Every crime requires
both a wrongful action

and a wrongful intent.

And while we cannot prove
your thoughts on race,

the impact of your actions
on these victims

is detrimental.

Your actions, intended or not,
have consequences.

Therefore... I will accept
the plea as outlined.

In this matter,
the imposition of one year

county jail is suspended,

pending the defendant completes
formal probation,

community service,
anger management classes,

race sensitivity training,
and make restitution

to the victims
in an amount to be determined.

During your probation,
you will not play football,

college or professionally,
while you continue

to undergo extensive medical evaluation.

And if you do not comply
to all of the terms

of your probation, you will go to jail.
