In the summer of 2009,
I started finding foreign fashion blogs.

An American girl
took pictures in California

and posted her looks.

I shared every day on Flickr.

I loved her photos.

I liked the idea
of having your own 'home',

a website of yours, where people
would come and see your life,

rather than posting on other sites
with many other users.

The idea came from this, and I said:
"Maybe I'll have my blog, too."

I wondered: "How can I call it?"

I was very blonde

and wanted to play with clichés,

I wanted to play on this side of mine.

The first photo I posted
as my blog logo

was this Barbie in a salad bowl.

around my figure

At the age of 22-23,
a team of around 10 people worked with me.

The first job offers
and sponsorship proposals came.

by the fashion system in particular,

which is much snobbier than others.

Things are changing now
but when I started

I was really a newcomer.

When I arrived in a event,
I was among the youngest

and I did not know anybody.

They would do anything
to make me feel uncomfortable.
