[Episode 9]

I can finally descend the peak

and have a trip.

But I can only stand here watching.

So boring.

Anyone else?

Think twice.

Place your bets.

I bet on Liu Ming Yan to get first place.

100 soul stones.

Alright.

Anyone else?

I bet on

Gongyi Xiao to get first.

300 soul stones

plus

20 places for exchange disciple in Huanhua Palace.

I bet on Gongyi Xiao too.

500 soul stones.

Me too!

Gongyi Xiao. 500.

Everyone is betting with the flow.

Boring.

I bet on Feng Da He.

Who is he?

Never heard of him.

How brave of you to bet on a no-name disciple.

I'm just encouraging my disciple.

Feng Da He in the top 10.

50 soul stones.

Also, a bet on Gongyi Xiao to get first.

600 soul stones.

Alright.

Gongyi Xiao!

I bet on Gongyi Xiao too!

Me too!

Gongyi Xiao, first place!

You guys bet on one person only.

It doesn't work like this.

Who else can we bet on?

I bet on Luo Bing He.

5,000 soul stones.

5,000 soul stones?

Luo Bing He?

Who is he?

He's betting big.

-That's a lot. -That's a big bet.

Qing Qiu?

Clan Master.

I'm just having fun

and trying to encourage Bing He.

Having fun?

You probably can't collect

1,000 soul stones from all people of your peak.

My disciple won't lose.

5,000 soul stones is not a small amount.

What if he can't pay that much when he loses?

Yes.

No one has ever made such a big bet before.

Can he pay that much?

There's no need to argue about it.

5,000 soul stones is not a problem.

Clan Master.

Are you paying?

Sure.

Who will pay if he loses?

I will.

Who can keep the winnings?

You.

Thank you, Senior Yue.

Bias.

Game is on.

I'm adding to my bet.

I'm betting another 500 on Gongyi Xiao.

Forgive me for causing a scene.

Please continue.

I'm so tired.

-We can't go on. -What is this place?

How long do we still have to go?

It's almost dark.

I want to take a rest.

I can't walk anymore.

My leg.

I can't go on.

I'm hungry.

How much longer will it take?

So tired.

Senior Luo.

I'm sorry.

You saved me just now

but I'm still troubling you.

You would be much further ahead

if you weren't trying to protect us.

It's no big deal.

We disciples should help each other.

But,

how can I be on top of the rankings

with these people dragging me down?

How did this bunch of pampered disciples

get registered?

Sister.

I can't go on.

Wan Rong.

Please hang on.

We have to walk faster.

We've been walking for a day.

My feet hurt.

Yes.

We are very tired.

I can't go on.

-I can't go on. -Well...

I can't go on.

Wan Rong.

We've been troubling Senior Luo for a long time.

He has protected us all this while.

We need to think of him.

But I want to rest for a while.

Wan Rong.

Senior Luo.

Since you're so nice,

I'm sure you won't mind it,

right?

We've been walking for so long.

You need a rest too, don't you?

Alright.

Let's rest here for a while.

But,

we can't stay for too long.

We have to

find a safe place before nightfall.

That's great.

Senior Luo is the best.

My legs hurt so much.

I can't stand up once I sit down.

Senior Luo is so gentle.

He is such a gentleman as his master.

Yes.

I have to bring glory to Master.

What is this feeling?

I know how it will end already

but I still feel nervous

like the parents who are waiting for their children outside the exam hall.

It seems that

every master shares the same feeling.

All disciples are doing a good job this year,

[Ranking: Gongyi Xiao 56, Liu Ming Yan 27, Feng Da He 9...] especially those of the Huanhua Palace.

Gongyi Xiao of your clan

is most likely to win.

You've taught him so well.

I'm flattered.

It's still too early to talk about

who will win first place.

I think that your lead disciple

has a chance as well.

You've taught them well.

You've done a better job.

Scary.

How can they flatter each other like that?

I need to stay away from them.

Is this young man

the Luo Bing He that you bet 5,000 soul stones on?

What a big group!

Interesting.

He managed to gather so many people to walk with him.

They are disciples of other clans.

It's really uncommon.

Oh, my.

This boy

has great potentials to be a good leader.

Qin Wan Yue and Qin Wan Rong?

Both of them will be Luo Bing He's future harems.

This kid acts fast.

But their rankings...

They only...

What?

[Luo Bing He one point] Only one point gained by such a big group?

What are the rest of them doing?

Really?

What is happening?

They're not teaming up.

They're dragging him down.

He is doing too much for the others.

It's alright.

That's what he should do.

Master Shen.

Your disciple is great.

I've said,

"great potentials to be a good leader".

You're overpraising him.

You should've bet

the 5,000 soul stones on Ming Yan.

Don't borrow from me if you lose.

The results don't matter.

At least he is kind and sincere.

Don't worry.

This disciple of mine

won't lose.

If he doesn't get in the top 10,

I will expel him from the clan.

They look alike.

They look so much alike.

I'm so thirsty.

We've drunk up all the water we have.

Look!

There's a stream here.

Really?

That's great.

We have water.

That's great.

We have water.

We can finally drink.

Really?

The water is so clear!

It's so comfortable to soak my feet.

It's cool.

It eases all the pain.

Sister!

Come down!

I'm fine.

It's good

staying up here.

Everyone.

It's getting late.

It's not safe to be in the water at night.

You'd better come up soon.

Yes, Senior Luo.

We will.

Are you done running?

It's already dead?

Awesome.

This should be...

the valley's...

largest monster.

Senior defeated it by herself.

Shall we take its tooth as

a keepsake?

Let's move on.

Yes.

Senior.

Let's go.

This trial

is quite easy.

We only have to follow our senior.

Trying to escape?

With that,

I will have 99 points.

What's wrong?

I don't know.

He was fine but

he passed out suddenly.

We don't find any injuries

on his body.

Let me take a look.

How is it?

He's still alive

but his aura is weak.

How did it happen?

This is...

This wound is...

Oh no!

He's poisoned with "No Cure".

What?

What?

Inform Master.

Why is there

a monster like this

around here?

What is going on?

Why is the Moon Devouring Python here?

It's a pure breed monster.

Nothing has been detected by Zhaohua Temple's barrier.

How did it get in?

Senior!

Help me!

Help!

This...

A spirit hawk!

There's something in the sky!

Alert!

What's happening?

Run!

Stay together.

Come back!

Careful!

This...

What's going on?

Who is attacking us?

These weapons are poisonous.

Watch your back!

It's so beautiful.

There are people lighting fireworks at night.

Everyone!

Get out of the water! Now!

Hurry!

It's dangerous!

What?

What's wrong?

Get out!

Hurry!

What?

Hurry up!

What's wrong?

Wait for me!

Ah!

What is that?

Stay away from the water!

Run!

Help!

Royal Heart, Sword of Sunlight.

My god.

I was almost scared to death.

This...

How can I get across?

Wan Rong!

Come back here!

Don't run about!

Be quick!

I'll pull you up!

Sister!

Come back now!

Come on!

I got you!

Ah!

No!

Wan Rong!

Wan Rong!

I'm coming!

Don't go.

It's dangerous.

My sister...

Wan Rong!

It's a Seven Star Aurogon.

Hide.

Stay close.

Follow me.

Wan Rong!

Everyone!

Keep up!

Hurry!

Keep up!

Hurry!

What's going on?

Give us an explanation!

Why are you looking at us?

You're responsible for

the monsters placed in there, no?

Are you suspecting us?

Most of the people

in the valley are disciples of Huanhua Palace.

Will we harm our people?

Tell me then!

What's going on?

How would I know?

Stop.

Open up the barrier to rescue them.

Yes.

Rescue them first.

Let them out.

Open the barrier.

Yes.

No.

Clan Master Yue.

What do you mean?

Why is that?

Why do you disagree?

Do you want our disciples

to die in there?

Clan Master Yue.

Open the barrier.

Yes.

Open the barrier!

If we remove the barrier,

the monsters will spread wide.

What will happen to the normal people living around here?

We are immortality pursuers.

How can we neglect these people's lives?

But...

This...

How do our disciples get out?

If they can't come out,

we can go in.

Go in?

How?

Everyone.

What is happening today

must be enacted by someone

who tried to wipe out

the talented and capable ones

who pursue immortality

during the God Alliance Congress.

The only thing we can do now

is to keep the barrier up.

I request everyone

to join us, entering the valley

to bring dowm the monsters

and rescue our disciples.

Huanhua Palace will join you.

Tianyi Temple will go too.

Amitabha.

Count me in!
