My Baek Won is the real Ha Bin.

This is the evidence that Young Hae and Baek Won are blood related.

Our target has been changed.

It's not Kim Baek Won. It's her father.

Kim Han Joo.

- Dad! - Father!

I'm going to get that bastard arrested and vent my dad's spite.

Jo Kwang Do. Jo Kwang Do!

Seo Jin Ki. Your father...

He broke the car.

And tried to kill Kim Baek Won.

Why did you do that? Why did you kill Baek Won?

I'm sorry. I'm sorry, Baek Won. I cant do this anymore.

I can't do this. I'm afraid to lose you. I can't do this.

How could you point knife at me?

How can you betray me? Everybody, please listen carefully.

The woman over there is fake.

She's not Jang Ha Bin.

No... No, Grandma. He's lying. I'm Jang Ha Bin.

Have you ever thought that the real Ha Bin is alive somewhere?

What's this?

Baek Won is the real Ha Bin?

I like Do Young So much. What should I do, Mom?

What are we supposed to do?

Hushaby baby, go to sleep now.

My grandma, go to sleep now.

Crack the chestnuts.

Chickens in a folding screen

are coming to you playing drums.

Under the kitchen shelf...

is rice to eat.

Hushaby baby, go to sleep now.

My grandmother, go to sleep now.

Mrs. Kang.

Why are you crying?

How do you know that lullaby?

That's what I used to sing to Ha Bin.

Grandma...

I'm...

I'm Ha Bin...

What did you say?

Your real granddaughter...

Jang Ha Bin...

What are you talking about? My granddaughter is dead.

She died a long time ago.

She's not dead. I know you it's hard to believe but I'm the real Ha Bin.

I still remember the lullaby you used to sing to me.

What are you talking about?

I lost Ha Bin at the amusement park.

She was drowned to death.. Ha Bin...

Grandma, are you okay?

Can you recognize who I am? Can you remember what happened at the meeting?

No, I can't. I can't remember. Where am I now?

I don't like it here. Please take me home.

I don't like it here.

Thank you all.

I was a minor clerk when I first started to work here but now, I'm in a charge of this whole company.

I kind of have a heavy heart.

There are many difficulties on our way.

I want all of you work together so we could make a new leap forward again.

First of all, I'm going to nominate our new CEO and Vice President.

Our new CEO of Golden Group will be Mr. Oh Kwang Hyuk.

Following our former President Kang Jung Sim's wish, our new vice president will be...

Seo Tae Young.

I'm aware that what he had done in the past made a lot of loss in the company.

But it's for our new leap. Please agree with me.

Congratulations, Father.

You finally got your position that you had been longing for such a long time.

Thank you. I envy and respect you.

I also learned that a man should do whatever it takes to achieve his goal.

You're flattering me now. What's the catch?

I really mean it.

So, now this company has become finally yours.

Have you thought about handing it over to your son?

If you're interested in it, I'm more than welcome to do that.

But you're going to have to quit being a prosecutor first.

Should I really do it? This position is more tempting than being a prosecutor who gets a little salary.

I'm telling you not to try to get me arrested ever again.

You have made me not to trust my very own son.

How could you do that, Mom? How could you choose your husband over me?

Of course, my husband comes first before you.

Hey, look what you're doing.

You're yelling at me already. I don't know what's going to happen next if I had chosen you over my husband.

You should bow to your father more than a hundred times.

If I were him, I would fire you right away.

But he nominated you as the vice president. There's no saint like him.

Please don't act up if you don't know anything.

Hi, President Seo.

Are you mad that you couldn't get the position you wanted?

N... No.

I could've just fired you for the loss you had made in the past.

But your grandmother wouldn't want you to get fired and most of all, you're my son.

I've never discriminated against you.

To me, you're the oldest son.

- Honey... - So, please work with me.

I want you to assist me so you could redeem your mistake.

Thank you... Father...

I want to go home...

Let me go home.

I want to go home...

I want to go home.

Do Young, are you still at the office?

Mrs Kang is getting worse...

She doesn't want to stay in the hospital. She wants to go home.

I think her condition is getting worse. Don't you think you should take her back to home?

Please return my call.

After I met Seo Jin Ki...

- Your father... - The car turned over...

- There are all kinds of car accidents. - It was because of the brake explosion.

- He also tried to kill Baek Won. - Baek Won might get in a car accident...

I'm serious. She got better after the nap but she got worse after she took the sedative.

I think you should take her back home.

Hey, are you a doctor?

Her doctor said she needs to stay here. What are you to tell us what to do?

Mrs. Kang wants to go home so badly.

She shouldn't have come to the meeting when she needed enough rest in the bed.

- I'm sorry. - No, Vice President Seo...

I don't think this hospital is good for her.

She wasn't looking this serious when I saw her the other day.

Hey, he's now President Seo, not Vice President SEo.

Are you showing us how stupid you are?

And for a patient, staying at a hospital is better than staying at home.

Let's see how she's doing. If she's getting worse, I'll look for a good sanatorium for her.

That's a good idea. Honestly, having a dementia patient at home is not good for us.

He became a president of Golden Group?

Yes.

And Grandma's condition got worse.

He's such a determined man. He finally got what he wanted.

I'm worried about Grandma now.

She hates staying at the hospital but her family doesn't even want her to take home.

Mom, can I bring her to your house?

No way. I told you before that she almost passed out when she saw me.

It's only going to make her condition worse.

She's my grandma.

If there had been more space at my house, I would've taken her to my place.

What are you going to explain to your sister and brothers then?

Let her family take care of her.

Hey, Lawyer.

Now? I will see you there then.

Bye.

It's Ha Bin's lawyer. He wants to see me.

- You hired a lawyer? - Yes.

I hate what she did but what can I do? I have to try to get her released as soon as possible.

Hi. I believe the reservation is under name of Lawyer Jang Byung Chul.

This way please.

Did you tell the lawyer to make me come here?

If I called you out here, you probably wouldn’t come.

Do you want Ha Bin to stay in the prison forever?

I'm hungry. Let's eat first.

How are you going to make Ha Bin get released?

The old bag lose her mind completely.

And I became the president of Golden Group.

I'm going to have to drop charges under her name.

But that's not going to erase the crime she did.

So, we're going to have to turn in a petition.

If the victim doesn't want to give her any punishment

she's only going to get a probation.

You give her the disease and the medicine.

Do you know what I'm thinking now?

I'm thinking of firing the lawyer now.

And I'm going to reveal everything you did at the trial.

Ha Bin was used by your plan.

I understand why you're thinking like that.

But you know how that's going to end.

Her false accusation will be added to her crime.

Her sentence will be extended to 7 years from 5 years then.

The old memories of ours came to mind.

Like it happened yesterday.

It was when I just started to work for Golden Group.

When you were a senior in college.

One of your friends was so jealous of your beauty.

So, she wore all kinds of jewelries.

And she called you a homeless orphan.

You cried so much.

You probably still don't know that I chopped her head when she was on her way to home at that night.

Are you talking about Yoo Jin...? Then the murder case was...

You did it?

Yes.

And I told myself that I would give you 10 times expensive jewelries that she wore.

I worked my butt off to save money and I did part time job at the car center at night.

With the money I saved for years, I bought this jewelry.

But you went to Jang Deok Soo.

This is the jewelry I bought and I'm giving it to you now.

Take it.

Don't you see what I'm wearing on my finger?

It's what Han Joo gave.

Throw that away. You probably threw away the ring that Jang Deok Soo gave you.

I'm not going to throw this away until I die. That’s just not going to happen.

So, please wake up.

[Baek Won]

I'm sorry, Baek Won.

I'm going to make you get the position no matter what.

I'm going to go to hell if that's what it takes.

Like my father...

Is that true? Chun Won was fake?

Wow, I can't believe it! So, you're saying that she isn't a granddaughter of Golden Group?

How could she do that? Even Mom was against with the idea too.

Mother must've felt so devastated. It must've been so hard for her to hide all this from us.

She's so scary. How can a woman with a normal heart do that?

When she was young, she had this scary aura around her.

This is why you've been staying with Mom?

Yeah. Let's stop talking about her.

By the way, there's a favor I want to ask you guys.

Mrs. Kang let me take care of the foundation of Golden Group.

She even gave me 15% of her stock. I own a considerable responsibility.

15...? If it's 15%...

How much is it?

It's about 75billion won.

Why are you all surprised? If it's 75 billion won...

Billion won? Did you just say billion?

That's amazing. You're a rich now.

That's not my money. She wants me to start working that would help fishermen in the country with the money.

Because of that, I think I can no longer take care of the restaurant.

And I want Yeol Won and Uncle Eok Jo to take care of the restaurant for me.

- Sure. Don't worry. - Yeah. Don’t worry about that.

We even filmed a commercial for the restaurant so we could advertise.

And if Man Won starts to work at the construction, we have to take care of the restaurant, right?

What is this? My name means a trillion (Eok Jo) but how come her family gets all the money?

Father, can you ask Baek Won to invest money on me so I could film another movie?

Didn't you hear her saying that's not her money?

I'm going to make her hire me for the foundation.

How are you going to do that? She said she's going to build a laboratory or something.

What are you going to work there?

Even if she gives me a crappy job, I'm going to work for the foundation!

I have to stay close to the money to get it. I can't make a lot of money at this small restaurant.

Don't even think about that! Just focus on taking care of this restaurant.

Now, this restaurant has come to our hands.

Yeah. With the commercial we filmed, we can make a lot of money.

I don't want to talk to people who don't have the same levels as I do.

I'm going to talk Baek Won into hiring me for her foundation no matter what.

I'm ready for this, okay?

I know you're upset but you can't do this.

Seo Do Young, what's this?

Can't you read?

It's a letter of resignation.

Hey, is this your way of rebelling on me just because I yelled at you?

I can make a living without working here.

Honestly, this work doesn't fit me.

- Seo Do Young... - I want to play in a big pond from now on.

This pond is too small to play.

- And someone is very nosy. - Prosecutor...

You don't care about me at all? I became attached to you.

I will call you sometimes. You should try to become attached to a woman now.

Please?

Hey.

Nice to meet you all. I'm Kim Baek Won, charge of this foundation.

I heard about you from Mrs. Kang. I'm Koo Yeon Seok.

People call me Fisherman Yeon Seok. You can call me Mr. Fisherman if that's too long.

I'm Researcher Choi Oh Seok from National Fisheries Research&Develpment Agency.

I'm Han Ah Leum who used to raise sea eel at New Zealand.

Have a seat.

As you heard about me from Mrs. Kang, I'm not smart enough to take care of this project.

I really want you to help me.

I only know how to raise fish. I'm not an educated man either.

I wanted to participate in this because Mrs. Kang told me she's going to make her dream come true.

My specialty is to save pollacks that are dying out in the sea.

My specialty is in foreshore environment. I'm especially interested in cockle and oyster farming

My dad just told me to work here. All I know is how to dance, sing and raise sea eels.

I'm sorry. Excuse me.

Do Young, where are you? Why didn't you answer my calls?

How should I explain this? I feel like I'm a condottiere who's hiring mercenaries.

I'm so excited. Thinking about working with people who have passion for fish makes my heart pound.

I'll introduce them to you later. You might like them a lot.

I want to break up with you.

What?

- What did you just say? - I want to end this relationship.

That's not funny. You shouldn't make a joke out of this.

I'm not joking.

I want to erase a woman named Kim Baek Won in my life.

What's wrong? You're scaring me.

You sound so serious.

- Do Young. - I don't want you to look any more pitiful.

So, let's just end it here.

What's the matter?

You should tell me why you're doing this.

Tell me the reason at least.

This ... I can't end it like this.

- Reason? - Are you mad at me?

Did I make you mad?

You look so wretched now. Do you have to know the reason?

I'm tired of you.

You and I don't go together and I'm sick of taking care of you.

Seeing you isn't happy and enjoyable.

And for my future, your academic standard doesn't reach mine anyway.

My family is going to hate you.

So, let's just end this here before we get hurt.

Please don't call me anymore. I'm not going to answer it anyway.

Now, we've held each other's hands and hugged.

From today, we're going out.

I will get hurt and sick for you.

So, as long as you're next to me, I'm fine.

Now, you're completely mine. You can never go anywhere without.

I'm not going anywhere.

You're done with your work already?

Baek Won.

Yes?

Didn't you say you have a meeting with people for the foundation?

- Yeah, the meeting was okay. - What's wrong? Are you okay?

No. Is there anything I can help?

You don't have to rush. Go change your clothes...

What's up?

You really should quit working here. You used to be so good at peeling vegetables.

Is it that hurt?

Yes...

It's really hurt.

It's so hurt that it's going to kill me.

What do you mean you quit the job?

You told me if I'm interested in working here, I should quit my job first.

That wasn't what I meant.

I know. I can never get you arrested so I decided to live my life like you.

- What's this? = It's my sincerity for you.

[DNA result]

Is this true?

How can this happen?

You didn't know?

I can't believe this.

Is she really Young Hae's daughter?

I don't care if you knew or not because I broke up with Baek Won.

You broke up with her?

When I stopped you from seeing her, you acted like you could risk your life for her.

I still think you're the one who killed Kim Han Joo.

- Because of that fact. - I said I didn't.

- I just found out about this. - Sure, you did.

But I don't think so. As long as I don't change what I believe, Baek Won and I can't be together.

It's my father who killed Baek Won's father.

How can I be with her?

Besides, if she's Grandma's granddaughter, she's my cousin.

So, I gave up Baek Won.

At first, I tried to forget all about it and leave the country with her.

But Baek Won would never do that.

If I can't be with Baek Won, I would rather follow your path.

If I can't earn love, I should earn some money.

Does Baek Won also know that she's a granddaughter of Golden Group?

Of course, she doesn't because Kim Han Joo died before he could tell her the truth.

As long as I don't reveal this, she won't find out.

Then why did you bring this to me?

I told you. I'm trying to gain your trust.

I don't think you're going to hand over the company to me because of what I've done to you in the past.

I need to be in the highest man of power's good book.

After that, I'm going to take your position with my skills.

It sounds better than you pointing knife at me.

Why is back of my neck feeling chilly?

You're my son but why can I not trust every word you said?

Because I'm the tiger's son. Maybe you're afraid that I would steal your position.

What's this? There's nothing special in this.

What's happening at Rainbow Restaurant?

It's drop-dead delicious that you won't even notice if somebody next to you is dead.

It's so delicious that it would even bring someone from death.

Every fish here is so fresh because we get them delivered right after fishermen caught them.

A completely different kind of service.

Please come to Rainbow Sashimi Restaurant.

How did you film that I look so fat in the screen?

I look like the moon!

People won't come here to eat if they watch that.

And only my hands are showing, not my face.

Did you guys watch that closely?

This was my first time acting.

I stood out. If I had been an actor, I would've been a star.

- Don't you think so, Soo Pyo? - You're right.

- Man Won, what do you think? - What? Oh, it was okay.

Tell Baek Won to watch that too.

- She's in the kitchen, right? - Leave her alone. She's kind of depressed.

You and I don't go together and I'm sick of taking care of you.

Seeing you isn't happy and enjoyable.

Please don't call me anymore. I'm not going to answer it anyway.

No. He's lying.

There's something he can't tell me. That's it.

Hello?

Yes. I'm Kim Baek Won.

What?

Where is it?

Hi. I'm Kim Baek Won. Are you the one who called?

HI. She was looking for you so I had to search you through the internet to find your phone number.

She's over there.

Mrs. Kang.

What are you doing here?

Please find Detective Kim Baek Won. Kim Baek Won...

I'm Baek Won. Can't you recognize me?

Kim Baek Won.. Kim Baek Won..

You’re okay. You'll be fine.

You must be cold.

- Mrs. Kang, let me take you to the hospital. - No. I hate the hospital.

I'm not going back to the hospital. No.

What's going on?

She ran away from the hospital.

But you can't bring her here. You should've taken her to the hospital.

She insisted it. She cried saying she's not going back to the hospital.

She's stronger than I thought. It was even hard to put her in the taxi.

Then you should've taken her to her house. Why here?

You...

You're Secretary Yoon, aren't you?

Are you done adjusting the accounts?

Good job.

Baek Won, she's my secretary at my company.

She's not only pretty but also very smart.

Let's go eat. I'm hungry.

What? Did she really lose her mind?

Okay. I'll be there. Just text me your address.

Is this your house?

Long time no see.

W... what the heck? What is this woman doing here?

Hey, why did you call her here?

- This is my house. - What?

Your mother is in the kitchen. Please take her home.

Mom, what are you doing?

There are other places you could go but why this place?

What are you doing at your ex-daughter in law's house? You're not welcome here.

Let's go home. Come on.

Get off. I need to eat.

Mom!

Who are you?

You're the bitch, aren't you?

You're the one who ran away with my money!

You think you wouldn't get caught for what you did?

You called me Mom in front of me and planned to steal my money behind my back, didn't you?

- You bitch! - Mom, what are you doing?

- Mom, are you crazy? - Give me my money back!

I made that money by selling my fish!

Mrs. Kang, calm down. She's your daughter!

Don't say that. My daughter is attending a college in Seoul.

And she's not that old.

Mom, what's wrong with you? Did you really go crazy?

I will take her back to home tomorrow. She's not in a good condition now and she doesn't want to go to the hospital.

I don't know. It's up to you.

Mrs. Kang, are you okay?

It's delicious.

So, did you think about it?

Yes. I'm going to take your offer.

I will let you be head of a strategic planning team for the company.

Thank you.

But there's something you have to do.

I need to put these new bottles of alcohol into new jars.

But there are many old bottles of alcohol in this company.

I got what you are saying. You want me to get rid of the people close to Grandma, don't you?

You don't want to get the dirty blood on your hand.

You're a smart boy.

I will do it. Just hand me the list of names.

Honey. Honey.

Hey.

- What is it? - Mom... Mom...

She's at Yoon Young Hae's house.

What? Why?

I don't know. I got a call from Baek Won.

She said Mom ran away from the hospital and she found Mom at the police station.

And she took Mom to Yoon Young Hae's house.

They are close. Maybe that's why she took Grandma to Young Hae's place.

Because she was about to get married with Baek Won's father.

Was she? Now I understand why she did that.

By the way, my mom completely lost her mind...

She couldn't even recognize me. She pulled my hair out!

What should we do, honey?

We're going to take her back to the hospital.

She insists going back to the hospital.

I wish she could just stay at that woman's house.

I'm relieved that she didn't yell at you. I was kind of worried that she would.

I guess what she remembers about me is the old me.

Before I fell in love with your dad, she liked me.

I'm surprised why she remembered only the old me. I mean she yelled at me whenever she saw me.

Mom...

I feel so bad.

She used to raise me when I was young.

And now she doesn't recognize me even after I told her I'm Ha Bin.

Don't you have to go work?

I do but I can't just leave her alone here.

I will take care of her. Fortunately, she doesn't recognize how bad I was to her.

Are you going to be okay with that?

Yes.

You don't look so good. Is it because of your grandma?

No.

Then what?

Mom, I'll come back in the morning.

I heard about my mother in law.

It must've been hard for you.

I heard you and Young Hae treat each other like a mother and a daughter.

Yes. Because she was almost married to my dad.

I've been calling her Mom for a while.

By the way, why did you want to see me?

It's about Golden Rainbow Foundation.

I found out that Mrs.Kang separated the foundation from the company.

I'm going to impute the foundation to the company again.

Baek Won, no matter how bad the situation is...

You can never sell this Golden Rainbow Foundation to anybody.

You can't do that. That's what Mrs. Kang decided it.

Now, I'm the president of the company.

As you know, she made that decision when she was mentally unbalanced.

No. That's not true. She was fine when she made that decision.

She made it clear that I have to run the foundation separating it from the company.

Are you doing it because you have an itch for 15% of the stock?

The foundation isn't something you can handle.

Aren't you the one who has an itch for the stock? And that's why you're trying to go against the former president's will.

Whether I have an ability or not,

I'm going to obey the former president's will.

You're stubborn than I thought.

You leave me no choice. I'm going to have to call a meeting with the major stockholder and let them decide.

I can't let a girl like you run the foundation.

I heard you guys broke up.

I think you really should know your place.

He told his father?

My heart is breaking...

Do Young, why are you doing this to me?

Hi.

What are you doing here?

I came to see you, Baek Won. Long time no see.

Yeah. I heard from Man Won that you let him work for you with the trust.

Thank you.

I should thank Man Won.

Why did you want to see me?

I will just get to the point.

Is Man Won seeing somebody else?

No. Not that I know of.

I knew it.

Actually, I proposed to him but he rejected me saying he likes somebody else.

I knew it was an excuse.

It's okay.

I'm going to follow him to hell if that's what it takes to marry him.

By the way... Golden Rainbow Foundation?

What is this place?

Ah, we're starting with the project that help raise endangered fish species.

and that eventually helps fishermen out there.

In a long term, we're trying to raise health fish so we can supply them to customers.

Wow. Your family is amazing.

I really like you.

How much is the capital?

It's 75 billion won.

Then let me sponsor that amount of money too.

You know I have a lot of money, right?

No. Like I said before, we don't aim for making any profit.

You're misunderstanding something, Kim Baek Won.

I'm not investigating money. I'm sponsoring.

And I won't go behind because of this.

I need to change my image of being a daughter of a loan shark who scared other people off for money.

World Wide Loan that can make people live in harmony.

How does this sound?

Thank you.

Instead, I hope you can sponsor me and your brother.

You know what I'm saying, right?

What are you doing?

You closed up the restaurant already?

They complained how they had to work on a weekend. So, I closed earlier today.

Pour me some drinks too.

Is everything okay?

What do you mean?

Everything is fine.

Don't I know you?

You would never cry just because you got a cut on hand.

Something's going on, isn't it?

Is it about Prosecutor Seo?

I said everything is fine.

It’s because of my work.

Man Won, Hwa Lan came to my office.

Why would she come to your office?

She said she wants to sponsor the foundation.

With a lot of money.

Because she has a lot. I'm glad to hear that.

Don't you like her?

I think she has a crush on you.

She's cool. I like her.

Let's go home.

Man Won.

Is it because of me?

Is this why you're pushing her away?

I never forced you to accept my feelings.

So, don't force me to accept her feelings.

I want you to be happy with Prosecutor SEo. He seems very unstable these days.

You can close up the restaurant. I'll go home first.

Oh my God...

Even you're doing this to me?

Do Young...

The anklet you gave me as a gift...

breaks...

I tried hard to put it back together...

BUt it's not working...

So, there's something going on that we can't even control, isn't there?

You told me to wait for me...

And that if I wait for you, you'll come back to me eventually.

I'm going to wait...

Just like you had been waiting for me for 14 years...

I'm going to wait for you for 14 years... or more than that.

DO Young...

Just don't forget...

that I'm here waiting for you.

Okay?

Please don't forget, Do Young.

Why can't you tell me? Why am I in your house?

Are you mute?

Did you kidnap me?

Mom, what's going on?

- Mom? - She came to her senses.

Really?

Are you okay, Mrs. Kang?

D... Did you bring me here?

- Yes. - Why?

Why did you have to bring me to that woman's house?

And why are you calling her Mom?

That's because her late father and I were engaged and...

Mom, stop it.

- Let's just tell her. - No, Ha Bin.

No.

- Ha Bin? - Mom, you saw what happened yesterday.

She won't be able to recognize us any minute.

We should tell her.

I'll tell her.

D.. Did she call you Ha Bin?

Yes, Grandma. I'm Ha Bin.

I'm her daughter...

And I'm your real granddaughter.

No way... Is she really Ha Bin?

Are you trying to trick me again?

You made that fake Ha Bin last time and you're disguising Baek Won into Ha Bin?

So you could trick me again?

No, she's not. Why would I lie?

It's not like I'm after your money like Chun Won.

What's there to steal from you that I lied to you?

If you can't trust me, you can come with me for DNA test.

You can check the result yourself.

Are... Are you...

Ha Bin?

Is she... Is she really Ha Bin?

No. Just pretend you didn't hear any of this.

Don’t even think about taking her away from me again.

So she is Ha Bin.

You're my granddaughter?

You are Ha Bin?

Oh my God... How can this happen?

Ha Bin... Ha Bin...

Why didn't you tell me this earlier?

I"m sorry.

I'm sorry, Grandma.

What are you doing here?

Are you doing okay?

I thought we were done.

Are you afraid that I might say something dangerous at the trial?

We've been through thick and thin. Don't hate me so much.

I've become the President of Golden Group.

Did you come here to brag about that?

I came here because I don't want you to lose your talents and your guts.

You're the only person who made me nervous in a long time.

And because of you, I could be stronger.

I think I could get you released with probation.

What's the catch then?

Yeah. Let me buy the 5% of the stock you have.

So, it's the stock you want from me, huh?

I will give you a good price.

And if you get released, I'll let you work for me.

Get me released first. I'll think about that after.

You sure know how to make a deal.

Okay, we'll do that.

Do Young's father became the owner?

Not only that. He said he's going to vest Golden Rainbow Foundation to the company again.

I said no to that and he said he's going to call a meeting with the major stockholders then.

He's finally showing his claws that he had been hiding for years.

Grandma, what are we going to do?

You don't worry a thing.

What?

I want you to take care of Ha Bin like now.

Are you sure?

I'm not doing this because I like you.

To protect Ha Bin, we must not let anybody know she's the real Ha Bin.

Come to think of it, I think the reason why Do Young's father revealed about the fake Ha Bin is because...

he didn't want to share the company with anybody. He wanted to take it all for himself.

So, if he finds out you're the real Ha Bin, you'll be in danger as well.

Then what about the foundation?

We have to win.

WE can win.

And don't get so shocked about how I'm going to act from now on.

If you want to protect your daughter, you have to keep this secret.

Don't worry. As long as you don't take her to your house, I'm fine.

Hey, how could you bring her here without telling me?

You should've taken her to the hospital!

I told you she's never going to the hospital.

Mom, can you recognize who I am today?

You bitch! Give me my money back!

Oh my God. She's doing this again. What should I do?

It hurts... It hurts...

I want to go lie down in my room.

Maid, where are you?

I will take her to her room.

Really? Please do.

It's over there.

Oh my God... This is bad...

I don't know if I can live with her.

What do you think? You think she bought it?

Yes. I thought you really couldn't recognize her.

I think I'm going to have to act like a crazy old bag for a while.

Now I know who are my people and who aren't.

You can go now.

She might notice I'm just acting.

Why? Is there something to tell me or something?

- Grandma. - Yes?

Can't you forgive CHun Won?

If you know her, you'll think she's such a poor girl.

And she was once my father's daughter.

I know how much hard times she had gone through.

I can't do that. She pretended to be like you and tricked me. How can I forgive her?

Even if I lose my mind, I can't forgive her.

Grandma, you found me now. Can't you please forgive her for me?

You can't be a great woman with that soft heart.

No. I said no!

You should leave.

Okay.

Please take care, Grandma.

- She’s back? - Yeah.

Honey, she's making me crazy.

I mean I understand she can't recognize me.

But whenever she sees me, she's trying to pull my hair out.

She's insisting to go back to the hospital.

She says she wants to eat right after she eat. She tells me to change her clothes even if I just did.

Shoot. Honey, don't you think we should take her to the hospital whatsoever?

You said she listens to Baek Won, right?

Yeah. It's so weird. She listens to Baek Won.

Then tell Baek Won to send your mother to the hospital for the outpatient treatment.

Aren't you going to make her hospitalize at the hospital?

How about we just send her to a sanatorium?

If she gets worse, we will.

Grandma.

Can you recognize who I am?

Do Young, is there anybody in the living room?

No, there isn't.

Grandma, you look fine. Mom said you can't recognize anybody.

Tae Young, listen to me closely.

Before I lose my mind completely, I'm going to make you to be President of Golden Group.

Grandma, you're losing it already. I'm short of the stock. How can I be the president?

With the people who support Father, he has 34% of the stock.

- I only have 20%. - Wait, Tae Young.

Grandma, do you have an idea?

If Baek Won helps Tae Young, he will have 35% of the stock and win.

That bitch...

I mean... she's going to side with me?

Before she does, you're going to help her first.

You can never tell this to your father.

Grandma...

What are you doing here, Mrs. Kang?

Were you happy to trick me?

I gave you all my heart. Didn't you feel guilty while tricking this poor old woman?

I'm sorry, Mrs. Kang.

I'm so sorry. I don't know what to say.

But I will never forget what you've done for me.

I promise I will make it up to you after I'm done getting punished.

I wasn't going to forgive you forever.

BUt Baek Won begged me to forgive you.

- Baek Won? - Yeah.

Her heart is so warm.

I came here to forgive you because I know the hardships you had to go through.

Mrs. Kang.

Instead, you're going to have to help Baek Won if you get released.

For Baek Won, she needs a smart brain like yours.

Will you help her?

Yes. Yes, Mrs. Kang. I will do anything I can.

First of all, you must not tell anybody that I talked to you today. Okay?

You're going to have to fight SEo Jin Ki now.

Since she has come, let us begin the vote about vesting Golden Rainbow Foundation to the company back.

Since you are the major stockholders, the vote will depend on how much stock you own.

President Seo, since this is about the foundation, I deserve to have the vote with the amount of stock I have.

Your stock is separated from the company now.

- You don't deserve to vote. - That's not fair.

If this is about vesting my foundation and I can't vote for it,

then I won't be able to admit the result.

I will just let the law decide it.

Okay. Your vote will count then.

- Is 15%, right? - Yeah.

Who goes against vesting Golden Rainbow Foundation to the company?

I will vote 20% of my stock.

The foundation should be run separately from the company just like my grandmother's will.

Tae Young.

He let you be the vice president.

Hey, are you insensible of kindness?

Then, now we have 35%, right?

And you have 34%.

We have some too.

If we collect all of our stocks, it's exactly 1%. We want to vote for President Seo.

Wait... Everybody?

Aren't you guys here because of Mrs Kang?

This is her will.

Her dream of saving the sea and helping the fishermen live in harmony.

And there is no one... no one who wants to follow her dream?

Hey, Miss Kim.

We're here to vote not get convinced.

Why isn't anybody asking me?

I also have 1%.

It's 35% to 35%, right?

DO Young...

My 1 %...

will go to my father... President Seo.

From now on, Golden Rainbow Foundation is dismantled.

In addition, Kim Baek Won will no longer work here.

Do Young, why are you doing this to me?

Are you really going to be this pathetic? We're done. You're grossing me out.

What you have to do is destroy Seo Jin Ki.

- Can you do that? - Yes, I will, Mrs. Kang.

It's too painful to breath. I don't know why he's changed like that. I don't know how to change his mind back.

I'm going to get rid of Kang Jung SIm's old shadow and get rid of Golden Group.
