When we filmed the first two season in Atlanta,

this art-supply store was our favorite place to shop

for props and set decorations,

and so we jumped at the chance to film there.

We shot one day at the cash register up front,

and then a second day at this framing counter

all the way in the back.

Justin: I'm just looking for a frame.

Oh, okay.

That's 11x14, correct?

Uh, this is 8x10 if my eye's on.

Cool. This is

a pretty popular size.

Right. Sometimes it's good

on a picture like this

to have, like, a matte around it.

Here, let me show you.

I have, like, this frame right here.

Like a frame like this -- and we sell this --

is really good because this will go there,

and we can get it all the way over.

Shift it over a little bit?

Yeah.

What's good is it has that really slick back coating,

which means you could use a framing cannon.

Do you have one? No. I don't even know

what that is.

Yeah, I'll show you how it works.

We do most of our stuff like this, too,

'cause we used to make people wait to get stuff framed.

But now it's, like, much easier.

Here, so, like, I'll tell you to take the picture.

And I'm gonna roll up your picture like this.

People used to wait a week,

but everybody wants stuff done right away.

Right.

So it rolls up and it goes inside of here.

So, that's got a slick inside, too.

Okay. That's the same thing.

The frames are slick and this is slick.

And then right here

gets, like, a little CO2 cartridge.

I have those right here.

This little CO2 goes in the back like this.

And you can do this in your house.

Once you have something set up with one picture,

you could do multiples if you want.

It's just a lot easier than changing

'cause they're so annoying.

You have to, like, pull all nails out.

Right. So.

Josh, can you help me with this?

And it's real simple to use,

and we sell these, too, up at the front.

So, once your picture's inside here,

you get the picture in there.

Just watch out.

so you can change it in and out

just like an ordinary frame.

Yeah. I think it freezes it so much

that it can get it to penetrate through

because glass is like a super-cool liquid.

and we secretly pulled his buddy away

So, the first blast is cold.

So that the picture's cold and it tightens up.

That was probably one of the coolest things

I've ever seen.

Uh, we started doing it since, like, last April.

Now, as originally conceived, this is where this trick ended.

And we actually rehearsed it that way,

but it made the trick way too short.

On the shoot day, we decided to make a change

where I re-entered the scene and I just started improvising.

Oh, my gosh. I don't know what I'm gonna do with this thing.

My boyfriend took that picture of me in Paris

and had it made into a painting.

I was like, "We're supposed to put it in the house?"

I think the whole world is gonna see me now.

[ Laughs ] I could have sworn I just saw you.

I was talking to...him.

To who? I was talking to him.

Wait, someone is working the counter?

I wasn't talking to nobody else. I was talking to him.

He was just right here.

He? Yes.

You think I'm crazy. Michael: Huh?

I said, "You think I'm crazy."

I was just talking to him.

Well, I'm gonna grab -- this is prepaid.

Are you waiting on a painting?

No. Okay. 'Cause I'm like,

embarrassed

to even, like, walk around with a painting of myself,

but he took the picture,

so we'll put it in the living room.

the store put on a special picture framing sale.

He walked up with a yellow coupon in his hands

that said "Framing Frenzy,"

and it offered a $10 framing deal

that was apparently too good to pass up.

...or too much matting or anything like that.

I think when something's like a square size like that,

that it looks best just hung in a square, you know?

it's not just grabbing a still like a camera.

with those exact expressions

and the baby was coming up --

We almost always film in real locations and blend in,

but some places are hard to get for legal reasons.

This episode is unique because we faced this hurdle twice.

Here's the first time.

We wanted to film in a bank,

but we couldn't find one willing to let us.

So we rented an empty building that used to be a bank.

So how did our fake bank attract real customers?

We reached out to some local businesses,

let them in on the prank,

and asked them to send over their employees on an errand.

Just to endorse it.

Okay. Great.

Okay.

Okay, just so you know,

if they're our bank's logo checks,

you can always use the mobile app.

Okay. You know, I deposit

all my stuff that way,

'cause they do instant cashing on them.

Okay.

You just -- Have you tried it before?

No, actually, I haven't.

Okay, if you download the app --

this is our app. Uh-huh.

And if you press "Cash Now," it gives you this.

Uh-huh. Okay, and you put the check

out in your hand

as long as you can see the number of the check.

Boom, here's the cash, and we can be on our way.

Like, we don't have to make no stops.

Same thing, too,

like, if you go somewhere that doesn't accept checks,

you could write yourself a check and flash it to cash.

So, what if it's a check for more than $50?

How does that work?

That's why you have to get things

that are in increments of the money

that The Treasury prints, you know?

So if you get a check for, you know, $100,

you could do it.

$50, $20, $5, $10.

That's what, you know -- it works for that.

Right now there isn't a way to kind of do, like,

you know, $17.50. Yeah, yeah. $17.50.

So, this location came with a real bank vault,

and when we arrived,

the heavy steel vault door was hanging open.

We ended up just leaving it that way

because if we shut it and it locked,

we weren't sure we were ever gonna be able to open it again,

'cause we didn't have the combination.

Most of them close the door behind them.

You know, if they don't, it's fine.

Just make sure that when they're finished and they leave,

they close and lock the door behind them.

So not only did we have to set dress this operating room,

but off camera, we had to set up an entire waiting room

to sell people on the illusion

that they were in a real medical facility.

'Cause that's the hardest thing to hide, is the battery.
