in a truly fabulous area -- perfect for a young family.

It's one of my favorite neighborhoods I've ever been in.

It's amazing.

in another really amazing neighborhood.

Buckeye bungalow has really great curb appeal.

They love the neighborhood and the location.

That neighborhood was my favorite neighborhood.

And the man-cave area. Yeah.

And that master bedroom is huge.

Love the playground for future endeavors, so...

The thing that made me change my mind

about the price of the house was the kitchen.

With the appliances -- the large stove

and the multiple ovens -- it's just great.

My parents, they live just about 5 or 10 minutes away,

so we're all pretty close together.
