can't brush away

tarar for tarar use your head instead

and get Colgate tartar control you see

while helping to brush away plaque

colgate's been proven to help stop

tartar from building up so you don't

need strength to fight tartar you just

need smarts to buy

Colgate Colgate tar control the wise

i12s and then you can fill out these

604s and

triplicate triplicate yeah and use a

ball

impossible just use this

okay AI come

and never gives you anything back but my

friend look I'm busy here can you see

that now just fill out the papers all

getting sick of going through this every

week all right maybe you could give us a

new machine huh one that did not require

exact change

H what you say I

can't I need help and you're going to

get it take him down to the tank hey hey

the man has obviously got a very

important problem here and no one's

paying any attention to it will you butt

out of this Sullivan Sullivan Chronicle

what's your name Jesse well Jesse did

you know that this Precinct was called

on the carpet uh just last month for

slow response time and when the police

commissioner opens up his morning paper

and reads Mr average citizen have the

police forgotten how to help him well I

have a feeling some heads are going to

roll all right all right come

here I have a million people reading

about your friends one of them will find

him missing person

right male or female

I'm not

age I don't

know this is a real close friend of

yours

right well maybe you could give us some

kind of physical description of the

no oh come on you got our full

attention you getting all this

elivan I can't tell you well You' got a

real story here Solomon but it belongs

on the food Pages fruit

cake go choke on a

[Music]

aune it's okay it's okay

wow it doesn't feel like metal and it

doesn't feel like plastic feels like

anyhow what are you doing it was in the

crystal arcade it could be part of a new

futuristic video game if I attach it

from the

computer

two two what there's nothing to attach

it

yeah hey you got a new microscope yeah

Dad got it for me he's going to show me

how to use it as soon as he has the time

I bet we could figure it

out come

on I think the slide goes here does a

light turn on

somewhere oh wow it automatically turns

on see I knew we could do it yeah pretty

[Music]

[Music]

another day another shooting huh okay

thanks Charlie I'll use your

name Sullivan Chronicle you still here

I'm waiting for you all night look buddy

you made made a fool of me in front of

the cops my credibility totally zeroed

out and for a news person this is death

so let's just make it a clean break

okay did you find my friend

who the million people you said you get

them to look but Jesse if you can't even

describe your friend how can I write a

story but Sullivan Chronicle I can't

tell

you is this some kind of secret

so Jesse where you

from you from out of

town yes I'm in out of

town and what brings you to

La Sullivan Chronicle you ask too many

questions as many as I need to get a

story okay wait no more questions I

promise so I said L look if you expect

me to give you computerated design

without a main frame you can get a new

director of

research Jonathan we're

home I know he's

Jonathan honey

are you having an affair with somebody

from uh Publishers Clearing

House oh we would have won by now Harry

come

here what in the world is this a new toy

where did he get it I have no

idea

honey this is not a toy

I've never seen anything like this in my

entire

life off a satellite I don't think so

her but there'd be evidence of extreme

heat from falling through the

atmosphere now you really got to see it

I don't know where Jonathan found it no

he isn't

home

uh well well I I kind of like to pull it

apart and take a look at the circuit

boards this is more your field than mine

uh-huh uh-huh you will all right yeah

yeah yeah yeah good good all right we'll

bye that's the name you saw on the back

of the car you sure Chesterton that was

the name of the car well if they are the

ones who sold a car to the family who

took your your buddy then I'm sure we

can get their

so was it like this one no

larger so you think your friend may have

been injured huh how'd that happen did

somebody hurt him no there was a loss of

power so it was somebody important right

important to

me the skin of the car was like this but

the shape was different maroon it was a

maroon car why is your friend so

important to you I need his help to

return home department just

is this guy really your friend or are

you just using him

using you know taking advantage of

someone you don't care that much about

for your own

interest using

people Ah that's the one the same

shape and skin you know how parties are

we didn't get their name but we sure

remember their beautiful car they got it

here and at a great

honey tell you what I'll give you

exactly the same deal your friends got

well how would we know that easy you

just describe the car for me I'll run it

through the computer won't be that

difficult to find them sounds good to

me

back so that is how you use people

yep do you use all

people

hey it's part of my

oh it's like Mom says when I have a cold

you got to stay

warm don't worry we'll find Jesse before

they find

any ideas

sir Transformer couldn't handle the load

too much feedback it frost terminals

battery terminals no more like a heavy

capacitor some kind of optional Hardware

pack to hell of a punch whatever it was

what do you think he was trying to do

boost his power I than that your

guess take a look at

this what's this

though malfunction

maybe or a

code what kind of a

code well I really shouldn't talk out of

school here Harry but but

what well I used to work for the

government and that that looks a lot

like a set of scrambled launch

codes you know

nukes we've got to find Jonathan I'm

going to call the police police honey

this may be bigger than the police

Harry a lot

[Music]

bigger how about a little game to pass

the

time I'll make a guess about uh who you

are and uh what's going on here and you

tell me whether hot cold or somewhere in

between I'm just trying to make it

easier for you that's

all you mean this game will help me find

my companion maybe and this game will

also help you find the

Story

Jesse you could be one of the great

stories of all time or you could be this

week's fugitive from money

bin oh you are dying to ask me what a

looney bin is because looney bin happens

to be another one of those common

everyday Expressions that you've never

heard before in your entire life am I

right a hot means true cold means false

and warm means

maybe you're hot Sullivan

Chronicle very

[Music]

this is the

house you cut

out

cops maybe they found your

friends police no good I cannot go

inside wait a minute first you want the

police to help you now you want to avoid

them what are you mixed up in Jesse are

you in some kind of trouble I don't know

well if you are you certainly made the

big time fella that's a federal

government

car solivan chronicle you must go inside

and see if they have my

friend oh I

see now you're using me

no if you do

this I will answer your

questions well

Jesse whoever the hell you are you got

yourself a

[Music]

deal he hands me everything in

[Music]

TR

[Music]

to

go give

[Music]

[Music]

tomorrow listen round everybody up and

we'll meet it the dire okay

[Music]

hey WAOW the star is

[Music]

stay with you yes stay with

me what's it going to be food we we

break for

lunch I can handle my father okay you

know well most of the time anyway she's

the one she's turned him against me you

wouldn't believe what she's done to

me your mother she's not my mother she's

my stepmother my mother left a long time

ago she's my father's second wife what

has she done to you that was like living

in prison you know yes prison prison I

understand man I could not breathe I

mean I really couldn't breathe she cut

off your oxygen supply this was all the

rules I mean I couldn't moved without

breaking one of her lousy rules you have

to catch

up lighten

hey I also left home when I was very

young you mean ran away no we were

drag and I bet nobody gave a damn about

you when you came

home how did you know I know guys like

that a lot of them were out on the

street you eat your

Fri well now my parents are into this

tough love garbage it's like they've

been brainwashed against me all I want

to do is come home and they won't let

me if it is so terrible for you to live

at your

house why do you so much want to return

there

[Music]

[Music]

well

that would be the worst thing you could

do so how long are we supposed to keep

this up until she sees that we mean it

that we're not going back to the way it

used to be anymore there's no going back

to anything if she gets hurt out there

this could be the last chance left to

save her life Jim I talked to the

therapist again yesterday he says that

by taking her back now we'd be telling

her everything she's doing is okay

cutting School running away getting high

lying stealing we are not saying it's

okay just that she can get away with it

you and I both know she

can't she's coming apart Jim we all were

in I can't live like that I know I

remember the therapist says Aaron needs

us to be firm now that's the whole idea

of tough love that no matter how much it

hurts us we can't take her home until

she's committed to making changes see my

crew is waiting I have to I have to fly

a load of engine parts up

north maybe you're

right this may be eron's only chance to

uh to find

herself I don't

know I hope

so when I hear a siren screaming down

some dark Street in the

distance and I close my eyes

and I see her

[Music]

face what's going on here speed

convention hello doie you've been asking

around about you you I've been around

yes indeed I bet you have who your

friend

my name is Jesse what's yours oh I'm

officer star this here is Officer Roman

we're here to Serve and

Protect yeah these kids are easily

exploded by all sorts of low life he's

just eating lunch with me okay that's a

pleasure I haven't had yet doace well

why don't you sit down and enjoy it a

comedian would you like us to run you in

I'm not in a hurry but we could

walk iisten I'll see you later okay uh

we got things to discuss honey don't get

lost well I'll see you later okay you

forgetting something like $54 and 20

[Music]

cents

um tomorrow will be fine no it wouldn't

tomorrow uh okay

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

8:14 in pursuit of suspect on foot

assist pursuit of suspect vicinity of

Livingston and

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

I know going be

sa

[Music]

what's he talking about thing wasn't

alive no no no of course not I mean of

course if it was I'd have to report it

to the Animal Welfare people that's the

rules no no no they they've had it down

at the lab for an hour it's got no

heartbeat no electrical charge it it

doesn't breathe that sounds dead to me

well if it ever was alive it sure isn't

now okay so the kids got an imagination

that's not necessarily unhealthy you

find out what it was I'd be

curious yeah you and me both

officer you a chance to take a look at

those x-rays the other day yeah I like

to examine the

[Music]

[Music]

[Music]

improper identification access

[Music]

denied nothing else worked maybe the

laser will do

it

[Music]

get me Security on hey put that back

hey come back here hold it right

[Music]

there I am

[Music]

[Applause]

[Music]

trapped okay herb thanks I appreciate

the call

right what what did he

say the

uh the thing a crazy man burst in and

took it and practically demolished the

lab in the

process

Jessie but I need a cup of

coffee so you were helping Jesse while I

was helping his

friend who is he I guess we'll never

really know I hope they're all

right I thought it was just a toy it

would have been better if I had never

even picked it up why because Jesse

would have had a better chance of fixing

it where it broke don't you

wait

I know they're there dad Disneyland is

just where they' go that's where Jesse

will fix him H you could be right I'm

going to call the authorities no dad

they'll just hurt him please Jonathan I
