to surprise a new client.

But this isn't just any client.

He's my audio-video contractor,

Frankie Giuffre,
and his wife, Heather.

At this point
they're pretty much family.

It's time to make sure
they're awake

and get them outside to play.

It's time to build a pool!

This is what happens
when you leave the gate open.

Dude. Well, you never come
in a normal fashion.

What's up, man? How are you?
How are you, buddy?

We've been married
for 15 years.

HEATHER:
I'm a mortgage processor.

I worked at a bank many years
ago, and Frank was a customer.

We are absolutely ready,
and we're super psyched

to see what you're
gonna come up with.

I've got some big ideas.
I'm sure you do.

I say we do the biggest Lucas
Lagoon that's ever been built.

Wherever the sun is touching,
that's your pool.

Tone it down a bit.

You've got the room.

We live on five acres,

but you don't have five acres
to build a pool on.

You have probably more like...
a quarter of an acre.

Quarter of an acre?

Max. Max.

But still like
eight times larger

than the average swimming pool.

I guess I can work with that.

So I kind of don't want
just a pool plopped

in the middle of the yard.

We want more of, like,
a lake.

A lake.

Something like a pool
and a lake -- a plake.

I like that.
That's a good product.

Yeah.
So let's build a plake.

Cool.

I'm thinking swim-up bar,
a little sun shelf area.

My mom loves to sit there

and just have
a little shade umbrella.

Deep area, maybe with a rock
to jump off for the kids.

A rock?
It's Lucas Lagoons.

You're gonna have
like 10,000 rocks.

[ Laughs ]
Now we're nervous.

This is gonna be
an interesting challenge.

Frank is now turning
into a client.

You got a friendship
on the line here

as well as a project,
so it'll be a different dynamic.

Let me scale it back
a little bit,

make you guys happy.

So why don't you go inside?

I'm gonna go rethink this
a little bit,

and then we'll get together
and kind of hash it out.

I want this to look like you
were walking through the woods

and you stumbled upon
this natural spring

and just jumped in.

So now that I've kind of gotten
myself back down to Earth,

back down to reality,
I'm ready to sit down

with Frank and Heather and start
kind of hashing this out.

Hey, guys!

What do you got?

So, what if we do, like,
limestone boulders

so it's real native
and it looks indigenous?

I like the look of that.

In order to make the pool
this big

with this much rock
and your budget,

I'm thinking we do something
like a pond liner, but stronger.

So once we get that liner set,
we can start stacking up

the native Florida limestone

to make this look like
one natural rock outcropping.

And that way all your money

is going into things that
you can see and appreciate.

Instead of rebar
and concrete.

Right. Yeah.

So my idea is kind of
basically four separate areas

that would come together
in an organic shape.

If you wanted a natural plake,
how about having a dock area

so you can run
and jump into the plake?

We like that.

The one right in the middle
would be the shallow area

to hang out with the kids
and for your mom.

Yeah.
I like the shallow part.

The one to the back
would be your waterfall,

and the one to your left would
be the tiki-hut swim-up bar.

My area. [ Laughs ]
Your area, right?

So, of course I don't have
to call in my audio guy.

I mean, you're right here, so...

Well, I mean, basically, this is
like the ultimate canvas

for a natural lagoon.

So that's basically

what I'm thinking
about doing for you guys.

And if you kind of like
the general direction,

I mean, give me your blessing
and I'll get right on it.

Sounds awesome, man.
We can't wait.

Now it's time to get my crew
and get to work.

This is gonna be so much fun
working with Frankie.

You ready to start laying
this thing out and digging?

Yeah!
I'm ready to dig a hole.

JANE: I can't wait.
Let's do it!

CHRIS: This is going to be
the ultimate backyard.

Oh, yeah.
That fits the baldness.

[ Engine starts ]

LUCAS: The deep end of this pool
is six feet deep,

but we're digging down
eight feet

to allow room for the gravel,
sand, and pool liner.

Crash, you can start
dumping gravel along the bank.

All right.
I got you.

It'll start solidifying
that bank.

Keep dumping it right there.

¶¶

Well, here comes the liner.

CHRIS:
Yee-haw!

Look at that toad
sitting on it.

JOHN:
That's Crash for you.

It's like
a rhino riding a horse.

LUCAS:
The whole idea with the liner

is this allows us to put
more money into rocks

and less into infrastructure.

This is actually a PVC liner,

so it's gonna be resistant
to the chlorine and chemicals.

It's gonna last forever.

What we basically have to do
is stretch it out

across the whole lagoon

and then kind of unfold it
from there.

We're gonna make sure it's
protected underneath and on top

so I don't have any worries.

If we do it the wrong way,

we're gonna be fighting
1,800 pounds all day long.

Woman power.
We got this.

We have to put many layers in

to protect this liner
for years to come.

It starts with gravel,
filter fabric, sand,

another layer of filter fabric,
then the liner,

and concrete on top.

JANE:
First order of the day

is to try to get the gravel
as smoothed out as possible.

It's kind of like the princess
and the pea, you know?

If you've got a lump
at the bottom,

you're gonna feel it
at the top.

LUCAS:
Next comes the filter fabric.

JANE: These rolls of fabric
are 12 feet wide

and 300 feet long.

JANE:
It's secured at this end!

It's a lot of fabric,
but I think we're gonna use

every inch of it
to cover this pool.

Now we got all the filter
fabric all staked down,

he can bring in the sand.

The sand we're putting in
is gonna act like a cushion

between the rocks
and the liner.

LUCAS: Once we have four inches
of sand all around,

we bring in the last layer
of filter fabric.

Then it's time for the liner.

I've got some rope.

See if we can get it over
to Crash.

It's time to get
this show on the road.

This thing is 80 foot
by 100 foot,

weighs 1,800 pounds.

This liner is no joke.

I say we just unroll it like
a giant roll of toilet paper.

[ Grunts ]

Man, this is heavy.
[ Grunts ]

A little bit more.
Good.

Go, "Whee!"
So far, so good.

Now we have to, by hand, unfold
this 8,000-square-foot liner.

I can see Crash
and Old Man just sweating.

They're hating it right now.

Come on!

Whoo.
Nice!

We have so much liner!
This is awesome!

Next up, we're laying a bunch
of yellow PVC lath on the walls

to help hold the concrete
in place.

And to support the weight
of this giant waterfall

that's about to go in,

we're building a base
with a smaller riprap rock,

basically using it
in place of rebar.

For this build,
we're only needing a fraction

of the concrete
that we would typically use.

Concrete's here!
Let's go!

To cover this liner,

we're using 50 yards
of fiber mesh concrete.

I'm building this thing
to last forever.

Now that we got the concrete in,
it's rock work, man.

We're using a native
Florida limestone.

It's called cap rock

because when you dig
underneath the ground

it's the first layer
of rock you come to.

Rocks are all unloaded,
so I got to start mixing mud.

[ Engine starts ]

The first rock, finally!

LUCAS:
The rock work on this build

involves stacking
all this Florida limestone

from the floor of the pool
to the top

of this 15-foot-high,
80-foot-long waterfall.

There it is.
I think it'll stay.

It'll stay.

Well, one down and, like,
200 more to go.

Well, let's keep moving!

CHRIS: Man, all I'm doing today
is going over to a rock pile,

picking them up, going back
over, and dropping them off.

With all this rock, there
is no time to take naps, breaks.

We just got to go
from morning to night.

I got our next rock, Old Man!

Well, get another one!

Hey, Old Man.
It's swim-up-bar time, buddy.

All right. I can't wait to lay
some block instead of rocks.

So, Lucas has put me in charge

of this really cool
swim-up tiki bar.

And the foundation
has already been laid in.

Imagine right here,
a nice big bar,

bar stools out there
for people in water,

bar stools in here for people
that want to stay dry.

Nice tiki hut over the top
so you're in the shade.

It's gonna be awesome,
man.

I need to build up the bar
with cinder blocks,

and then I add some rebar

to make this structure
a bit stronger.

After it's plastered,

we stretch the liner
over the bar to seal the pool.

¶¶

This plake is really
coming together,

but there's still
a lot of work left to do.

One of those things
is building Frankie's dock.

Oh, boy. Is this my dock?

Yeah, man.
Ready to dock it out.

All right, man. I'm pumped.
I'm excited to see this thing.

You gonna build it today?

I'm set up, ready to go.

You know what would sound
even better?

Typically, I wouldn't ask
a client to help me,

but I know Frankie wants
to be involved in this project.

Honestly, I'm pretty excited
to get my hands on this plake.

I want to help out, do more
than just the A.V. stuff.

And I can't wait to get it done.

Lucas was kind enough to show me
how to drill this hole.

I just got to drill
three more of them,

cut poles
into the right height,

put the poles in the hole,
add a little bit of cement,

build a platform on it...
and I'm done.

Keep up the pace.

We're nearly complete building
this waterfall.

Perfect!

This thing's gonna start
looking really cool.

The only thing left are to add

these really awesome
character rocks.

Oh, my gosh.
Look at that.

And those are gonna go
on the top of the waterfall...

...and kind of show themselves
off to the world.

JANE:
All right, Crash! That's good!

JOHN:
The final step to the waterfall

is to veneer this really cool
swim-up tiki bar with riprap,

connecting the waterfall
to the beach entry,

making it one continuous
rock wall.

All right, Crash.
Bring that rock in.

Here we come, baby.

This is a big one,
Old Man.

Oh, it's gonna be close.

Fits in there perfect.

We are finally done.

The rock work is done,

and the palm trees are here.

Now that all the plants
and trees are in,

it looks like this natural
jungle oasis

nestled amongst these oak trees.

I mean, it just looks so cool.

LUCAS: We just got to open them
up and we're set.

It looks good.

I don't think you need to trim
a thing.

Right now we're installing
the decking area

that connects the lanai area

to the beach entry
and the tiki bar.

All right. Sweet, guys.
We're ready for concrete.

JOHN: Finally, the concrete
is poured for the bar stools

and the countertop.

I can't wait to get a drink
at this bar.

LUCAS: What's really cool for
this hardscape is we're mixing

real seashells into the concrete

so it gives you
that natural beach look.

Old Man, where you at?
Come on over.

We got all the stuff
for the tiki.

Oh, man.
That's a lot of wood.

This is gonna look nice.

[ Groans ]

Come on, Old Man.

So, to build the roof
of this tiki hut,

first we got to set
the foundation poles.

There's no brackets
to this tiki hut,

so we're actually notching
the posts to fit together.

This way a little bit.
Back. Yep.

And then we nail them together.

All right.
Looks good.

CHRIS:
We got all the framing done.

Now it's on for the thatch.

[ Humming ]

Frankie wanted natural.

You can't get any more natural
than palm fronds,

so here you go.
JOHN: Thank you.

JOHN: This thatch will last
about five years.

It will protect the tiki hut
from the rain.

It's also been treated
to be fire-retardant.

¶¶

We got a lot to do
to finish up this plake.

Right now we're building him
a new fire pit.

We're finishing up the dock
for the plake.

We're laying 2,000 square foot
of sod

and also completing
the interior finish of the pool.

On this pool, there's a liner,

so this concrete's gonna
move around a little bit,

so I need a flexible
interior finish.

Now since we've got
the interior finish all done,

it's time for some water.

CHRIS: She is in!
All right, woman! Let her flow!

Got it!

I see water!

This plake holds
55,000 gallons of water,

which is gonna take
several days to fill up.

We're nearly complete putting
all the finishing touches

on the Giuffre project.

Fill her up.

It's coming down to the wire
to get this pool completed,

but I can't wait to show Frankie
and Heather their new backyard.

Today's the day.

their amazing new backyard.

And in this instance,
not only are they my clients,

they're pretty much my family,

Before, this backyard was grass

and oak trees surrounding it,

but now it's this functional
outdoor paradise.

I am overwhelmed right now.
It's unbelievable.

This whole plake is kind of
nestled in this clearing.

You have all the oak trees
kind of surrounding this space.

I mean,
all you see is sand or rock.

Heather, you were concerned
about it being too big.

What do you think?

I think it totally fits
and it's unbelievable.

This is actually the first time

we've ever built a pool
without any steps.

You'd never have steps
in a plake, right?

On the decking, we did concrete
with exposed shells.

Blend in
with that kind of beach theme.

I love it.
And it's not slippery.

For the kids.

We got the lounge chairs
in the water.

Wow.
With the cover right above it.

My mom's gonna like that.

Those are great.
And the great thing is,

not everybody
always wants to go swimming.

So you have areas to hang out
by the pool

but without being in the pool.

That's awesome.

our yard was pretty basic
and plain.

He went over the top for us.
Totally over the top.

It's just more than
we could have ever expected.

LUCAS: In Lake Jackson, Texas,
the Peltier family is having

some pool fantasies
of their own.

They're currently building
a new home.

I like the way the ceiling
turned out.

We decided we wanted
to have the pool built

while we were building
the home.

I'm looking forward to it
being finished.

When this pool is finished,
it'll blow the family away.

On the back wall will be four
arches with travertine bowls

spilling water into the pool.

Having a backyard
with the lake view

is a perfect place
for a vanishing edge.

The transition from the pool
to the lake will be seamless.

Plus, the entire back wall

will be a 40-foot-long
fire feature.

The 6'x8' spa
will be completely level

with the rest of their pool,

so nothing will obstruct
their beautiful view.

All around the patio
will be deck jets

that shoot into the pool,

which will be a sport pool,
perfect for a volleyball net.

The crew wastes no time
getting this pool dug.

The vanishing edge
is measured and dug,

and the whole pool is lined
with rebar and plumbing.

¶¶

Shotcrete is shot
into the forms,

and all the details
are carved out.

Once the entire pool is smooth,

it's time to work on the tile.

The Peltiers have picked out
this beautiful deep blue tile

that will be spaced out
with these unique deco tiles.

The spa starts getting wrapped
with mosaic tile

while the custom bowls
are placed inside the arches.

And we'll have that go
all the way around.

It's real stone.
It's just precut.

I think it'll look cool.

The plaster has a blue pebble
finish that will create

a seamless transition
to gorgeous Lake Jackson.

It's looking good, guys.

4,000 square feet of travertine

are being used to line
the Peltiers' backyard,

and the custom fire bar

that frames the entire back edge
of the pool

is ready to be fired up.

Donny had a last-minute request
for a summer kitchen.

The team was able to add
a grill,

wine cooler, and refrigerator
in no time.

The only thing left to do
is show the Peltiers

their brand-new backyard.

This pool is truly stunning.

In Austin, Texas,
Tracy and Tim White

and their two kids have dreams
of never leaving the water.

We spend a lot of time
on our wakeboard boat.

They've been on the water

since they were about
6 months old.

With this pool,

we really feel that we can
give them an opportunity

to always be around water

and not just
when we're out on the boat.

So this pool is going to give us
everything we want

at our new home.

This pool is jam-packed
with features

that will be sure to entertain
the family for hours and hours.

The spa and fire-pit areas
will be a great way

for everyone to sit back
and relax

next to this
huge entertainment center.

With a 36-inch-high bar top,
TVs, and plenty of seating,

this pool will create a resort
feel right in their backyard.

And to help further capture
the view,

a couple of fire bowls
will frame the negative edge.

It's time to rock and roll.

The heavy machinery
is brought in

to dig out this massive pool

that'll hold several thousand
gallons of water.

¶¶

Steel and plumbing
form the base of the pool,

and it's time for Gunite.

With attention to detail,

the spa and steps
are formed by hand.

Once the pool has its shape,

rustic flagstone coping and
porcelain tile are installed.

The coping in the tile,
the house,

it all blends together.
It's really nice.

To really tie in to the rustic
contemporary feel of this home,

45 yards of light brown
concrete decking are poured.

Now it's time
to tackle the cabana.

The original design
had a shed roof,

but Tracy feared that it would
block a lot of their view.

So instead it will be
swapped out

for an open-gable design
using reclaimed beams.

Once installed, Tracy's vision
for her open-view cabana

is almost complete.

Now it's time
to surface the pool

with a nice blue pebble finish.

With some small final details
being finished up...

it's time to show off
the new pool.

This hot tub is the perfect spot

on a great spot for that view.

Not only does it not block
our view,

it actually enhances our view.

This would be my favorite spot
in the yard, honestly.

I mean, look at how beautiful
that pool is.

The bar's great. It's got
everything you could want.

It's got seating in the pool,
out of the pool.

We've got TVs in there.

So, entertaining space --
it's perfect.

Now that the pool is finished,

all that's left is to enjoy it.

We wanted a pool
with a lot of activity,

that resort feel.

One place for our family to
enjoy, and they got it.

We love everything
about this pool.

There's so much
going on out there.

It's kind of hard
to take in all at once.

The kids are just in awe
of all of the...

All the bubbles.

and the water features.

It's a fun place for us all.

The pool looks amazing

to see the Fabozzis' epic,
insane pool that I built them

over five years ago.

Here at Lucas Lagoons,
we're best known for our grottos

and natural-rock waterfalls,
but that's not all we do.

We had to step outside
our comfort zone

and design
a modern minimalist pool

where the gulf
was the main feature.

-Oh, there's some dolphins.
-Oh, two of them.

-Yeah.

They love to
follow the boat.

Look, you can start to see
the Fabozzis' house from here.

I remember the Fabozzis --

especially because
it was challenging

to be able to build a pool
so close to the water.

And the best part about
that house is the view --

looking right down
this channel.

JANE:
I know. You can't really --
when you look up this way,

you don't see any houses.

The Fabozzi project
was very different --

not your typical
Lucas Lagoon pool

with waterfalls and grottoes.

This is very modern
and minimalist.

Instead of creating the view,
my job was to enhance the view.

I'm Annette Fabozzi,
and this is my mom,

Enza Fabozzi.

We're from Staten Island,
New York,

and we're at our family vacation
home in Longboat Key, Florida.

Yeah, I guess it's almost been
almost five years

since I've last seen you guys.

It's crazy.
Yeah, you look good.

Yeah, you guys, too.

We have three generations now
and hope to be four generations.

I'll be
a great-grandmother.

Oh, my God,
you're old.

That's the big family, huh?

ANNETTE:
That's our big family.

Oh, my gosh, that's awesome.
Look at you guys.

When we're all here together,
there's 17 of us --

plus whatever extras
come along.

And, you know,
everybody has their area.

I love it outside
in the outdoor kitchen.

The kids love to hang out
on the hammocks

or lounge out
on the lounge chairs.

So it kind of has something
for everyone here.

The crew, they're all outside
waiting to see ya,

and I've been kind of
on a mission lately to revisit

some of our older
projects and clients,

some of our favorite builds.

I first met you guys out there
by the old pool.

When we first
purchased the home,

there was just
like a flat,

oval pool down low,

and it just, you know,
nobody wanted to go in it.

It was nothing.

So we wanted some place
where the kids

would want to
come with us,

and that was like our main
thing, and make it fun for them.

Like, have it be like,
you know,

everything that
you would ever want.

Remember the old pool
was down low,

so you would go down those
rickety old wooden steps,

and it was so inconvenient
to go out to the pool.

No one would want
to go out there.

Nobody went out there.

And we ripped that out,
started fresh.

So now the pool's raised up
to this level,

so you can just walk
right out to the pool.

Then we did that covered
outdoor living space.

Kids are always sitting
in the hammocks.

Sometimes I'll find them
sleeping out there

with a blanket.
Yeah.

And they'll be out in the
hammock with a blanket, like,

just staring out at the pool
and the palm trees.

They just love it.
Yeah.

That's one of their
favorite spots, definitely.

Yeah, well, let's go walk around
and check everything out.

I love this room.

Man, it looks brand-new still.

You guys have done such a
great job keeping this place up.

I remember this was just
a dead space

and you guys wanted
to have a space

that felt like
the comfort of indoors,

but being
basically outside so you

could see this
beautiful backdrop,

kind of feel
the outdoor air.

Yeah.

I remember all the work,
though.

That was a wall, right,
that was part of the garage.

So we bumped that out so we
had more outdoor living space.

Then we used that
as an accent wall,

used the same stone on that wall

that we used on
the infinity edge

to kind of tie in that
cohesive design element.

So it really came together nice.

It's just a perfect space.

This is our favorite spot
in the house, practically.

Yeah. Well, let's go
check out the gardens.

Oh, I can't wait
to see everything.

Oh, I remember
this fire pit.

You'd be able to sit out
on the point by the water,

still enjoy a nice fire.
Yes.

Oh, and these
log benches.

These pine trees came
from my property,

and I remember cutting them
down and making these benches

because I think it was Michelle,
your sister, that was like,

"We gotta have
log benches.

We want that rustic
fire-pit feel."

So I remember cutting these logs
and making these benches.

And it looks like
they're holding up.

I mean, it's been five years
and still looking pretty good.

We use it a lot to make s'mores
and stuff with the kids.

Yeah, we like to just sit out
here and just watch the water.

LUCAS:
Hey, you remember these guys?

-Oh! Look at --

I know, I know.

JANE:
I love the Fabozzis.

You know, they're just
such characters.

You know, they're just
very enthusiastic.

And, I mean, I always feel like
I'm visiting a friend

when I go there.

Long time I don't see you.

It's looking
great here.

It's beautiful.

Everything is
looking great, man.

It's so awesome
to see this project.

You know, it's been
about five years,

and it really came together.

Yeah, I like that you can
all sit in that hot tub

and just look out
at this beautiful view.

And the little kids,

when, like,
the 3- and 4-year-olds come,

they're in this little
thing around here.

That's like the kiddie pool!

JANE: Perfect.
Like it?

The Fabozzi job, it's like
almost reverse-engineered.

Most people have spas up
high that spill into the pool.

This one, the pool
spills into the spa.

¶¶

The Fabozzi project was
a very different style for me.

Instead of building
a waterfall or a grotto,

we built this modern,
clean-line infinity-edge pool.

We also did a hot tub
down by the lower area,

so it was really
tricky to design

because in order
to get a big pool,

we had to go right up
to the setback.

But in the end, it all fit,
it all worked, and they love it.

In San Antonio, Texas...

Hey, let's go for a walk.
Let's go for a hike, all right?

...Dawn and Tom Langeland
and their three kids

love to be outside.

Wow, this looks nice
down here.

It's so hot here
in San Antonio

that it's hard to get outside
in the summer.

Guys want to get in a hammock
for a little bit?

Yay!
All right!

We want a pool
that's big enough

for the entire family
to enjoy.

Dawn wants a beach entry

so she can relax
and have a piña colada.

[ Laughs ]

The view's really nice,

and we really
want to be outside.

So if we get the pool,
we can be outside.

Just enjoy
our backyard more.

We're trying to find
opportunities

where we let the kids
burn energy

and enjoy the summer.

And we want to build
memories,

so we're ready for that big jump
and get a pool

and kind of build
more memories.

This pool will allow
the Langelands to feel like

they're at a 5-star resort
any time of the year.

The negative edge will create
the ultimate sunset view

of the cliffside.

Stepping down onto
the lower patio

is a nice bar area
to sit and eat

with bar stools in the pool.

With customizable LED lights,

this pool will be ready
for a late-night swim.

And, finally, a luxurious beach
entry filled with bubblers,

just like Dawn requested.

This pool is being built

right next to a 220-foot cliff,

so the excavation team
has to be extremely cautious.

¶¶

With the pool dug,
the rebar can be installed.

¶¶

Once the steel is added
and tied together,

you can really start
to see the pool take shape.

Now it's time for Gunite.

Being high up on a cliff

can get pretty windy,

which makes the concrete dry
much more quickly.

So things have to move fast.

Once the pool is shaped and
dried, the flagstone is added.

The Langelands went with
a light-color flagstone,

which can be found
all over Texas.

The second-floor deck
is extended out

to look over the pool to
the vista view from the cliff.

The crew installs a superdurable
natural-wood-look tile.

When staggered,

it gives off a truly authentic
wood feel.

Next up is the waterline tile.

The Langelands picked
a beautiful dark blue tile

that will extend all the way
to the negative edge.

Once the plaster is complete
and final touches are added in,

it's time to show off this pool.

Better than I ever imagined.

That's the reaction we like.

Oh, my God! It doesn't feel
like our backyard anymore!

Go check it out, kids.
Oh, I got my beach entry!

I can just see myself here
with an umbrella and my drinks

and not have to get too wet.

And that infinity edge
is awesome.

Feels like we're on vacation,
being back here.

Got the palm trees in here.

Makes it feel tropical.
Very tropical.

I feel like I'm
in paradise right now.

And the bubblers
and the scuppers.

Keeping the kids in mind,

there's three bubblers
at the beach entry,

one for each of them.

Hear that nice sound,
you know, with the view --

kind of ties it all together.

With the elevation,

the bar top was added
with three pool stools.

The stools are awesome.

I mean, they're going to be able
to sit there and have lunch

while we're
on the other side.

Oh, my gosh.
We can eat in the pool, guys.

And then they got the furniture
and the outdoor living spaces.

In addition to all that seating,
there's also an extra

living area up top
to soak in the amazing view.

I definitely see us gonna be
out here a lot more now.

Entertaining
and some parties, for sure.

Wow, this is going to make our
summer so enjoyable out here.

It's just amazing.

Now it's time to jump in.

They're super, superhappy,
the kids. You can tell.

They're already in there.
They're jumping around.

They're very, very,
very happy about it.

And they love having
their friends over

to enjoy the spring day.

I'm just glad they're outside
and not on screen time.

This is, like, a great way to
get them exercise, activity,

and just excitement.

¶¶

It's gonna be
our staycation,

so we'll be hanging out
at the house.

Yeah. It's awesome.

The living space
here on the patio,

the upstairs living space

is going to be
a perfect combination.

This pool will bring
the Langelands joy

for years to come.
