[all] Rawr!
[narrator] It was another super, snufflesome night
at the School of Roars,
and the monsters were preparing to put on an assembly.
Roar! I'm a silly snow beastie.
With big, stompy feet.
Stomp, stomp, stomp.
Wufflebump! Oh, you've forgotten your costume.
-Ah! -And here's the head. Ah!
Thanks, Mummy. Whoa!
[Icklewoo] Oh, Mummy...
Come on, Icklewoo. Mummy's got to go to work.
But I feel ickly sick.
And my horns are as hot as fire beetles.
Oh! They feel fine to me.
Is this about your assembly?
Oh...
Oh, Icklewoo, you mustn't worry.
We've practised your lines and your growls
and you're going to be monster-mazing.
I won't!
And you're not even going to be there to watch me.
You've always got to go to work.
Well, I'll be there to watch you
and when we get home, we can tell Mummy all about it.
And we can all have a big slice of stink cake.
-How about that? -Oh...
[bell dings]
Oh, oh! [gasps]
Good luck, Icklewoo!
Oh!
Come on, give me a growl, like we practised.
I don't want to be on the stage.
She'll be just fine.
Come with me, Icklewoo.
Rawr!
Good roaring, everyone.
Roar!
[all] Good roaring, Mrs Grizzlesniff.
Roar!
Help! I can't see. Whoa!
-[crash] -Ooh!
[all laugh]
What a...erm, super snufflesome Yeti costume, Wufflebump.
I think my mummy forgot to put eyeholes in the head.
Hmm. Looks like we're all ready for our special assembly.
[all] Yay!
Your mummies and daddies will be watching...
-Ohhh! -...so I want you all to do your best.
-Off we go. -[all cheer]
-Whoa, whoa... -Oh! [laughs]
Oh.
Do I have to roar soon?
You'll be fine, Icklewoo.
You'll see.
Rawr!
[kids chatter]
Oh, my claws, it's time.
Positions, please.
-[all kids] Roar! -Good luck, monsters.
Oh, I'm going to hide.
-Hooray! Woo-hoo! -I can't wait.
Thank you all for coming.
The class have worked very hard on today's assembly,
so please turn off all mobile phones.
[mobile phones rings]
Uh, soz!
Hmm. And if the monsters a big round of a-paws.
[all clap]
Today's assembly is about one of the most famousest monsters ever.
The Abum.... Abumabummy... Abumbebomle...
Abominable.
Abomibobble snow beastie,
otherwise known as the Yeti.
Huh?
Yeti, where are you?
-[laud steps] -Oh, oh, whoops!
-[all cheer] -Oh!
Monster history says he had the most gigantic feet of all monsters.
Although Yeti was thought to eat human explorers...
-Whoa! -Roar!
Stomp, stomp, stomp. Roar!
...his yummiest food was actually ice-cream.
[all exclaim]
Yumble, it's your line.
Oh, ho, ho.
-[applause] -[Yumble chuckles]
Here you go, Yeti. Erm...
Ooh!
Um...uh...
Yum, yum, yum!
[all, gasp] Yumble!
Ooh!
-[parents laugh] -Brain freeze! [laughs]
[hiccups] [trembling] Pardon me.
[murmurs]
It's your line, Icklewoo.
Oh, no!
-Brrr. -Whoa!
Oh!
Oh, dear.
I'm here, Icklewoo. You can do it.
No, I can't.
-Wingston. -Huh? Uh...
Yeti was the king of the icy mountains.
Whoa!
Not quite so stompy, Wufflebump.
But there was one thing that he was the most famous for and that was...
..his humongous growl!
Roar! Whoa!
-Wuuu! -[crashing]
[all gasp]
Oh, oh, I made it.
Mummy!
Whoo-hoo, Icklewoo!
Ooh! Yeti had a huge-mongous growl.
Growl, Icklewoo, growl.
Oh...
Growl, Icklewoo. Growl!
Oh!
[growls loudly]
[audience cheers]
Well done, Icklewoo.
Well done.
Yeti's growl was louder than thunder and lightning.
And now we're going to sing a song about it. [music stars]
[all] The famousest monster That history knows
Was tall white and fuzzy With large stompy toes
The scariest thing You ever did see
The Aboni-bobbly beastie We call the Yeti
[all cheer, applaud]
Roar!
[narrator] So, Icklewoo overcame her stage fright,
and every monster agreed
that the snow beastie assembly had been a roaring success.
Rawr!
