Don't tell me ... that in this world,

besides black, there is only white.

In fact, in addition to black and white, there is also gray

and the rest of the colors.

That's right! This is a self-indulgence

and dissolute world.

I used to believe that this world

really had justice and brotherhood.

But in this chaotic world, there are many temptations

causing your soul to be devoured every day.

drowning in money and pleasure.

What color does justice represent?

What color represents evil?

In my eyes, there is only one color.

Is the one who will make someone become addicted and wild: White.

Maybe you think I'm bad.

It can even be unhealthy.

Actually, I want to tell you

I still have my bottom line.

No matter how dangerous it is, I will still persist.

I'm not a cop now. I have to think about myself.

No matter where you go, I will personally arrest you if you do illegal things.

Even though you are a member of a gang, you have betrayed your friends. You betrayed me too.

♫ hating you or waiting for you or caring for you ♫

~ 💴Legended by the Pugnaz Team on @ Viki.com🕵🏼 ~

Are you ready? Watch carefully.

We, the DN (Department of Narcotics), cannot let any drug dealer go.

Action.

Brother Lik, the girls and I also want to smell.

So am I hot?

Warm.

There is money and goods. I have as much as you want.

That's enough?

I found it. The sign shows that the food truck is on Wai Yip Street right now.

Action.

Police. Do not move.

Stop the car!

The target set off towards Kowloon Bay.

Hong Kong police. I want to borrow your vehicle. Thank you.

- Get away! - Hey!

This is a dead end.

Didn't you look clearly and come in?

Come with me. Here, take care of that.

What do you mean "take care of it"? damn police, don't come near me.

- Calm down. - If you get close to me I will stab you to death.

Come on, quickly, and stop playing. Come on.

Come on.

You don't have to say anything at this point, but everything you say now will be recorded with pen and paper.

In the future, it will be used as evidence in court. You understood?

Sir, are you on the 15th floor really free?

I'm just a shrimp, just a little boy.

Do you need so many people to take care of me?

Dai Lik,

I know you have relatives in Thailand working for drug lord Cheng Kam Chan.

If you can give me some information, I can help you plead with the Department of Justice.

Sir, do you want me to die earlier?

The fortune teller told me that I can live to be 80 years old.

Not willing? If you are unwilling, then we will file the indictment.

Process. Go ahead and sue me. I am already very familiar with that.

Do you want me to cheat on the drug lord? Do not even think about it.

Oh really? But we found 21 grams of ketamine in your car,

of the type intended for sale.

This means that we can sue you for use and drug trafficking.

Sir, are you really going to play such a heavy hand?

It is quite heavy.

Are you serious?

Mr. Ching, how about we give you another chance?

That's right. Give us a little information.

You will not tell and we will not tell. Nobody will know that you gave him away.

Cheng Kam Chan, a drug lord in Thailand.

For three generations the family has been in the drug trade. This current generation is the most ferocious and has accumulated great wealth.

At least 8,000 people have it, with possible numbers of up to 10,000.

He maintains a group of mercenaries and has a private arsenal.

Practically a local king, he controls 60% of the poppy fields in the Golden Triangle. (TN: Golden Triangle is the area where Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet in the mountains )

They can supply different degrees of heroin to be distributed directly around the world.

Hong Kong is one of its important production sites.

This is Ma Kwan. Orphan.

Adopted by Cheng Kam Chan at the age of nine.

Trained to be a killing machine that excels in fighting fists, knives and weapons, since childhood.

He's number two for Cheng Kam Chan.

He does things quickly, relentlessly and abruptly.

He is responsible for many of Cheng Kam Chan's important businesses.

This means that this Ma Kwan is an important figure for Thailand's drug lord Cheng Kam Chan.

That's right. Each of you has a copy of the Interpol file.

All of its key personnel are listed inside.

If these drugs reach Hong Kong, there will surely be chaos.

In this situation, we have to start at the origin.

Has anyone received any information?

We recently met an informant.

He can give us the situation in Thailand.

He told us that the Thai dealer, Cheng Kam Chan,

will send Ma Kwan to trade drugs with Hong Kong's Fook Hing gang soon.

Since you received the information, you are responsible for monitoring.

Yes sir.

[HX 780 Bangkok]

I can't see the target, would it have come from the other side?

No. CIB (Department of Investigation) would not receive wrong information.

But most people have already left.

Wait just a minute, there will be more people going out.

[uses CJ Winter perfume]

CJ Winter.

Confirm.

Ying Ying, are you in your place?

Okay, so you keep watching the exit from the parking lot.

Mr.Ching, how do you know he is a transsexual?

I investigated all your information online. I even know the perfume he wears.

But the strangest thing is why did Man Long come for you?

It's too hot today. It would be nice to have a coke.

What do you want to drink? I can give you a dozen, after work.

What? A dozen?!

Are you serious? A dozen?

Can you drink it all?

If I drink it all, I will have diabetes. How about you drink with me?

Okay, I'll drink with you.

Mr. Ching, the target vehicle has appeared. Do we need to stop him?

- Follow him. - Yes sir.

-Check the location of Sau Ping. - Yes sir.

Get out of the car!

Raise your hands and get out of the car!

This is my boss, responsible for the decisions of the Hap Luen gang, Brother Taiji.

Boss, she's ...

Now that you see what I look like, you wouldn't think I was a man, would I?

In this world, who still distinguishes between man and woman?

The important thing is to get things done.

Like number one below Mr. Cheng.

Miss Ma must have some skills.

If not, how relevant would you be?

You don't have to speak kind words.

You obviously knew that Mr. Cheng sent me this time to do business with the Fook Hing gang.

but you insisted on anticipating my flight.

Do you have anything to say in private?

I know that you normally cooperate with the Fook Hing gang.

but ... they are not the only gang in Hong Kong.

Do you mean you want a part?

Everyone wants to do business that makes money.

In terms of men and territory, we didn't lose to the Fook Hing gang.

But this does not match the rules of the streets.

Rules are made by people.

When doing business, the most important thing is money.

Okay if it's a little more expensive

but we want to monopolize.

We want all your products.

You haven't even discussed the price with me yet, and you've already given me such good conditions.

However, I am only the messenger.

Everything awaits Mr. Cheng's approval.

It really isn't worth it. They managed to escape like that.

According to the information, Ma Kwan came to Hong Kong for a drug deal.

It is possible that the drugs have already arrived in Hong Kong by other means of transport.

Or the stock may still be at the location of the transaction.

This hypothesis is correct

but the most important part, where is the location?

What I find very strange is,

why did someone from the Hap Luen gang suddenly appear?

Did the two gangs make up and talk?

If this is true, then the world is in chaos.

The only thing we can be sure of is that Ma Kwan came to Hong Kong to negotiate with the Fook Hing group.

But we don't know the time or location

and what does that have to do with Gang Hap Luen.

[110988553333]

We have information from BIC (Industrial Bank of China). Help me look.

Yes sir.

I found.

It turns out that at 1:40 pm yesterday,

they sent the goods from Gate B of the Kwai Chung Pier.

[Kwai Chung Pier - Gate B]

So quickly. You are certainly a computer genius.

Hello.

I'm sorry, my boss, he's ...

In the Maldives. He already called me.

Oh really? There are no problems, right?

You are one of those three heads of the Fook Hing Group.

Yet, we've been cooperating for so long. How would we have problems?

It is better not to have problems.

The money bag is ready.

Who's there?

Hong Kong Police!

Police!

Gentlemen, all these tools, it looks like they want to receive us.

How is it? Are you saying it's like a party?

You are all so happy. Why don't you invite us?

Do not say that. I'm just looking for some money from outside

but let me say first, this has nothing to do with my boss.

So loyal? Do you think the Fook Hing Group will clarify everything if you take all the blame?

You men are so troubled.

I'm just a young woman trying to do some small business,

and you can't stand it?

Look it up. Search everything for me.

Save lives!

How are you?

Don't move

Put your gun down.

Put your gun down!

Fai ...

Call the ambulance. Call the ambulance!

Wait.

[Surgery in process]

Doctor, how is he?

I'm sorry, we tried our best.

Tin,

Please contact the fei family.

And see what they need.

OK.

I was just upset like everyone else for what happened to Fai ..

So, I hope everyone will be more careful when you do things in the future.

This case is important for those at the top, so they decided to create a small specialized team.

Colleagues from the Major Crimes Unit will participate in the investigation shortly.

Mr. Ching, you will lead.

Among all the bad people, the ones I hate the most are those who use drugs.

because they get more benefits and money

So they can do all kinds of bad things.

There is a saying: "When the burden is great, it takes a long journey".

Can be used to describe the Department of Narcotics

because the damage from illicit drugs is profound and far-reaching.

It affects many people. This affects an entire society.

So, we have to use all our efforts to face them,

and punish all drug traffickers according to the law.

Sau Ping, his break was approved.

Sir, something huge has happened.

I shouldn't be on vacation during that time.

But your brother is getting married this is also important.

That's right, we still have a lot of brothers.

The only thing we can say is that our superiors are satisfied with the amount of drugs we find.

Our effort is recognized.

But nobody wants to see a colleague sacrificed.

We even let the criminal woman escape this time.

More importantly, this Ma Kwan,

she is an incredibly dangerous and cruel transgender.

So, we need to arrest them as soon as possible.

In addition to the Fook Hing gang, Ma Kwan definitely contacted the Hap Luen gang.

So, in addition to visiting the Fook Hing Gang, we also have to visit Hap Luen Gang.

Our Narcotics Department investigated based on reliable leads,

and drew up a complete plan and took action.

In this action, the drugs we confiscated

include heroin and marijuana.

So powerful! He continues to find himself.

The Fook Hing Gang was only arrested because it is useless!

Exactly, boss. If I had been there, all of these officers would have died.

The police say they successfully intercepted a drug business

and heroin worth 100 million HKD.

They arrested several men at the scene.

They are suspected of having a triad background.

They also arrested a suspect in Thailand.

It is reported that the central figure is a suspicious woman from Thailand

She is still in awe, so the police hope the public can provide any information.

The people in the Fook Hing Gang are out of luck.

If Ma Kwan had cooperated with us from the beginning, she wouldn't have to hide everywhere now.

Hello, Hello Cheui Seui (means a great conversation)

In fact, it is very good to start working.

You can just guess with your fingers, chat for a while and collect money.

Finger guessing!

The police are inspecting licenses!

Sir! What is happening?

Department of Narcotics.

Looking at you, you don't look like the person responsible. Tell the person in charge to leave.

Which one of you is responsible?

Ho Chung Tai!

Politeness.

Ching Sir.

The whole world calls me "Taiji". (crowned prince).

I hardly responded when I heard you suddenly call me by my full name.

Ching Sir, speak my boss's name more clearly.

Otherwise, it looks like you're going to take the subway.

Man Long, don't talk too much.

The officer is doing his job.

Got it, boss. Sir wants to report the achievements.

Turkey, bring the license.

to let Sir look carefully.

- Got it! - Stay there!

Sir.

Look, I'm kind of calling you "sir" today.

Don't play tricks on me.

We suspect that someone is doing drugs here.

and also housing a criminal from Thailand.

You say I'm harboring, so am I harboring?

Why don't you also accuse me of making fake money?

The police are making false accusations.

What? are you trying to beat the cops?

Colleagues, if someone attacks a police officer,

we can use appropriate weapons or even firearms to defend ourselves.

Say it clearly.

Which of your eyes saw us trying to beat police?

- Boss! - Brother Turbo!

Turbo brother!

Don't speak so loud. You only have five people. I can't hear him.

Ching Sir, according to the Hong Kong Police Force Ordinance, chapter 232, section 10.

Line D of police duties specifies

that the duty of the police is

apprehending all persons in whom the apprehension is lawful

and for whose apprehension there is sufficient evidence ".

Did Ching Sir see them using drugs?

No

Is anyone doing drugs?

I am innocent. I'm not a criminal who does drugs

I'm sorry, Ching Sir. I can not help you.

You two, come.

Who are these two?

I open my doors to do business. They are customers.

What? Hong Kong law states that girls can't go to the bar now?

Show your identities.

How about showing other travel documents?

Why are you here?

We came for a job interview.

Do they have an expired visa and are they here for a job interview?

What is your explanation?

In accordance with Hong Kong Immigration Law Number 2 legislation,

when you enter as a tourist and extrapolate the time in Hong Kong,

must obey the following rules. Number 1:

It is forbidden to be hired, whether paid or not.

They're only here for the job interview. We don't hire them.

You two have an expired visa. They will soon tell their mothers to take them back.

But, Mr Ching, it is just an expired visa.

It has nothing to do with the Narcotics Department, does it?

You don't need a dog to catch mice. (N / T: Being nosy)

Right. Only cats catch mice. Dogs eat poop.

- Get out, sir! - Shut up. It's not your turn to speak!

Educate your subordinates well.

Besides, I tell you. Mafia people don't have a good ending.

Hey, Mr Ching.

Calling someone a member of the Chinese mafia violates the association regulations,

rule number 22, paragraph 2.

We are not part of the Chinese mafia.

Are you even mentioning the police statute?

I had no idea that you still knew the police status so well after joining the Chinese mafia.

Our policemen generally do things according to the law.

I will arrest anyone who does illegal things.

I won't show them, no matter how close I am to them.

Continue the search!

Get up!

Turn to the wall!

- Some problem? - I'm with the police.

- I want to ask you- - Sister Lin ...

If you don't want to answer the question that this gentleman is asking

you have the right not to respond.

We are a big company.

If the police want to abuse their power and oppress good citizens,

so I will definitely hire lawyers to support you until the end.

You won't be able to find things, sir. Where else do you want to look?

Hey, if you want to arrest someone so badly, bring some bags of flour from the department and frame us.

- Disgusting police. - What did you say?

- I said you are a disgusting police! - Are they trying to beat police?

What are you doing? Get away a little!

Turbo, tell your men to get out of the way.

I am not very intimate with them. This has nothing to do with me.

Are you trying to trick us?

If you want to play, then I will play with you.

Sir, it's just a misunderstanding.

Turbo, can you show me and stop playing games?

Sau Ping, what's wrong?

Nothing. I just found out that this gentleman

he has good manners and deserves to be praised.

It is no longer a problem, sir.

- Get out. - Yes sir.

Get out. Get out! '

You do know tricks.

If I were still a cop, would I have headaches?

Who would be so stupid as to still be a cop? What kind of future do you have in that?

Even if you manage to be an inspector, you only earn about ten thousand and a few reais a month.

Do you really think I'll do it for the flag on the coffin if I die doing my duty?

Indeed. It is always better to work illegally than legally.

Is not true. Being a mobster is very risky. Right?

The more risky, the greater the return.

It's like betting on ball games, you have to buy right to make a lot of money.

As a person, the most important thing is to be aggressive and keep moving forward.

It's true, Turbo. I saw that Mr Ching knows you.

It is not new, we are close. It's complicated.

How complicated?

When other people become brothers, they protect each other.

As brothers, he incriminates me.

When we were younger, we went to school together and grew up together.

After graduation, we auditioned for the police academy together.

After we left, we stayed on the same team.

We were thinking of reaching the top together, as brothers.

The first time I owed a loan shark and was hunted down to the police station,

he just didn't help me, but he was also afraid that I would harm him, so he went to the supervisor and reported me.

Wow ... So he's really heartless.

Well, self-preservation, right? It is not wrong to protect yourself.

If you want to blame someone, you should blame me for mistakenly trusting him.

But I really have to thank you. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be in such a good condition.

No wonder you faced it so aggressively.

Turbo, let me tell you. If you work hard for this gang,

the money he will earn here in a year will be more than he will earn for a lifetime.

But, in fact, I have to thank you for taking care of me.

They came looking for people.

They clearly think that we are hiding Ma Kwan.

I think so.

The drug king of Thailand, Cheng Kam Chan's right-hand man, Ma Kwan?

Brother Turbo, you are so gossipy.

Do you even know something so secretive?

Hey, such an important situation. A policeman died too.

Even if it is not published in the newspapers, the news runs on the street.

Okay, since you know, let me ask you.

If Ma Kwan wants my help to escape,

do you think it will be worth helping her?

This case is so big that it will be a little complicated.

But if we help Ma Kwan,

it means the Lord of Drugs owes you a favor.

If you collaborate, it will be easy to negotiate.

- Good boy. - This is not right.

Now, the entire Hong Kong Police Force has targeted Ma Kwan.

This situation is very dangerous.

Where there is danger, there is opportunity.

I think to risk or risk everything.

Can you stop talking nonsense, Turbo?

Turbo, is there a problem if I let you handle this?

None.

As long as you don't ruin everyone when you can't do it, then that's fine.

Don't worry, Chief. If anything goes wrong with that,

the problem is mine alone, not the company's.

I hope you succeed, then.

Thanks boss.

Police, stop!

Police, stop the car!

Go up!

It's a private car! 1212308. Exchange!

Stop the car!

Police, stop the car!

Exchange! There's a bike behind. React.
