But what exactly are the activities that fall under the umbrella of logistics.

First of all we have the transportation all the transportation from and to different players in the

supply chain.

It's called logistics activity both the warehousing activities are considered as logistics activity.

But what kind of activities are done into the warehouse everything still working in logistics.

The packaging is adjusted the value added activity like promote a promotion or extra packaging it logistics

and finally we have one of the most important logistics activities which is the customer service logistics

makes sure that the customer is satisfied.

After all one of the main objectives of the supply chain and logistics is to ensure customer satisfaction.
