Original subtitles

Those of you who've been following me,

you already know I'm Stonewalker Cain.

Today, I am in the wild of Crystal Ridge Park,

hosting the first ever ultimate hunt for Bigfoot.

I believe that Bigfoot

has landed right here in Crystal Ridge.

I personally guarantee a verified Bigfoot sighting

that will silence the skeptics once and for all.

But if someone catches Bigfoot before I do,

they'll win a fabulous grand prize.

So come join me on this epic quest to find Bigfoot.

All right, you ready for your graham cracker, bud?

What's the point?

We don't even have a real fire.

We don't have a fire

because someone forgot to pack the extinguisher.

You know what, it's time for bed anyway.

Big day tomorrow.

All right, let's go, bud.

Are you sure you're okay sleeping in the tent

all by yourself?

I'm 12, Dad.

All right, I don't wanna hear a peep out of you

when Bigfoot comes knocking.

Good night, sleep tight.

(eerie music)

(eerie music continues)

(eerie music continues)

(lighthearted music)

Theodoris Rex, time to get up.

You're gonna have to eat a big breakfast

if you wanna catch Bigfoot.

(sighs) I swear, teenage boys can sleep.

I will get him.

Come on, Theo, let's go.

Hey.

(apprehensive music)

He's not in there.

What?

No.

(apprehensive music)

Theo?

Theo!

[Eliza] Theo?

Theo!

Theo?

Theo!

(apprehensive music continues)

(dramatic music)

(Blue panting)

Blue, sit.

Now, are you two gonna settle this

or am I gonna have to take you in?

With the event going on in the park this weekend,

I don't have the patience or the manpower

to deal with two grown men arguing over the difference

between a Yeti and a Sasquatch.

Am I clear?

(Blue barking)

(phone ringing)

NPS, Detective Esposito.

Mm-hmm.

Where did this happen?

Around what time?

Okay, we'll be there shortly.

A boy went missing from the park this morning.

Jodi, where are you?

I'm breaking up a fight between two Bigfoots,

or is it Bigfeet?

I'm just gonna leave that one alone.

There's a boy missing from Echo Canyon Campsite.

Mom checked his tent around 7:00 AM this morning

and couldn't find him.

Name is Theo Harris, 12 years old.

Understood, I'm not far.

Copy, we'll meet you there.

(dramatic music)

(engine rumbling)

(dramatic music)

Morning, fellas.

How are we doing?

Everyone prioritizing a balanced breakfast, I hope?

Hey, listen, I'm here about some tourists

who were sold some fake camping permits last week.

Anyone know anything about that?

(action music)

(action music continues)

(fence banging)

(fence banging)

Cuff me.

What?

Cuff me!

(dramatic music)

[Eliza] Our calls and our texts aren't going through.

Service in the park can be spotty.

When was the last time you saw Theo?

Last night.

He went to bed at about 11.

Can you send me a recent photo of Theo?

Of course.

[Alex] Now, what was Theo wearing

when he went to bed?

Gray sweatpants and a blue sweatshirt.

[Alex] Can you share Theo's phone number

and cloud information with us?

It might help us try to track his location.

[Eliza] You think you can track him?

It depends, hopefully.

Is there a chance that Theo went exploring on his own?

He's a smart kid.

He wouldn't wander off in a national park

in the middle of the night.

It's unlike him.

He was really excited for this trip.

It was his idea.

He's become obsessed with Bigfoot lately.

Do you mind if I have a look in Theo's tent?

Officers Meeks and Esposito

will ask you a few more questions.

Yes, it's right there.

Yeah, absolutely.

Thank you.

(dramatic music)

(Blue sniffing)

(Blue sniffing)

(Blue panting)

Should get a strong scent off these, huh?

(Blue panting)

Are you trying to get me killed?

I can't just have a conversation with a cop

in front of the Reapers.

You're an informant on the Reapers for Al.

I expect the same,

unless you want them to know that you're playing both sides.

I'm not trying to end up like Boudreau.

I'm guessing you know what happened to him?

The Reapers though he was an informant.

(dramatic music)

Enlighten me how the Reapers have access to military guns.

Some guy's been pulling guns off the base.

The Reapers are running them across state lines.

We're middlemen.

[Ryan] Is this the contact?

That's the guy.

Where exactly are they delivering the guns to?

I'm working on it.

But there's a handoff going down tonight.

Where?

I don't know yet, but I'll try and find out.

Good.

This is for ripping off those tourists last week.

Right.

Memorize it and lose it.

And you better text me.

(dramatic music)

(dramatic music)

(people chattering)

Wait, look.

Blue, get in here.

[Passerby] Over there!

(Blue whining)

Hey.

Blue's nose is going haywire with all these tourists.

I'm gonna take him off trail, see what I can find.

[Tyson] Copy.

(Blue whining)

Have you seen this boy?

[Camper] No, I haven't seen him.

[Camper 2] Mm-mm.

Okay, thank you.

We're barking up the wrong tree.

No one here's seen anything.

Sir, have you seen this boy,

either last night or this morning?

No, ma'am.

Okay.

Have you smelled anything odd lately?

Actually, yeah, last night around midnight,

so foul it woke me up.

I stuck my head out of the tent but didn't see anything.

Can you describe the odor?

Rotten eggs, wet dog.

Uh-huh, okay, thank you.

Thank you.

Meeks, you care to explain why we're asking people

about funky smells?

Bigfoot is said to have a robust sulfuric musk,

much like what that man just described.

Bigfoot, right. (Chuckles)

Okay, you're not laughing.

Are you being serious?

I mean, of course not.

I'm just saying, if the smell fits.

Nope, that didn't answer my question.

(dramatic music)

Dead end, boy?

Tyson, Blue's lost the Theo's scent.

We're at the riverbank.

Are you getting any location info from his phone?

No cell ping since last night at his campsite.

After 12, it goes dark.

Must have been turned off when he left.

You gotten into his cloud yet?

Yeah, his location services are disabled,

but I've been looking through his accounts.

It's just regular kid stuff so far.

He's really into Stonewalker Cain.

There was one thing,

a text thread with a woman named Darlene.

Her contact photo shows an adult.

Maybe a teacher.

Could be, but it seems like they really know each other.

He's really trying to talk to her.

Run a reverse image search on that woman.

(dramatic music)

Larsen, go back and speak with the boys' parents.

See if they know this Darlene.

Copy that.

Come on, boy.

Look at this.

This is a telltale Bigfoot coat.

Part of the mane, I'd say.

Acrid.

Slightly coppery.

I'm close.

I'm sure of it.

(dramatic music)

Do either of you know a Darlene Ackerman?

That's Theo's biological mother.

Theo was adopted?

I didn't even think to mention that.

We haven't been in contact with Darlene in a while.

It looks like Theo's been in touch with her recently.

What?

Did you know about this?

No, of course not.

You think she might be involved?

It's just something we're looking into.

I'll let you know the second I know more.

If you think of anything that might be useful,

please call me.

Yeah, you bet.

Come on, boy.

Tyson, come in.

Go for Tyson.

Darlene Ackerman is his biological mother.

I need the whereabouts ASAP.

I'm on it.

(people chattering)

Hey, Blue.

Ernie, what are you doing here?

I heard about the missing boy.

I figured I'd join the search.

Not sure how much help I'll be.

We can use all the help we can get.

What do you know?

Not a lot.

The kid disappeared last night.

He and his family are here for the Bigfoot event.

Takes all kinds, right?

Yeah.

It's getting complicated though because Blue

keeps losing the boy's scent.

Well, I know one thing.

Bigfoot doesn't stand a chance with you in the case.

All right, I'll let you know if I hear anything.

Okay.

(dramatic music)

(phone ringing)

To what do I owe the pleasure?

Well, it is a beautiful day at the ranch,

and I had this crazy thought.

How are you on a horse?

(chuckles) Is that an invitation?

(lighthearted music)

Tyson for Jodi?

Go for Jodi.

I ran Darlene's license plate through LPR.

She arrived into town last night.

She checked into Cliff's Edge.

Is she still there?

Madge took a peek for us.

She's at Peaks & Valley right now.

All right, I'm on my way.

(Blue panting)

(phone ringing)

Sheriff's calling me, Blue.

Should I answer it?

(Blue barking)

Yeah, it might be for you.

Hi, Sheriff.

Hey, so about our last conversation.

We're all good.

Good.

So Clive called about the missing boy,

no sign of him in town.

I was thinking I'd send some deputies up to the park,

post them on entrances, exits, any other choke points.

That's a good idea.

There's a lot of ground to cover.

Do you think this could be

more than just the boy being lost?

It's hard to say.

I'm following up on a lead now.

Okay.

Maybe I'll swing by and join SAR.

If you're up for it, I know you're busy.

Ernie's actually helping out.

Well, that's kind of him.

Maybe I'll catch him up there.

Sounds good.

(lighthearted music)

(dramatic music)

Hey, Jodi.

Hey, one more thing.

I just need something cleared up.

Could you check on a possible criminal record?

Mm-hmm, I just need a name first.

Ernie Estevez.

Yeah, I'll get the file to you as soon as it's ready.

Thanks.

(lighthearted music)

(lighthearted music continues)

Hello there.

This is it.

Well, I'm glad you found the place.

It's beautiful.

(lighthearted guitar music)

? Can you tell me ?

? What I'm missing while I've been away ?

Excuse me.

Are you Darlene Ackerman?

Yes, can I help you?

You're Theo Harris's biological mother, correct?

Yes.

Why?

Is Theo all right?

Theo went missing in the national park last night.

If I knew where he was, I would tell you.

It's been a couple of years since I've seen him.

He's a sweet boy.

(Blue whining)

I was too young when I had him.

After a lot of soul searching,

I realized that the best thing for him

was for me to put him up for adoption.

I met Eliza and Todd, and they were so sweet.

They've done a wonderful job raising him.

I've made myself available in case they need me.

And you haven't spoken to them for a couple of years?

We've kept in touch over email.

Just email?

Recently, Theo started reaching out over text.

Now, I was concerned that his parents weren't aware of it,

but he felt like he needed someone to talk to.

Why would you think that?

Theo was upset about his parents' divorce.

Divorce?

Yeah.

Theo overheard them discussing it,

and they don't know that he knows.

I encouraged him to talk to his parents,

but then he stopped responding to me.

Did you try Eliza and Todd?

I felt like it might be best to speak in person.

That's why I'm here.

So you came here to speak to them?

I didn't want Theo to think

that I was going behind his back.

I want Theo to be okay.

Hang tight.

And if Theo does reach out, please let me know.

(dramatic music)

(lighthearted music)

You grew up around horses?

(laughs) Absolutely not.

The ranch, it was my husband's idea.

I'm a city gal, Chicago.

Never though I'd leave, resisted it at first,

but then I just fell in love with the place.

It's pretty magical here.

All right.

Let's mount up.

So how long has it been since you've rode?

It's been a minute.

All right, let's see what you got.

Foot goes in here?

(both laughing)

(lighthearted music)

(lighthearted music continues)

I found what appears to be the missing boy's sweatshirt.

I came across it deep in the park.

(apprehensive music)

(Cain sniffing)

Stinks of the brute.

I won't rest until I have found the boy, captured Bigfoot,

and made sure justice is served,

unlike our friends at the NPS.

Already on it.

[Jodi] Larsen for Meeks and Esposito.

What do you got?

The Harrises are getting a divorce.

They neglected to mention that.

Headed there now,

kind of to see if there's anything else they left out.

Copy that, keep us posted.

We're paying our friend Stonewalker Cain a visit.

He claims he found Theo's sweatshirt.

Copy that.

(dramatic music)

(people chattering)

(dramatic music continues)

- Thank you. - Hey.

Hey, it's Ernie, right?

Yeah.

Ryan, Jodi's friend.

Thanks for helping out.

Of course.

Didn't think twice about it.

I used to be SAR, so I spent a lot of time out here.

I figured it'd be good if I jumped in.

You wanna team up?

Let's do it.

Cool, I'll grab my stuff.

(apprehensive music) (people chattering)

(apprehensive music continues)

Officer Larsen.

May I speak to you about something a little delicate?

Of course.

You didn't tell us you were getting a divorce.

How did you hear about that?

Darlene Ackerman told me.

We are going through some things, nothing's final.

It's an ongoing conversation.

But why does this matter?

It may not, but it may speak to Theo's frame of mind.

Do you think that's why he reached out to Darlene?

I try not to jump to conclusions.

I know that it's hard, but I just need you both to stay here

in case Theo comes back.

And please, I would like to avoid any more surprises.

(dramatic music)

Now, that is a beautiful RV.

You're really roughing it, aren't you?

Officers, right on time as usual.

So Theo Harris goes missing last night,

and here you are with his sweatshirt.

Do you mind explaining how that happened?

[Cain] I found it in the woods about an hour ago,

not far from the boys' campsite.

Why didn't you bring it to us?

You know we can cite you for impeding an investigation.

I wanted to inspect it first.

Frankly, I think I might be more equipped to help the boy.

I am an expert in the field

and I have a small army at my disposal.

Where were you after 10:00 PM last night?

I was wandering the woods barefoot

to fully commune with the earth and absorb its power.

I was back here by midnight.

You want to check my feet?

We're good.

Can anyone corroborate your story?

I did a final post for the night.

You could check the time and geotag.

I heard the boy was a fan of mine.

Maybe he's just taking the initiative

and looking for Bigfoot himself,

a future Stonewalker in the making.

We're gonna make sure

everything you just told us checks out.

By all means.

If there's nothing else, I'm kind of busy.

No, that's it for now.

Enjoy the glamping.

(dramatic music)

[Ryan] Theo!

Theo!

Theo!

So you were stationed in Poland with Jodi, right?

Yeah.

It was intense, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Not sure I would've made it through without her.

You guys got into some pretty hot water out there.

That I'd rather not talk about.

Gotcha.

Theo!

So what brought you out here?

After my assignment,

I realized I hardly seen my own country.

Figured I'd start with a tour of the national parks.

There's plenty of beautiful parks out there.

Yeah, well, Crystal Ridge was on my list

after the way Jodi talked it up.

Where are you headed to next?

If I didn't know better,

that's where you were interrogating me.

Sorry, it's hard to turn off sometimes.

It's all good.

How are you liking sheriff?

Jodi says you took over for the last guy?

Ah, it's been more than I bargained for.

I'm sure you're doing great.

I know Jodi believes in you.

Really?

Mm-hmm.

(dramatic music)

(phone ringing)

Clive, you're gonna wanna see this.

(ominous music)

[Clive] It looks like it has Theo's sweatshirt.

(dramatic music)

Uh, we found footage of something

outside the Harris's campsite earlier this morning.

It was holding a sweatshirt.

It?

It looked like Bigfoot.

Are you sure?

Send me a screen grab.

Okay, this is getting out of hand.

Tell me about it.

Tyson, could you please contact Darlene Ackerman?

Her story didn't match what the Harrises told me.

Is it just me or is it too much of a coincidence

that there's a missing boy the same weekend

of Stonewalker's big event?

This guy is nothing if not a showman.

All right, let's just chase the evidence, people.

Jodi, go with SAR to comb the area

where we found a sweatshirt.

Meeks, Nora, search by the trail cam where we saw Bigfoot.

Can't believe I'm saying that.

On it.

Bigfoot, really?

(lighthearted music)

Jodi told me a boy named Theo

went missing in the park today.

Huh.

I mean, maybe we could join this search.

The horses, they can be an asset,

can cover a lot of ground.

Plus, I've found that animals,

they can perceive certain things that human can't.

Don't I know it.

I haven't told you about Jodi's partner yet.

(dramatic music)

A tranquilizer gun, really?

Better safe than sorry.

Stay close.

You stay close.

(dramatic music)

I mean, it's pretty simple.

Search the area.

Hey.

Hey.

What's going on?

Just finished searching a grid.

We struck out.

But now that Blue is here...

It's only a matter of time.

Got that right.

(dramatic music)

So, I've been meaning to ask you,

what's going on with you and Laney?

You know.

No, I don't know, that's why I'm asking.

I mean, I really only ever known you

to have long distance relationships.

And then out of nowhere, you're with this blonde bombshell.

Great job, by the way, but I have questions.

It's nothing serious.

We're just hanging out.

Does she know you're just hanging out?

(creature snarling)

(creature snarling)

(creature roaring)

(dramatic music)

(twig snapping)

(suspenseful music)

(creature grumbling)

(dramatic music)

(dramatic music)

(creature grumbling)

(suspenseful music)

(creature grumbling)

(dramatic music)

(tranquilizer gun firing)

(yelling)

(dramatic music)

(branches snapping)

(dramatic music)

Bigfoot down.

(dramatic music)

(dramatic music)

Well, kind of.

(dramatic music)

(dramatic music continues)

[Nora] You recognize him?

(dramatic music continues)

(creature snarling)

When he wakes up, he's gonna have some explaining to do.

All right, let's get him to the truck.

Ugh, hold your breath.

One, two, three.

[Ernie] Theo!

Theo!

So Darlene said that Theo told her

his parents were getting a divorce,

but nothing's been decided yet.

Maybe Darlene misunderstood

or she's trying to make Eliza and Todd look bad.

I just don't think Darlene would do that.

Sounds like Theo's playing both sides.

Sometimes when you're trying to make everybody happy,

you can get lost.

(indistinct) isn't always a matter of choice,

but my time in the military taught me the value of loyalty.

(phone chiming)

(dramatic music)

Theo!

[Jodi] Theo!

(dramatic music)

(dramatic music continues)

Hello?

Hi, this is Eliza Harris.

I can't find my husband.

He's gone and he took the car.

Do you have any idea where he may be headed?

No.

No, he just sent me a text that said, "I'm sorry."

I'm worried.

(lighthearted music)

Whoa, whoa, whoa, what is that?

Whoa.

Here.

It's a portable charger.

People use them out here all the time.

Theo?

Theo!

Theo!

(dramatic music)

Tyson for Jodi.

Go for Jodi.

Theo's father left his campsite,

and Eliza has no idea where he is,

and he texted her saying he's sorry.

What is he sorry for?

Apparently, Eliza was considering a trip to Santa Fe,

to visit her parents.

She was gonna take Theo with her,

but it looks like Todd was adamantly opposed.

Eliza said that they had an argument

right before the camping trip.

She's worried he may have done something

to keep Theo from going.

If you spot him, can you let me know?

It could lead us to Theo.

A grieved dad

desperately trying to keep his family together,

he might not be thinking clearly.

[Tyson] Copy.

Todd Harris is missing.

(dramatic music)

[Alex] Wakey Wakey, Mr. Boudreau.

[Nora] Morning, sunshine.

(dramatic music)

I didn't do nothing.

Well, someone in a Bigfoot costume

was caught on trail cam footage

near Theo Harris's campsite this morning.

I can't be the only guy around here in a Bigfoot costume.

Nope.

But you are the only one seen

with a missing boy's sweatshirt at 7:38 this morning.

It's in your best interest to start talking.

(dramatic music)

Hey.

[Bill] Hey, any luck?

Not yet, the clock's ticking.

We're on the Southeast Ridge.

I found a portable charger.

It's got a Bigfoot sticker on it.

Probably doesn't help much, but I though I'd let you know.

Actually, it might.

We'll leave it where we found it.

I'll take a picture and send you a ping.

Okay, thanks.

Wait, wait, who's we?

Uh, I'm with a friend.

Thought you could use an extra set of eyes.

We're on horseback.

You on horseback?

[Bill] Thought I'd try something new.

All right, I'll meet you at the staging area.

I'll send you the coordinates.

All right.

My dad found a portable charger

with a Bigfoot sticker on it.

It's just southeast from here.

Well, what are we waiting for?

Come on, Blue, let's go.

(dramatic music)

What's up?

Did you only join the search to investigate Ernie?

No, I came here to help.

And I thought it could maybe be a good opportunity

to get to know him.

But my priority is finding this kid.

(dramatic music)

Look, Stonewalker hired me

to leave evidence of Bigfoot around the park.

The whole idea was that eventually,

there'd be a big moment where he caught me on camera.

What about the smell?

Some spray he cooked up.

Has Cain said anything about the missing boy?

Just that the whole thing

has boosted his views like crazy.

Where'd you find the sweatshirt?

Stonewalker gave that to me this morning.

I swear, I didn't know it was the boy's.

What do you mean?

He said he saw the boy last night.

Esposito to HQ.

Go, Esposito.

Well, we found our Bigfoot.

It was some guy hired by Cain.

He says Cain saw Theo last night.

Take another run at Stonewalker.

Copy.

Okay, what are we gonna do about you?

Maybe we should get a ranger

to take him back to the station.

Before the smell kills us.

This is where dad found the charger.

At least we know Theo's been through here.

(dramatic music)

Seems like Blue's a little turned around.

Wait, do you guys smell that?

Oh, that is funky.

I think someone's spraying this all over the park

to make people think that Bigfoot is here.

If we get closer,

Blue can isolate Theo's scent from the rest.

Okay, I'll check this way.

My folks split up when I was a kid.

Though it was my fault.

Made me act up for attention.

Got obsessed with things too.

I had a comics face, car face, even a bird watching face.

(Jodi chuckling)

For those of you who have been following

my journey here in Crystal Ridge,

you know, something is stranger than normal.

There have been definitive signs of Bigfoot

all around the park, and now a boy's gone missing.

(engine rumbling) (dramatic music)

This points to my theory.

Hey.

Hey, what are you doing?

You, stay back.

[Todd] Where is he?

What are you doing?

Answer my question!

- Stay back! - Where is my son?

[Cain] You know what,

all my viewers are watching you!

(Todd and Cain arguing indistinctly)

I don't do anything!

[Todd] Stop lying to me!

Mr. Harris!

Hey!

Stop, hey!

Hey, hey, hey!

Back up.

I'm pressing charges!

Breath down, calm down.

- Back up! - You're calm.

Calm down, all right?

Look, when I saw this sweatshirt,

I though it was Theo's, so I confronted him.

Like, I know I should have contacted you all first.

Yes, you should have.

We know you saw Theo Harris last night.

This is your last chance.

Look, when I was on my walkabout,

I though I saw him in the distance, okay?

It was dark.

He wasn't scared.

I think he saw me and then he just darted off.

Was he with anyone?

No, no, he was alone.

What about the sweatshirt?

Boudreau said you gave it to him.

I had someone go out and buy one that matched.

I gave it to Boudreau, then I staged finding it.

It's all my fault.

We've been through a lot lately

and I was hoping this trip would fix everything.

Mr. Harris, we will find your son,

but right now I think your wife needs you.

Yeah, she's been strong through everything.

Why don't I escort you back to the staging area?

We'll have her meet us there.

What about him?

(dramatic music)

He's in trouble,

but I don't think he actually knows anything.

Okay, let's head back.

Come on.

Okay.

(dramatic music continues)

(keyboard typing)

(dramatic music)

Jodi, do you copy?

Go for Jodi.

Theo's phone is back on.

He's watching Stonewalker's stream.

What?

He's watching the stream

and he hasn't called his parents?

Kids, right?

See if you can track it.

Give me a second.

His phone died.

He would've needed to have found power.

Are there any ranger stations

within the ping radius of his phone?

Checking.

(dramatic music)

There's a station about a half mile

that was recently decommissioned.

Okay, send me the coordinates.

Sending you now.

I think I know where Theo is.

(phone beeping)

Good, we're close.

When a kid thinks their family is falling apart,

their behavior changes.

Darlene said Theo thought his parents were divorcing,

but that didn't match the Harris's story.

He was really excited for this trip.

And that's when I thought maybe Theo's gotten mixed up

with what was really going on.

It's confusing for kids.

Ernie, you said that when your parents were splitting up,

you started acting out and getting obsessed with things.

Theo had recently gotten into Bigfoot.

I think last night he couldn't sleep.

He was watching Stonewalker's stream all night.

But if someone catches Bigfoot before I do,

they'll win a fabulous grand prize.

[Eliza] We have to tell Theo about us sometime.

[Todd] Keep your voice down.

(dramatic music)

Maybe he just wanted a break from his parents.

He got lost and he dropped his portable charger

on the trail.

I think he found power in a ranger station

and is hold up in one close by.

I don't get why he just wouldn't call his folks

as soon as his phone turned on.

Maybe he was scared he was gonna get in trouble

or he thinks it could bring them back together.

Who knows?

Good enough for me.

Sheriff, you convinced yet?

It's a good theory.

(Blue barking)

Come on.

(dramatic music)

(dramatic music continues)

(Blue whining)

Good boy.

(Theo chuckling)

(Jodi chuckling)

(Theo chuckling)

You all right?

Yeah, a little hungry.

I'm sure we can sort that out.

This is Blue.

Hi, Blue.

Come on.

(dramatic music)

Here, bud.

- Yeah. - Yeah, thanks.

Doing all right?

- Yeah. - Yeah?

Gave us quite the scare.

(lighthearted music)

We found Theo.

He's safe.

Yes.

Meeks, Nora, you copy?

Read you loud and clear.

Good work.

Theo is safe.

Detective Larsen is with him.

Oh, thank god.

Oh my god.

(dramatic music)

Eliza, I.

It's okay.

No, no, I'm sorry.

I just, I want us all to be together.

Me too.

We can let this go.

Okay.

Thank you.

(dramatic music)

Theo!

Theo!

She found him.

What?

Oh, thank goodness.

Well, should we still hit the staging area?

We're close.

Yeah, let's.

Let's go.

(lighthearted music)

Oh, Theo.

Oh, Theo.

Oh, honey.

Oh, my boy.

Oh.

Good to see you.

Why did you do this?

I don't know.

I wasn't thinking.

Well, we're glad that you're all right.

Hey, you know, we'll always be a family.

Nothing can change that.

I know.

I'm sorry.

There's nothing to be sorry about.

[Eliza] We love you.

(dramatic music)

Blue saved me.

[Eliza] Who's blue?

(Blue barking)

Can we get a dog?

What do you think, mom?

I think we will start looking as soon as we get home.

(Theo chuckling)

Thank you.

Of course.

(dramatic music)

Come on, let's go.

Are you okay?

[Eliza] Thank you so much for your help.

Of course.

[Eliza] Are you hungry?

Yes.

(family chattering)

Thank you.

Thanks.

NPS is no joke.

Get a lot of action around these parts.

I'm sure you got stuff to wrap up.

I don't miss that.

Why don't you hang out?

We can all grab a bite.

As much as I'd love to, I'm wiped.

It's been a while since I was on active duty.

I'm really glad you're here.

Maybe you can stay a little longer?

I think I could find a reason or two to stay.

Sheriff.

(dramatic music)

Well, I better head back to town.

You know, the place doesn't run itself.

Oh, you're running the town now.

Well, I'm trying.

Ryan.

Thank you for getting to know Ernie today.

Come on, Blue.

(lighthearted music)

(lighthearted music)

Looks like grandpa has a new friend.

(Blue whining)

Wait here, Blue.

(lighthearted music)

Whoa.

Hey.

Hi.

Hey, kiddo.

Jodi, this is Francine.

And, Francine, this is my daughter Jodi.

I have heard so much about you.

(Blue barking)

(chuckling) And Blue, of course.

It's very nice to meet you.

I guess I have you both to thank for helping find Theo.

That was all Francine.

Oh, we were just in the right place at the right time.

I give credit to these guys.

Okay, well, I've gotta head back to the station.

Well, it was lovely to meet you.

You too.

I'll see you around.

Yeah.

Talk to you later?

Yeah.

(lighthearted music)

Well, that went pretty good.

I think so.

William.

William?

Yeah, why not?

(dramatic music)

Hey.

Everybody go home and get some rest.

If I catch any of you still here in 15 minutes,

I'm citing you for insubordination.

You got it, boss.

Uh, Clive, I'll just be a little longer.

(lighthearted music)

Hey, Jodi, can you hang back a second?

Yeah.

(dramatic music)

(lighthearted music)

I looked into the thing you asked about.

He does have a criminal record from back in LA.

(dramatic music)

Thanks, Tyson.

(dramatic music)

(dramatic music continues)

(dramatic music continues)

(Blue whining)

(Blue whining)

Let's go home.

Come on, boy.

(apprehensive music)

(engine rumbling)

(apprehensive music)

(apprehensive music continues)

(motorcycles rumbling)

(apprehensive music continues)

[Reaper Member 1] Get that crate loaded.

[Reaper Member 2] We gotta move.

[Reaper Member 3] (indistinct), this is loaded.

(apprehensive music continues)

[Reaper Member 2] Move it!

[Reaper Member 1] Count them first.

[Reaper Member 2] Forget the count, just load it.

(indistinct), let's go.

[Reaper Member 1] Keep it down, keep it down.

[Reaper Member 3] Come on, come on, ready.

[Reaper Member 2] Is this the last one?

(suspenseful music)

(gun firing)

[Reaper Member 3] Let's go!

(motorcycles rumbling)

(van rumbling)

(gun firing)

(dramatic music)

(van rumbling) (tires screeching)

Are you guys serious?

Do you have any idea who that was?

That was the sheriff!

You can't shoot at a cop!

What if he ID'd us?

What?

Was it him?

How am I supposed to trust you

to handle moving my merchandise

if this is how you do business, eh!

Huh?

(suspenseful music)

(dramatic music)
