to feed the family.

But this sea has caused

the deaths of many family members.

That is life,

people will come, people will leave.

Passing down each generation.

We believe that those who have left us,

meet someone better,

and lead a better life.

So, those who are alive,

we must live well,

for their sacrifice to be worthwhile,

for them to rest in peace.

I can see that you really like her.

But you must remember,

whatever happens,

don't let her end up like your mother,

living a life of pain.

I will.

Keke,

Ep 7

Are you alright?

I'm pretty good. I'm fine.

But you....

Are you alright?

I heard that there was an attack at the pub.

Those people suddenly came in,

they beat me up, when I protested.

Right.

Said they had to get your case.

I fought to death to get it back.

What did they say they wanted?

We have to analyze the situation before we offer protection.

After you analyze?

When you're done, his head and body will be separated!

Lock him up with Tang Yin!

No, no, no

protect him and Tang Yin together.

it'll be easier for the police,

right?

If you don't agree,

we won't leave.

We haven't even investigated the case,

maybe it's not as serious.

Not that serious?

When Tang Yin was kidnapped,

they even attacked Officer Cai.

As a good civilian,

I was very worried about you.

Officer Li,

I think you should protect him as well.

You don't know how ruthless those criminals were.

I experienced it,

Before we investigate it,

we cannot offer protection carelessly.

Officer Cai experienced firsthand,

what our mess our pub was in.

Plus he has injuries from head to toe,

you only need to touch him gently,

he'll get a headache.

Can you be responsible for this?

I thought they would lock you two up together.

It looks like it's a far away as the horizon.

Li Yong Ji went in again!

Going to catch an adulterer or a thief?

I'm going to find him!

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

They're about to leave.

To go where?

Away from you.

Let's talk about you.

Self-harm and pretending to be pitiful,

did everything to come here, what happens?

Being cheated on at close proximity.

No!

Where are you going?

They have their own legs, they'll go wherever they want to.

Anyway,

you were the one who was begging for police protection.

Can you easily leave now?

Right.

W-what are you doing?

What should we do?

Miss Tang! Miss Tang!

Miss Tang!

Can you go out later?

That's why I say,

straight guys like you will never understand a girl's heart.

Shopping is the best way to heal trauma.

It could be dangerous outside.

It's broad daylight, how can it be dangerous?

I have to go no matter what!

If I don't go today, I'll be traumatized.

Once I'm traumatized,

I will suffer from memory loss.

Once I have memory loss,

I can't even remember details.

No details means no criminal,

if you can't catch the criminal,

there will be more innocents harmed.

Go and drive!

I've never met a witness that's as troublesome as you.

I'm not.

For the island's justice,

it's my duty.

What else are you unhappy about?

Look,

little brother Jian Zi is still in shock.

Once Officer Li leaves,

look, how scared he is.

Miss Tang is the one in most danger right now.

Officer Li has to protect her.

Plus, many officers are here

what are you afraid of?

Right!

All of the island is under the police's surveillance.

A good civilian like Jian Zi got into an accident,

but even a talented officer like Officer Cai,

was attacked, so...

no matter how good the police are,

there are still flaws right?

No...

But Officer Li is different,

I heard...

Officer Li is Officer Cai's most respected senior,

you have good taste.

So, we should put him

under Officer Li's care.

-No -Look at him.

look how pitiful he is.

Hurry up and thank Officer Cai,

Thank you.

Officer Cai!

Wait!

Mai Quan Cheng, you!

Officer Cai,

Your little fist hitting my little heart

is causing it to go thump, thump.

Want to leave again?

It's rare to be in the same room as you,

and today I haven't even slept with anyone yet.

Mr Mai,

I can't do anything as I'm not in the prostitution unit

but please respect me.

Fine!

I respect you.

But,

I can't move my eyes away when I see your eyes.

Can I ask,

on Jambudvipa,

is there a female officer prettier than you?

Your words,

are no use to me.

Anyway,

I've sent someone to take Jian Zi to Officer Li,

you can stay here, by yourself.

Can you bear to leave me by myself?

What are you doing?

I want you to

Da Nian,

Jian Zi was determined to leave the hotel.

You're overthinking it.

I just walked past.

Ok, go back first.

Understood.

You're here too?

Enough, drop the act.

Your acting is even worse ....

If there's nothing, leave.

Don't get in my way.

No.

What no?

Seeing we're both out,

let's go together.

I'm busy.

Why are you not at the hotel?

I saw you leaving,

I'm too scared to stay there myself.

There's a lot of police in the hotel.

It's safest there.

Be careful someone beats you up again.

I don't care.

I only trust Officer Li.

You...!

You left the hotel without permission,

I won't chase up on that.

But please believe in,

O-Officer Li,

Officer Li,

Y-you misunderstand.

You still pretending?

I-I like...!

But, I'm telling you,

you're free to like anyone,

but Officer Li is mine!

If you dare to get close to him, you

die!

Don't follow me!

What?

Officer Li,

let's go.

You did this today,

to lure Lian Pu out to kidnap you,

right?

You noticed?

If I can't see that, then

I've wasted my experience as a police officer.

I can understand you,

but it's too dangerous.

Come back with me.

With you here,

I'm not scared.

She's fine by herself,

you don't know,

last time, she best up more than 10 gangsters.

You talking about that kid?

If you weren't so slow last time,

would I by myself....

Officer Li, see

she's not a woman.

I'm telling you,

don't be fooled by her.

Enough.

Let's go back.

This isn't the way to solve the case.

I'm not, not scared of danger.

I understand Lian Pu,

he's very careful,

he plans before he acts,

so he wouldn't be so impulsive.

That's why I agreed for you to come out.

But we can't use normal logic to predict his actions.

So,

we have to avoid unwanted danger.

You're right.

Plus,

we have Officer Li who's a star in the police field,

that person called Lian Pu,

even if he's stupid he won't come,

right?

Let's go.

This is none of your business.

Officer Li,

I don't want to be under protection doing nothing.

Also,

it was... was because of me that Keke,

Solving cases is the police's work,

actually,

if Lian Pu appears,

a criminal like him,

I can handle him myself.

But if you're around,

I don't have confidence to protect you.

Don't worry.

As soon as he appears,

don't worry about me.

Concentrate on catching him!

Jian Zi,

you and Tang Yin are good friends,

I hope you can persuade her.

She's like that,

she only cares about others and not herself.

Whether she's joking or being impulsive,

it's OK as long as she's happy.

You have so much to do Officer Li,

do your duty,

I will protect her.

What are you getting on for?

I have to protect you.

What are you protecting me from? Get out!

Hurry up, sit well.

This place...

has mafia members lurking around?

The places you went to,

the police have already found

that there are no mafia there.

If we want to lure out Lian Pu,

we have to think outside the box.

If the mafia

sees you,

they'll run off scared.

You!

You misunderstand the meaning of the mafia,

to have power,

they all have property.

On the surface they lead expensive lives,

going to affluent places in designer suits.

But, similar to normal people,

they haunt places everyone likes to go.

Also, someone reported

that they saw Lian Pu here.

What nonsense do you want to spout?

I wanted to say,

I've heard that

Lian Pu comes here too.

Then we must check this area thoroughly.
