Legend of Yun Xi

Episode 01

Han Yunxi From Tianning Oh, no!

It's the wrong path!

We might not get there on time!

Let's take the other route.

Mom.

With your bracelet accompanying me on my wedding.

Even if I died, that'll be worth it.

Red color

is auspicious.

Where am I?

Why am I here?

My bracelet caused this.

What books are these?

The Shenyou Grass can cure the carbuncle on my face.

Mom,

My prescription is correct. I'm right!

Must be dad, he changed my medicine.

Poison master is a doctor.

He built Poison Sect years ago.

They use poison as a way of cure.

Poison Scripture.

It's the Poison Tribe's Poison Scripture?

Use the needle

to acupuncture the Yongquan acupoint,

and Taiyuan acupoint

Guanmen acupoint at the same time.

Can also cure the carbuncle on the face.

Jab Baihui acupoint, Zhongping acupoint

Sanyang acupoint

Cut the middle finger to let blood out,

Can ease the strong poison in one's system.

Long Feiye, Prince Qin of Tianning.

Your highness.

It's about the time.

You need to change your clothes.

Where's the Gu-abetted kid?

Chu Xifeng.

Don't worry, your highness.

I took him to see Miss Baili.

Now Miss Ningxiang is nursing him.

Your highness!

The time has passed.

The marriage can't be held today.

Please return.

Since that.

Let's go back, then.

Arise.

Arise.

Stop.

My marriage with Prince Qi is appointed by his majesty.

Who dare to act against it?

Consort Dowager Yi They're not married yet.

She dares to threaten me?

Now I must meet this Han Yunxi.

My lady.

You can't.

My lady.

Greetings, mom.

You two haven't married yet.

Don't call me that.

Now the time has passed.

Who let you in here?

Mom.

Where's Prince Qi?

Don't push your luck.

I'm not your mom.

Our marriage is appointed by his majesty.

The bridegroom didn't show up to welcome me.

Neither did he show up in here.

Can I think that

prince Qin is gonna act against the edict?

Impudence!

Who are you?

How dare you defame prince Qin?

I think you should take me to the wedding room immediate.

So we can cover this thing.

The empress dowager and his majesty will not hear it then.

Are you threatening me?

You take me wrong, mom.

I'm doing this for prince Qin's good.

My lady.

Prince Qin his highness hasn't come back yet.

We can't take this fault.

Just take her in first.

Then she will be at your disposal.

Maid.

Take her to the wedding room.

Yes, my lady.

Thank you, mom.

Han Yunxi.

You started it first.

Long Feiye, where're you?

Why you're still not back?

Mom,

I finally married in here.

We're one step close to our reunion.

Wait for me.

I'll come for you soon.

Who is there?

Who is there?

- It's you! - Don't say a word, or I'll kill you.

Did he follow me here?

He can't recognize me. Or I'll be screwed.

Luckily the carbuncle is gone.

And I was wearing a mask.

He won't recognize me, right?

You...

Do you know you're in Prince Qin's mansion?

I'm his wife.

Prince Qin is the most powerful man next to his majesty.

If you kill me.

He will make you pay for it.

You're so heavy.

I can't breathe.

Stand still.

You're poisoned.

Your heart beats slowly.

Your breath is heavy.

Must have got more than one kind of poison.

The most poisonous one came from the snake venom.

Judging from the damage on your clothes.

Should be attacked on your belly, four cun from your heart.

And that was one hour ago.

Besides...

You can't die.

This is my wedding night!

Wake up, wake up!

He is out of conscious.

Let him die of poison?

I can't.

I just married in here, if he died,

Consort dowager Yi will drive me out.

For mom,

I must take root in Prince Qin's mansion.

Win Prince Qin's heart.

Find that mark mentioned by Empress Dowager.

Sit tight.

If you move, the poison will go into your heart through your vein.

It'll be more troublesome.

You gotta listen the doctor.

What are you doing?

Take off your clothes.

If I don't, how can I detoxify you?

I can do it myself.

Don't be shy.

I'm a doctor.

Where there's a patient, there's no gender.

Besides.

You're a man. I'm a woman.

I'm the one suffering a loss.

God bless me.

Don't let him recognize me.

If he recognizes me,

I'll be in trouble!

Why

did you get in Prince Qin's mansion?

You take a guess.

You wanted to assassinate Prince Qin?

Prince Qin is not around.

Leave after I cure you.

I won't tell anyone else about this.

Who are you?

I was looking for

Shenyou Grass to cure the carbuncle on my face.

But it was tight guarded in the daytime.

Have we met before?

Poison Master's formula of Gu-abetted man is indeed extraordinary.

A normal kid without Kungfu can burst out such great power!

Own the Gu-abetted men, own the world!

Search!

Yes, your highness!

Please.

Kill me.

Kill me!

Kill me.

It hurts so much.

Please kill me.

Your highness.

Only this volume?

Yes, your highness.

According to the intelligence,

this place was controlled by the crown prince.

This scripture has more than one volume.

Based on Tianhui's character,

he wouldn't let anyone else keep them.

So this volume is different because...

The crown prince kept it secretly.

Your highness.

We've searched everywhere.

Poison Master is not here.

Take the Gu-abetted kid with us.

Let's retreat.

Yes, your highness.

Xifeng.

Leave with the kid first.

Yes.

Retreat!

Who are you?

I was looking for

Shenyou Grass to cure the carbuncle on my face.

But it was tight guarded in the daytime.

So I climbed the cliff at midnight.

Don't worry.

This poison won't hurt you.

It'll wear off aromatically in an hour.

I'm doing this out of self-defense.

God knows what kind of man you are!

So many poisonous grasses in this book.

I've never heard or seen any one of them.

I can tell that you know nothing about poisons.

How about you giving it to me as a gift?

Consider it as an apology to me.

Put down the book.

Otherwise I'll hunt you down and...

You're already like this. Stop bluffing.

Stay here on your own.

Farewell.

Your highness!

Your highness.

Your highness.

Your highness, are you okay?

I'm fine.

Go join general Baili.

Take good care of the kid.

-Yes, your highness. -I'll catch you later.

Okay.

Your highness.

Let's go!

-Yes. -Yes.

Nowhere you can go.

Give me that book!

I've looked down on you.

I won't spread it out.

Don't look for me.

You can't find me.

You stole my Poison Scripture.

And saw my face.

I can't let you go.

You're so stubborn.

Since that,

Bye. I gotta go.

You... Who are you?

What the pill you ate

when you crossed the poison barrier?

I... Why I should tell you?

Gu Qishao, the Master of the Herb-ghost Valley Pure toxicity.

And a special smell.

You extracted it yourself?

Yes.

You also want to catch me?

Someone is chasing you?

Can you help me?

I don't know you.

Why should I risk my life to save you?

Saving the others means much more than worship.

You're like an immortal.

And so handsome.

You must be kind.

I've got lost now.

Also can't go back.

Please help me, okay?

You're a sweet-talker.

Okay. I'll show you the way.

This way, see?

Go along this path.

Thank you.

Bai Su.

Somebody is here.

- My lord. - My lord.

Somebody broke in.

We're gonna check it.

Don't worry.

I know who it is.

Continue to plant herbs here.

I'll go check.

In the past, once somebody broke in.

my lord would be annoyed.

And told us to kill them.

But this time...

He seems excited. Why?

Cut it out. Go plant herbs.

Like only you are hard working.

Who's that?!

You're hurt.

I'll bandage your wound.

Little bunny.

Is that man still outside?

But that poison barrier is great.

He may not cross it.

He has been chasing me so hard.

Maybe he won't give up.

I can only stay here now.

Done.

I meant to get herbs here to heal my face.

But ended up being chased.

My father doesn't like me.

Mrs. Xu and Ruoxue bully me.

I miss my mother.

I don't believe that she's dead.

She is just missing.

Fortunately. I met you.

Since your ears are big and purely white.

So I'll call you White-ear.

You didn't say no. So you've agreed.

White-ear.

White-ear. White-ear.

It's white and downy.

So cute.

Little bunny.

The medicine for you just now

is pleurotus albellus.

So...

I'll call you White-ear, okay?

White-ear...

You gave it a good name.

Hey, girl.

Seems you're caring.

You're the master here?

How did you know that?

The poison barrier is so great.

But you're okay to cross it.

In addition , the cave is a natural one.

No one can enter this deep valley.

You're not the master here?

I don't buy it.

You're also smart.

Thank you for helping me out just now.

And is that man still outside?

That man...

I've seen him on my way back.

He's still outside.

I'm afraid that he won't give up.

So stubborn!

Mister.

Could you please

allow me to stay here?

It's okay.

But you gotta tell me

why that man is chasing you?

It's a long story.

At a dark night.

A diligent girl

climbed up the cliff to get herbs.

Then...

The man chasing her

has Beili sword in his hand.

Looks quite noble.

Not a common one.

But I've never seen him in Beili.

If he is from Tianning...

But I don't have enough support in Tianning.

Isn't he a weirdo?

Trust me.

I'm not fooling you.

I don't believe in true or false.

But only care about one's ability.

I noticed that

you're good at extracting poison.

Besides.

You can cross the poison barrier.

How about this.

Follow me.

The valley is called Herb-ghost Valley.

With countless herbs in the medicinal garden.

If you can find the three herbs.

I'll believe you.

And promise you one thing.

Really?

Yes.

Pink promise.

The agreement is, in four hours,

you must find

Yimi flower.

Guidaqiang.

Shenyou Grass.

What a coincidence.

I've been looking for Shenyou Grass for two years.

Thus I know its shape

and growth habit.

But the other two...

What?

You may give up. It's okay.

From now on,

you just stay here

to be a maid for me.

Is that okay?

Don't look down on me.

Four hours?

Half an hour is okay.

Time's up!

But you've only found Shenyou Grass.

Girl.

You really let me down.

I still have time.

Here is really a great place.

I've only seen these rare herbs in books.

Now I can see them here.

But we're the same.

You prefer poisonous grasses than herbs.

You like it?

If you like it, stay here to be my maid.

No!

What's more.

You want me to pass the challenge, right?

Why is that?

The herbs here show that

you're good at using poison.

And you saw my scar.

Also knew that I'm looking for herbs.

So you must know that I'm looking for Shenyou Grass.

Although Shenyou Grass is poisonous,

after being refined,

It's an effective medicine to heal my scar.

So insightful.

But it's not the whole story.

Looking for the other two herbs

is your real challenge.

Not so difficult.

There're two categories of poisonous materials.

One is the dominant material.

The other is the recessive material.

Yimi flower

The most toxic grass if without water.

Although it's a dominant one,

it's highly toxic only when it blossoms.

This season,

nearly all the herbs blossom.

Except for this one.

Because...

The moment it is pulled up.

It will absorb the last drop of water in its root.

Then blossom.

Now it's highly toxic.

Well...

How about Guidaqiang?

It's easier to find!

You plant effective herbs here.

How would you allow weeds to grow here?

So you're trying to hide something.

Guidaqiang is just like setaria viridis.

So be given the name.

You don't know these two herbs.

But you're smart.

And has savvy.

You win.

Then you can fulfill your promise.

I want Shenyou Grass.

The more, the better.

Okay.

When shall I go?

The man chasing you

has already gone.

You should have told me earlier.

I can go home now.

Alright.

Let Bai Su and Zhuyu send you back.

I can find my way back.

But...

I can't take that rabbit back.

You keep it.

Take good care of it.

Okay.

Thank you for saving me.

And your Shenyou Grass.

My lord.

She has known us.

Will she lead people here?

Let me kill her.

No need.

Take good care of White-ear.

If she's here in the future,

just let her in.

That's not White-ear.

My lord.

We're in Tianning now.

Can't let the others know us.

If we get on with her.

She'll be in danger.

I know that.

Sis. You're finally back. I've been waiting for you all night.

Anyone else found this?

Don't worry. No one.
