[Chapter 1: Mu Juchen thinks he suits?]

The world of Jianghu is supposed to be turbulent like scudding wind and clouds.

But in our world of Jianghu,

these good and evil, right and wrong, don't exist at all.

All this is thanks to the world's top sector.

Qianyun Mountain Pavilion . Which is also my home.

Qianyun Mountain Pavilion is a sector with over ten thousand disciples.

It is home to Jianghu's top talented warriors.

Among them, the Qianyun Four Most are the standouts.

His name is Qian Xiao. He's familiar with all of the ancient books in the world.

After Jianghu was unified, he switched his career to focus on affairs of love between men and women.

Famous for his work, "Women's Heart Sutra".

Qian Ran, my second elder sister.

She self-invented the sound conduct method.

She can communicate with others who are a thousand miles away.

But now, it seems she can only use it to spread gossips and mundane happenings at home.

This is Qian Zhan, the highest in martial skills among all disciples.

He was once the smiling assassin.

But in recent years, no one fights with him.

So his smile is naturally gone too.

I asked him why before.

He said, he has to put on the cold and stern aura,

to prove the fact he's very skilled.

This is me. My name is Qian Yu.

I was an abandoned baby the Qianyun Mountain Pavilion Old Master adopted.

I am different from them. I do not know any martial arts at all.

But the reason I am one of the Qianyun Four Most,

really seems like it's all by connection, right?

But actually I also possess an extreme cultivation no one else has.

In the last decade or so, I am the only one who could assist that man.

Qianyun Mountain Pavilion's young master, Mu Juechen.

Young Master has been cultivating on the Qianyu secret art since he was little.

The Qianyun Mind Art. Not only is his martial skills unrivalled,

he can also read the minds of the world.

So he put an end to the hundreds of years of dispute in Jianghu.

Yet this brought about another endless war.

Which is, all the women of the world,

want to court the love of Young Master Mu.

Since I often accompany the young master,

the two of us are naturally the subject of people's gossips after meals.

Saying we cannot love each other due to our disparaging status.

Saying the young master stays away from women because of me.

And for that, we are the juicy and pitiful love story for the people.

[Resignation Letter] But the truth behind this is... Love story?

That Mu Juechen,

is suitable?

He's not suitable at all. Xiaoyu, calm down.

Tell me. What exactly happened between you and the Young Master?

Elder sister. What is this?

- A flute. - What does he regard this as?

- A dagger? - Do you know why?

Because he doesn't know music! Yet he compares himself to Bo Ya (famous musician from warring period).

If I don't try to match him, his playing is worse than a three-year-old kid.

What "Soulful musician Mu Juechen"!

I spit at that!

Why in the world does he wield around the flute instead of the good sword!

Xiaoyu, don't be so mad here. The streets are full of sword wielders.

To stab with a flute is so cool, isn't it?

Just that . . . it's so hard on you.

No, no. Not hard on me at all.

Really. Fighting is so normal, right?

But at least clean up after your own stabbing!

Xiao yu. Let go of some anger. He was wrong.

I'll help you wipe up next time.

Elder sister, it's really fine.

It's not like it's the first time. I am already used to it.

At least let me finish my bath!

Mu! Jue! Chen!

In front of so many people!

And I am a girl! I don't care about my image?

Tell me. Has he ever respected me?

This.

I am still not respectful enough of her?

I have already been restraining myself very hard to hide my brilliance.

You mean?

The little flute yelled at you because she's given up out of despair?

Until now, I have thought of 325 possibilities.

And I have applied an elimination method to eliminate others.

Right now, there is one way.

She doesn't dare to compete for splendor against the sun and moon.

So she's gone nuts upon realizing it.

Then you'll have to get her straightened up.

She dared to yell at you?

Perhaps you should reflect again.

What exactly happened yesterday.

Yesterday?

Yesterday.

Come. Hurry and help Miss Xiaoyu change.

No need.

Young Master is such an important and busy figure.

We can't allow such a trivial matter,

to delay his grand matter.

I am not in such a rush that I cannot spare a moment.

Marriage prospect meeting, right? Just like usual?

We'll just barely make do with your aesthetic standard then.

You can start.

Just like usual?

Nothing happened.

We've had thirty some rounds of meeting already.

He's not fond of even one.

If this girl keeps this fuss up,

Chen'er's marriage prospect might get delayed.

Let me see.

She is pretty good.

Reporting to Master. This woman has a square face with her cheekbones noticeable.

Her cheeks are plump-fleshed.

People with this composition are usually kind in the heart and easily willing to help others.

They possess lots of close friends.

If you marry her, it's akin to gaining a crowd of good friends.

What use do I have for a crowd of good friends?

Though her appearance does not stand out,

and her figure is just average too,

however, she is born into a noble house.

Her birth is blessed with wealth and glory.

And that will help support our Qianyun Villa.

- This humble woman. - Listen!

Her voice is pure and crisp like the golden orioles of the valley.

Her personality must be attentive and gentle.

She will surely be a diligent wife who supports her husband.

She only uttered a few words but you were able to decipher with so much penetration?

I am quite versed with a few knacks after accompanying Young Master.

If Young Master wishes to hear more, I will continue to explain.

The heck I want to hear you more.

Look.

Her hair is smooth and shinny.

It indicates this woman is in control on the matter.

It means when it comes to the home and the business,

she will arrange all matters to be tidy.

- She is very much what Young Master needs. - Are you done talking yet?

Chen'er. Let Qian Yu finish what she is saying.

Master. I am devoted to Qianyun Villa's proliferation.

I didn't imagine it would make Young Master so discontent.

I am just a minor attendant.

Surely I will be punished by Young Master after this.

Please take up my cause, Master.

Qian Yu!

Don't be scared. I will grant you the Nine Dragon Badge.

This command badge is akin to having me in person.

Chen'er, you have always been filial.

I believe you will not do anything undevoted.

Thank you, Master.

Wait.

Father, you are the one and only father of mine.

You cannot be replaced by anyone.

I think we have been exhausted by movements and words.

So the brains are shutting down.

I think we halt on the marriage prospects today and continue another day.

You better be good.

Mu Jue . . .

Chen'er.

You just only agreed to me.

So at least give me some respect.

Father, you've over-worried. Xiaoyu and I get along very well.

Look at her. How happy she is.

Your son takes his leave.

Look, is this not giving up on oneself?

Are you saying, the flute is jealous?

Think about it, any ordinary women

would fall into a river of love having met me once.

But Xiao Yu...

Not good.

What's wrong?

This is troublesome.

I've been too careless.

These past 10 years, Xiao Yu has always been by my side.

She has looked at me too many times. I'm afraid...

it wouldn't be as simple as falling into the river of love.

It already counts as a love so turbulent like the tide.

Then young master,

you should quickly scoop her out.

I don't have the time for that.

Tomorrow is the little flute's birthday,

you should let her rest for a day.

It'll perfectly highlight how considerate you are to your subordinates.

Qian Xiao. You don't understand Xiao Yu at all.

She only wants to be at my side, observing and learning,

improving and advancing, and rescuing the whole world.

For girls who are super focused on making progress like her,

a rest would only make her feel overly empty.

If she delayed something because of this,

she'll regret it for life.

Do you still want to solve the problem?

Elder sister, let me ask you.

What knife would you use to kill a chicken?

A chicken knife. Or at least I wouldn't use a cow knife.

Then would you raise your own cow to eat beef?

I'm not that unoccupied, right?

Really?

Then why is he so unoccupied?

He helped an elderly lady across the road and told me it was for the common people.

Fine. He should take pleasure in helping others.

Then why cause so much trouble when the cow is giving birth?

Widow Li is together with Old Man Wang now. What's it to you?

The government is paying the salary. Why are you the only one who's so remarkable?

It's not just a day or two that the young master likes to play pretend.

He's not actually a bad person.

He just doesn't know how to show respect to others.

But you won't go so far as to leave the villa, right?

Yeah.

I'm about to leave, so why am I still writing this so neatly?

Elder sister, I talk and you write.

I...I..my penmanship...

Flamboyant and cursive calligraphy totally suits my mood now.

Cursive calligraphy is not appropriate.

Write.

Written resignation.

Mu Jue Chen. I'm so annoyed by you.

From now on, we'll never see each other again

even after death. Do whatever you want.

So aggressive.

If he really kicks you out.

What will you do in the future?

What are you doing?

Complaining.

It's not even that big of a deal. You don't need to go so far.

Qian Ran's here too?

What are you writing? let me see.

Don't look.

This.

You're crazy.

Don't do this, you can't pay the price.

I've already severely scolded the young master about this.

He knows that he was wrong.

Keep on bragging.

You're the timidest one within the boundaries of Qianyun.

Yet you severely scolded him?

It's real.

The young master approved of your vacation because of this.

Tomorrow, rest well.

Celebrate a perfect birthday.

He remembers my birthday?

This shows that he still cares about you inside.

Go put your written resignation away.

Think about where you want to go play tomorrow.

The young master really realized that he normally treats you too harshly.

As a human, he's bound to grow and mature.

Xiao Yu, keep this sachet safely.

[ Yu ]

[Qian Yu's room]

So this is what it feels like to wake up naturally.

I'm not dreaming, right?

The young master really realized that he normally treats you too harshly.

As a human, he's bound to grow and mature.

Say...should I give him another chance?

[List of Disciples]

Feng Ming?

Feng Ming is the only one who hasn't performed an ensemble with me in the manor.

What if he's not brother either?

Brother, where are you?

Do you still remember me?

Today is my birthday.

I really want to hear you perform "Su Yu".

Whatever. I can't do anything about this.

I'm indeed someone who has much still remains to be done.

Everything has been finished today.

It's another perfect day.

That's right, how long is it until father's banquet?

Young master, there are still three hours.

I've done so many things and it's only been—

It's all because you're outstanding.

Why is it you?

Young master, today is little flute's birthday.

I'll attend to you instead.

Birthday? She doesn't need to work just because it's her birthday?

Young master, it was you who agreed yesterday to let her rest.

You arranged all of this.

How did it turn out like this?

That's because you constantly urge yourself to continuously improve.

It's hard for me to speculate your prowess.

You... stay away from me.

Call Xiao Yu over here.

Young Master, you can use your Star Attraction skill to summon him...

[ Qianyun Villa, residence hall for disciples from outside ]

Qian Yu? It's rare to see you have time.

Today is my birthday.

Young master gave you a break?

That wasn't easy.

Happy birthday.

Thanks.

Right, do you have time tonight? We can have a get-together.

Let's go to Xiao Jing Lake and perform an ensemble with me.

That... forget it.

According to the rules, the disciples outside can't get near you.

It's just me. The young master won't come.

He really won't come?

Rest assured.

I didn't tell him about this.

Okay.

Little flute!

Little flute. Something bad happened.

Are you kidding me, my vacation only just started.

I don't know what happened today either.

I planned according to your orders

but Young Master was particularly efficient today.

You mean

my vacation is already over?

Yeah.

Didn't you say that you handled it?

Didn't you say that he knew he was wrong?

Use the criticism that you used yesterday to talk back.

Little flute, just count it as my fault.

I'll give you a kowtow another day, okay?

Hurry up. He's getting angry.

Let him wait. I need to head home first.

I've brought your clothe.

I was going to get my written resignation!

You are really quick at this task for this.

Feng Ming, I'll come back soon. Our plans for the night won't change.

I will prepare nice food and wine.

You only need to bring your instrument.

This... isn't proper.

Stop infuriating him. He will cripple your martial arts.

What martial arts would I have for him to cripple?

Rushing. He only knows how to rush me everyday.

Behave yourself when you see Young Master later. He said...

Let's go.

Young master.

Is this the plan you told Qian Xiao to draw up yesterday?

Yes, but I wanted to say.

There are still three hours, replan the whole thing.

Okay.

My dear young lady, go in now.

Hurry and go.

Even though today is your birthday,

and should take a day off but just because of your mistake,

it shouldn't affect me and the people in the kingdom.

From now on, you're not allowed to make the same mistake again.

Yes.

Er Long is in-charge of the settlement ceremony of the orphanage in half an hour.

Orphanage?

It's such an important matter and you let someone else go do it?

This won't do. Record this.

At Ge House, the three managers somehow got into a robbery act.

Ge House?

What is the standard?

Their skill is less than ten years.

Hence, I arranged for the Qianyuan Mountain Pavillion's disciples to fight them to gain experience.

This is your fault. You arranged such a task for the children.

It's too dangerous.

Let's do this. I will personally go there to supervise them.

Regard this as giving them pointers.

With you there to guide them, the disciples will benefit from this.

Two matters in three hours?

Not enough.

If it goes without any hitches, there's still a balance of 30 minutes.

Young Master can still go to Tian Yu City to inscribe blessings for the people.

It's Dragon Boat Festival today. I can arrange for this.

Very good. Very perfect.

Young Master, there's something that I...

Don't blink.

Me in your eyes

is too perfect.

Xiao Yu, the me today compared to the me yesterday

I'm more amazing.

What a rapid progress.

The you from yesterday can't surpass the you today.

Let's set out.

Giddy up.

Xiao Yu.

I know that today you were going on a break.

But you know very well the responsibilities and pressure I have as Young Master.

How about this, after this matter is solved, I will send you back to rest.

You said the same thing yesterday.

Why aren't you saying anything?

Young Master, the wind's too strong, if you open your mouth it'll be filled with cold air.

Since you know the wind's strong, can't you ride slower?

If I didn't calculate wrong

Of course, I wouldn't calculate it wrong.

We are only 2 Li away from the orphanage. (T/N: Li is equivalent to a half-kilometer or 500 meters)

With the speed you're at now, we can arrive in about 15 minutes.

Young Master, you always tell us to seize every minute and second.

I definitely can't be the one to slow you down on your journey

or all the people in this world.

You have to praise her once in a while, too.

You can't be overly strict.

Under my guidance, you are a little more closer to perfection.

Giddy up.

Xiao Yu. Slow down.

Giddy up.

Slow down.

Slow down. Thank you.

Slow down! Thank you!

Can't you be steadier when you drive the carriage?

Right. What were you going to do today?

Tell me, I'll pay you back another day.

It's not important.

What is this?

It's only, an ordinary perfume satchel.

You sure love dressing up.

Young Master, Young Master.

Children. Slowly.

Don't fall. Be careful.

- Young Master. - It's Young Master and Older Sister Qian Yu.

- Long time no see. - Well-behaved. - You're so well-behaved.

How is it? Do you like your new home?

Like.

Young Master, Young Master, where's the present?

That's right, that's right, my wedding present.

There is.

Take it out.

What?

Perfume satchel.

Be patient, be patient.

Young Master, this is my—

This is my present to all of you.

You all have just moved into a new home, it'll help you fall asleep.

Do you like it?

This is. Like.

Thank you Young master.

Let's go.

Young Master, what brings you here?

Small matters like these, I-I...

Did you drink?

If I don't drink car how would I drive alcohol?

So I drank a little. A little.

You are fired.

Don't-don't-don't, Young Master please have mercy on me. I really only drank a little bit, a little bit.

Driving and drinking should be severely punished.

You won't be punished if you're fired.

Young Master, you can't favour him just because Er Long is an old offical.

Miss Qian Yu, have mercy on me. I only drank a little, a little.

Your Resting Turtle Skill should be able to get rid of the noise in the surrounding area right?

Then, I'll punish you to stay at the orphanage for a year.

- Every night, eliminate the noise to help the children fall asleep. - This...

What do you think? Young Master.

I accept the punishment.

- All of you have to eat properly, okay? - Okay.

This way you'll be like me,

this outstanding.

Okay.

I, the young master am going to save everyone in the world.

Miss Xiao Yu, you're this.

- It was to a lift of a finger. - Great kindness I can't repay.

- You can repay, can repay. - Wait, I was just being polite.

In the perfume satchel gifted to the children, there's a letter.

Help me steal it. Bring it to my house at 5-7 pm tonight.

Remember. Don't tell anyone.

Okay.

Goodbye children.

Goodbye Young Master.

Goodbye Young Master.

Xiao Yu. Coming.

Ge Family's Fortress dares to rob? [Ge Family's Fortress]

Kill!

Did I tell you to fight?

Didn't you say to kill?

I said it for myself to listen, I didn't tell you to fight yet.

You blockhead, when will you start understanding?

Your alcohol over there, can you not put it in your accounting book?

Sure. I'll bring it to your room at night.

Thanks.

The people over there, hurry up!

What were you two talking about?

Young Master, the disciples are all cleaning up the battlefield.

You should go to Tian You City to grant words for the citizens.

Okay.

All of that is alcohol, right?

Give them all to me.

Young Master, I thought you didn't drink alcohol?

I can't attend father's family dinner empty-handed, right?

Qian Xiao, bring the alcohol back to the mountain pavillion.

Wait...

Can you save me some?

You don't drink though?

I want to learn.

Ridiculous. Girls shouldn't drink alcohol.

Later when it comes in time for inscriptions and blessings, stay alert.

[The streets of Tian You City]

- Father - Father.

Young Master has come.

Hurry, let's go.

[Intelligence, morals]

[Patriotic, Advice]

Thank you Young Master for granting the names.

My family's twins have names now, my family's twins have names now!

I'm going to buy some some food, cover for me.

Make your trip quick.

You can go.

[ Tianyou Tavern ]

[ Sound of Pine and Rhyme of Bamboo ]

I'm inviting guests over for dinner, prepare some good food for me.

Firstly I'll try get a bowl of Osmanthus Soup to try out.

Qian Yu.

Hurry and go.

Okay.

Miss, you like to drink Osmanthus Soup?

This is not the most famous dish here, what else is there?

Try this one. I'll go get others.

- This is... - Bird's nest pastry.

You made these?

Why is it different than the other shops?

When I was young, I had a friend

who wouldn't eat her food. So I thought of many ways.

These are all her favorite foods.

Then, which one does she like to eat the most?

This is called chili pepper, wrapping it in dried sections of meat, the texture will be really good.

But when you taste it, take small bites.

Miss Qian Yu.

There's chili flakes in it, I was just about to remind you to take small—

Take small bites.

Little flute, Young Master is looking for you.

You.

Wait for me.

Qian Yu.

Miss, Miss.

Your pastries.

Young Master is looking for you.

What happened?

Even if it tastes bad, it's not to the point where you would cry, right?

Hurry and go.

- Young Master, thank you for calming down the bandits. - Xiao Yu,

keep these letters safe.

Young Master, Master and Madam have already waited for a long time.

Then you can go back first.

I complimented her especially today.

That's right. This is her birthday once a year

yet she didn't receive a gift from me.

Is she jealous?

Presenting Qian Yu

a personal guard.

SIgned, Mu Juechen.

As the young master, I guess I'll put aside my noble status for now.

I'll personally deliver it to you.

Xiao Yu.

How is it? Did you get it?

Here.

Miss Xiao Yu, you wouldn't really decide to betray the manor right?

[ Resignation Letter ]

I'll go tell me about it right now

Then we shall have fun enjoying together.

Don't.

Miss Xiao Yu, you are an important person beside the Young Master, he will definitely not punish you.

But if Feng Ming and I get implicated in this,

we will suffer a disaster.

Okay.

Right.

Here.

Leaving.

Feng Ming.

I even prepared some wine

but Young Master stole it.

It's fine. Don't care about that.

You're a busybody. I'm already very happy that you were able to come.

Oh right. Are you sure that Young Master isn't coming?

I'm sure. Relax.

If he knows that an outside disciple came to secretly look for you then

I would be screwed.

What are you scared of?

Er Long, stop eating.

Quickly use your Resting Turtle Skill to reduce the background noise here.

Okay.

How is it?

So amazing.

Okay. Let's start.

Let me listen to your best song.

I hope he is that younger brother from back then.

Xiao yu!

Are you surprised? Is it unexpected?

Young Master.

Er Long, aren't you supposed to be watching the orphanage?

- Y-young Master. - You've been fired.

Right now, hurry and leave.

Young Master.

- Young Master. - Young Master.

Do disciples from other sects not know any rules?

Young Master, please spare me.

I told Feng Ming to come here.

You plot to connect with Qianyun Four Most unauthorized. Your martial skills are to be displaced.

Young Master. Young Master, please spare me.

No!

Are you okay?

Only his martial arts was abolished. He didn't die.

What are you crying about?

Really.

I promise you

In future, I will not write to other girls.

Okay.

I won't get close with the other female disciples.

Whether you get close to them or not, what does that have to do with me?

I seriously have no idea how to please you.

Happy birthday.

Presenting Qian Yu a personal guard. Signed, Mu Juechen.

Aren't you afraid of the dark?

On this flag I added gold powder.

It can light up.

Look.

Don't be touched yet.

First, you have be worthy of it.

Mu Juechen!

Is it for me?

I shall be with you,

Forever without end.

When mountains flatten and rivers run dry,

Winter thunders and summer snows,

Heaven and earth join, Then, I dare to part with you. (from the Yuefu poem "Shang Ye")

Mu Juechen!

This is what you want to say to me.

Yes.

I have kept these words in my heart for a long time.

I agreed.

You will be happy.
