of Chillicothe, Ohio,

six women have gone missing --

young mothers
caught in a vicious cycle

of addiction and prostitution.

Four of them
have turned up dead.

Woman: I found a woman's body
in the creek.

Berlinger:
I'm Joe Berlinger.

I'm a documentary filmmaker
and an activist.

I'm working with
forensic intelligence analyst

Angela Clemente

and former FBI agent
Steve Bongardt...

We'd really like
to talk to you.

...to find out what
happened to these women.

We got to get justice.

All of us in here
have to get justice.

Berlinger: As we delve deeper
into these cases,

our investigation expanded

to nine victims
across three cities in Ohio.

A prominent drug trafficker
in the area,

Ernest "Dollar Bill" Moore,

emerged as a common
person of interest

in more than half
of the victims' cases.

All the girls
that have passed away

and that have, you know,
been found missing,

Dollar Bill knew
every one of them.

And in the death
of Tameka Lynch,

sources point to Crail Brooks,

a man who worked
with Dollar Bill.

**

And now we're on the verge
of a major breakthrough

that could blow
this investigation wide open.

So there's potentially
a graveyard out there.

Yeah. We could have
a killing field out here.

Ruth: There's somebody out there
that knows what went on,

but they just won't tell
because they're scared.

Magill:
So we pray, "Our Father..."

Heather:
He put the gun to my chest,
and he said, "Live or die."

Landrum:
Everybody who knows information

that tries to come out and talk
about it, they end up dead.

Coleman: He gave her
a hot shot of heroin.

Kellough: And I said,
"I know who your son is,

and I know what he did, too."

Sam: If she's out there,
please just let her go

[Echoing]
and let her come home.

[ Cheers and applause ]

Hayes: You can't even walk into
a public restroom

without seeing the remains
of someone

who's been struggling
with a drug addiction.

We're not going to be
that generation

that leaves the remains of
our struggles and our addictions

laying around for the other
people to have to bear with us.

Berlinger:
Despite the opiate epidemic
that our country is facing,

the next generation
is taking on the problem

and making a difference.

[ All chant indistinctly ]

High school kids
across Southern Ohio

are signing up in record numbers
for voluntary drug testing

as part of a unique program
called MADE.

**

MADE is an acronym for "My
Attitude Determines Everything."

The unique thing
about this program

is that it is student led.

It is students
around you saying,

"Hey, there's
a better option."

I have great pride
in my town,

and I've seen what drugs
have done to it.

And I don't want to see
drugs take over.

And this club has given us the
power to affect those our age,

and that's going
to affect our future.

It's so refreshing
to talk to you guys.

I mean, really,
it's very inspiring.

Although the future
looks bright for these kids,

there is much to be done today.

All of the missing
and murdered women

were victims of the drug scourge

that is currently
plaguing the nation.

Throne: There is no question
in my mind --

multiple people
know what happened

with all of these women,

and we need those folks
to come forward.

[ Sobbing ]

The families need it.

Law enforcement needs it.

The community needs it.

It's always in the back
of our heads, you know?

What -- What happened?

**

Berlinger: In the case
of Shasta Himelrick...

...we uncover shocking
new information linking her

to one of Chillicothe's
most notorious drug dealers.

**

All right. Let's talk about
Shasta Himelrick,

last seen alive
on December 26, 2014.

Man: Today, the Ross County
coroner confirmed

the body pulled
from the Scioto River yesterday

was Shasta Himelrick.

The coroner said she drowned.

**

Ruled a suicide. Family doesn't
believe it was a suicide.

Clemente: She was pregnant,
and she was excited about it.

Shortly before her death,
Shasta discovered

she was going to have a baby
with her boyfriend, Mike Owes.

Dutchess:
December 16th of 2014, she said,

"I found out that
I'm having a baby.

I'm just so happy.
I really want this."

And that was the end
of our conversation.

Berlinger:
Although friends and family
say she inherited $50,000,

Shasta's financial records
show a deposit of just $35,800

after her father died
in August of 2014.

Reportedly, most of it
was spent on drugs

and her boyfriend, Mike Owes,
who has a long rap sheet,

including assault
and drug possession.

I got Shasta's
bank statements.

On 12/26, sometime between
midnight and 3:15 a.m.,

she takes out $20,

and then later,
$43 at the Speedway,

and that was the last
of her money.

Mm.

Who would go to the ATM
at 3:15 at the Speedway,

not buy anything,

and just withdraw
your last bit of money

if you're intending
to kill yourself?

That doesn't
make sense to me.

Winfield: That night, Shasta had
text messages back and forth

between Michael Owes,

which, you know, turns this
into a disagreement.

Shasta wanted Michael
to stay with her

because it was their first
Christmas together.

He had went out to another house

where he had a known girl

that he had associated
with in the past.

Berlinger:
Shasta's last text to Mike Owes

was at 3:33 a.m. on the night
she went missing.

This message reportedly revealed

Shasta's despondent
state of mind

and seemed to tip the scales
in the coroner's decision

to rule her death a suicide.

Woman:
If you hadn't had

the text messages
on that phone,

would you have
ruled differently?

It's hard to say if I would
have ruled differently.

If we didn't have
the text messages --

That's a very hard thing
to guess at.

If I had no other evidence,

I would have had to say
likely undetermined.

Berlinger:
Shasta's abandoned car was found
near the railroad tracks

next to the Higby Road Bridge
at 7:32 a.m.

The driver and passenger-side
doors were wide open.

**

Winfield: There was blood that
was found inside her vehicle,

on the cellphone,

and then in the front part
of the vehicle, as well.

There was indications
that she had self-mutilated

with a razor blade.

We're seeing a lot more of that
with the drug trade,

where people is, you know,
cutting their self a lot.

But I know that
those incision marks

did not cause her
to bleed to death.

Those did not contribute
to her death.

Dutchess:
It just doesn't make any sense.

I don't think Shasta
committed suicide.

I think somebody had
threw her off the bridge.

**

Pettler:
It's the location on the bridge,

I think, that's so
significant to us here.

It's so close to the shore.

It's not the middle.

-That's pretty shallow.
-Yeah.

Berlinger:
After reviewing Shasta's case,

Laura Pettler,
a forensic criminologist

who specializes
in crime-scene staging,

takes Angela and Steve
to the bridge

where 20-year-old Shasta
allegedly jumped to her death.

Oddly, her shoes were found
perfectly placed together.

Would it be more
consistent with suicide

to jump in the deep water?
Yes.

Rather than jump
in the shallow water?

Yes.

**

Pettler:
In the National Weather Service,

it reported that
the water in this river

crested at
three feet that night.

Bongardt:
Mm. That's it.

You would think from that kind
of a fall in shallow water,

you might have a chance
of injuring yourself.

Berlinger: But according
to the autopsy report,

there were no injuries
on Shasta's body.

Pettler:
We know from the victimology
that she was a good swimmer.

Clemente: She was a very good
swimmer, and she loved water.

Berlinger: How could an
accomplished swimmer like Shasta

have jumped off a 40-foot bridge
into less than 3 feet of water

and drowned to death and have no
physical injuries to her body?

**

There is such a thing
as a perfect homicide,

and usually, it revolves
around a staged suicide, right?

Is it possible
that Shasta's shoes

were placed on the bridge
to make it look like she jumped?

**

Police checked out
Mike Owes' alibi.

Lavender:
Michael Owes was investigated.

He took a polygraph,

and he was pretty much cleared
by polygraph.

Berlinger: But according to
a confidential source

we're calling "Timothy,"

Shasta may have been hiding
a deadly secret.

What about the theory
that Shasta was an informant?

You had heard that?

What about the theory
that Shasta was an informant?

Berlinger:
News that Shasta may have been
a police informant is troubling,

especially when some
of our confidential sources

tell us that Mike Owes ran drugs

for one of Ohio's most brutal
drug dealers, Dollar Bill,

and even more alarming,

that Shasta herself was also
connected to Dollar Bill.

Shasta and Dollar Bill
were together?
Mm-hmm.

What were they doing
when you saw them?

Mm-hmm.

**

Berlinger:
Our sources tell us
that drug dealers

routinely use female addicts

in their ruthless drug-
and sex-trafficking rings.

And according to Dollar Bill's
former associate,

a man we're calling "Austin,"

Dollar Bill also used Shasta
to transport his drugs.

**

If Shasta was an informant
and she snitched on Dollar Bill,

could that have been
a motive for murder?

Could Shasta's death, like many
of the other victims' cases,

be tied to Dollar Bill?

Sadly, these questions
may never be answered

unless Shasta's case
is reopened.

**

But while we were investigating

Ernest "Dollar Bill" Moore
in Chillicothe,

he was negotiating a plea deal

on a separate federal
drug-trafficking charge

for selling narcotics
across state lines.

**

According to Dollar Bill's
plea agreement,

he was cooperating
with law enforcement

in exchange
for a reduced sentence.

It would be an ironic twist

if the man who claimed
he couldn't tolerate informants

has seemingly become
an informant himself.

But that irony
leaves little comfort

for the victims' families.

And the families
deserve closure.

They deserve
the right person

that, you know,
gets held accountable.

You know, justice needs
to be served.

**

Man: Police are treating
Sayre's death as a homicide,

and the person responsible
is still out there.

Berlinger: Tiffany Sayre is the
only victim that law enforcement

is currently investigating
as a homicide.

Her family has been
fighting for answers

since she disappeared
in May of 2015.

**

Ruth: Can you tell him?
Who's this?

Rylee:
Mommy. There's Mommy.

There's Mommy. There's Mommy.

There's me and Mommy.

Ruth: She promised
the girls ice cream.

[ Voice breaking ]
Tiff never did show up.

**

Woman:
I have an emergency.

I found a woman's body
in the creek.

The day I went to identify
the body, after I saw her,

I walked out,
told the funeral director,

"That's not my niece."

**

Berlinger:
After two long years,

the Sayre family finally has
some measure of closure,

but they still don't know
what happened to Tiffany

the night she disappeared.

Sharing their frustration,

we decide to follow up
one more time

with the last person
to see Tiffany alive,

Jessie Sanford.

**

So, come on in and --

-You remember Joe.
-Hey, there.

-Hi.
-Good to see you again.

-You, too.
-Thanks for coming.

Mm-hmm.

When you talked to us
last time, you --

-Different situation, right?
-Yes.

I went to prison.

**

**

Tell me about
that last night

before she went missing.

That night, we went out
and copped some dope.

That was probably about,
I want to say 11:00.

-Mm-hmm.
-And then we went back

to my dad's house.
We got high.

She told me
she was ready to go.

She's like, "I wish somebody
would walk me home."

I walked her down the steps,
and I went and laid down.

Berlinger: What do you think
happened to her?

I've thought about this
the whole time I was in prison.

Dollar was trapping
out of a house on Sugar Street

that was right beside the alley
that she went in to go home.

**

So that night,
there's a good chance

that Dollar Bill was selling
out of that house --

That's what I think.

Could you talk
a little bit more about

her relationship
with Dollar Bill?

-Just a --
-They tricked together.

Did Tiffany ever steal
from Dollar Bill?

She stole
from many people.

Mm-hmm?

That's the addict
in people.

You feel like
there's something

you could've done
differently that night?

I wish I would've
walked her home.

But then you would've been
in this situation.

Maybe they wouldn't
take us both.

**

It's okay.

You feel guilty, right?

You don't --
You shouldn't --

You're having
survivor's guilt, right?

Yeah.
'Cause you were
with her that night.

Yeah.

This picture was actually taken
the day before she went missing.

How somebody can do that to
somebody who's so beautiful --

Berlinger: Armed with
the information that Dollar Bill

was selling drugs
out of a house

on the same route
Tiffany took to walk home,

we reach out to some
of Dollar Bill's associates

to learn more about the night
Tiffany went missing.

Arlene Avery, one of
Dollar Bill's accomplices

in the Arthur Hamlin
torture case,

agrees to speak
to us from prison.

Woman: This call is from
a correction facility

and is subject
to monitoring and recording.

Arlene?

Hi. How are you?
This is Angela Clemente.

So you were one of Dollar Bill's
drivers in the summer of 2015.

Is that right?

According to Arlene Avery,
Officer Chip Campbell

of the Chillicothe
Police Department

had a conversation
with Dollar Bill

about the night Tiffany Sayre
disappeared.

Why did Chip Campbell
call Dollar Bill?

**

**

Oh, because Tiffany
called him

on the night
that she went missing?

Wow. Okay.

Yeah, this is
very helpful, Arlene.

Thank you so much.
I really appreciate it, Arlene.

Clemente: That's a really
explosive piece of information.

You know, with Tiffany Sayre
calling Dollar Bill

the night
that she went missing,

and you couple that
with the information

that we've now found out
that he had a trap house

on the way where she was walking
down that alley,

that's something that raises
a red flag to me right away.

Berlinger: Could Tiffany
have met Dollar Bill

on that fateful night,
never to be seen again?

Berlinger: Because of the new
information we have uncovered,

it's time for one of
our periodic updates

with the victims' families.

We've been working on this for
quite a while, as you know,

and we just wanted to kind of
update you a little bit

and check in with you, and --

You guys has worked
really hard on this case.

And you have been there
from day one of this,

and you deserve the closure
as much as we do.

Clemente: So, you want
to start with Jessie?

-Good to see you again.

Berlinger: We did
a filmed interview with her.

Bongardt: And one of the things
that she told us

is that when Tiffany
left that night,

she went by a trap house

that Dollar Bill
was operating out of,

And his trap house
was on that alley,

just around the corner
from here.

We do know there was
a call made that night

from Tiffany
to Dollar Bill.

This is all circumstantial
type evidence, right,

but it's how
you build a case.

Clemente: We're hearing that, a
lot of times, he would retaliate

if someone owed him money.

-He was her drug supplier.
-Right.

She owed him money,
I would say.

As we learn more and more
about Dollar Bill,

he's got
an explosive personality,

and it wouldn't be
any problem

for him to act out
against her.

[ Voice breaking ]
I heard her scream that night.

She called me.
I could swear it was her.

"Mamaw! Grandma!"
And I didn't hear her anymore.

You thought you heard that the
night that she went missing?
I thought I did. Yes.

It was her voice.
I'm positive.

I know I wasn't dreaming.
It had to be her.

And then we never
found her no more,

never heard from her
no more.

I empathize
with your plight.

**

Berlinger: When I first read
about these cases, I just --

It broke my heart.

[ Crying ] You don't know
how much it means to me.

And my niece is my world.

She's not my child,
but she is my firstborn niece

and I loved her dearly.

Your courage is amazing.

Clemente:
Yeah. You've done great.

We're going to, you know,
continue doing this.

We're in this for as long
as we need to be.

**

Berlinger:
Having learned that Tiffany
may have been in contact

with Dollar Bill
on the day she disappeared,

we returned to another case
that has parallels to hers.

Like Tiffany, Tameka Lynch's
body was found in water

near Bainbridge,
20 miles from Chillicothe.

Man: Detectives say the body
is 30-year-old Tameka Lynch.

Investigators
took her fingerprints

to compare to
the badly decomposed remains.

**

Berlinger:
Nearly three years later,

Tameka's mother is still
struggling to comprehend

what happened to her daughter.

Although no eyewitness
has stepped forward,

the sources we've spoken to

claim that they've heard
what happened to Tameka

directly from
the persons responsible.

**

On May 24th,
Tameka Lynch's naked body

is found in Paint Creek.

This is the first body
found of the Chillicothe Six.

So, let's talk about
Crail Brooks,

low-level drug dealer
working with Dollar Bill.

Multiple charges of domestic
violence and assault.

Crail Brooks was arrested
for drug trafficking

just 12 days
after Tameka was found,

6 minutes from where
Tameka's body was found.

Berlinger:
Several individuals allege
that Tameka was at a party

in Bainbridge with Crail Brooks.

Do you know if Tameka
was murdered?

And, if so, by who?

Uh, yes.
Yes, she was.

**

Berlinger:
You know, she might have
been killed with a hot shot,

you know, a purposeful
mixture of drugs

that will kill you.

Bongardt: Could make it
look like an overdose,

but it's actually a homicide.

Berlinger: At one of our
meetings with Tameka's mother,

she shared her
suspicions with us.

**

I think the story that
we've heard is true --

Crail.

Berlinger: Now we head over
to see Tameka's mother

to let her know
what we've been able

to find out about Crail Brooks
and to give her a warning.

**

-Hi!
-Good to see you.

How are you?

How you been?
Hanging in there?

Bongardt:
With regards to your daughter,

it wasn't your
traditional serial killer.

It wasn't a stranger
that did this to her.

It was somebody that
she knew fairly well.

And our confidential sources
have told us that...

Crail Brooks
and Dollar

were involved
with Tameka's death.

**

-You okay?
-Mm-hmm.

It's hard to hear.

**

Crail is in prison now,

and he's going to get out
in a couple months.

Really?

So we wanted to make sure
that, you know,

you were not
kept in the dark.

And while we still have
an ongoing investigation,

we're going to
continue doing that.

Even when
the cameras are gone,

you know, you're going
to not get rid of me.

Great.
[ Both laugh ]

We want to find answers.

We feel we're getting
closer to the truth.

What we do know is,
Charlotte Trego

was the first one
to go missing in Chillicothe.

Man: Trego, who went missing
May 2014,

is one of
three missing persons cases

Chillicothe police are pursuing.

Clemente:
We know that the last contact,

of course, was with her mom
on May 3rd,

and we also know that Charlotte
was driving back and forth

to Gallipolis,

helping Dollar Bill
do business there.

And then, of course, Charlotte
said she owed Dollar Bill money,

so that's really important.

**

**

Berlinger: Our investigation
takes an unexpected turn

when new information surfaces

that seem to contradict
our previous theory.

So, you've uncovered
some good information.

I have.

While Angela was investigating
the cases of Tameka Lynch

and Charlotte Trego,

several people came forward
with compelling new leads.

**

And these are the people
who now have become

confidential sources
for you, right?

-Yes.
-So what is the motivation

for these people
coming forward now?

Why are these people
wanting to give information?

Dollar Bill was just sentenced
to 22 years in prison.

He's not as much of a threat
to them anymore.

And then the second reason,

they're hearing that Crail
is going to get out of prison.

In December, so they're
concerned for their safety

because he's getting
out of prison?

Correct.

Obviously, we spent
a lot of time

believing that Charlotte met
her demise in Gallipolis,

and that the body
was buried

on that property.

What I'm hearing now is

sources were saying,
that were close to Dollar,

he was throwing out
information that was inaccurate

to throw people off.

So, to misdirect everyone
to think

it might have happened
in Gallipolis

when, in fact,
it hadn't.

Correct.

But in a surprising twist,
this new information

points back to the original
leads we had uncovered.

**

Remember everybody
was talking

about that big party
in Bainbridge?

Yeah, the Bainbridge party.
Yes.

What I learned
was that Charlotte and Tameka

-were together.
-The evening of the party?

The evening of the party.

Now we're heading right
into Bainbridge.

We're almost here, and we're
going to the first location

that my sources have told me
that this big party happened.

**

-So, this is the --
-So, this is the party place.

This is the party place.

This trailer is allegedly
where Charlotte and Tameka

went to party with one
of their drug dealers,

Crail Brooks.

They were together, and there
were a lot of people there,

so there's a lot of sources to
identify that they were there.

What were the last few weeks
of their life like?

What state were they in?

Both of them were in
very heavy addiction.

Charlotte owed money.
Tameka owed money.

They were robbing people,

and this can make
a drug dealer angry,

if you're owing them money
and you're not paying

and you're ripping
people off.

And remember
our timeline?

This is why, you know,
Charlotte may not have been

heard from, you know,
too much by her mother.

There was that long gap
where she was not heard from,

which, you know, made us think
that they didn't die together.

Right.

So what do
your sources tell us?

What happened
in that trailer?

Here's a piece that I can't
give too much information.

Angela explains
that she can't divulge on camera

all of the information her
confidential informants gave her

because certain details
might reveal their identity

to the killers,
and thus endanger their lives.

This is the first time
I think I've done a show

where it's,
like, so current

and it's leading
to a prosecution

that my natural tendency

is to want to reveal
certain information.

So it's a little frustrating.
Yes.

It seems we now know where
the party took place,

but we still don't know when.

Clemente:
One of my sources said

that there was very bad storms
that night,

and it knocked out a lot
of power around Bainbridge.

So you take that timeline,
and you look.

Was there a storm
during any of this period

between when Charlotte went
missing and Tameka went missing?

And the one day
that comes up is the 21st.

And the coroner said
that Tameka was found

three days
after she had died.

Right.
She was found on the 24th,

three days exactly
before that night.

It fits with
the coroner's statement.

It was a very specific
piece of information.

Yeah.
So, just to be clear,

in fairness,

none of this has been proven
in a court of law,

-so these are all just theories.
-Right. Right.

But, remember, again,
there were a lot of people here.

So, a lot of people
are talking.

Yeah. So, where are we
going to go now?

The next place we're going
to go is where

Tameka was
potentially dumped.

Angela believes
that at some point

on the night of May 21, 2014,

Charlotte and Tameka left
the party to buy cigarettes.

Then they either returned
to the trailer

or to another location
down the street,

where Crail Brooks
would be arrested

on drug trafficking charges

just 2 weeks later.

Either way, Tameka died

soon after they got back
from the store.

**

Under what circumstances?
How did it happen?

Now, I'm getting two
different pieces on this,

but most of them are saying

that Tameka received
a hot shot.

Charlotte, apparently,
when she watched Tameka die,

she did freak out.

Why was she given
a hot shot -- Tameka?

She was given a hot shot
because she owed money.

Charlotte and Tameka owed
Crail and Dollar money.

And they're not tolerating
being owed money

because they want
to send a message

that you can't not
pay the drug dealer?

Right.
Dollar was very angry

with anybody
that even owed him $20,

even though he was dealing
with a lot higher numbers.

When someone owed him money,
he was not going to allow that.

The perfect murder weapon
is giving someone a hot shot

that's an addict.

Although the hot shot
theory is still very plausible,

some of Angela's
other sources now say

that Tameka died from
an accidental overdose

and that they
dumped her body

in order to avoid being held
responsible for her death.

**

And, so, your confidential
source told you

that this was the site
where Tameka was dumped, right?

For me, investigatively,

I think this is
the most plausible spot

that it actually happened.

Right.

According to
the autopsy report,

Tameka had injuries
to her head and chest

that would be consistent
with being thrown off a bridge.

**

The water levels were high.

It flowed down that way.

Her body got caught
on that sandbar

and couldn't go any further
when the water went down.

Yeah.

This is not that secluded
a road, actually,

so do you think they
would be brazen enough

to dump a body at night?

We've learned that it was
a stormy night.

-Right.
-We didn't know that before.

You know, stormy, dark, you
know, no streetlights, raining,

probably not many people
are going to be out.

And the bridge being low,

I think it would be easy for --
Open the door and push.

-I mean, it's --
-Right. It is pretty low.

In fact, so low it's
making me a little nervous.
Right.

So do we have information about
how many people were involved?

No. No.

I don't.

Okay.

Berlinger: This scenario
seems to be consistent

with what Artie Hamlin,

Dollar Bill's former associate,
told us.

-Okay.
-Okay?

-Okay. Okay.
-Okay? Yeah.

There was some
corroboration there.

It's like
this is the spot.

Clemente: Exactly.

But another mystery remains.

After they dumped Tameka's body,
what happened to Charlotte?

**

Berlinger:
The next day, we set out

to retrace what may have been
the last hours

of Charlotte Trego's life.

According to some of
Angela's sources,

after Charlotte witnessed
Tameka's death,

she was then taken
to a remote wooded area.

Thanks to specific
GPS coordinates

that Angela
was able to secure,

we can now to zero in
on the exact location.

**

How confident are you
about this information?

I'm very confident.

Slow down.

It's right here.

-Yep.

This is the location

-Yeah.
-'Cause it's private property.

Okay.
Well, let's check it out.

Well, this is it.

It's really deep in.

You have to walk
quite a ways.

Can see how dense, you know,

as far as, like,
it goes back really far.

Was Charlotte alive
when she was brought here?

Was she killed here?
Was she burned here?

The elements that I can say

that won't hurt
the integrity of the case --

Right, 'cause there's certain
details that you can't reveal

because it's such
singular information

that it will point a finger
to your confidential sources,

and we need to protect
those sources

as well as protect the integrity
of the investigation.

So I understand
there are certain things

-you can't even tell me.
-Right.

The one thing I can say,

it's supposed to have

allegedly killed Charlotte

startling new information.

about this location,

that there were not
just Charlotte's body here,

their dumping spot

They're going to Mexico,

Then there's murder,

that raises it to
a level of RICO.

needs to be secured,

and they need to come
in here and do a search,

so in order to do that,
this is private property,

so they need to get
a search warrant

to go in there
and search the property.

In order to get
law enforcement involved,

Angela reaches out
to her contact at BCI,

Ohio's Bureau
of Criminal Investigation.

I have a location of where
Charlotte's remains might be.

You're going to want to get
a search warrant

for this particular property

and actually get out there
as soon as possible

so that anything isn't moved.

that her daughter

about these girls.

is simply heroin addiction
