Be careful, it's hot.

How is it? Does it taste good?

Yeah!

If you like it, I will roast you one every day in the future.

In the future?

In the future...we don't know if we'll have a chance to sit like this together.

It's fine. Since we're together now, eat some more.

Did you know?

This is the most delicious thing I've eaten in my life!

No, it's the second most delicious!

Second?

Then what was the most delicious?

Do you want to know?

I'm not telling you!

I'm not telling you!

-Tell me!-No!

Just what have you done to Bi Yao?

Ghost King! Ghost King, please calm down!

The Qing Yun disciple Zhang Xiao Fan tricked away Bi Yao's trust.

I...risked my life to steal the magic treasure.

That's why I came to return it to the rightful owner. Please understand.

Where is Bi Yao?

Bi Yao is fine. But she's with the Qing Yun disciples.

I don't know where she went.

If I kept anything from you,

then I'll be gnawed to death by our sect's Thousand Snake Spell.

Based on that, I should be thanking you then for returning this item still on its original state.

You're too courteous.

I came this time with a message from my sect.

We hope you will ally with us.

All the sects are like loose sand right now.

Returning the Broken Heart Flower and Heaven Book represents

our sincerity for the alliance.

The Broken Heart Flower and Heaven Book originally belonged to the Ghost King Sect.

You're using this to ally with me?

If I didn't take them from the Qing Yun disciples,

they would probably have fallen to Qing Yun by now.

In Yudu City, Teacher made the wrong decision

and offended your sect and Miss Bi Yao. He told me to say

that he hopes for your forgiveness.

Whether it was you who stole the Broken-Hearted Flower,

we can temporarily not discuss it now.

But based on Poison God's personality,

he would ask for forgiveness?

Qin Wu Yan.

Your fake message might have been a bit overdone, right?

No matter what, I did come sincerely to ask for an alliance.

Sect Leader, our common enemy now is the Qing Yun sect.

Our past crisis

cannot happen again.

Since you have that intention,

you can wait a few more days.

Let me think about it.

Okay, stop following me.

Go find your Senior Brother and Sister.

But the Heaven Book...

Who stole the Broken Heart Flower?

So you weren't worried about me?

You're following me just for the Heaven Book?

Of course your safety is the most important.

But now that I'm sure you're okay, we still need to find the Heaven Book.

Or else when Senior Brother Xiao reports to the sect,

Jing Yu and I will be beaten to death!

A righteous sect disciple roasted a rabbit for a demon girl to eat.

You deserve to be beaten to death!

Bi Yao, I came looking for you because of a very important matter.

I want to say goodbye to you.

That night, you waited for me all night, right?

Only an idiot would wait for you all night.

I know it's my fault.

If I knew you were the one waiting for me, I'd definitely go looking for you.

Bi Yao, I'll help you find the Broken Heart Flower before returning to Qing Yun, okay?

There's no need. The Broken Heart Flower recognizes a master.

Even if the enemy takes it away, they probably can't open it.

If it really is the Ten Thousand Poison Sect, You Yi already went investigating.

I think you should go back to Huqi Mountain with me.

Let my father think of a way

to limit the harm the Heaven Book has on you body.

As for the Heaven Book, we'll look for it later.

But I am a Qing Yun disciple.

I cannot go.

Then just wait for death! Did you not hear the guardian spirit?

If you go on like this, you'll die eventually!

I know you're doing it for my good.

But your father has always been after the Heaven Book. I'm afraid...

Forget it if you're afraid. Didn't you come to say goodbye?

Okay. Then I'll officially say goodbye to you right now.

Goodbye!

Where have you come from?

Please sit.

Based on your skills,

you don't seem like someone wandering around Jianghu.

What is your name?

I am Qing Yun's disciple, Zhang Xiao Fan.

What is your name?

My surname is Wan, given name Ren Wang.

Wan Ren Wang?

Qing Yun is the world's number one sect. It has a very long history.

Their technique and magic is profound and is admired by the world.

You are so young, yet you entered a great sect already.

Your future potential

will definitely be great.

You've exaggerated.

The Qing Yun Sect has many great disciples.

I am just one of its rotten wood. I am not capable.

You've underestimated yourself.

Mister is dressed for travel.

Where are you going?

The world is vast. The sea is borderless.

I'm travelling the world. Go through huge mountains and ancient ponds.

Just going as one pleases.

Having no fixed place of abode is indeed a relaxed life.

It makes me jealous.

Since you are under Qing Yun,

I have a request.

I wonder if you can fulfill it?

Please tell me.

From childhood, I've always admired cultivating people like you.

It's just a shame I didn't have the ability to enter a sect.

And also, I am very envious

how your immortals carry magical items and travel above the nine worlds.

It is what I've always dreamed of.

For the past years, there was not a day that I longed for

to be able to observe closely an immortal's magical weapon.

The thing you held just now,

I wonder if I can look at it?

It's not that I'm not willing to let you look,

but...

but my magic treasure cannot be brought out to see.

How could that be if it is a celestial object?

Not only you,

but my fellow disciples often tease me.

Strange, in front of this stranger,

why am I willing to say anything to him?

Sir, is there something wrong?

Little brother.

I am interested in the celestial path

so I read some books.

There is something

that I want to ask you about.

Please go ahead.

This magic treasure, does it have your blood in it?

But both things merged together.

Do you know

that this pearl is a divine object of the demon sects?

What did you say?

This pearl was from eight hundred years ago, and belonged to the demon sect ancestor

Elder Blackheart.

It is called Capturing Blood Pearl.

You know where the pearl is from.

Are you willing to know where this black stick is from?

Please tell me.

This black stick is full of murderous aura.

It's black light is sleek and understated.

If a person comes near it, within thirty feet,

his breathing and blood will be forced to flow oppositely into his heart causing him to die.

I won't keep it from you.

The first time I met this,

From a far, I could already feel my body getting heavier.

I felt like I wanted to vomit.

And then I passed out.

This is odd.

Why didn't you die yet?

Why do I have to die?

This short black stick

is a murderous object of this world.

It's called She Hun (Soul Bringer).

Old books once recorded

that at first it is just a black metal that takes a thousand years to form.

With the ghostly lanterns from the underworld,

burning it with evil spirits and powerful souls, it is then formed.

A thousand years to turn red. A thousand years to form.

A thousand years of gathering the energy of malicious spirits. A thousand years of developing the skill to absorb souls.

Actually, this kind of demonic weapon

has never appeared for a thousand years.

It was just rarely recorded in ancient texts.

You really are a very fortunate being

yet you could obtain two such great treasures!

Little brother. What's wrong?

How could it be like this?

As a Qing Yun disciple,

how could I possess such a demonic object?

Demonic object? What do you think are demonic objects?

How many lives

have died under this stick? Is that not a demonic object?

Is it a demonic object if it has killed many?

Yes!

Lions and mountain sheep, wolves and rabbits.

They are also kililng each other. Are those demonic objects too?

Yes...

Are the righteous and evil paths in your eyes pertaining to people?

Little brother, do you know that your Qing Yun

has a famous ancient treasure,

the Zhu Xian Sword?

How do you know about the Zhu Xian Sword?

Naturally I would.

In the great battle between good and evil, the Zhu Xian Sword

killed many lives! It destroyed so many lives!

In this world and its treasures,

the real thing that has killed many and has the heaviest murderous aura

is the Zhu Xian Sword your Qing Yun called a holy object!

Just who are you?

Me?

I am Wan Ren Wang.

A regular scholar who wanders the world.

How could a regular scholar know so much?

You're from the demon sects!

In your hearts,

is the difference between righteous and demon so important?

Since it's like this,

why are you still using this demon sect evil object?

It is a demonic object,

but I use it to destroy demons. That is a righteous path!

I have a clear conscience, just like our Zhu Xian Sword!

That you could think to this deep of a level,

it is indeed wonderful.

How wonderful.

Your mindset is higher than that of anyone in Qing Yun, no,

than many people in this world.

Just who are you?

Father!

Stop talking. Let's go.

Timing & subitles brought to you by Gone with the Shirt Team@Viki

Father, why did you suddenly come?

Even the Broken Heart Flower got stolen. Could I not come?

Why do you have it?

You don't need to care about that.

You only need to return to Huqi Mountain with me. Then I'll give it back to you.

I won't go back with you. I still have things to do.

You're the one who wanted to leave, and now you won't go back?

Just what do you want?

Can you give me a definite answer?

Father!

Bi Yao, you took such a long trip down the mountain this time.

Did you not miss me at all?

If I didn't come looking for you, when would you let me see you?

I wanted to see you too!

I thought that you forgot me after growing up.

I didn't, Father.

It's just Zhang Xiao Fan, he...

Zhang Xiao Fan, Zhang Xiao Fan.

But this kid is pretty determined.

He is similar to how collected I was years ago.

Father, since you like him so much,

and he has our headquarters' magic treasure,

then why not just capture him and bring him back?

So he can roast you meat to eat?

Or so he can be my son in law?

Father, that's not what I mean!

I...I just...I'm talking about the fire stick in his hand!

The Shi Xue Zhu (Blood Sucking Pearl) and the Soul Bringer

after merging with his blood,

it became a blood magic object.

Besides him, no one can use that treasure anymore.

Even if we steal it back, it's useless.

No wonder I feel like that fire stick was a bit weird.

Bi Yao, can I not know what you think in your heart?

But even if it's like that,

based on how stubborn he is,

even if I let him join our sect,

it would still be very difficult.

Do you understand?

That was impossible to start with.

Bi Yao,

looking upon the fact that he unraveled the knot in your heart,

and saved you multiple times,

if there's a chance,

I will definitely repay the favor.

Father, do you really mean it?

I've always kept my word.

However, we'll have to see if he

will come looking for you at Huqi Mountain.

Then I will deal with it appropriately.

Is it a demonic object if it's killed many people?

Yes!

Lions and sheep, wolves and rabbits, they kill too.

Are those demonic objects too?

A thousand years ago, in the battle between righteous and demon, the Zhu Xian Sword

killed and destroyed many lives!

In this world

and its treasures,

the thing that has killed the most and has the heaviest murderous aura

is the Zhu Xian Sword your Qing Yun has called a holy object!

In your heart,

is the difference between righteous and demon so important?

What is righteous? What is demon?

Living in this world,

what is it all for?

I think...you should return to Huqi Mountain with me first.

As for the stolen Heaven Book, we can look for it later.

I should help you find the Broken Heart Flower first

and then return to Qing Yun.

Father, you can't be thinking the same way as Elder Blackheart-

The Heaven Book is a secret ancient text.

Until now, few have been able to successfully learn it.

I won't rashly try, don't worry.

Then where did you get this Broken Heart Flower from?

Whoever stole your Broken Heart Flower is the one who returned it here.

Qing Wu Yan.

So it was him? He dares to come here?

Qing Wu Yan came here representing the Ten Thousand Poison Sect to ask for an alliance.

I'll spare him for now because of Poison God.

Besides, I still have some use for him.

He continues to oppose us! Father, you still dare to use him?

Bi Yao,

there are no eternal friends, and no eternal enemies.

Do you not trust even me?

Sect Leader.

Mr. Ghost has arrived. He says there is an urgent matter.

Father, is it Xiao Fan?

I didn't imagine that the injury the demons left behind would get even more serious.

Even using power to treat it...

How about I help you to use my power to treat your injury?

Okay.

In Zhang Xiao Fan's hand,

he not only has an ancient never seen before murderous magic treasure,

but last time when I took his pulse,

I happened to find out

that he has magic from Qing Yun and Tian Ying.

Tian Ying and Qing Yun magic is kept secret.

Where did he get it from?

I think it was just coincidence.

But the rare thing is,

he merged both types of magic into one.

He controls it at will. He is indeed a talent.

He surely will be extraordinary in the future.

A talent like this, if you could take him into your sect,

it will be definitely very helpful to your future plans.

It is indeed like that.

It's just a shame about how personality

and he grew up in Qing Yun as well.

He disliked since us long ago.

If we want to bring him in,

I'm afraid it won't be so easy.

Thinking how the Blood Sucking Pearl and the Soul Bringer are very evil treasures in this world.

Even though he happened to master a blood capturing magic treasure,

It's evil force kept inside and not felt from the outside.

but this murderous object,

if he keeps it by his side, how could it not affect him?

Yes.

This kid doesn't have very deep cultivation and keeps a murderous object by his side.

After some time passes,

he will definitely be swallowed by that magic treasure's power.

His personality will change, and thirst to kill and capture blood.

When that time comes,

could the righteous sects spare him?

I do not admire this kid's martial arts.

It's just because he went through life and death with Bi Yao

that I saw that he values emotions.

Changing a person's personality

is considered difficult, but if we think of a way

then it's not entirely impossible.

It's a shame. If we met him earlier,

he might had been useful for us.

You mean...

to use him in Xiao Yi Cai's place?

The beast blood has already been used.

If we want to change the sacrificial body now, it's too late.

And also, Xiao Yi Cai as our cauldron,

We still need to observe if he has been completely controlled by the beast blood.

Xiao Yi Cai is the complete opposite of Zhang Xiao Fan.

He is too ambitious.

I'm afraid it'll be hard to control him in the future.

You are worrying too much. If he wants to revolt,

even if we don't take action,

Qing Yun wouldn't spare him either.

Timing & subitles brought to you by Gone with the Shirt Team@Viki

Jing Yu, are you okay?

I'm okay.

You were repeatedly injured in Ding Hai Fortress.

Don't force yourself. I'll go get you some food.

Thank you Senior Brother.

Drink this blood of the Beast God.

Then you will obtain strong power.

But, you must pay the price for this.

Every full moon

you will temporarily become a blood sucking monster.

Those who your blood touches will slowly become beasts as well.

I can't let any threat exist.

I cannot fail. I cannot let the sect abandon me.

Jing Yu, I'm sorry.

I made a medicine that will help recuperate your Qi and pulses.

Your internal injuries have just healed. It's not good for you to exert much effort for now.

I can see that your breathing and strength is a little weak. Don't exhaust yourself too much.

Hurry and drink your medicine.

Senior Brother, you drink it.

You were also seriously injured. I can still keep going.

We are fellow brothers. Why are you being so courteous?

How about this? I'll drink half, and you drink half.

Thank you Senior Brother.

An Shun Inn

-I'm going to capture you!-Come catch me!

You can't keep up, idiot!

-Come on!-Stop!

Zhang Xiao Fan, stop! Don't run!

-Come catch me, idiot!-Stop!

I caught you!

-You can't catch me! Idiot!-Come here!

Come on!

You can't catch me!

Xiao Fan?!

Jing Yu?! You've grown up!

Jing Yu.

This is Grass Temple Village?

This is Xiao Fan and my hometown.

In the blink of an eye,

it's already been so many years.

The culprit is probably a demon from the Lie Xie Sect.

Since you've already gotten revenge,

let the past be the past.

Actually, the identity of the culprit

has never been proven with solid evidence.

But Heaven's justice will manifest.

I believe that the truth will come out eventually.

The letter from Xiao Yi Cai has already reached Tong Tian Palace.

He and Jing Yu are coming back today.

But there's still no news on Xiao Fan.

I think Old Seven just likes to play.

The world below the mountain is a world of games.

He'll return if he says he will.

Don't worry, Wife. Once he returns,

I will definitely spank him.

Do you treat him like Old Six at the others?

Xiao Fan has always been very honest. He doesn't know those people fooling tricks.

If you want him to come back, he wouldn't dare to be slow about it.

I'm just worried if he fell into another demon trap again.

Xiao Yi Cai's letter also said he was working with the Ghost Sect-

Impossible. Definitely impossible.

Don't I know best what Old Seven is like?

What use does the Ghost King sect have for him? To drink as soup?

Xiao Yi Cai and the others are probably just jealous of our Da Zhu Palace

Attacking us with cold arrows behind our back. They are all the same.

Look at your temperament. Already getting mad after just chatting for a while.

Hurry and drink your tea.

Are you treating my home as the Ten Thousand Poison Sect,

trying to sneak in by changing clothes?

If not because my father ordered our men to go up the mountain to welcome you early on,

I'm afraid you wouldn't have passed even the enchantment halfway up the mountain.

You found the Broken Heart Flower?

That's good.

Then...I'll be leaving.

You risked your life to come up here

just for this thing?

Since you've come already, drink some tea before leaving.

Okay.

Did you give your father the Heaven Book in the Broken Heart Flower?

Yes. He's my father.

My father also promised that after you come,

he'll draw out the Heaven Book in your body.

No. I won't give him another Heaven Book scroll.

If you don't take it out,

you'll be kicked out of the sect if they find out after you go back.
