His latest victim, William Johnson,
a salesman from Portland, Oregon,

was found late yesterday
in Imperial County, California.

The victim's car, possibly with Myers in
it, has not yet been found.

He seems to be heading south, all right,

staying clear of all main highways.

and would afford no means of escape.

that Myers is traveling alone
and has apparently abandoned his intention

of seeking escape by way of Santa Rosalía.
