We will be monitoring the long-term
health of the many dozens of people

exposed to the toxin
who showed no symptoms,

all of which will take months,
in some cases, years.

There will be people out there
who ask us, "Is it safe now"

"to go about our business,
to live our lives?"

To answer that with any certainty,

we need to know
exactly what happened here,

and I'm not sure that we ever will.

Short of finding the delivery
mechanism, which could be anywhere

in the world now,

it will be safe
as we can possibly make it.
