Previously, 21 celebrities arrived
to play the ultimate murder mystery...
The game comes first, friendship comes second.
..all in the hope of winning up to £100,000
for their chosen charity.
After the shock murder of a much-loved Faithful...
That is a big, big loss.
Wow, wow, wow.
..the castle was left in turmoil.
Do you feel like the Traitors are trying to set you up? Yeah.
There's a little thing in me that thinks Michael.
How has that guy not been killed?
The players faced an explosive mission...
ALL:Oh!
Romesh is down!
I got one!
I'd be happy for James A.
I'd also be happy for Maya and Kenny.
It wouldn't be my three, but yous do what you want.
OK, well, then tell us who your three would be.
Do your majority.
..and a game-changing superpower...
Behold, this dagger gives somebody a double vote.
..fell into dangerous hands.
I can't believe we've been chosen as the most trustworthy.
Congratulations, Kenny.
I will give you this tonight.
A friction-filled Round Table...
If I was a Traitor, I would either kill you or recruit you.
Let's talk about Miranda.
Did you murder her?
Can we talk about the mission today?
When you knew that you weren't going to be a part of that three,
there was a panic.
..brought deadlock to the game.
Sharon, Joanne, you have four votes each.
Oh, my God, this is awful.
But...
I wish I didn't take this dagger.
..who will stay and who will go?
So I'm going to vote for...
This is The Celebrity Traitors.
# I took a dagger to your heart... #
So a vote count.
Four for Sharon, three for Joanne.
# Baby, it hurts to see you go... #
Kenny, you hold the dagger,
so therefore you have a double vote at this Round Table.
Whoever you have voted for will be banished.
So, then, the final votes are yours.
Who do you believe is a Traitor and why?
I wish I didn't take this dagger, cos there's so much pressure.
So I'm going to vote for...
..Joanne.
Joanne, you have received the most votes.
Please come up here and join me.
Joanne, you are banished from the game.
Before you leave us, please reveal,
are you a Faithful, or are you a Traitor?
I've had such an amazing time with all of you.
It's been one of the best experiences of my adult life.
I actually feel emotional.
I love you. I love you.
It's just been amazing.
Thanks so much for all making it what it was.
I'm pre-menstrual.
I've had such a great time.
I am...
..a hardcore Faithful.
# Should've seen the signs... #
Enjoy, guys!
See you later.
Players, you have just banished your fifth Faithful.
And at such an important time...
..because you haven't got long before the banished player
no longer reveals their true identity.
Then, well, you'll just be relying on your gut instinct.
It is vital you banish a Traitor tomorrow.
Goodnight.
Tonight was just so mad.
I lost my favourite person in this experience, Joanne.
She was my ball of fun.
I love her, I really do, and she will be my friend for life.
I hope she feels the same after finding out I'm a Traitor.
I know, but... Listen, don't overthink it.
I changed my vote, and obviously, it's a bit of a risky move,
but hopefully, I earned the trust of Sharon,
especially after not voting her out tonight.
So, yeah, everything is tactical,
but that was extremely high pressure.
Being a Traitor, it is a tough gig.
HE SIGHS
I can't believe that we missed our opportunity.
It's so close as the votes are going round.
Each time I see Joanne's name come up, I'm thinking, "No!
"No, no, this is our chance!"
And Kenny voted for Sharon the first vote,
and he turns his slate round, and it says Joanne.
I couldn't believe it.
I mean, after today, the maths is really against the Faithful,
so I feel like I have to just sift everything up
as much as I possibly can.
The murder in plain sight, I think we've got to go back to that.
We've got to pull something out of the bag.
Take a breather.
But I just feel like no-one...
I don't know, I just feel like everybody's annoyed at me.
No. Sharon, I promise you, no-one's annoyed.
It's just a game.
It was really sad to be up against Joanne.
I hated it being between us.
There's a lot of suspicion on me
and I was fully expecting to go,
but I'm clearly Faithful.
There's nothing Traitorous about me.
The Faithful are making a massive mistake.
# Ain't found a way to kill me yet... #
Goodnight, everybody. Goodnight, Leigh-Anne. Night, Leigh-Anne.
Love you all.
# You know he ain't gonna die... #
Goodnight, guys.
Right, where do they keep the stiff stuff?
There's got to be something good in here.
Ah! CLICKS FINGERS
Damn it!
With a dramatic deadlock at the Round Table,
the Faithful must now return to their beds.
The Traitors, however, must get down to business.
Their business, of course, is murder.
What a Round Table.
I don't even know what to say.
Me neither. I can imagine how you felt.
I'm so sorry, Kenny. That was the worst thing ever.
Yeah. KENNY LAUGHS
I miss Joanne already.
I was really sad about that.
But I know she'll be laughing somewhere with a wine.
So let's think now, where's our heads at?
We've got to lock in. It's the last stretch, so, er...
Who are we going to murder tonight?
Maybe we kill Michael.
Pro for killing Michael, he obviously is, like, a leader.
We get rid of, like, the person leading the Round Table,
trying leading the Faithfuls towards...
He really wants to get Traitors.
Mm... And he's a good investigator.
He's quite smart. He probably would start looking at us.
OK, so who else are options?
I think if we kill Sharon, I think
ultimately it will just scramble their heads at breakfast.
It's just more like, "Why? She already had heat on her."
It would really confuse them. Yeah. They won't know where to look.
Yeah, it seems like a really rogue move,
but, like, I think at this point, that might actually pay off. Yeah.
Bash would be a solid murder tonight.
I was just thinking about it earlier on.
Bash doesn't really link back to anyone.
It's kind of one of those, you know, random murders.
I didn't help by voting him tonight,
but it was just basically to throw a spanner in the works.
# The beast in
# Beast in me... #
We know who's going now.
This could go so left, man.
This could actually ruin all of our futures.
Yeah, genuinely. You can do it, Kenny. Thank you.
It's the life of a Traitor, isn't it?
Life of a Traitor, man.
It's not for everyone. JAMES A SIGHS
OK, this is a risky move. Carnage.
But I'm proud of us that we're taking such a big gamble
at this point. I believe we've got this. Let's have faith.
# The beast in me. #
Last night, the Traitors struck again,
committing their sixth murder, but which Faithful will survive,
and whose seat at the table has gone forever?
# Will we live
# Or tell me will we die?
# Oh... #
Oh! We're the first. We are the first.
Oh, thank God. I've never been the first.
Ooh!
Shall we just stick our fingers in everything?
LEIGH-ANNE LAUGHS
Last night, we had to get a Traitor out and we didn't,
so we are in deep doo-doo.
Today, I'm going to be looking at everybody.
That's what it's about.
Data collection day for Romesh.
It sounds more interesting than it is.
LEIGH-ANNE LAUGHS
Are you OK? What's wrong?
Not knowing your fate, it's just insane.
Who do we think's coming back, or not?
I'm just thinking about the people that had heat on them.
Well, your heat's actually quite helpful, isn't it?
Proving to be.
There was a bit of heat on Michael.
Mm-hm. But, like, the tiniest.
Having to defend myself in this game, it's kind of given me
a bit of confidence to have a voice.
I do tend to do this thing where I kind of shrink myself
a little bit, and I don't know if that's from being in a group,
but when I'm onstage, I'm onstage.
When I'm offstage, I'm just Leigh-Anne, and I think
it does take me a little bit of time to completely come out of myself.
James hasn't really been brought up at all, James A,
but it's really hard when you don't have anything, it's just a...
"Oh, he could be a great Traitor," do you know what I mean?
Well, he's sort of set himself up as a quirky investigator, hasn't he?
I think that's probably a good theory, though,
we just start banishing the most innocent.
LEIGH-ANNE LAUGHS
Why not? Let's just look differently now.
Yeah!
Yeah? I don't think that's a bad strategy.
People will be a little bit all over the place today.
We don't quite know where to go.
We're going into the final tomorrow, and we are running out of time.
And I feel that we need to probably start looking elsewhere.
KNOCK AT DOOR
Come in!
PLAYERS CHEER
Hello. Hello!
Hey, everyone.
LOUD GASP, LAUGHTER
How are you? Hey.
What a day. That's a surprised face. Come on in.
Eight people left.
I did not predict any of this happening,
let alone the fact that I'm here now.
My whole plan was
be as much of a hardcore Faithful as you possibly can.
Just find the Traitors and stick to the truth.
But I got made a Traitor.
Up until now, I've just played the game that I'm not going to lie,
but anything can happen today.
The pressure is red hot.
James, you went pretty hard on Joanne.
Yeah.
You seemed convinced with that.
Well, I was convinced that we shouldn't stop looking at Joanne,
yeah, for quite a while.
I'm really sad Joanne's gone.
That was a big loss for me.
Michael, how do you feel to be here this morning?
Very surprised.
As Romesh said last night, if he was a Traitor, he'd have killed me.
So I don't... Yeah, I don't know.
But I think I helped you, saying that.
Do you think? Well, I voted for you.
Yeah.
So you've now got heat, right?
Yeah, I guess.
I really struggle with the fact you can even write his name down.
The Round Table didn't throw up a lot of theories last night.
I do strongly believe that Michael is an essential part of this group,
and so the fact that he's not been murdered made me suspicious.
That's why I put his name down.
Yeah, but you and he actually have spoken equally, in many ways, so I
think the theory that you've applied to him applies to you as well.
I would say as well that, like, you sit somewhere in there, James.
Like, right now you're leading this and, like, you are...
Yeah, you're not a wallflower.
You are, like, very much that kind of character as well.
Absolutely, yeah.
You know, I feel like you've got a very clear vision of
what you want to do.
Yeah, and, you know, what all of that has proven is
that one can be absolutely wrong throughout these things.
I know that very... I've learnt that the hard way.
Mm-hm.
There are multiple potential leaders at this table right now. Yes.
It's not just Michael. It's not just Michael.
Which I think is something we can all agree on.
No, that's fair. Yeah, it's not just Michael. That is fair.
Right, who's left? Bash, Sharon...
Oh, Bash, Sharon and Kenny!
Kenny has so little heat.
If he was murdered, it wouldn't help us at all.
Bash has had some heat on him, so I think he'd be kept in, wouldn't he?
That would make sense.
Sharon obviously was, like, down to the last two yesterday.
But then she would be a good person for the Traitors to be like,
"Oh, look, it's her", so why would they kill her?
LEIGH-ANNE GROANS
KNOCK AT DOOR
Oh, my gosh! Hey! Oh! Oh!
Oh, we're the last people. Who're we losing? No!
Sharon. It's Sharon.
Something I'm worried about is that Sharon has kind of figured out
the murder in plain sight, almost.
Like, she's onto it with the perfume bottles.
I think if she just picks up a single breadcrumb,
I think we're done. Yeah.
That's too much of a threat. She has to go. Yeah. She has to go.
Uh-oh! There's been a murder.
"Dear Sharon, by order of the Traitors,
"you have been murdered.
"Signed, the Traitors."
With a love heart and three kisses.
I think this was Maya Jama.
I think that is her love heart and her kisses.
Wow! Poundland Poirot struck down in her prime.
ROMESH EXHALES HEAVILY
That's mad as well, cos she had heat on her.
She had serious heat. It was a split vote. Yeah. Yeah.
I'm confused at that.
It makes no sense to get rid of her.
Unless it's because it throws heat on me.
I mean...
Turns out Sharon was Faithful.
Now, those Traitors are going to be going for me today
and trying to turn everyone against me.
The one thing I do suspect is that the Traitors are nervous,
and so I just want to terrify the bejeebers out of them today.
I tell you what, whoever are the Traitors sitting at this table...
..today is going to be a living hell for you, OK?
I am going to push and push and push and you are going to...suffer,
today, OK? LAUGHTER
That's what we need.
This is the apocalypse today!
To suffering!
To suffering!
To killin' 'em.
Banishing them, even.
Oh.
Morning, players.
Morning. Morning. Morning.
Another breakfast, another Faithful murdered.
RIP, Sharon.
So, goodbye to Sharon.
It is your penultimate day in the castle,
and I have a little statistic for you.
So far, you have found two Traitors
and you have lost 11 Faithful.
That's mental.
Does that enrage you?
Yes. Yeah. That's just humiliating.
Embarrassing as well.
Does it make you so angry, you could scream?
Shall we do a collective scream on three?
One, two, three.
ALL SCREAM
I think you're ready for the mission.
Ooh!
Go in here.
KENNY EXHALES HEAVILY
Let's have a little cuppa.
Do you know what? That would be lovely, if you're going to make one.
I was so sure it was Sharon.
I'm starting to think, "Ah, what do I know?"
When Sharon didn't walk in here this morning, I'm like,
"Oh, Sharon was Faithful?"
I'm in a position that I never thought I'd be in.
I did not think that I would be still here.
Mabli, you'll be proud of Daddy, but I do feel like the Faithful
can't go into tomorrow with still potentially three Traitors left.
I'm not bringing Good Daddy here today.
Vengeful Daddy's in the house today.
Are we all thinking of the obvious?
Which is what?
The king.
He's like a power force that no-one reckons with.
The problem is, yesterday, I shot for the king and I missed.
WHEEZY LAUGHTER
My mission today is to try and rally the troops on Michael.
He's such a big force and he interrogates people.
In many ways, he's an amazing Faithful,
but that's why I'm like, "How has he not been murdered?"
He's literally the head of the Round Table, he's like the king,
and yet he's still here.
Romesh, I think you're a Traitor.
What? Do you really? Yeah. Why? I was joking.
I don't know. You know what...
Why would you put me through that?!
I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. No, that's OK.
Hoo! LAUGHTER
No, funny, man, funny.
ROMESH FAKE LAUGHS Good banter.
Is there anybody else you're thinking?
James Blunt, because this guy, he's got it wrong every single time,
and he's 100%... I know. ..led every single one.
I feel like he might be going for me today.
But then if you're sus of James B, you then have to be sus of Maya.
Yeah.
Because James B yesterday in the game pushed for you and Maya.
Like he said, "I think we go for the most innocent,
"Maya and Kenny." Yeah.
Now, I'll be honest with you, I don't suspect you at all.
I agree.
The game is hotting up.
I heard Maya's name.
I started to sweat inside. I was like...
PANTING
Everyone's names is getting mentioned, but obviously,
when it's your Traitor friends, it hits a bit different.
I believe in loyalty, I take pride in it,
but it's looking shaky right now.
James B is coming, by the way.
Hey. How you doing? Hello, James.
Oh, yes.
Oh! We're so back.
It's not working any more.
What were you trying to do? Spray it?
Well, no, I can just, you know...
It's very easy to walk past someone with it in your hand.
It's very easy to walk round someone... Don't do me, James.
..and spray it, so there's no reason for you to know what's gone on.
Come on, James, let's all calm down now.
Let's not spray the spray.
I just think Ross was just the easy target.
He's here, and so it's really painful to say in a small group
of people, but who was in this room?
You weren't in this room. No, I was here. I was in the room.
You were in this room and you were in this room. Where were you?
The kitchen.
I wasn't in this room, so it's just worth bearing that in mind, guys.
Yeah.
Anyway, I'm going to check if they're alive.
That was like the end of an episode of Poirot.Yeah.
LAUGHTER
The murder in plain sight - what do you think?
The peacock perfume leads us to think that
it might well have happened in the library.
Right. Exactly.
Who was in the library when Ross was there?
Me, James A, Kenny, Sharon, and Jerry.
Tell me why it's not you.
I mean, I'm a Faithful, I've been a Faithful from the very beginning.
I don't know how you prove innocence
when you've literally not done anything suspicious.
I've not been around anything super, super weird,
and I've gone with whoever I thought was a Traitor at any point,
and tried my best to investigate everybody.
Someone in this Traitor group, maybe all of you... Yeah.
..are really good at staying under the radar,
and you're one of the best people here.
I mean, do you think I'm that good? Mm-hm.
OK. Yeah, I think you could be a brilliant Traitor,
and if you and Kenny paired up, amazing.
LEIGH-ANNE LAUGHS
I mean, that would be the biggest risk-take ever.
You're right, it would be incredibly risky. That's insane.
But there's clearly something insane going on here.
Oh, my God! I've had my first altercation.
It's kind of weird when it actually happens,
though, because you are a bit like...
Michael has turned up today on smoke.
His theories, they're bang-on.
He's way too good.
So I need to be very careful what I say and how I act.
I've worked way too hard to get here, Michael.
You are not going to make me crumble at the last hurdle.
Not today. Not today.
With the prize fund currently standing at £59,500,
today's mission will give the players another chance
to add to the pot.
Is this all of us?
This is everyone.
How did we make it this far, guys? I really don't know.
Aye-aye. Aye-aye.
Oh! Wow, wow, wow!
What is going on now?
So, players, welcome.
Today's mission is all about honouring our murdered celebrities.
You're going to split into two groups.
One group is going to be locked in the castle lab.
The other group will be in the castle gardens.
In the lab, as well as a few suspect experiments,
you will also find the severed heads of some of the murdered celebrities.
SCREAMING
All you've got to do is reunite the head to the buried body.
ROMESH LAUGHS
How... Romesh?
Sorry!
Cos you're going to need to finally put them to rest.
LAUGHTER
Romesh has gone.
Stay with me, Romesh.
I'm sorry! I'm talking about dismemberments.
Sorry, it's just so ridiculous!
LAUGHTER
It's so ridiculous. I love it, though.
We're on board, yeah?
Those heads need those graves. I get it. Thank you.
So how are you going to reunite the heads with the bodies?
Well, those in the lab, you are going to fire up the heads
to release their last, deafening scream.
HEAD SCREAMS
Memorise that, get the head,
and lower it down the wall of the castle while relaying that scream.
Oh, wow! What?
Those who are in the garden team,
you then have to remember that scream and match it to the correct
grave that is also emanating the same scream.
There are five heads that need their bodies in order to finally rest.
So a massive £5,000 could be added to the prize fund today.
You will only have 30 minutes for this mission.
Who's going to go into the lab? Who's going to go into the garden?
I don't mind. I'm happy to be garden team.
Who are the good singers? Singers?
I'm not necessarily a good singer. I have good ears, I could do either,
I don't mind. It's about who has the most flexible voice.
Yeah, so James, come as well, because I can go high.
ROMESH: So we'll garden.
I would suggest that maybe I should go up there as well.
Yeah? OK.
We thought singers would be good up there.
I thought that maybe that was the place for me as an actor,
having a good ear.
Leigh-Anne as a singer, James Blunt as a singer,
and Kenny as a boxer and YouTuber,
obviously.
You are going to really listen to the screams for me,
and you guys, you're going to fire up those heads.
ROMESH LAUGHS
Off you go. Get in the lab!
OK.
Oh! SHE GASPS
Woo! Oh, my gosh!
MICHAEL:There was all sorts going on in there.
Not least of which, pickled heads.
HEAD SCREAMS
Oh! Ah! No, I cannot!
The pickled heads of our fallen Faithful.
Who knew that this is what Claudia gets up to in the evenings
when she leaves us?
JAMES B:This was a tricky mission, only for highly skilled vocalists.
As any singer knows, it's very important to do a vocal warm-up,
so we prepped ourselves.
THEY DO RASPBERRY SCALES
And it helps to do a hum as well.
HE HUMS Like you're chewing.
TEAM HUM
From the diaphragm. Ha! Ha! Ha!
TEAM: Ha! HA! Ha!
Well, I would like to start with a tune.
HE HUMS THE GUITAR OF "YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL"
TEAM: # Da-da-da-da... #
JAMES B DOES THE HIGH NOTE:# Da! #
Problem solved. Woo! Let's go.
OK, you ready?
Ready to receive.
Fire them up.
HEAD SCREAMS
OK.
Our job was easy.
Shall we start with Amol?
We had to take the heads of our friends, put them on the machine,
wind it up, and it would announce to us their scream.
ELECTRICAL BUZZING
Ah! Ah! Ah! Murder!
Murder! Murder!
Ah! Ah! Ah! Murder!
Murder! Murder!
Just less Scottish, though.
The lab team has to listen to the screams of the murdered players,
and then recreate that scream out of the window to the garden team.
Ah! Ah! Ah! Murder!
Murder! Murder!
Just another usual afternoon in the castle, you know?
Oh, my God, it's Amol. Amol.
GARDEN TEAM:Ah! Ah! Ah! Murder!
Murder! Murder!
Tiny bit slower! Ah! Ah! Ah! Murder!
This is unbelievable.
Murder! Murder! Tiny bit slower!
Ah! Ah! Ah! Murder! Murder! Murder!
Hello, mate.
You got it?
Let's go, let's go! I've got it. Ah! Ah! Ah! Thanks for the head!
Run!
Ah! Ah!
A quick question, am I imagining this, or is it actually happening?
Murder! Murder! Murder!
We just scream that scream the whole way down to the graveyard and try
and remember it when we're testing out the screams at the graves.
Ah! Ah! Ah!
I made the choice to embrace it fully and we will deal with
the repercussions once my friends and family see that.
Guys?
GRAVEYARD SCREAM: Woo!
No. Goodbye. That's not him, that is not him.
Waste of time!
Maybe we should split up into twos.
Yeah. Right, Maya, let's go.
See you, guys. Bye!
GRAVEYARD SCREAM: Urgh! Urgh! Urgh! Murder! Murder!
BOTH:No.
Ah! Ah! Ah! Murder! Murder!
GRAVEYARD SCREAM: Ah! Ah! Ah!
Murder! Murder! Murder!
Guys! Yes, here! We think we've got it! We've found it!
They've got it, they've got it, they've got it, they've got it!
Come over here!
SCOTTISH ACCENT:Murder!
AMOL: My heroes.
Thank you for laying me to rest.
What took you so long?
THEY CHEER That's actually the guy's voice!
Guys, they're coming back. Did you get it right?
We did it! We did it!
Woo!
Well done! Power up.
Shall we put Bella on?
Course you can.OK.
We're loading up the next one, OK?
Faster, faster, please.
Aaaargh!
Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
ALL:Aaaargh!
ALL:Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
Yeah? Let's go.
ALL:Aaaargh! Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
Ten out of ten for effort.
GARDEN TEAM:Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
I feel like we went past that one already.
That one was horrible! I think I lost my voice a bit.
That's why we need to warm up, folks!
KENNY LAUGHS
Murdeeerrrr!
This was definitely a nice, silly mission, so I think we just played,
"Come on, let's just... let's just go crazy."
And it was nice to see the faces of our dearly departed once more.
LOUD WAIL: Woo-ooh!
No. No. One of these.
Shut up!
ECHOING SCREAM Aargh!No.
No. No, no, no. Right, let's split up. All right.
HIGH-PITCHED SCREAM
No. No.
Aaaargh! Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
Guys, we've got it! We've got it! They've got it, they've got it,
they've got it. OK.
We love you, Bella.
Rest in peace to a real one.
BELLA: Wow! I'm finally back with my soul, and it feels good.
We love you, Bella! Yay!
Hearing Bella's voice
and seeing Bella's strange head in the jar was definitely not something
I was prepared for,
but I'm glad we reunited them with their body.
ROARS: Players, 20 minutes left! Have you done it?!
From the diaphragm, Claudia, from the diaphragm!
I don't even know what that means, Michael.
DEEPLY: Have you done it?
LAUGHTER There we go!
Yes! Yay! Woohoo! OK. All right, let's go.
Shall we do Rob? Go, go, go.
MICHAEL IMITATES ROB'S SCREAM Urrgh! Urrgh! Urrgh!
Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
Oh, it's Rob! There's your boy.
Rob Beckett's severed head in a jar.
Disgusting.
Urrgh! Urrgh! Urrgh!
Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
We've got it! Oh, they got it!
ROB:Oh, lovely jubbly! That feels good!
Success again. Yes!
Yay! Come on! Next, next, next, next.
Shall we get the scariest one out the way?
Oh, Ross. I miss you. Mwah!
Seeing Ross's face when he was alive
was enough to give a man pause...
..let alone when his dismembered head is looking out at you
from a pickle jar.
Hah! Wah! Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
HIGH-PITCHED SCREAM No, sorry. No.
Waahh! Waahh! Murde-e-er-r-r-r!
It's this one! This one, guys. It's this one! They've got it.
ROSS:Thank you for reuniting my head with my soul.
Come on!
Yes, James! They've done it! CHEERING
One last one. You've got ten minutes left.
Mother Miranda.
IMITATING MIRANDA'S SCREAM: Urrgh! Urrgh!
Urrgh! So a big intake first.
INHALING AND SCREAMING
Murder!Yeah, it's that one. I think it is. It's that one.
MIRANDA: You've done it. Yes!
MIRANDA: Traitors, how do you live with yourself?
Let's go! Well done! CHEERING
Woohoo!
You very successfully reunited the bodies with the heads,
so you have added a lovely £5,000 to the prize fund. Well done.
I would say, scream it from the rooftops,
but I imagine you're done with that.
Plus I would really like you to save your vocal cords
for the Round Table.
I will see you then.
PEACOCK CRIES
Well done, everyone. Well done. Oh! Success.
I'm going to wash my hands. I've got gunk all over my hands.
It feels like Amol's... You've got Amol's brain on your hands.
Amol's brain gunk.
There's not many of us left.
Vegan haggis Wellington.
I mean, that's a load of words that shouldn't all be together. Mm.
I think we go for the king tonight. Yeah?
And then the jester.
King, jester, queen.
That's good.
ROMESH LAUGHS I like that a lot.
I mean, what do you think?
I think... It's... I...
You're not sure about Maya. No, no, I'm with you.
What Joanne accused me of, which was coasting, whatever.
Yeah. Gliding. Ah.
I've never seen someone glide more than her.
Mate, one of the greatest gliders in the game. One of,
maybe an Olympic-level glider. Definitely.
She could represent Team GB.
Very suspicious.
Watson, I think I'm starting to deduce something.
We've... I mean, how many times have we come to a conclusion?
ROMESH:I trust Bash pretty much as much as you can trust anyone
in this game. We've become really good friends.
We agree Michael's playing quite a dangerous game.
If we go for him,
and he's a Faithful,
that is earth-shatteringly bad news for the Faithfuls.
And I think those doubts are
in the minds of all of us, really.
Oh!
I don't know what to do.
It is wild, being the only two girls left.
Mate, I'm very proud of us.
Me and Maya are now repping.
I love Maya so much, and I feel like I've really got to know her
since being in here.
I really believe that she thinks that I'm a Faithful,
and I hope we can go all the way, to be honest.
I definitely think everyone's in the same mind about Michael.
I think he's going to go for me.
I think he's going to come for everyone. Mm.
My strategy throughout the whole game has been medium Maya,
but today, it feels like I'm going to have to be on the defence
and the attack, and whoever comes for me,
I'm going to have to just flip-reverse it right back at you.
But if it's not Michael, then who do you think?
OK. But I don't know, because James has, like,
been really lovely and supportive, so I'm...
He's been acting super Faithful. Yeah.
Bash, I wouldn't put it past.
I've been suspicious of him from the beginning.
You have, haven't you?
A little bit. It's like, I feel like I ruled Bash out.
I just feel like James A's just going to keep floating
right through, cos no-one's suspecting.
But he's also not really followed the crowd.
Have you noticed that? Yeah. He's always kind of had his own...
I don't know what that suggests.
Oh, gosh.
JAMES B:I don't know where to go. It has to be one of the ladies.
It has to be.
And although Kenny is now in the hit list because obviously,
from the murder in...
Plain sight.
But I struggle, but I think... I think I'm right, I think
you have the right statement. I think, given that the strongest fact
we've got to work with at the moment is Leigh-Anne...
Yes. ..doing the choreography stuff
on the night of the murder in plain sight,
whether it was anything to do with the actual murder, or just a decoy,
it feels so suspicious and,
I mean, it could be Leigh-Anne AND Maya. It could be both of them.
So, again, I think the murder in plain sight,
we still need to sort of dial in on a little.
Go over it again, yeah. But I think we need to whittle down, you know,
and I'm sorry to say that you were there... I think...
I think you were in the pool but I think you also are witness
to what's going on. We have to look at where we know he was.
Yeah. If it's not the perfume bottles thing, then it is a strange
thing to just be knocking around the castle, when there's literally...
..nothing else that points to anything like that.
How I've tried to play this from the beginning
is that you look at facts as much as you can.Yeah.
And I don't want to dismiss them now that we're at this stage.
No. But it is, it's hard.
To be honest, little bit nervous now.
Everyone's looking at everyone today.
Obviously, I'm just playing quite an honest game as a Traitor.
I'm not a good liar.
Always fess up if I ever... I'm just honest with people,
even if it's a tiny thing.
I've just got to stick to what I would do in this situation,
as a Faithful, but
I very well could experience my first bit of heat.
It could be James A too. You really don't think James A.
I... I don't... I mean, my gut says no, but I keep thinking,
what am I going on with that? Why am I giving him a sort of a free pass?
James Acaster has gone through this whole process
with nothing on him at all.
Nothing.
If I was a Traitor, I'd want to be playing it like James or Maya,
and maybe Kenny as well, because they're the least suspected.
It's certainly something worth exploring more at the Round Table.
# Change has come
# It's at the door
# Everything that was true isn't true any more... #
Earlier today,
our players demonstrated excellent communication skills.
They proved they can work brilliantly as a team.
Well, that's about to be tested.
It's Round Table time.
# Every ending is a chance A chance
# A chance... #
At this point, you just can't trust anyone, you know?
The worst thing that can happen tonight
is another Faithful going home.
I'm not prepared for that.
Oh, gosh!
This Round Table is all or nothing for the Faithfuls,
and certainly all or nothing for me.
If we're right, three out of the eight are Traitors,
so everything depends on getting one tonight.
I've just got to throw everything at it.
Coming into this Round Table, I am nervous.
The murder in plain sight
is something that nobody is moving away from any time soon.
I don't feel like I'm the only one that's going to get questioned,
but I know the Faithful are coming to hunt down a Traitor,
and it's getting closer and closer to one of us.
I am the original Traitor, and I need to protect myself.
Welcome to the penultimate Round Table.
Today, you put your heads and the heads of some murdered players
together, and added £5,000 to the prize fund.
So the current prize fund total is £64,500.
Please remember, if there are any Traitors left at the end,
they take it all for their chosen charity.
So I ask you this -
who is a Faithful and who is a Traitor?
Players, the floor is yours.
We need to bring every single name and theory possible to the table.
Now's not the time to hold back on anything.
Start with me. Throw everything you can at me.
Any suspicion, any evidence. OK. Anything at all.
Well, I suppose the most basic is to think that, er, you have been,
kind of seen as the father of the table and you have been guiding us
in many ways, and we have been guided in the wrong direction.
Mm-hm.
LEIGH-ANNE:Yeah. I think as well to add, I think
because you have this way about you
where you are super Faithful in a way,
like we all trust you and also, I think somebody to replace Hannah,
like, who would be the most obvious person?
The intelligence, the ability to lead.
I think you would have that.
I think it's difficult with kind of both of you,
because, like, you're very loud voices
and people could be steering this cos they're Faithfuls
who really want to get Traitors.
Or they could be Traitors who are steering this
in the wrong direction, and so that kind of leaves me tangled up.
For me, I just think also, um, you genuinely would be a great asset
to the Traitors, and it's the fact that there's three Traitors left
out of all of us here,
and I think, for someone to get us in that position in the first place,
you'd have to be incredibly smart and know how to play a good game.
So I think you would either be a great asset to the Traitors,
or, as a Faithful, as a Traitor myself,
I would have got rid of you already, so that's my red flag, erm, on you.
I agree.
I don't really know how I'm still here.
MICHAEL LAUGHS Um, yeah.
I was amazed that I didn't go last night.
And I suppose, I mean, the only defence
of that argument is I guess I am... I've been wrong a lot.
Mm. And, um, that's probably quite helpful for the Traitors,
to have someone who is quite vocal, does put forward things,
but is getting it wrong. Um, that's the only thing I can think,
really, of why they wouldn't get rid of me.
Leigh-Anne. Yeah. I still find it really hard to get past the idea
that, on the night where a murder in plain sight happened,
something, er, a very unusual...
The dancing. ..happened. Yeah.
And if the Traitors were having a hard time doing what they needed
to do, and they needed some sort of distraction,
the idea that that was maybe a distraction
to get people's attention, even if it was momentary
or something, I do find it quite hard to get past that.
So we were just doing it.
If it was a distraction, like, surely I would have waited
for there to be more people.
I would have done it when there was a room full of people.
Like, everyone had left at that point.
So it would have made more sense
for me to do it when everyone's there,
if it was supposed to be a distraction, you know?
Just... I think let's move around for some other people,
and I would love you to...
Oh, you've got lots of questions to ask me. Go for it, please.
As you know, I've had my suspicions about you
throughout the game. Yeah. This is not an inconsistency, but it is
something that I don't relate to, and I know we're different people.
You've gone for people, you know, I think fairly forcefully,
got those things wrong,
and then immediately gone again for somebody quite strongly,
and for me personally, as a Faithful,
I feel like I've done that - I've also done that,
I've gone for people,
and then immediately I'm stung by that experience
and then I'm slightly reticent to go for anybody the next time round.
Sure. I haven't seen that behaviour in you, so that bumps me,
to be honest with you. Absolutely.
I have definitely made, er, many mistakes, as we all have,
counting by the numbers, absolutely.
And I think I have, I've fallen into a classic Faithful trap...
Yeah. ..of voicing my theories too forcefully.
Mm.And I have been wrong, and so actually, you know,
the advice I was given was, be quiet. Yeah.
And I have not been able to do that. Yeah.
And I've really been angry with myself, thinking,
why have you just woken up with another theory, voiced it,
when the quiet Traitors are the ones who will win this,
and we voice our silly theories and make mistakes
and banish each other as a result,
which I guess is why I feel, at this stage,
rather than looking at the noisy ones,
we should be looking at the quieter ones.
Who are the quieter ones, in your opinion?
Um, I think, er, James A...
Er, the things that, um, you have chosen to say are, um,
innocuous enough to have said things,
but, um, not dangerous enough to be tested or highlight. Mm-hm.
Um, I think Maya, I would say you fall into the same bracket.
OK.
I do feel like that's quite unfair,
because I haven't had so many certain theories.
I have voiced my opinion, I have spoke out.
Maybe not so much to you, but to you and to you.
I've had many open conversations and theories.
I mean, I feel like we're probably the closest in here,
and I'm 90, and whatever you can be, percent sure that you're a Faithful.
Yeah.
I was thinking, like, what is a great quality for a Traitor here?
And, you know, Romesh said something early on.
It's being a passenger. It's being like, someone who just is,
you know, going along and tucking in and speaking up now and again,
and just keeping your head down, not raising too much suspicion.
And I thought, who are the people who have done that brilliantly?
And I would say the two best people at that are you...
..and James.
Yeah.
If you are Traitors, you've done it brilliantly,
because, until today, I thought... I had to question myself today
and go, "I've given James a completely free pass in this game.
"Why is that?"
And I... Well, you've done nothing suspicious, you know,
and yourself, Maya, I feel like you've managed
to kind of move through things and not raise any suspicions and... I...
Yeah, I wouldn't say that so much, though.
I feel like I have spoken up. I haven't been 1,000%
sure about anyone, but I feel like I've put my point across.
But neither of you have ever had any heat on you, have you?
No, but then is that my fault, that nobody's...?
No, it's not your fault. Do you know what I mean, like?
But it's just interesting. Do you know what I mean?
It's kind of difficult to be like,
"Well, come and ask me anything then."Yeah.
I've always been open.Well, maybe it's a good time, if it's all right,
cos there's something I want to go back over, cos I'm still not clear
about it. Go for it.And it does involve both of you and in fact,
what you were just talking about, which is the library. Mm-hm.
On the night of the murder in plain sight, of Ross. Yeah.
Can you tell me again, who was in the library with Ross
towards the end of the evening?
Me, James, Kenny, Sharon.
Joanne came in quickly and then out, and Jerry.
Right, so Sharon and Jerry and Joanne,
we can forget about, right? Are gone.So you three. Yeah.
And Ross. Yeah.
I think the most likely thing that happened that night,
given that we think the murder weapon was that perfume bottle,
in the library... Mm.
Are we sure that's how he got murdered, though?
Yeah, I'm so sorry...We're not sure about it. Can I just say something?
Because the whole time, you've been pushing, and a little bit you,
James...Absolutely. ..that it had to have happened
at the end of the night, and I'm like, but who made you
the decider that it had to, just because we were there?
Oh, no, nobody. So it has kind of confused me a little bit,
that you've been so heavy on this narrative,
and it does leave us three in there,
and that's really, you know, of course, let's point it over
to those three because they're the ones at the end of the night.
Bear in mind, he had been around every single person
at a different point in that night. Yeah. And I'm like,
that's a strange confirmation to make, just based on the fact
that we were...Well, we have to work on what's likely,
what's probably more like it... But it's not a fact, is it?
It's not fact, but there's nothing that's fact here.
I wasn't saying that's impossible, I'm just saying why
have you only soloed out this one library and this one theory,
when Ross was everywhere that night
and went into so many different rooms and so many people?
There's no fact. I didn't see... So the library's just not an option?
I'm not saying it's completely unbelievable,
and that it couldn't have happened at all, but I...
Can you see that it's the most likely place where Ross was killed?
I can see that that is definitely a strong option,
that something could have happened.
Was Ross left in the room with someone?
I can't remember who got up exactly first, but I know that I walked
just directly straight to the benches where you and Sharon were.
And Ross had come out with you guys? And Ross, I...
I saw him come past.
I didn't see him follow me, or... Yeah. I wasn't paying attention.
Well, this is the thing.
It seems to me, if we suppose that it happened in the library,
and there were that many people there,
it must have been really tough to get the opportunity to do it.
The most likely time to do it was as everyone was leaving.
Yeah, but again...
So the one person who didn't leave the library
and go into the atrium that's still here is you.
OK.
But then also, Michael...
So what was to stop you from getting that bottle?
You knew where it was, cos you alerted everyone to it in,
on day one. What was to stop you from squirting them
and then staying in the library and putting that bottle back?
Um...
..I understand how you've put it all together,
and I can't really argue that that sounds...that sounds feasible,
and that sounds like it could have happened.
Um, I can promise you that I didn't spray him.
They got me.
I've been caught.
You know, I've always been a Faithful at heart,
the reluctant Traitor,
so I'm going to do what I've done this whole game -
continue to be completely honest.
Um...
..I just want to explain my situation.
I was made a Traitor...
BASH AND ROMESH GASP
Oh, my gosh! MICHAEL EXHALES
..without wanting to be.
Um...
I... I've had a unique experience on this, that no-one's had before,
where I wanted to be a Faithful, that's all I wanted to be.
I couldn't just go, "Guys, it's me, vote for me."
But that's... That's all I can do, really.
I've been thinking about it long and hard.
I was not playing the game that I wanted to.
Who would have thought?
I wanted to be a Faithful so much that, at the beginning,
I made sure I pointed out the perfume bottles to everyone,
so no-one forgot them, and I am so proud of you guys
for catching me the way that you did, and I wanted it to be
that I was...I was found logically,
and in the way that was that you followed clues and got me.
I'm glad that I got to play this game on my own terms.
I've told the truth, I've tried to help them, and I've supported
my fellow Traitors as well, cos they mean the world to me.
Players, the time for talk is over.
It's time to vote.
James.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but James A, I'm voting for you.
All good.
I voted for you, James.
James A, I've put your name down.
I voted for you, James.
James A.
I also put James A.
James Acaster, you have received the most votes.
Please come up and join me.
James, before you leave us,
what would you like to say to your fellow players?
When I came into this experience,
I told Claudia that all I wanted to be was a Faithful...
..and all I wanted to do was go round this castle and try and help
the Faithfuls as much as possible, catching Traitors,
and I'm really proud to say that's what I've been able to do,
under the circumstances.
I am...
..reluctantly...
..a Traitor.
APPLAUSE
A weight has been lifted.
I'm glad that I was so Faithful
that I couldn't make it to the end as a Traitor.
Good luck, guys! CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
We love you, James! Love you, James!
Faithful, you got one! CHEERING
Woo! Yes!
And at such a pivotal time.
Congratulations.
Celebrate with some drinks.
The game is on.
Ah! Oh, well done. Oh, my gosh!
We needed that really desperately. We really needed that.
Faithfuls are still in with a chance.
LAUGHTER Oh, my gosh! Just about.
I don't think anyone saw that coming.
MAYA: Oh, my God.
Tonight was literally the hardest night of the whole experience.
No words, no thoughts, just...
I knew James didn't want to be a Traitor after we chose him.
There was not one piece of me that could jump up and celebrate
when they said he was a Traitor.
I feel like I've played a good acting game so far,
but that bit, I just couldn't pretend.
# Here's to the things you love
# Here's to the things you love... #
Crazy.
I actually can't believe any of that just happened.
Just everything. Speechless at this point.
I honestly thought the most likely outcome
of that murder in plain sight was that we'd have no idea.
There's part of me, I'm being brutally honest... Yeah, yeah,
totally. ..that thought, this is not going to get anywhere, and it did,
so I hold my hands up and apologise... Well, listen...
I feel very foolish. I, you know, one time in 100.
JAMES B LAUGHS
The amazing thing about James Acaster is
he has done something that I don't think I've seen anybody do.
He played a truly unique game, which was...
..to accept his role, but to do it
in as Faithful, helping a way as he possibly could,
and that is kind of typical of the sort of thing that James A does,
and I respect it a lot.
I was thinking, who's been quiet, who's been under the radar?
And then I thought, you know, I mean, at the mission yesterday,
I was like, "I think James is one of the most trustworthy people.
"He should be one of the three." Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then today, I just thought, "Hang on, why? Why?
"Why am I giving him a free pass?"
And then I went back over... Wow.
..and back over everything that happened in the library,
and it was just a matter of, like, just getting rid of things.
When you've got nothing tangible, absolutely tangible,
you just have to build it up.
I do start thinking it starts pointing in certain directions now.
Yes, agreed. And I would think,
I'm afraid to say, Maya was the assistant in there,
and I think then Leigh-Anne was a distraction over there.
What I do agree with you is that, if I was a Traitor,
I would play the Round Tables exactly as Maya has done.
Yes. That's my, that's... It's almost, it's almost textbook.
It's textbook, as was he.
James played that game amazingly.
I was thinking to myself, "Why haven't we looked at him earlier?"
He just moved in the shadows.
There are still Traitors out there.
We don't know whether it's one or two, or even more.
This game is so frustrating.
Well, obviously, I am, I think, most at risk of being murdered tonight.
Um... Well, you never know. Everybody at this point has heat
on them, so it could literally be anyone. If I'm not here tomorrow,
obviously think back to that Round Table,
think back to people's reactions,
think back to how people answered the questions. Yeah.
I'm looking at Michael and I'm thinking,
"You are the biggest threat to my game right now."
He's too wise, he's too strong,
but murdering Michael really does not save me from anything,
and actually kind of puts me further in it.
All roads lead back to me.
This is a really tough one.
That was wild, innit?
I would more believe that I'm a Traitor than him.
How did you not read him, as someone who knows him? I don't get it.
What do you mean? How long have you known him for?
Ten years? What? What you saying? If I knew you for ten years...
Kenny, Kenny, in the ten years I've known him,
he's never secretly murdered somebody
and then tried to cover it up from me!
Do you know what I mean? Oh, my gosh! Yeah.
So James Acaster was banished, and it's sad.
I didn't want it to end this way.
You will be missed, James. I love you,
but hopefully me and Maya can bring the W back home.
The Faithful have caught a Traitor just in the nick of time,
and what better way to celebrate than with a lovely nightcap?
# Do you want me on your mind
# Or do you want me to go on... #
This is wild.
JAMES B:Hey, well, this is beautiful.
Oh, God, I shouldn't say that word, should I?
LAUGHTER
Oh, look! Oh, wow! Grab a drink.
CHEERING
After every hurdle that's been thrown my way,
I did not think I'd make it to this part of the game.
Do you remember walking into it, the first time? Ah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, my gosh.Yeah, yeah. That feels like a bit of a long time ago now.
But do you know? I actually feel like we've all really bonded,
and not to be cheesy, but I feel like I've made friends for life,
just saying. Yeah. Aw!
Be nice to keep in touch up until the end of tomorrow.
Yeah. LAUGHTER
Rom will be the first to leave the group chat.
Oh! Hello. Hey!
MICHAEL LAUGHS WRYLY Hello, players.
Please stand up with me. Oh, yes, sure, of course. OK.
It feels like a moment. Yeah, yes.
What a journey it's been.
Yeah. Yeah. Mm-hm.
But you guys have made it to the penultimate night in the castle,
and that is worth celebrating, so congratulations.
Yes. Thank you. Here's the thing, though.
The Traitors are thirsty for blood.
Oh... There will be
one final murder tonight. Great news.
And on that note, I say this.
Enjoy your drinks and sleep well, if you can.
Ooh. But well done. Thanks, Claudia.
Goodnight. Goodnight.
Goodnight, Claudia! Goodnight.
OK. They're going to be up in one of those turrets tonight...
..plotting the end for one of us.
CLOCK CHIMES Oh, my...
CLOCK CHIMES
Goodnight, everyone. Goodnight.See you later.
CLOCK CHIMES
Goodnight, Faithfuls and Traitors.
Goodnight. Maybe see you tomorrow.
Ah! I'm stressed about being murdered,
because I would love to be in the final tomorrow.
If it's my time, I've had such an incredible experience
and if it's not, I am going to catch those Traitors and I'm going to make
sure it's a Faithful win, whether it's me standing there or not.
And then there were three.
# Water is my eye Most faithful mirror... #
Bye, Kenny.Goodbye, guys. See you later.
# Fearless on my breath... #
As we began, me and you in the church.
Oh, don't! From day one, it was me and you, wasn't it?
Here we are again, day one.
Right at the end there, it's just me and Maya again.
Just the two of us.
And yet now I think she's a Traitor.
And now here we are. Yeah.
Under a Scottish sky.
I'm just sort of thinking, is this the last night I have here?
CLOCK CHIMES
I'll see you on the other side. OK. Yes.
Goodnight. Night-night.
Only the night will tell.
CLOCK CHIMES
# You're stumbling in the dark. #
