Let tomorrow's storms descend,

What if darkness veils my eyes?

I cannot see fate's shifting tide -

Yet one heart remains bright inside.

I cradle this heart in both my hands,

Ignore her protests,

Swap sun and moon -

See black or white with my own eyes!

See all beings,

Their wishes realized.

I know where you're headed!

Above the layered clouds.

There's another sky,

another world.

There, we'll go together.

No moon above,

But mountains and rivers by my side.

I don't know why,

I just want this moment of pride.

Through every hardship,

With this body of mine,

I trade it all, To have you by my side.

Don't ask the color of the sky.

If there's no light,

I'll be your Starry River.

The Lonely King

We're going to kill them all!

All demons deserves death!

By the Blade, evil falls

By the Brush, life is born

Fight!

Adapted from I Eat Tomatoes' original work 《Cang Yuan Tu》

Is my husband worried?

Those brats are tough as hell,

what's there to worry about?

But those captured civilians,

we're the ones who left them behind.

Let your mind rest,

husband.

Sister Chi Lian

only wanted you to live

- and not waste her sacrifice.

Back then,

that newly forged Tian-rank weapon backlash struck you,

- heart meridian was damaged,

and you were at death's door.

Sister Chi Lian was also badly wounded by Lu Wu,

she gave her own life to shield

your heart meridian.

Otherwise, in that battle...

Otherwise, I would've

gone with her in that battle.

I know, my wife.

I won't do anything rash.

EPISODE NINETY Three

Where did everyone go!?

Wait!

We're demons now too

-why are we hiding?

Yeah... good point.

Oi! Where do you lot think you're going?

The demon spoke...

we've been caught?!

Don't wander off if you don't know the way!

Follow me

and get in line!

So demons aren't just

making random noises...

Get in line,

one by one!

Push again and I'll have you executed!

Once you're in Mount Furnace,

you'd better be ready to die for the Demon Marshal!

If you don't,

get the hell out!

Wait!

You lot came from the Demon Star too!?

Then why are

you different from them!?

Different how?

We've all got tails,

eyes,

noses,

mouths,

ears,

and a stench!

What's the difference?

Dumb as hell!

Get moving, move it!

Where is Lu Wu?

I demand to see him!

This demon...

why does he look so familiar?

Ah'Chuan,

that's the Fourth Heaven Demon King

- Hei Shui.

Hei Shui?

That catfish demon!?

Did I beat him

so hard he reverted to his true form?

You dare speak the Demon Marshal's true name?

You've got some nerve!

Want me to roast you right here and now!?

Do you know who you're speaking with!?

I, Hei Shui, am a Demon Sage!

Demon Sage!

Demon Sage!

Demon Sage!

Demon Sage!

Demon Sage, huh!?

I'll send you straight to heaven!

Demon Sage my arse!

Now get in line with the rest!

A fish out of water, shoved around by tigers!

Once we get back to the Demon Star,

I will eat you alive!

Keep up!

Don't run around!

Run off,

and I'll stew you alive!

We've been here a while,

not a single human around!

But these demons

- they're awfully human-like.

Is this place

turning into the Great Yue Capital?

So this was the Palace of Sword and Spear?

I can't believe the demons turned it into... this!

I wonder where

the civilians are being held...?

Before we find the civilians,

we can't afford to be discovered!

All of you, move it!

This birthday feast is our Marshal's gift to Marshal Ji Meng,

it must be decorated properly

A warm welcome to Marshal Ji Meng's arrival and guidance!

Do not shame our Marshal!

Ji Meng?

I thought Lu Wu was the one

holding Mount Furnace?

Such great fragrance!

Fourth Heaven Demon King

Qin Yuan

Demon King Qin Yuan!

These are the new ones brought in to help?

Yes,

yes!

This little cub smells delicious

- I really want a taste!

The Marshal's birthday is near

- nothing must go wrong!

If any of you newcomers

are dumb enough

to break the rules,

I'll suck your blood dry

and peel off your hide!

Understand!?

There will be no delays!

Follow me,

march forward

- move it!

My Lord,

I heard from the Demon Star

- aren't there supposed to be lots of humans here?

What,

hungry?

Craving human flesh?

Only small-minded demons eat humans!

These days,

we follow the Marshal - eating stir-fry!

Stir-fry?

What are these demons up to?

It seems the demons

have been learning from humans,

but for what purpose?

Here,

and here!

You,

and you,

come here!

(What the hell!?)

Why did they split us up?

You lot, follow me to the next room!

You four - this one's yours!

(Shit!)

I can't believe I, Hei Shui, have to share a room!

I want a bigger room!

Damn it,

I can't scout around like this!

We've got a ton of

work today!

You're all splitting up!

You, go fetch water!

You three,

whittle some chopsticks!

And you lot

- scrub that pot!

That's the pot for the Marshal's bath,

so it better be spotless!

You are not going to work?

You think I, Hei Shui,

am going to work for someone else?

No chance

- not happening!

You're leaving too?

Work hard okay?

I know my way around,

so I'm going to scout around.

Don't blow your disguise, alright?

How are we supposed to scrub this pot?

It's filthy!

Who knows

how much of Lu Wu's bath scum is stuck to this pot?

The Demon Marshal

is absolutely terrifying!

Well?

Any word on the civilians?

Screw this

- we didn't come here to work!

Where's Qian mu?

He's been gone a long time,

did he sneak off without us!?

Yeah, we can't just sit here and wait...

Tonight, I'll go scout around!

Where are you going?

Eh, to the outhouse,

you coming?

You lazy demons and your crap!

The Eternal Spatial Rift at the peak is

actually guarded by a Fourth Heaven Demon King!?

It seems they've already slipped in,

should we prepare a little gift for our Marshal...?

Fourth Heaven Demon King

Lu Tu

If you value your life,

then stay out of the Marshals' plans!

Where have you been for two days!?

I've got great news! The Demon Marshal

guarding Mount Furnace, Lu Wu,

left three days ago!

Three days ago?

Wasn't that the day I killed Xiang Liu?

Either way,

right now is our best chance to rescue the civilians!

But where the hell are they keeping all the

captured civilians?

I scouted around, and

heard they're down below.

Down below?

What's down below?

We'll find out when we get there!

The Demon Marshal will back any moment now!

So all of you better shape up!

I've got an important job today

- down in the lower quarters.

Who's volunteering?

Boss,

I'll go!

Boss!

And me

- I'll go!

Oh ho! Good!

you've got the right spirit!

Now go clean out the outhouse,

then haul it to the lower quarters.

As for what's after,

the demon generals will fill you in.

This job

isn't for just any demon!

So don't get cocky!

Do it well,

and there'll be plenty more work like this

for you lot!

It's all for the people,

let's do this!

Why aren't you moving?

Why is there a vegetable garden

inside Mount Furnace?

Qian Mu,

what's going on here?

This isn't right,

this should be the Hall of Weapon Spirits!

Oh, newcomers!

Follow me!

Why are these

demons so skilled?

Did someone teach them to farm?

The soil in

Mount Furnace is so rich

- all these vegetables are huge!

That's strange!

Why are demons the ones farming?

I heard the gardens

were tended by humans.

Stop gawking,

hurry up!

See that?

That's Plot Ding

t/n: "丁" (Ding) comes from the Ten Heavenly Stems system, it is the fourth character, so Ding simply means four in this case.

- you'll be fertilizing that one.

Don't rush!

We'll keep looking.

Someone must have taught

these demons to farm!

It's all demons

- not a single human in sight.

Damn it!

I traded all three bags of grain for this news!

Was I tricked!?

Look over there

- is that a human?

Lord Demons!

Lord Demons, please spare me!

My lords,

this is all my food

- it's yours!

It's all yours!

Please, have mercy on me!

Grandpa,

don't be afraid.

We're not demons.

The Liminal Island...

emblem!?

I'm an elder of Liminal Island,

we came to rescue you!

Why...

why did...

why didn't you come sooner!?

Why couldn't you come sooner!?

Don't cry!

Tell us

- where are the others?

Why is it just you here?

I...

Where are the others?

Where is the Heaven Incinerating Furnace?

Do you know?

Grandpa,

don't worry

- take your time.

The others...

the others...

they're down below.

Below?

My Lords,

come with me.

Where is this...

Marshal Ji Meng got tired of eating humans

and wanted vegetables.

So he had an idea.

Marshal Lu Wu thought it was a great idea.

And then all the humans were used to

fertilize the garden.

A warm welcome to Marshal Ji Meng's arrival and guidance!

In three days,

A warm welcome to Marshal Ji Meng's arrival and guidance!

it will be Marshal Ji Meng's birthday.

A warm welcome to Marshal Ji Meng's arrival and guidance!

Lu Wu will come with him.

By then,

the garden will be ready for harvest.

It was tended by humans...

it was TENDED by humans!!!

So that's what it meant...

that's what 'tended' meant!

Lu Wu,

Ji Meng

- I'll kill you both!

I will rip you into pieces!!

TO BE CONTINUED . . .

Next Episode

Now that Lu Wu isn't here,

it's the perfect chance to sever the spatial rift.

You need to gather more hands

- we'll hold here!

Then we'll

close in from both sides!

Qin Wu said I won't be able to subdue the

Three Corpses until I reach Archon

- but that's based on the Six-Character Venerate Form.

So... what about

the Ten-Character Venerate Form?

Bro,

How much for this melon?

Ripe, I promise!

I'm asking you how much!

Free flower carving!

You looking for a fight!?

You sliced my melon!

You gossiping about me!?
