Eternal Love Rain

Episode 4

Ning Residence

This vase is quite heavy.

What are you doing?

Why are you here?

You don't have to say anything.

I already knew it.

I'll give you this chance.

I'll be staying in Ning Residence

until my dad is released from the prison.

The expenses of my daily necessities

during this period will be fully paid off later.

By the way,

my name is not "Wei".

You can call me Yin Yin.

I brought you back,

but that doesn't mean to let you stay.

I only don't wish to see you dying at my door and surrounded by people.

Pack up and leave immediately.

Three months...

One month.

Half a month.

Just let me stay here.

Make an exception, please.

Three days.

Move out from Ning Residence after three days.

This Little Turtle is really arrogant.

Be careful or I'll cook you off as turtle stew.

Go prepare some breakfast for me.

I want pastry from Liu Xian Ju

and a bowl of golden silk bird nest porridge.

Thank you.

Viewing the moon, thinking of you

Why did you run away?

Did I scare him off?

Calmness Before All

That painting might be the real one.

Is it still in there?

What are you doing?

I...

I'm here to take a look at the room.

My back hurts as I slept on the bed yesterday.

I wish to see how this room's like.

This is my room.

I apologize for the intrusion.

I don't have any feeling for you.

You better not too.

Supreme Court

Listen.

Stop waiting here.

I already told you that.

Sir,

my dad is staying in the prison of Shenjing perennially.

I'd sent the daily necessities for couple of times.

I understand

the rules in there.

Bai Ding

Ms Su,

you might not know much about

the severity of the crime that Su Bin Quan committed this time.

It's a serious crime, you know?

Now that the head of the Supreme Court

suspects Su Bin Quan abused his authority

to plagiarize national treasure.

Doubly guilty.

Just go back.

You this rascal!

Give me back my amber.

Ms Su,

you should be very clear about the crime of

bribing the prison guard.

Hares may pull dead lions by the beard.

Accepting the bribes blatantly,

you're fully responsible too.

Lin Lin, why are you here?

I'm here to check on you as I heard that you came here.

Do you want General Tang to get it personally

before you return the amber?

General Tang.

Here you go.

I need to find a way.

I can help you.

No, you already helped me just now.

Thanks.

If you're free,

go look after my mother.

See if she needs any daily necessities.

Tell her that I'm fine here.

I will find a way to save my father.

Then, where are you staying now?

I'll tell you later.

I leave first.

Yin Yin.

Go

and check for me.

Where does Yin Yin live now?

Does it has anything to do with the person whose surname is Ning?

Yes, Mr Mo.

I'd like to see

how long can you last before you come begging me.

Luo Qing Xin.

Her brother is the current head of the Supreme Court.

I'll go ask her again.

Luo Residence

Qing Xin!

Ms Su.

May I ask if Young Lady Luo is here?

Our young lady has important guest now.

She can't see you today.

Hold on.

Can you help me to pass this letter to her?

She'll understand once she reads it.

I'll wait her at the Ji Yu Pavilion.

Thank you.

Ji Yu Pavilion

You finally agreed to meet me.

About your father, I can't help it too.

My brother is the head of the Supreme Court.

He'll definitely never practice favouritism.

After my house is raided,

I went to your house and looked for you.

Why won't you meet me that time?

I thought we are best friend.

Have you ever seen me as your friend true-heartedly

or only the best foil for you?

Foil?

You are pretty.

The most glorious man in the capital,

Mo Cheng Feng courts you.

You have friends who always follow you.

You like to see them complimenting and admiring you.

However, you never care about anyone.

Now you know that

your kindness is like alms

to the one who never has these things.

I see what's going on.

We knew each other for more than ten years.

You never treat me genuinely.

Su Yin Yin,

Su Family was already all but dead.

Why are you still struggling to sustain it?

Few years earlier,

you already went to the pawnshop for hock

to sustain the glory on your surface, right?

You already knew that?

You're just a joke for me.

Do you believe I'll tell everyone about it now?

You, Su Yin Yin, already had nothing left.

You're wrong.

Although my father is imprisoned,

I won't be miserable because of that.

You must have wished I could

have self-pitying like you.

However, I tell you what,

I won't let you affect me.

Su Yin Yin.

You're already homeless.

How dare you be this rampant?

Don't think of using our past sisterhood

to exonerate your father.

My brother is the head of the Supreme Court.

He'll enforce the law impartially.

He'll never let go of anyone who did bad things.

My father didn't do it!

Ji Yu Pavilion

She came out.

That is Su Yin Yin.

She actually has such a day.

I've heard it before that she has been very arrogant.

Did you hear the voices around you?

This is your final fate.

Don't look at them, follow me.

Ning Residence

However, I only know now.

It turns out that a man

can possibly be hated

by the whole Shenjing

at any time.

Ning Xiu Rui,

do you know Zhang You Lan?

No, I don't know.

I heard that she had already died for 18 years.

What about the paintings in your study room then?

Mo Cheng Feng said "Green Dragon Returning to the Sea" is an unique item.

The only one

was already destroyed by my father.

That painting is fake.

How could we randomly get Zhang You Lan's painting?

Ning Xiu Rui,

I still have question to ask you.

What is it?

It's about my father.

Looking at the condition of your house,

and you're the Grand Secretariat,

you should have many connections, right?

Can you

help me to investigate my father's case?

My father is a man

who's rigid

but he's incorruptible for his whole life.

He would never involve in this kind of embezzlement.

I never ask about things of the imperial court.

If it wasn't you who summoned me at that time,

I won't be forced to enter the human world too.

About your father's case,

I can't help you.

I'm begging you, please help me.

Since you already let me stay,

why don't you help me once again?

I do let you stay

but you need to know your place too.

Don't push your luck.

The Inverted Dragon's Scale...

I have no idea

how exactly I'm related to the Inverted Dragon's Scale

but I'll help you find it.

Moreover, I have a feeling

that it's in my body.

You can't even breath in the water.

How is it possible that it's in your body?

Ning Xiu Rui,

you're really ruthless.

Get out.

Father, I promised to prove that you're innocent.

However, I have no clue. I don't know what to do.

I'm thoughtless. Sorry for putting you through such a hard time.

Once this note is sent out,

you'll be infiltrated to this incidence.

Are you sure you want to do this for her?

Ning Residence

Follow me to meet your father this evening.

Really?

Wait for me then.

I'll go wash up now.

Supreme Court

Prison

My lord, please.

I never thought that you have such strong connections

since you look gentle.

Go back if you talk nonsense again.

No, why can't you take a joke?

I'll keep my mouth shut, okay?

Father!

Father!

Father!

Are you alright?

Yin Yin.

Are you used to staying here?

The air leakage here that you'd mentioned before, is it getting better?

And it's too cool here.

Does your gout kick in?

Prisoner

Yin Yin, you...

Asking me so many questions in one shot.

How can I answer them?

Rest assured, I'm alright.

Although in this prison...

This...

Ning Xiu Rui, our neighbour.

I heard that he is the teacher of the Crown Prince

Greetings, Lord Ning.

Lord Ning, thanks for taking my daughter to visit me today.

Thank you.

Father, I'm now staying in Lord Ning's house.

You can rest assured.

Yin Yin, you have to tone down a bit

while staying in Lord Ning's residence.

Do not disturb them.

Father, I'm a lady.

Shouldn't you be more worried about me?

Don't get involved in my case anymore

to avoid being implicated or it'll be too late.

Got it?

My lord, you can't stay any longer.

Father, if you need anything later,

you can send letter to Ning Residence.

Lord Ning is resourceful.

He'll help you.

Alright.

I'll leave first.

Lord Ning, please stay.

Yin Yin, you may go back first.

I have a few words

to speak with Lord Ning privately.

What do you want to talk with him?

Lord Ning,

I have a confusion.

Hoping that Lord Ning will help me out with that.

Please say.

I'm wondering how old you are.

I'm coming of age at 20.

Lord Su, what is it for?

No offence, Lord Ning.

It's just that your posture and appearance

are very similar to a teacher that promoted me back then.

May I ask who do you mean?

Zhang You Lan, Lord Zhang.

You still remember him?

I will bear him in mind

for the rest of my life to repay his favours.

It's unfortunate that he dropped

dead accidentally that year.

However, he has already passed away.

You don't have to be too obsessed about it.

Lord Ning,

please don't be offended

for my abrupt speech today.

Take care.

Ning Xiu Rui,

what did my father just tell to you?

Even I have to be excused.

You don't have to ask too much

since he kept it from you.

New version of "Strange Tales of Dragons"!

Come and buy!

New version of "Strange Tales of Dragons"!

Thanks for today!

Come and buy!

You're welcome.

New version of "Strange Tales of Dragons"!

Lady, take a look.

Take a look.

Buy one, please.

I'll buy and collect it every time a new book about dragon is out.

Strange Tales of Dragons

However, I'm really poor recently.

I'll pay you back the money for the book.

When did I say I'll lend you money?

Do you like dragon that much?

Yes.

When I was born,

I was protected by a huge black dragon.

I have an inseparable bond with

this black dragon since childhood.

Little turtle like you would never understand it.

What did you say?

I'm saying that

I want to be the bride of the dragon in the future.

You definitely won't lose out by lending me the money.

Nonsense.

You wish to marry that dragon because the dragon appeared when you were born?

Then there'll be dozens of ladies

become the bride of dragon.

Your words are ridiculous.

Moreover, how can you be sure that

you'll marry to the black one?

Ning Xiu Rui,

this is the first time that you talk this much with me.

Moreover, why are you getting mad?

I only think that your words are too ridiculous.

You don't have to go back if you don't leave now.
