♫ La La My love~ ♫ "The Masked Lover" - Mission 11

You said you'll tell me your secret after the bidding is over.

Okay. My true identity is a police officer.

You—

- My dad found out about us. - Get married?

I can't get married right now.

I am Xiao Jing's private tutor. My name is Li Wan Yu.

Why did you send Li Wan Yu into the Wu family?

The 8th Investigation Corps got impatient in waiting for your lead.

If you don't withdraw now, you must find the evidence against Yi Ching before Li Wan Yu does.

Once your cover is blown, you'll be banished by both sides of the law.

Hello. Teacher Xiao Yu is your junior?

I am not close with her, so there's really no point mentioning it.

- What are you doing right now? - Is there something between them that I don't know about?

The on duty nurse in the nurse's station said that you went to Jiang Sheng Xi's welcome party.

- I'll pick you up. - Zhao Tian Xing, you're annoying!

Without asking for my permission, you always crawl into my mind and make me unable to sleep.

How come it sounds like your confession for falling in love with me? Where do you want to go then?

I want to see the sunrise, eat sesame chicken, and ride a couple's bike.

So you agreed. After I've decided to woo you and you still hit me, it means that you're willing to be my woman.

Who is willing to be your woman?

It was you who kept bugging me. You really need a beating.

I don't care.

I'll just treat it as you've agreed.

Why do you keep covering your mouth? Do you think I'll kiss you?

You rotten—

Do you think I will kiss a woman who isn't prepared?

Stupid.

You... are mine now, right?

You'll agree sooner or later.

But I won't ever give you a chance to push me away.

When I go places with you in the future, I'll have to prepare a hygiene mask,

so you can't steal a kiss.

Why do you have a different bodyguard today? Where is Gu Le Jun?

It's because of Le Jun...

is being pestered by Xiao Jing's new private tutor.

A mistress?! A mistress has surfaced?

Not a mistress. She is Le Jun's junior in school.

It's just that Le Jun seems to care very much about what she's doing.

He would habitually look at her.

What? This is just like 'an ex-girlfriend appearing and turning into a mistress' type of scenario.

Not an ex-girlfriend!

Le Jun said that he wasn't close with her.

Not close? You mean 'not close' yet that made you come out and look for your bosom friend?

My mood indeed got affected.

I don't know anything about Le Jun's past at all.

But this person knows it all.

What did Gu Le Jun say then?

He couldn't be thinking that as a fake husband,

he can have a mistress whenever he wants and be irresponsible, right?

No, don't keep thinking of those scenarios from 8pm soap operas.

That's not it.

I believe that Le Jun's heart is with me.

It's just that Le Jun and this woman seem to share some secrets.

It's not a romantic kind of relationship.

I don't know how to explain it to you.

Baby, I know already.

Nothing should be allowed to get between two lovers,

let alone an adult like her, right?

If Gu Le Jun said that there's nothing, then don't mind that private tutor anymore.

Let me tell you. If not because I fell for Brother Tian Xing first,

Gu Le Jun is totally my type. For a man like him, I can—

Hey, he is mine. You even want to have my man? You just want a man, any man.

So, do you take that kind of person who offers himself on a plate?

Miss, I also know how to pick, okay?

I'm going to the bathroom.

Xiao Zhi, what are you doing? Just use that to please Mi Qi.

Mi Qi, sit for a while and rest first.

I bought a lot of strawberry biscuits.

Hi!

Since when did you become obsessed with strawberry like Xiao Zhi?

I called Xiao Zhi and he said that eating ice cream can make a woman feel better.

For you.

Who told you that I am in a bad mood?

I just invited Mi Qi out here to chat.

Eat some.

Tell me. How come everyone likes to pursue love interests that are out of their league?

For example, Xiao Zhi likes Mi Qi, Mi Qi likes Tian Xing,

but Tian Xing likes someone else. This is like the food-chain of love.

It's so hard.

Well, I am a fierce leopard while you are a little lamb.

Aren't you afraid to get eaten by me?

You dare to?

No. General Manager, I dare not.

By the way, didn't we suspect that Xiao Zhi might be a mole?

We don't need to suspect him anymore, because a person who likes to eat sweet food can't possibly be a mole.

- Why is that? - Because if there's no candy to be had, he'd confess everything.

Are you going to confess or not?

- Even if you beat me to death, I won't confess! - No way...

Never thought you'd be so tight-lipped.

Mi Qi, go!

Let me eat it, and I'll confess everything!

He'd confess anything when tempted by food. That's so stupid.

You finally smiled. I thought you will keep frowning and ignoring me.

Then, can I now exercise my right as your boyfriend?

What boyfriend?

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

Hey! If you want to sleep, go home to sleep.

Don't do it here, okay? This is quite embarrassing.

It's all because you secretly left the office and failed to inform me. I have to stick to you, so you won't run away.

Lying down here for awhile is so comfortable. I so love to sleep.

Okay now.

Ahh! It's gotten on your clothes, too!

It's fine. There are newly washed clothes inside the car.

I'll just change into one later.

Oh, I'll just cover you with it then.

Hey!

Oh, my...

- I'll eat by myself. - I'll just feed you.

You eat, too.

You've overstepped. As a boyfriend, you can't get so close to me.

Did I?

You're going overboard.

- It's melting already. - Done.

So good.

Mi Qi, I want some, too.

Thank you, Mi Qi.

Your call will be transferred to a voicemail box.

A voicemail box?

I saw Jing Xuan earlier. It looked like she was ready to get off work.

Why didn't I see her?

Weird.

Young Master!

Young Master, you haven't come home for a long time. Boss wants you to come home with us.

I have something to do. I'm busy.

Boss said that if you don't go home to eat today,

starting tomorrow, all our men

will follow Young Master to work, and into the operation room.

Young Master, please.

Young Master, please.

Why did Jing Xuan's senior board Rong Fu Xiong's car?

It doesn't seem like he was coerced.

I'm just going back home for a while. No need to worry. I'll be fine.

I'm going now.

Hey...

I think that since your parents know it already,

if I don't go back with you,

I'm afraid that they might think that I'm just toying with you.

I don't want to give them a bad impression.

Thank you for being willing to face it with me.

Then take me to buy some stuff first.

Last time, you invited me to dine in your family's restaurant.

This time, it is an official visit. I cannot just go there empty-handed, right?

Okay, I'll just tell you what my mother likes to eat on our way there.

- Okay. - Let's go.

Now is really not the time to get married. Hope you understand.

He said that now is not the time to get married.

Is it because we haven't dated long enough to know each other that well?

No, it's not that. If possible, I'd tell you everything about me without any reservation.

But my current identity, compounded with the fact that I'm under surveillance,

has kept me from getting closer to you,

which might put you in jeopardy as well.

Why would the Little Prince leave his rose and go on a trip?

The Little Prince and I are totally different.

The Little Prince has never seen anything outside of his little planet. That's why he went on a tour.

But I have seen way too many ugly things.

Right now, I only want to keep the rose company.

I want to accompany her to live a simple and ordinary life.

Why are you suddenly asking this question?

I'm just afraid that your parents won't be able to accept my role as a female mob boss.

They'll want you to break up with me.

They won't. When you went to my house last time, my mother already had a good time talking to you.

She thinks highly of you.

Really? Can the two of them really accept us being together?

What my father absolutely cannot accept is for his police officer son to fall in love with a female mob boss.

But what if that female mob boss isn't real?

I don't know what you like to eat,

so I just ordered the most expensive dishes.

When you were studying medicine in the US, you probably had hamburger and fries. They are not very nutritious.

Come. Since you're back, have some real food to help nourish your body.

Where's the IOU (I Owe You) note?

What IOU note?

For the money you invested in me over the past 30 years.

Don't worry. I will repay all the money with interest.

I won't let you lose money in this deal.

You are my only son.

All these that I own now will all be yours.

Why would I ask you to pay me back?

Then why did you ask me to come here?

What we have between us is only a debtor-creditor relationship and nothing else.

Young Master, you didn't come home despite having returned from the US for so long.

Boss just hopes that you can accompany him to eat a reunion dinner.

So you mean that...

I am required to have a reunion meal with the person

who caused my mother's death?

Son,

that incident happened a long time ago.

I also felt very guilty about your mother's death.

Can you,

just for the sake that I'm your father,

give me a chance to make it up to you?

The money you invested on my medical degree

is already the most that I can accept from you.

Although I have your genes in me, it doesn't mean that you are qualified for me to call you father!

Young Master!

I've sweated and fought for so many years.

In the end,

I'm not even able to hear you call me father

for even just once.

This is just pathetic.

But today, I wasn't asking you to come home for dinner for no reasons.

I especially invited a friend that you know

to eat with you.

Yes!

Bring her here!

Get out! Move.

Don't push me! Didn't you say that something happened to Zhao Tian Xing?

Junior!

Senior? Why are you here?

So they kidnapped you instead?

For her, I think

you probably will now agree to stay

and eat this reunion meal, right?

Here, have some fruits.

Auntie, thank you.

- Thank you, Mom. - You're welcome.

Hey! They've come to visit you.

Why are you still staring at your son like that? You are being rude.

Auntie and Uncle, hello. I am Wu Ping—

I know who you are.

I know about your identity and title very well.

It's just that my son got confused about his role

and mistakenly overstepped his bounds. I do not agree with him at all.

Uncle, don't misunderstand. Le Jun is a great guy.

My family, my colleagues, and I all received a lot of protection from him.

He isn't someone who wants instant success, as you presumed.

You! Come with me inside.

Let the men talk about their matter. For us women, we'll talk about our matter.

Are you really a female mob boss?

You already brought her into my house, so you better explain everything.

If not because I knew that she would be coming home with you

and put the pictures away beforehand,

wouldn't your mission be exposed already?

Do you dare let her see these pictures?

I already am prepared to tell her my true identity.

Then how about your mission?

Last time, at our restaurant, you said that this female mob boss

is a target and mission that you devised for yourself.

Just how long ago was that?!

And now you're prepared to tell her everything?

Do you really plan to change job and become a gangster,

or are you just dazed by her love?

I know very clearly that my mission is to infiltrate Yi Ching Group and look for evidences of their illegal activities.

But since the very first day I joined this group,

I discovered that they are already making internal changes.

If not because of those past criminal records, those people in the group

are not too different from other office workers.

You are unable to touch the rocks at the bottom of the water, yet you still dare say that the water is deep?

You think that I ask you two to memorize the Gu Family Motto since you were little just for fun?

Do you know how to say a policeman in Taiwanese?

- Kíng-tshat. - Right! Kíng (police) and tshat (it rhythms with "thief")...

are just divided by a fine line. Right now, just for a woman,

you totally can't determine where this line is already.

Which side are you really in?

Do you need me to hit you hard before you can wake up?

Although my feet are on the side of darkness,

my eyes and my heart are all facing the bright side.

You think that black and white will never intersect?

Can't black be bleached into white?

Human nature is evil.

That's my only belief after working as a police officer for 30 years.

Then I will use my ability to prove to you that

I can bring everything that you think is dark under the sun.

You're like a mud Bodhisattva statue that is already in danger by crossing the river.

And you still want to be a savior?

Fine. If you insist in acting precipitously regardless of the consequences,

I'll stop by your police department later

and ask your captain to abort your mission.

Let's see if you will turn back or not.

She isn't Wu Ping An!

What?

She isn't Wu Ping An.

The real Yi Ching Group female boss Wu Ping An

has been lying unconscious in her hospital bed since she had a car accident.

The person I fell in love with is her twin sister, Wu Ping Fan.

Ping Fan is just an ordinary person. She is very naive, like a white paper.

To prevent the Yi Ching Group from breaking up

and causing more conflicts between both sides of the law,

she's been working hard to play her role.

If I withdraw now, she might be exposed

and get ambushed by other mobs.

You should know the severity of this matter more than I do.

As a father,

I can endure my son loving anyone.

But as a police officer, I still feel that everything that you are doing

is totally... absurd.

Dad,

the woman outside is the woman that I love.

She is equally important to me like how you all are to me.

I hope that you will not make it difficult for her.

Remember this. If one day,

you fall too deep and can't find your way back,

don't expect that I'll pull you up.

This is the path that you chose on your own. Whether it's a good or bad fortune,

you should be ready to face the consequences.

Maybe she forgot her phone?

How come Jing Xuan isn't answering my call and isn't reading my messages?

Aren't we still very close when we got back from the mountains?

The staff at the nurse's station said that she already left, but she didn't go home, and I can't locate her.

Where exactly did she go?

Excuse me. Is there a lady by the name of Gu Jing Xuan living inside here?

May I ask if there is a Gu Jing Xuan... ?

Why are you being cold?!

Hello. May I ask if Ms. Gu Jing Xuan has returned to the hospital already?

Oh, not yet? Okay. Thank you.

Jing Xuan, I've been looking for you all night already. Are you alright? Did anything happen?

So you don't want anything to do with me just because I wanted to kiss you when we were in the mountains?

Even if you are hiding from me, it's fine. Just let me know if you are safe, okay?

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by The Dark Secret Team @ Viki

Hello, Ah Liang.

Help me find the cellphone number of a doctor in Jing Xuan's hospital named Jiang Sheng Xi.

What?!

You're saying that Da Fei took Jing Xuan?

Why did you just tell me now?!

If anything happens to Jing Xuan, I'll feed you to the dogs!

Zhao Tian Xing? Why did he come to my house?

Could it be something bad has happened to Jing Xuan?

- Ah Liang, what is it? - Brother Le Jun, something bad has happened.

Second Brother seems to be going to Boss Rong's place to look for sister-in-law. What should we do?

- I am afraid that something bad might happen. Can I ask you to go help him? - Okay.

What's wrong? Did something happen?

Let's just talk in the car. Let's go.

Ms. Nurse.

I am a registered nurse. Not some miss.

Woah... You have quite an attitude.

Let me introduce myself first.

My name is Rong Fu Xiong. I am the boss of Fu Guei Group.

So sorry for today. I suddenly asked you to eat with my son.

If I offended you in any way, hope you don't mind it.

Come. I'll give you a toast to show my respect.

When my mother was young, she played the piano in a hotel.

Later on, she fell in love with a mob boss.

- Senior, so you two are— - That's right.

This person that you are seeing in front of you

is the person who caused my mother's death

and the person who gave me my life.

This is the last bed. I'll leave after I check it!

It was this person who stabbed Zhao Tian Xing last time. He even wreaked havoc in the ER.

So he also has something to do with you, Senior?

So you were that little nurse who blocked me in the ER that day.

It was you who was protecting Zhao Tian Xing. Am I right?

I was the one who pushed Zhao Tian Xing to the OR, and it was also me who operated on him.

I am a doctor. I have no relationship with you gangsters.

That's not important anymore. Why did you force me to come here?

You tricked me into believing that something bad had happened to Zhao Tian Xing.

The grudges between you father and son has nothing to do with me, right?

I'll get going now.

Stop her.

Is Zhao Tian Xing courting you?

This idiot Zhao Tian Xing has sabotaged my business many times.

Right now, he's even stealing my son's girl?

My son is used to holding a scalpel. How can he win over someone holding a gun?

I then can only try to help my son.

Today, let's see if I can

send you two to the nuptial chamber.

Hey! Don't go overboard! I am different from despicable and shameless gangsters like you.

I can chase after the girl that I want. I don't need your help!

Junior, let's go.

- Move out! - Da Fei! - Yes.

- Take both of them to the bedroom! - Okay!

- Take them away! - Go! Go!

What are you doing? Let go of me!

Move away!

Don't think that I can keep tolerating your disrespect towards me.

The empire that I have built needs someone to inherit it.

If you don't want to inherit it, it's fine.

Today, you just stay here

and give me a grandchild as my heir.

I'll train my own heir.

Hey! Hey!

You bastard!

You rotten gangster! How annoying! This is called kidnapping!

Hey!

Senior, why aren't you disobeying him? Hurry up and think of a way to get us out of here!

What more can I say to a despicable and shameless gangster?

In Rong Fu Xiong's eyes, there is only his empire.

His wife and son are all just his pawns.

If he doesn't achieve his goal, there's no way that he'd let us go.

So you want me and you to—

No way! I can't do that.

Senior, calm down a bit. You acting this way is making me scared.

Senior, don't! Stop!

Gu Jing Xuan, where are you?

Why did you take my woman?

Gu Jing Xuan, where are you?

Boss, Boss! It's Zhao Tian Xing. I don't know how he got the news so fast and came here so quickly.

Boss, what should we do?

What should we do?

My son is inside the room doing his task.

Someone is here to disrupt a nuptial chamber, and you're asking me what you should do?

If you don't kill him, I'll kill you!

Okay!

You bastard, Rong Fu Xiong! Where is my woman?!

Jing Xuan? Jing Xuan!

Stop! Let go!

- Don't touch me! - Jing Xuan!

Go away!

I never thought that you'd do this to Jing Xuan! I used to respect you since you're someone who's holding a scalpel.

It turns out that you're just as despicable as those people!

- Young Master! - Shut up!

Young Master? So you're Rong Fu Xiong's son?

No wonder you like to use despicable means.

Now that you know he's my son,

and you still dared to hit him in front of me?

You really think that I can only brew tea and be a vegetarian?

Bring them all out!

Young Master, this way please.

I originally planned to let my son finish with his nuptial chamber activities before dealing with you.

I never thought that you'd decide to come here yourself.

Then I won't invite you to my son's wedding anymore.

Wait!

Let me deal with this man.

If anyone dares to hurt him, that's disrespecting me then.

Good! Very good.

Use this chance to show your might in front of her.

From then on, she will willingly be your woman.

Use this, so you won't hurt your scalpel-holding hand.

Senior, you're a doctor. Don't become a gangster.

Don't worry. Just wait a bit, and I'll send you home.

Although I'm a doctor, when it's needed,

there's no way that I'm going to lose in a fight.

Oh? Your hands are meant to be holding a scalpel to help your patients.

If you are going to attack, just attack. I already promised Jing Xuan that I won't act like a gangster anymore. I won't fight back.

How interesting. It's going to be fun.

If you want to be the hero, then don't regret it.

Hey, let me go in with you. Tian Xing is a buddy in Yi Ching. I promised Older Sister that I'll protect everything for her.

Although I don't know how to fight, I'm still Yi Ching's boss.

I have never lost in a negotiation against Boss Rong.

Senior, stop hitting him!

Boss! Boss! Yi Ching Group's Wu Ping An is here!

Protect Boss and Young Master!

Timing and Subtitles brought to you by The Dark Secret Team @ Viki

Are you alright?

I won't die! Boss, why are you here?

Boss Rong, Tian Xing is a member of my Yi Ching Group. Even if he has wronged you,

and you want to interrogate him, you should have informed me first, right?

You're practicing torture behind closed doors. Isn't it too much?

You're exaggerating. How could I have tortured him?

It was him who wanted my son's woman.

My son challenged him to a duel, but he just wouldn't fight back.

How can you blame it on me?

Since everyone is already here today, we have food and drinks prepared.

How about let's all attend my son's wedding banquet?

Boss Rong, are you joking? What is your status?

Having just these meals in your son's wedding? Isn't that too shabby?

But... since you've so graciously invited our Vice General Manager to the banquet,

I should also graciously return the favor.

The King? Gu Le Jun wants me to catch the king first before I catch the bandits?

Stop!

Did you really think that since you have my son, you can already leave my place that easily? Huh?!

That depends on how much importance you place on this son of yours!

Boss Rong, relax. Our Yi Ching Group's office is way more comfortable than your place.

Next time, let's have some coffee together.

- Let's go! - Let's go.

- You can't leave! - Stop!

Boss, there's only three of them! Let me take some men and bring the Young Master back!

There's only three of them?

You can't even kill Zhao Tian Xing. Now there are also Wu Ping An and Gu Le Jun there.

How many more men do you want?

How about let me give you a whole army?

Huh?

Huh!

Huh?

General Manager, what should we do with this person?

Just let him go. He saved me and Jing Xuan.

You don't need to thank me.

I did it for Jing Xuan, not for you.

If there's nothing, then I'm leaving.

Senior, I can't do it.

Senior, calm down a bit.

Junior, act with me in a bit.

That's the only way for me to safely get you out of here.

Put up an act with Senior.

After his first hit, I felt that something was off.

He seemed to be hitting me hard, but he was only striking my muscles.

There's no damage to my bones and tendons whatsoever.

At that time I knew that he wouldn't hurt me and Jing Xuan.

She's the sister-in-law that Ah Liang was talking about? Would you do the introduction?

Of course. She is—

It's late now. If I don't go home now, I'm afraid that

my family will be worried. I'm leaving.

- Let me send you home then. - There's no need.

You should let the Vice General Manager take you home,

just to prevent you from being taken by some persons to their turf.

Your family would be very worried.

Boss, we're leaving.

Why are you speaking in that tone to her?

I think this girl next to Ting Xing is pretty awesome.

It was such a tense scenario a moment ago, but she was not frightened at all.

Quite brave.

She indeed is very brave.

Extremely audacious.

Let's go.

Is your back hurting? How about letting me drive?

Are you sure? Do you have a driver's license?

You don't believe I have one?

Are you trying to take revenge on me? Last time you said that I can't bike.

You just want to play a trick on me, right?

Have a close look. It's issued by the government.

I'm different from some wretch who just paid some money to get her license but doesn't know how to drive.

Just pull over, and I'll drive.

That great? My woman is very domineering.

I can relax and just enjoy from now on.

Did you know that I've been searching for you the entire night?

How were you taken by them?

They said that you had an accident.

So...

You silly.

Why didn't you call me and clarify it?

I thought you don't want to bother with me anymore.

By the way, remember the one who came to help us today?

I heard you call her Boss.

Who is she?

Oh. She's the boss of the Yi Ching Group, Wu Ping An.

She and I are very good buddies.

She may look small,

but her fighting skills are comparable to a man's.

And also, if not because she kept insisting that we change our image and ways,

the three of us would've smashed everything in Boss Rong's place.

Then, is that man beside her...

her bodyguard?

Oh, you mean Gu Le Jun?

He's the Boss's man.

Boss and him have a daughter called Xiao Jing.

He just recently returned to Yi Ching.

This is not right. You often hate talking about these matters of brotherhood.

Why are you so interested today?

I just wanted to know more about the people who saved us.

You're right.

Please lie on the chair properly. I'll start driving.

Okay.

- I can drive. I'm not tired. - It's okay. I can drive.

I'm fine. I just haven't driven in a long time. I'll be fine with some practice.

You're going to the left! Turn this way, turn this way!

Why are those drivers flashing headlights at me?

So rude! I hate those wretches who don't know how to drive.

Miss, it's because you are driving beyond the center line already.

- Am I? - Hey, hey, hey.

If we can make it home safely this time, my mother would surely feel very grateful.

Hey, be careful!

Were you okay last night?

Do you need to discuss with me about your relationship with Zhao Ting Xing?

Good morning! I'm here to deliver your "breakfast of love."

Thank you! Come in.

Okay.

Why are you sweating that much?

I was exercising a while ago.

You look sexy!

What did you discuss with your dad yesterday?

What else could he talk about?

He just asked me to take responsibility for the path that I've chosen,

and wished me good luck.

- Which one do you want to eat? - Either one is fine.

Oh right, what did my mom talk to you about?

- Your mom? - Yes.

Your mom asked me to quickly pack you up and take you home.

She said that I'm a good kid who does one good deed a day.

- Impossible! - Really.

My mom wouldn't have said those things to you.

- She said that no one wanted you. - What?

How could no one want me?

She also said that you look plain.

- Tell me quickly. - Okay.

Are you really a female mob boss?

It's been hard on you.

As a woman, you have to lead so many of your mob brothers.

You also have to earn the respect

from those impulsive and reckless men.

It's really not easy.

Auntie, you're not afraid of me?

A girl with such delicate skin and soft touch like you,

what's there to be afraid of? I have to thank you instead.

You've allowed Le Jun to open his mind

and begin to chase after his own happiness.

Le Jun's father is so stubborn.

He thinks that just because he has eaten more salt than any of you (metaphor for seniority)

that he can order you guys around.

But eating too much salt

can cause high blood pressure. What's good about that?

You need to pursue your own happiness.

I can see that Le Jun sincerely likes you.

If you don't mind, I'm handing my son over to you.

This is the first time that there is an elder who talked with me in such a gentle way.

Le Jun has such a warm and adorable mother.

I'm really envious.

Oh, what's wrong?

Don't be sad.

Were you frightened by Le Jun's father because he kept frowning?

It'll be fine.

Le Jun's father just like to put on a sour face

and is stubborn. About him,

just leave it to me, okay?

Do you think there is a woman in this world

that marries just to find a good mother-in-law?

Is there one? Don't you girls hate mother-in-law

and sister-in-law problems?

Not really. I think I will be that kind of woman.

Are you saying that you're willing to marry me because of my mom

and not because of me? Hey, isn't that too much? I've been protecting you 24/7.

You just talked with my mother for a few minutes, and you are already siding with her?

You've treated me so unfairly by doing that.

I sincerely like your mom.

If my mom was as warm to me,

maybe my older sister and I would've lived different lives.

You little dummy, every family has its own problems.

Everyone has their own family issues.

Don't you have a younger sister? When are you going to introduce her to me?

There will be a lot of chances in the future.

You can keep on eating. I'm going to change.

I heard an incoming text tone on my mobile telephone.

I have some matters to attend to this afternoon. I'll send you to the office, and come pick you up after you get off work.

Sure.

Senior, I'll go to your house this afternoon to celebrate my birthday.

You have to obediently wait for me at home.

I heard an incoming text tone on my mobile telephone.

I have some matters to attend to this afternoon. I'll send you to the office, and come pick you up after you get off work.

I should believe in Le Jun. He wouldn't betray me.

But, why does Li Wan Yu have Le Jun's phone number?

Li Wan Yu could even use such an intimate tone

to ask to have her birthday celebration at his home.

Why did Le Jun tell me that they weren't close?

What number am I in terms of women that have been here?

The third one.

Now, there's the fourth one.

Senior.

Why are you here?

Let's have some hot pot and then have cake afterwards.

Will you help me celebrate my birthday?

What are you saying?

You can't go back on your words. You already promised me yesterday.

What did I promise you? What do you want?

If you don't want to celebrate my birthday here,

then let's go back to the police department to celebrate it.

You already promised me yesterday. You can't go back on your words.

What did I promise you? What do you want?

So Le Jun did meet with her yesterday.

Why did he lie to me and say that they weren't close?

What did Le Jun promise her?

Why did Le Jun allow her to come to his house?

Can it be that their relationship has already

become so close?

In this world, the chances of meeting someone

who is worthy of your devotion are very small.

Often times, we just bury our heads in the sand

and believe what we have is love.

But in reality, we're just a laughing stock.

So being betrayed by someone can be this painful.

Older Sister fell in love with the wrong person back then.

Am I loving the wrong person, too?

Let's go to the bar in the morning.

Okay, you guys can decide.

Hey!

- Are you not looking as you walk? - I'm sorry.

- How pretty! - Miss, are you by yourself?

Why don't you accompany us for some fun?

I'm not interested. Sorry.

It's fine. Don't leave in a hurry.

Let's go have some fun.

Let go of me!

- Come have fun with us. - Let go! Hey!

Isn't that Wu Ping An?

Go away! Go away! Let go!

Wow, you're so fierce!

Am I seeing wrong?

Why can't she even take care of those scumbags?

Don't run away!

Wait! Come have fun with us.

- Don't run. Come play with us. - Go away! Go away!

- You guys... Don't come. Don't come near me. - Come on, come have fun with us.

Come have fun with us.

Which scene is Wu Ping An acting today?

She is now rendered helpless by those lowly gangsters.

What are you looking at?

Wu Ping An is not a weakling who doesn't know how to fight.

That's why, I would send so many men to surround her.

But she actually didn't even fight at all.

She also hid behind Gu Le Jun.

Now she can't even take care of these scumbags.

Let... let go!

It can't be...

Nothing. I'm just passing by.

I might as well just enjoy watching your fighting skills,

Boss Lady of Yi Ching.

Does she look like the Boss Lady of Yi Ching?

How is that possible?

I absolutely can't let this person know about the secret that I'm not Wu Ping An.

Now I can only try to bluff them off. Hopefully I can get through this.

Let's start.

Oh, it seems like she's good.

It seems like she can fight.

Time your left and right hooks. One-two punches!

Let go of me! People like you are—

Wu Ping An's fighting skill degraded so much after the car accident.

Even the after-effects can't possibly cause that much damage.

Let's make the first move. Come on!

Gu Le Jun!

Scram!

Hey... Those scumbags weren't sent by me.

I was just passing by. Go on and talk. I'm leaving.

Are you injured?

Weren't you at the office? Why are you here?

Aren't you busy? If you're busy, then don't worry about me.

Don't scare me, okay?

I wasn't this scared when I held your hand to jump off the cliff.

Promise me that you won't come out by yourself.

How did you know that I was here?

You were just at my house, right?

You have someone at home. It's inconvenient for me to come in.

There's no one in my house. Those who are allowed to enter my house are my most beloved ones.

[ Senior, I showed up unannounced because I wanted you to celebrate my birthday with me. ]

[ I've bothered you two and made you misunderstand each other. I'm sorry. ]

What are you doing?

I'm calling Li Wan Yu so that you can question her as to whether or not I invited her over.

Don't! I just thought too much of it.

No matter what happens in the future,

you have to tell me about you're thinking and suspicious of. Tell me everything.

Don't run out by yourself like that, okay?

I also don't know why I don't feel secure.

I am completely transparent with you.

You know all of my secrets.

Yet, I don't know anything about your past.

Even though I know that you sincerely care about me, but I–

I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

I'm sorry.

It's my fault. I didn't make you feel secure.

I'll ensure that you feel more secure and won't let this happen again, okay?

~ Preview ~ Zhao Tian Xian, can you stay away from me?

Don't be so nice to me! Let go of me.

Don't tell me about your childhood trauma. Don't show me your frail tenderness.

You and me are just not meant to be together.

If he can keep his promise

and wash away his sins,

then I'll keep my hands off and give you my blessings.

Despite the daunting mountain ahead, I'll strive to climb this mountain to find you.

I'll propose to her,

and let her know about my undercover mission.

You want to seduce me? Congratulations.

You've achieved your goal.
