before the sunset tomorrow

the whole army should arrive in Guiwu Valley

Yes

Duke Huan

There is information from Generals Lin and Huang that

the troops of Xiao Qi

have camped in the eastern mouth of Guiwu Valley

Well

They have entered our ring of encirclement

and they cannot leave the valley then

Send the information to King Jianning immediately

Yes

And

Give notice to Generals Lin and Huang

Get the actual situation of the Ningshuo Army

Yes

Lord

Lord

The troop is well settled

An exhausted day

Take a rest now

But, my lord

I keep thinking that

If King Jianning knows

the army is stationed in Guiwu Valley

What's the consequence?

Will we be attacked since we have just settled here

And even if there is no attack

once they encircle the valley and close the opening

we will be the "turtle in the jar"-surely be caught

Lord

Lord

There are the troops of King Jianning outside

So many soldiers

Lord

The sentries I sent out reported that

King Jianning has closed all the passes surrounding here

All the passes have been occupied

and we are really encircled

In a siege without being attacked

King Jianning is a real master

Once we settled, they just came

They are well-in-formed

They have planted agents here

Report the condition of the rebel forces to Duke Huan

and ask him to make preparations

Yes

Yao'er

Xiao Qi thought

the thick fog of Guiwu Valley

can help to cover the military movements

This time,

I will let him lift a rock only to drop it on

his own feet

Wuwei General

The Empress has something important

to discuss with you

So, please go to the Zhaoyang Hall immediately

What is the matter?

According to the Empress

that is about entitling the prime minister for Nine Stannums

She wants to discuss it with you

Well

I will go right away

Yes

All of you, keep patrolling

You two, follow me

Yes

I heard the bell tone from the Taiji Hall

Why could be tone be heard right now?

Your highness, you are right

Anybody?

Yes

Prepare the soldiers and horse

Yes

Father, my emperor

Go, let's go to the Shiqian Hall

Yes

Your Majesty,

Your Majesty,

Your Majesty,

Father, my emperor

Your Majesty,

Father, my emperor

Your Majesty,

Father, my emperor

Father, my emperor

Prime minister

You have even forgotten the rites

in front of His Majesty?

The Emperor is sick, clouded in mind

unable to govern the country well

The second prince controlled the Emperor to be here

What do you want to do?

I have known for a long time that the prime minister's good at the thief cries thief

It is real, I know it today

All the ministers

My father, the emperor is sitting in the palace in good health

but the prime minister claimed he is sick

It is a crime. How disobedient and rebellious he is!

Prime minister

I'm sound enough

An disappointment to you, right?

About your health, my majesty

there are diagnosis from the imperial physician

Prime minister

The imperial physicians are your people

So, you can easily

poison the majesty over a long term

You...

Father, my emperor

What Zilv said is correct

If it were not for Xue Dao'an to discover it from the beginning

I would be poisoned by him

at the mercy of him

Your majesty,

he may be sick again

Guards,

send the emperor back to Shiqian Hall for rest

So, prime minister, do you really think

without good preparation,

I will confront you like this today in the Taiji Hall?

So, this drama

is the work of you

Here comes the Empress

Good, very good

Wang Lin committed high treason

He poisoned the emperor for many times

The Empress poisoned Concubine Xie to death

and cannot be extenuated with such appalling behaviors

Capture the Wang's

Who dare to do so?!

I can't image that, the prime minister

Now

you could still maintain some prestige

I really admire

Admire

Your Highness, second priince

With just these troops on the court today

You can do anything you want?

The entire royal city

has been besieged with the Capital Troops

So, even you capture me and the Empress today

You will be doomed

The prime minister,

you really refuse to be convinced until you are faced with grim reality

Where is the Wuwei General?

Yes

Uncle

They killed Wang Xu!

Mother

Mother

Your Majesty, Your Highness

Wang Xu was executed for rebellion

With the order of the Emperor,

we have taken over the capital city imperial guard and other guard forces

Back off.

Yes

Put the prime minister and Empress

and the useless crown prince all to the imperial prison

And the adherents of the Wang's

are too many for the prison

Keep them under arrest in the Taiji Hall

Your Majesty, I am wronged

Anybody who refuse to obey

and disturb the Emperor

will be executed immediately

Zilv

Don't count your chickens before they hatch

Winner takes all, it is natural

But what's your calculation

I am quite clear

And your father, the emperor also knows well

Good

I will wait in the prison to see you and your father,

about the drama of you two

Help mother up

Father, my emperor

How dare you!

That is the residence of Lord Yuzhang

How dare you bring soldiers here?

The residence of Lord Yuzhang, a big deal?

Can the people inside the residence

reject the announcement of the royal imperial edict?

The imperial edict of the Emperor

Summon Princess Yuzhang to the court

Where is the edict?

Get away, who are you?

It's none of your business

Ask for Princess Yuzhang

Without the edict

the princess will not come out

How dare you!

You...

You are disobeying the order!

Hey

Capture all of them

Who dare to do so?!

Stop

Why doing so many things

just for calling me to palace?

If I will not go,

will you dismantle the

mansion of Lord Yuzhang?

Your Highness

So rampant!

Whose order?

The verbal edict from the Emperor

Summon Princess Yuzhang to the Palace

His Majesty

The emperor is sick, clouded in mind

How could he give such an order?

As for the reason

You may know once you go to the palace

And all of your father, brothers and family members are in the court

You should think of them

The order shouldn't be disobeyed

If you won't go to the court

then I will order the guards

to carry you to the palace

How dare you!

We will not agree to

let our princess go with you

Hold on

I will go with you

Your Highness

Your highness is a wise person

General Song,

Your Highness, how can you agree to go with them?

You cannot go

They are greater in number

Even if we fight fiercely

we cannot hold them

I don't want any meaningless sacrifice

Even we could all die

we will not allow them to take you away

The imperial guards take action

There must be a big change in the court

What's more

All my family members are really in the court

If the Lord could know

He will understand

It is urgent in time

You should report to the lord

And

I will leave the house safety to you

Take care of Yuxiu

Your Highness

Your Highness

Don't worry, your highness

Huaien will keep the house and the people safe

Thank you, General Song

Please, your Highness

Hold on

The imperial edict of the Emperor

Only the Princess is summoned

Your Highness

Here we go

Thanks to you this time

But the Wang's is deeply rooted in the court

To root them up

we still need one thing

You mean

the tiger-shaped tally?

But, the tally

is not in the court right now

Not in the court?

It's not here

How can that be?

If it is in the court

it would have been found out by Wang Lin and the Empress long before

Then, father, will you tell me

where is the tally?

Father, my emperor

Without the tally

how can we mobilize troops in the capital city?

Father, my emperor

That maybe our last chance

The tally was lost

with the imperial jade seal that year

Who are you?

How can you encircle the prime minister's residence?

How dare you!

It is no use how longer you will wait

Maybe third prince has long got the information

and went away from the capital

I don't think so

The move this time of the second prince

is very swift and quick

In the city, who would know

the once playboy will

do such a thing

If there is any leakage of information

even a little

the thing would not go such smoothly

Maybe,

the third prince

just went out without timely return?

Where can the third prince be?

Does it mean that...

Hurry up!

Stop

Don't touch me

I am the crown princess

How can you be such rude to me?

The Empress and crown prince have been put into the prison

You are crown princess

You will also accompany them

Take them away.

Yes, your Highness,

Your Highness

Who is it?

Go to have a look

It is Mr. Pang

Get him in now

Report

Say

General Song, Mr. Pang, Pang Gui comes back

He is severely injured

He's just outside

Pang Gui

Pang Gui

Guard as usual, and summon the military surgeon

Yes

Come, quickly

Such a deep sword wound

It must be the wound after a cruel battle

Tough

Tell the princess

Tell the princess

Pang Gui

It's me, Song Huaien

Tell the princess that

Second prince

is plotting treason

And

Duke Huan is with him

Does Duke Huan go to support the

lord with the order of the prime minister?

That is their conspiracy

I found the letters between him and Huan

in the back room of the second prince

They also colluded with King Jianning

to kill the Lord

That's bad

Screwed up

Waiting for the military surgeon

Jin'er

Is the third prince inside?

Yes

Jin'er

Jin'er. Your Highness

Your Highness. Jin'er

The court is in chaos

Jin'er

What happened?

The residences of Lord Yuzhang and the prime minister are besieged

What did you say?

The Princess was also taken to the court

Awu was taken to the court

How come?

The princess will be protected by the prime minister

You should leave here now

Awu is in danger now

But you ask me to leave

Your Highness

Jin'er knows that Jin'er is not a match for you

But Jin'er hope you could be safe

Please leave, quickly.

Or it will be too late then

I have missed her for once

I will not miss her anymore

Prepare the carriage

Yes

Third prince!

Your Highness

Please get down

Heavily guarded

There must be something

Act according to the plan

Let's go

That is a forbidden area

Stop here, you two generals

What's the disturbance deep into the night?

I will go inside to have a look

I'm talking to you now

Are you deaf?

You two generals

The Ningshuo Army is at the order of the lord

There is no military information leakage between the two

Any offenders will be punished accordingly

That is your Ningshuo Army

Don't forget

Now, in the Guiwu Valley

there is also our Huan's troops

Yes

Without our supplies for you

you will be blown away by the winds

What?

Do you want to kick down the ladder?

In my opinion

Your lord

didn't take us as an ally

Yes

You guard against us

making many places off limits to us

So, I will go into it whatever

Who can stop me?

Go. You can't.

Where is Lord Yuzhang?

Let Lord Yuzhang explain to me

Find Lord Yuzhang for me

Come on

Lord

Lord, lord

Drinking wine during wars

in violation of military disciplines

incursion into a forbidden place, and fight a compatriot

According to the military disciplines

you should be executed

Do you believe I will kill you two right now?

Lord

Forgive me, my lord

I don't know the military discipline of Ningshuo Army

Having drinking some wine, I was mixed up

Please forgive me

Show mercy, please

Since you are subordinates of Duke Huan

you will be exempted from death sentence

but will be punished with 100 times of cane flogging

Guards, drag them down

Yes

Please show mercy, show mercy

I won't dare to do that again, believe me

Please show mercy

Please show mercy, my lord

I won't do that again, I guarantee, forgive me please

Lord

The two are subordinates of Duke Huan

If we punish them heavily

will Duke Huan get angry and hate us?

I really want to know

what he will do if he knows this

How about the progress?

It can be done tomorrow night

Well

Why so large a chariot should be built?

You may know in due time

Prime Minister, Prime Minister

The wolf may have a winning hand when the shepherds quarrel

Prime minister

Long time no see

Cheers

Cheers

Give me some water

Go away!

I, the crown prince, need some water

Cry, cry

You just cry

Mother

Let alone Wanru

even I want to cry now

Mother

How can we get to this sorry state?

Mother

Is what Zilu said's true?

It's you and uncle poisoned my father?

Shut up!

For whom we do this?

If you are good enough,

how could your mother get to this state?

Mother

Anybody?

Anybody?

I want to see Zilv

I want to see the Emperor

Anybody?

Why do you take me to the Fengchi Palace?

Where is the Emperor?

Everything is

arranged by our venerable second prince

The second prince ordered us

to well treat

Princess Yuzhang

Zilv?

You would not know that

The empire will

be under control of the second prince

How dare you!

Lead me to the Emperor

Sister Awu

What?

Without the Emperor

will you recognize your brother Zilv?

What have you done?

I have done what I should do

But, be assured

Everything goes well

Where is the uncle Emperor?

My father is fine

He is taking rest in the Shiqian Hall

You want to usurp the throne

Sister Awu

I just fought the rebellion of the traitor minister

Wang Lin for the emperor

My father plotted rebellion?

The ambition of Wang Lin is known to all

And even Awu, you

are also just a weight for his rebellion game

Where is my father?

They have been sent to the imperial prison

to be treated kindly

They?

Who's the else?

The Empress, of course

Zilong

And your Wang's family members

And the Xie's family

as well as the noble class

And all the others who wanted to stop me

All of them were sent to prison

Zilv

I don't know you any more

You don't know me?

Who have known me

before?

You think

you have grasped the power in the court and the capital city

and you can get everything

No.

But in fact, after Lord Yuzhang beat the force of King Jianning

You will lose the power

Xiao Qi,

Great!

I will wait, if there is such a day

I am really curious

Sister Awu

On the battlefield

how could the cruel general

face his beloved woman

who will be hung from the city wall

Awu, tell me

Will he choose his

beloved woman being killed

or surrendering to me?

If I am the burden

I will rather suicide than

to allow you to have your way

Stop

Who are you?

Go

Your Majesty

the son of the Wang's family and his wife have been arrested in the court

The heir and the prime minister were put into prison together

As for the wife of the heir

She's in the side palace as your order

You're doomed

Damn it, I deserve it

You really deserve it

Huan Mi

She isn't the heir wife of the Wang's family

She is the princess of the Huan's family

You should remember that

I won't forget that

Very good

You should send maids to

replace everything in the Zhaoyang Palace

and ask Miss Huan to live in the Zhaoyang Palace

Then, how about the palace of the Empress?

I will follow your order

Your Majesty

As you wish

I appointed soldiers to guard the residence of the third prince

But the third prince is not in his house

And nobody knows his whereabouts

He hasn't come back yet

I suspect that

the third prince may have escaped

Your Majesty

The third prince

The third prince went to the palace himself
