♫ Those who loved passionately in the past, how would they think of the future? ♫

- Youyou! - Youyou!

♫ They thought they would turn old together in the blink of an eye ♫

I've looked everywhere.

But I just can't find him.

I sent so many text messages and called him so many times. He never replied to anything!

It's fine to get a divorce.

But he won't even see me once?

He wants to get rid of me by saying one goodbye?

♫ But only memories remain now, ♫

♫ But only memories remain now, can you accept that? ♫

♫ Time has turned back, and pieced back together the day we first met ♫

What's so great about that?

I'll leave too! I'll leave tomorrow!

I will also go date another person.

Didn't he tell me to chase the life that I want?

I will be free for him to see!

Youyou, it's not like that.

There are a lot of complications on Yi Han's end.

He's afraid to be a burden to you.

He doesn't want to, but I do.

Isn't it just paying back his debts and going to court? I can do it all with him.

Isn't there more strength in two people than one person?

He looks down on me and thinks that I don't have the ability, right?

It's not like that, Youyou. It's really not.

Only he can be great.

He's the one who said he likes me and also the one who said he doesn't like me.

He's the one who proposed and also the one who said he will leave.

Does he have to do this? What is this?

Why? ♫ You waved while smiling ♫

♫ I looked down in silence ♫

♫ The end of the story is to return each other’s freedom ♫

It's okay. Once I go back, I'll rip up that divorce agreement.

From now on, I will work hard every day and earn money.

On the 5th of every month, I will transfer a sum of money to his account.

I will drink a lot of water every day,

eat a lot of vegetables, go to bed early, wake up early, exercise,

hope to live longer.

He has his decisions. I also have mine.

No matter how long I'll have to wait until.

Since...

I'll always wait for him.

♫ The ending has gone back to the prelude ♫

Youyou. ♫ There's still a chance for happiness to wait for its happy ending ♫

[Two years later]

We are reporting a news story.

After two years of trials, a certain web news reporter Gao Lang,

due to allegations of defamation, extortion and dissemination of harmful information,

has been sentenced to three years of prison by the people's court of our city.

Accomplice Sun Qingqing has also been declared guilty of burglary.

The truth of the high profile Yi Han case has also come to light.

According to Gao Lang's confession, we found out

that the case was due to a revenge by Gao Lang against Yi Han.

Although the truth is now known,

two years ago, Yi Han was faced with large scale public outcry after the case broke.

He was forced to make a public statement and retire as a public figure.

Now, although he is proven innocent, it is unknown of his whereabouts.

Yesterday, as the plaintiff, he did not make an appearance at the sentencing.

[The truth comes to light with web news reporter Gao Lang allegedly involved in allegations of defamation and extortion]

Hello, everyone.

This is the blog of Mr. and Mrs. Yi, episode 297.

Has Mr. Yi gone back to Mrs. Yi's side today?

The answer... is still no.

But at this moment in time, I am feeling extremely happy.

Because I believe that everyone saw the news, just like a fairy tale ending.

Justice will ultimately prevail over evil.

The bad person has also gotten his punishment.

I believe that one day,

the prince and princess can live happily together.

Youyou!

Sister Kan Di!

Drink a glass.

- Have a drink. - Why don't you drink some?

I'm a bit unwell.

- Cheers! - Cheers!

Before I came to this event, I heard what the organizers brought up.

They put a lot of effort into hiring the visual director.

The hottest artist, very young but is already internationally renowned.

Also, known as the representative of aesthetics in the east.

This person is you!

That's too much praise.

It's not like you don't know what I've been doing the last two years.

Of course I know, so I haven't exaggerated.

Weren't you invited by the organizer of the nail art contest,

Master Keiko Suzuki to study abroad in Europe for a year?

After you came back, you created your own brand

and even opened your own nail art company.

You also won a few awards in between.

You also became the judge for a few other awards.

That's not an exaggeration. Not at all!

Don't make fun of me, Sister Kan Di.

Here.

How have they been doing these days?

They're quite well. I heard Zishu say that Mr. Lu Ming keeps mentioning you.

He said it's quite regretful you didn't attend his graduation.

That day, I had a really important event so I couldn't leave.

I seem more competent than you, the real sister. I even went.

So I was afraid to call him. Is he really angry at me?

How can he be angry at you? In his eyes as a devout brother, whatever you do is right,

but I have to tell you some huge gossip from the graduation.

Gossip?

What gossip? Tell me.

Ran Zishu proposed to Lu Ming at the graduation ceremony.

- Really? - Yes.

That stinky brat didn't even tell me!

He must have been embarrassed about it because it's not good news.

How is that not a good thing?

Don't tell me he rejected her!

That's right. He rejected her.

He said that after he has earned his first pot of gold, then he will propose to her.

Zishu exploded on the spot. She was one step short of running after him with a kitchen knife on the school grounds.

But he did mention to me about the first pot of gold.

He said that he's planning to open a business with a few classmates when they return to China. They're investing right now.

That's a good matter. I hope that he can find it quickly.

- Cheers! - Cheers!

Oh, that's right. Do you know about Gao Lang?

Yes, I know. I saw the news.

But I'm quite perplexed. How could the trials for this case go on for so long?

Was it really that complicated?

Originally, it wasn't this complicated and was supposed to be resolved last year, but Gao Lang was delirious.

He kept saying that Yi Han killed his sister in court hearings.

This way, the nature was completely different. That's why there had to be a retrial.

How is that possible? How can Yi Han murder someone?

Don't be rash! Of course, Yi Han wouldn't murder someone.

Later, I looked into the situation and found out it was like this.

Gao Lang and his sister are not related by blood.

They were both orphans and got along very well together.

His sister's illness was congenital. She was treated for many years.

Gao Lang pretty much spent his entire savings to take care of his sister,

but they were both quite optimistic and their life together was happy.

However... two years ago...

Brother!

Take it slow.

Okay.

I ordered this for you.

Thank you, brother. Where's my present?

Right.

[Yi Han - Only Like You]

To Xiao Fei? My gosh, he even wrote my name!

I love you, brother!

Okay, okay. Do you remember what the doctor said before?

Yes, I will make sure my emotions are stable. I got it.

Is that Yi Han really that good? You're so excited.

Of course! He's the best in the entire universe.

The kind that exceeds the solar system and the galaxy.

Our whole class listens to his songs. It's super hot-blooded, super inspirational.

Oh my god! A ticket to Yi Han's concert! I'll see him in real life?

I love you!

Okay, okay.

- Stop being so excited! - I can go see him. Let me tell you...

Xiao Fei! Xiao Fei!

Doctor!

When will my sister wake up?

Her current state is a bit unique.

Apart from congenital heart disease, there are also other health concerns.

At the moment, it is very hard to pin down the exact reason why she fainted.

You are her brother? Think about it,

Is there anything that she really likes or something that can stimulate her?

Perhaps a miracle can happen.

Okay. Thank you.

From that day on, Gao Lang found various ways to find Yi Han

and hoped that he could appear and meet his sister.

We never knew about this matter at all.

Gao Lang thought that Yi Han wouldn't come so he grew a seed of hatred towards him.

That was also my fault. The day his sister passed away, Gao Lang contacted me.

Hello, who is this?

I'd like to see Yi Han.

You are ...

As long as he is willing to see my sister, I guarantee I will forget about everything before.

Okay? I beg you! I am begging you! It'd be enough to just let him see her once.

Mister, calm down first!

I'd really like to help you but I am sorry that Yi Han is currently not in Shanghai right now.

After his sister passed away, he believed firmly that Yi Han is his sister's murderer.

He is also a pitiful person.

Yeah.

- Oh no. - What's the matter?

[Lin Tian'nuo]

Aren't you in France for work? How is your timing so punctual even though there's a time difference?

You really are the big Director Lin.

Can you guess who I'm with right now?

I'm with Youyou. Do you also miss her a lot? Talk with her a little. Here.

What? Me?

Hello, Brother Tian'nuo.

Youyou. I really do miss you.

What about this? Later, I'll call you directly, okay?

Right now, give the phone to Kan Di and tell her that escaping is no use.

She must give me an answer today.

Okay...

He–

She went out!

Oh...then I won't hang up, I'll wait for her to come back.

What is the matter with you two?

Nothing much.

I proposed to her.

What?

What exactly is the matter between you two?

He's been pursuing me all along and I never agreed

until... last, last month.

Lin Tian'nuo!

Gosh, you scared me!

I told you this is good news. Let me finish pouring this and then tell you. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Why did you bring a bottle of champagne to my house?

Here, let us toast for 'Remaining Life'– no, that's not it. It should be for 'To be in Love'.

For being nominated in the Mango Film Awards along with Yi Han being nominated as Best Supporting Actor.

You have to know his competitors this year have all been best leading actors in the past.

Remaining Life? Didn't filming stop?

That's right! I got another investor and bought the rights to it.

I also successfully filmed the remaining unfinished parts and edited the ending. Now it's another story,

so it's called "To Be in Love". "To Be in Love" for the "Remaining Life."

How is it? Does it sound good?

Sounds good, but–

The most moving part is that when all the creators found out filming of the story will continue, all of them came to help for free.

Even though you've said this much already, our Yi Han's payment should still be paid.

Yes, of course.

This time, the investors are very generous. The newly rich from before cannot compare.

I'm curious. Who would invest in this film? It doesn't look profitable in any way.

Erm...he's a very passionate private entrepreneur.

His name is Ran Xiangdong.

- Ran Xiangdong? - Mm.

Of course, he also has another identity. He's Ran Zishu's father.

How does this sound so unreliable? Did you buy your award?

Miss Kan Di, even though I like you. I've also pursued you for nearly two years.

But the way you look down on my profession, I will still get angry.

You probably didn't buy it. True.

If you were to buy one, it should be for Ran Zishu to be nominated for best leading actress.

Isn't your drinking tolerance very low?

You can't drink, right?

You–

By any chance...

I was wondering why you weren't drinking! You could always drink.

It's already been two months so he's been chasing after me to agree to his proposal.

I said I'm busy so he said that in order to not disrupt my work that will lead to me disliking him.

That's why every day, he calls me at exactly 10pm to confirm my answer.

Whatever. Let's not talk about me.

How is it? 'Remaining Life' was nominated. Are you happy?

Of course I'm happy.

Then... besides happiness, are there any

other questions you want to ask me?

There isn't anything I want to ask.

You filmed vlogs for two years asking

when Mr. Yi will return to Mrs. Yi's side. I'm here now.

Do you really not want to know anything about Yi Han?

I don't dare to ask.

I'm afraid that he hasn't been living well

because I didn't stay by his side.

I'm also afraid he's been living so well because I wasn't by his side.

You're such a silly girl.

However, he succeeded in getting nominated for this award.

He should be pretty happy about it.

He always wanted to win this award

to prove that he has the talent for acting.

Do you think he would attend the award ceremony?

Could he leverage this opportunity for a comeback?

Actually, I don't know where he is either.

I don't even know what he's thinking.

When he left the entertainment industry so resolutely,

the main reason was not to burden me.

Other than following up on the issue about Gao Lang in the past two years,

our communication was also kind of on and off.

Perhaps he may have more conversation with Attorney Liu.

Then for how long has he not been in touch with you?

Could it be that something happened to him?

Rest assured, he's fine.

It's just that for now I don't know where he is.

Of course I've notified him about his nomination in the film.

I don't know if he'll come.

Actually, even if I didn't run into you by coincidence,

I had planned to call you.

Because I hope you can attend the award ceremony on Yi Han's behalf.

Youyou, are you willing to go?

[The 22nd Mango Film Festival Award Ceremony]

I am grateful for the support and encouragement from everybody. Thank you all.

Kan Di said Yi Han did not reply to her messages.

She still send the invitation anyway. Whether he will come or not, it's up to him himself.

Congratulations to Zhong Yuan! Congratulations. Please take your seat.

The next award presentation is for the Best Supporting Actor.

Let's take a look of all the nominees.

Now we are going to reveal the reward for the best supporting actor.

Let's check the shortlist.

Please watch the monitor.

[Nominees for Best Supporting Actor - Dai Jingyao]

[Yi Han]

Are you nervous?

It just feels amazing.

To be honest, the competition this time is very fierce.

Even a nomination is already a positive recognition.

I can't guarantee you whether he will win this award or not.

Don't raise your hope too high. Just keep your expectation in check.

I would like to see him win this award.

Because through this, I might be able to see him.

I miss him so much.

Okay, let's congratulate all the nominees. Next let's welcome

our VIP guest presenter to announce for us the winner for the Best Supporting Actor.

Let's welcome our esteemed presenter, the famous producer Jiang Fei,

and the renown film expert, Xue Feng. Let's welcome both.

Please.

- Good evening, everyone. - Good evening, everyone.

After seeing the nomination list tonight,

I believe everyone in attendance feels the same way as I do.

Oh? How are you feeling?

Isn't this too difficult to choose? It's like watching gods fighting each other.

That's right. Ever since we announced the nomination list,

who will win the award has been the most hotly discussed topic.

Hey Jiang Fei, who do you think among the 3 has the highest chance to get the

the Best Supporting Actor Award tonight?

I think nobody is interested in my guess. We should announce the winner instead.

Okay. Allow me to announce the winner of the Best Male Supporting Actor is

Yi Han!

[Best Supporting Actor Winner Yi Han, Movie "To be in Love", Portraying Shen Bing]

Wow, congratulations to our winner, Mr. Yi Han.

Let's welcome him with our applause to come on stage to accept his award.

Let's invite Mr. Yi Han, please welcome.

Let's invite Yi Han to our stage to accept the reward. Welcome!

With everyone's applause,

let's invite Yi Han to come up to the stage to accept the award.

Regrettably, Mr, Yi Han cannot be here tonight because of personal reasons.

However, our staff told me that Yi Han's wife

Ms. Pei Youyou attended this event tonight.

Then with our warmest applause,

let's invite Ms. Pei Youyou to the stage to accept the award on his behalf.

Let's welcome her.

Yi Han's wife, Youyou is here.

Let's invite her to our stage. Welcome.

Let's welcome Mrs. Yi to come to the stage to accept the award.

It's alright, don't be nervous. Just say what you want to say.

Hmm.

- Thanks. - Thank you.

[Best Supporting Actor Winner: Yi Han]

Hello everyone.

I am Yi Han's wife, Pei Youyou.

I am happy to be able to accept this award for Yi Han today.

First of all, I'd like to thank the judging panel of this film festival for their acknowledgment for Yi Han's work,

also the entire crew of "To be in Love" for the sacrifice they made for the film.

Thanks to the director, Lin Tian'nuo,

and the film producer, Mr. Ran Xiangdong.

Thanks to Yi Han's manager, Ms Kan Di.

Thanks...

Mrs Yi?

The most important thing of all,

thanks to the penetrating interpretation of this role by Yi Han as an actor.

As a popular artist in the country,

each move he takes was the focus of the public.

I remember that he often complained to me before how pointless this was.

If the energy and time spent on the same thing

can be used for song writing and performances, how wonderful that would be.

As everyone knows, he didn't have any background in acting,

also never received any systematic training in performance.

Therefore, at the beginning of his career in this industry,

he had to spend 10 times, or even 100 times of the energy and time than other professional trained actors.

As a complete outsider,

I've once asked him, in this world

there is mass production of all kinds of entertainment products every day,

and countless number of roles.

You dedicated so much energy and time for one role.

Is it really worth it?

He said yes, because in the vast human civilization,

everyone's life is so brief,

but a life that injects soul into a role is eternal.

Everyone sitting here probably knows, 2 years ago

Yi Han suffered a catastrophic crisis.

Afterwards, he announced his indefinite retirement from the entertainment industry,

and ended at the same time all his entertainment activities.

He then disappeared from the public view.

Although we won the lawsuit later,

time is however really callous.

A period of two years is sufficient for everyone to forget about him.

As his wife,

I have been deeply pained for this,

and found this to be so regrettable.

Until this moment,

holding the winner's trophy in my hand,

did I realize that no one has ever forgotten him.

As for all the paparazzi news about dining, sleeping,

dating is something will be worn out in time.

Instead a life that injected soul into a role

is eternal.

[Film Festival Best Male Match - Yi Han]

I think I may have seen him

at the last of the audience seats.

He just stared at me like that,

with a very tender look in his eyes.

I figure you missed him too much. That's why you would have this kind of illusion.

To be honest, I was very moved when you gave the speech a moment ago.

I didn't expect Yi Han could have come up with such moving words.

Of course he couldn't come up with such witty words.

Actually I came up with that conclusion myself.

I need to protect his image at the award ceremony, right?

So that's the case.

However, he did express this point view.

Just the way he said it was rather crude.

He needs a good wife like me to do some enhancements.

Fine. It's late. Let me take you home.

Brother Tian'nuo, why don't you return by yourself?

I'd like to stay a little longer.

Are you sure?

Yes.

Okay. I will go to see Kan Di. Watch out for yourself. Call me if you need something.

Don't worry.

I am taking off.

Hello everyone,

this is the episode 298 of Mr. and Mrs. Yi's blog.

Did Mr. Yi return to Mrs. Yi today?

The answer is still no.

Right now I am at the Mango Film Festival.

Let me share a good news with everyone.

Guess what this is.

This is the Best Supporting Actor award for Mango Film Festival that Yi Han just won half an hour ago.

Let's all congratulate him.
