departing every 15 minutes to Union Station, where they'll find the U-Turn

vote. Each team must vote for who they want U-Turned.

The teams with the most votes will be forced to complete both sides of the

detour.

Realistically, we think either us or Eamon and Beck is getting U-turned,

right? And that's fine with me. If that happens, that happens. We just have to

be strategic.

If we decide to all vote for the same team, we can pick the team we're up

against. We would have a better chance of staying here if it was Keisha and

Nova.

I just told them I wouldn't do it.

But now, listening to what everyone's saying, I'm okay with doing it. Yeah.

Keisha and Nova are the weakest team here. Yeah, that's how I feel.

complicated precision water course.

Racers must paddle backwards through this marked channel, then round the

buoys and portage their canoe over this raft in less than seven minutes to

receive their next clue.

Inside requires teams to explore the world's largest collection of paddles

and canoes dating back over 250 years.

Inside the Canadian Canoe Museum.

Racers will choose a written description of two canoes.

They'll need to search the museum's 20,000 square foot vault to find the

matching artifacts.

Once each canoe has been properly identified, Jeremy will give them their

next clue.

-needed spa treatment. Once its habitat is truly tidy, Lisa will give them their

next clue.

Today has been an emotional roller coaster.

That first challenge of the day was really, really tough.

I'm so lucky to be doing this race with my sister. There's literally no one else

I could do it with. At my lowest moment, she's there for me. And at her lowest

moment, I'm there for her. There's something just so special about that.

And the fact that we can go from feeling like this and then bring each other back

up and make each other smile and make each other laugh.

That's priceless.
