When the stars come out And it's night once more
It's time to go To the School of Roars
So wake up, monsters, And stretch your paws
Jump up and go To the School of Roars
School of Roars, School of Roars
It's time to go To the School of Roars
School of Roars, School of Roars
You can growl and grow At the School of Roars
School of Roars, School of Roars
It's time to go To the School of Roars!
[all] Roar!
[narrator] It was another super snufflesome night
at the School of Roars,
and little monster Wufflebump was very excited about something.
Good roaring, monsters. Roar!
[monsters] Good roaring, Miss Grizzlesniff. Roar!
Icklewoo, can you bring Brian to the front please?
Ooh, here it is,
the monster marvellous thing I've been waiting for.
[monsters] Yay!
It's Brian, our class toy.
Brian's brilliant. You get to take him home.
He's got his own toothbrush and pyjamas.
And a diary where you write about your adventures.
Settle down, class.
Icklewoo, tell us what you and Brian did at the weekend.
We had a monster tea party. Brian loves eating stink cake.
Ooh, that's super snufflesome, Icklewoo. [giggles]
I might just give him a little wash.
Now class, I'll be watching you very closely today.
If you're good one of you can take Brian home.
[monsters] Yay!
I really want Brian.
I'm gonna be good, monster-mazingly good, the best at everything.
[whistles]
It's time for monster games!
-Today we're doing mud puddling. -[monsters] Ooh! Yeah! That’s fun!
Roar!
[whistles]
Line up everyone and use the log to balance your weight across the puddle.
Oh no, not mud puddling.
Mud puddling is sneezy-peasy. I'm bound to be the best.
Who'd like to go first?
Ooh, ooh, ooh, Meepa, Meepa!
La-la-la-laa La-la-la-laa. Ta-dah!
[monsters] Hooray!
Come along, Wingston.
-My turn. -[monsters] Go on, Wingston.
One step, two steps, three step... four.
[monsters] Hooray!
-Oh! -Your turn, Yummble.
Ooh, ahh. Ooh-er-er-whoa!
My tentacles have gone all wibbly. I'm going to fall.
Oh.
Ooh, ooh.
Take my paw.
Oh, ah. Thanks, Wufflebump.
No problem.
Ooh, oh, whoa!
[splash]
Maybe I'm not the best at balancing after all.
Good try, Wufflebump. And you, Icklewoo.
That's enough mud puddling for today.
Oh. Wasn't good enough to get Brian.
Never mind, it's messy play next.
Roar!
Okay, monsters, your next activity is to build the tallest goo tower
in the goo pit.
Start when you're ready.
-[monsters] Yeah! Let's goo! -[chuckles]
You okay, Icklewoo?
I can't reach the top.
Yes you can. Climb on my tail.
Thanks, Wufflebump.
Ta-dah!
Okay, class, stop goo-ing.
Good work, everyone. You've made some monstrous towers.
Oh, my tower's tiddly.
Now let's get cleaned up for play time.
[monsters] Yeah!
Oh my claws.
Roar!
Time for monster maths.
Today, I want you to count the legs on these spiders.
[monsters] Hooray!
-Ooh, come back here spidey! -Wooah
My spider's really speedy.
Oh, come back.
Ooh, you're a sleepy spider.
Hey sleepy spider, I'm brilliant at counting.
I'm bound to be the best this time. One, two--
He-he, keep still you silly spider. He–he!
Meepa, try counting my sleepy spider's legs.
Thanks.
One, two, three, four,
five, six, seven, eight!
A spider has eight legs.
Well done, Meepa. Are you okay, Wufflebump?
Yes Miss, my spider's just being boingy.
[bell rings]
Time to put your spiders away.
Oh, I'll never get Brian now.
I haven't been good at anything all day.
Oh my claws, I'm one spider short. Has anyone seen it?
[monsters laugh]
Roar!
Now class, you've all been growlingly good,
which means one of you can take Brian home.
[monsters] Ooh!
Everyone's worked very hard
but there was one monster who did something really special...
...Wufflebump!
[monsters gasp]
Huh?
He's been very kind to all his friends.
He helped Yummble balance on the log.
He helped Icklewoo build the tallest tower.
Yeah!
And he gave Meepa his spider.
So Wufflebump, you can take Brian home.
Thank you, Miss Grizzlesniff.
[monsters] Yay!
Roar!
Look, mummy, it's my turn to take Brian home.
Oh, brilliant.
We'd better do something exciting then. [laughs]
Good luck.
See you tomorrow, monsters. Roar!
Come on, Brian, we're gonna lots of adventures.
[narrator] So, Wufflebump and his family had a super snufflesome weekend...
...with brian.
[both laugh]
Goodnight, Brian. Raa!
