=Dragon King's Decree=

=Episode 12=

People of the Serpents,

listen to me!

Who is this?

Who is she?

Zhilou!

Who are you people?

How dare you put out the sacred fire?

The tradition of offering

young girls to the Sacred Ancestor

is a lie.

From start to finish,

it was all fabricated!

It's true!

Chief Luo gathered girls

and sold them to merchants.

He was only after profit!

We intercepted his carriage

and freed some of them.

But the last girl and I

couldn't escape.

It was all a scam!

A scam?

Then...

Then where is my child?

Where is my child?

You said they were freed.

Where is she?

They lied!

Do not trust these outsiders!

Do not listen to them!

Yes, they are lying!

They are lying!

We cannot be fooled!

Yeah.

Liars!

They are trying to deceive us.

Elder Zhang,

you're involved, aren't you?

How dare you, people of the Serpents!

I protected you for nine hundred years,

and now you tarnish my name!

Today,

all of you fools

will be wiped out!

Please calm down, Sacred Ancestor!

Please calm down, Sacred Ancestor!

Stand up!

Everyone, get up!

Why would the Sacred Ancestor leave the cavern?

Stop pretending.

Is it?

The Sacred Ancestor is just a boy?

Do you really believe it?

No.

How dare you pretend

to be the Sacred Ancestor?

The Sacred Ancestor has truly appeared!

Anyone still doesn't believe me?

Ridiculous!

They accuse me of eating people.

I only eat roast chicken.

Do not forget that.

We will remember.

Mei!

Mei, are you alright?

You scared me.

I was wrong!

Please spare me!

I only

tried to survive.

My sister,

my tribe.

So many girls

were sold by you!

And now you ask for forgiveness?

Come.

Take him to the dungeon!

He will never see daylight again!

Wretched merchant!

Wretched merchant!

People of the Serpents,

the Sacred Ancestor is here,

and the villains are gone.

Fear is

not natural.

It is imposed on you,

like the hoods

on men

and the veils on women.

They are nothing

but tools to control you.

A woman's veil

hides more than her face.

It hides her smile,

her spirit,

and her kindness.

From today on,

no one will use sacrifice

to control others.

Women

will lift their veils

and reclaim their freedom.

Well said!

Bravo!

Wonderful!

Good!

Let's remove ours too.

Xu's child will recover soon.

A few days of rest will be enough.

As for Wang Youde,

his leg...

I don't have time

to treat it fully.

He is not to travel in the rain.

Oh.

There is also

a poisonous flower in the forest.

Remove its center and brew it.

It purifies the body.

I've written

the method

for the physicians.

Chu Moshang,

wait for me in the carriage.

Did you hear everything clearly?

Thank you.

Uncle Qingyun,

I think...

you should stay here.

Even if you leave,

your heart will stay here,

always thinking of her.

I...

Zhilou, what are you talking about?

Uncle Qingyun,

you're not young.

Think of yourself.

Listen to her.

Stay,

tend the wounded,

and help Elder Zhang rebuild the Serpents.

Yes.

Please stay.

Please stay.

Zhilou,

I don't feel good

about you going to Wujing alone.

What is there to fear?

I am here

to protect her.

Uncle Qingyun,

don't worry.

With Chu Moshang and Hunbao,

nothing bad will happen.

Besides,

I am no longer a weakling

without martial skills.

Once I reach Wujing City

and find my mother,

I'll make a name for myself...

and return to honor your wedding!

Hey...

Let's go.

Zhilou!

I...

She's always playful.

Young Master,

the dragon pearl is vital to your life.

You risked

crossing the barrier

to give it to Feng Zhilou.

It was dangerous.

Her journey to Wujing

is full of danger.

The dragon pearl can awaken her potential

and help her survive there.

Unexpectedly...

What is it, Young Master?

It triggered

the War God Constitution in her.

The War God Constitution?

How is that possible?

Isn't it exclusive

to the Wujing Saintess?

This must remain secret.

Perhaps she's destined

for something greater.

Let's go.

Next,

we meet with the Wujing City Lord.

Until Liluo confirms the Wujing Saintess bloodline,

should we keep Zhilou away

from Young Master?

He has his plan.

Do not reveal his identity,

especially to that flood dragon.

That flood dragon...

Where is Mr. Feng?

Oh no!

We left him behind!

Stay calm.

He stayed behind

to fulfill his life mission.

What mission?

She mentioned it.

You wouldn't understand.

Hey, kid.

Call me Ancestor.

(Wujing City)

Zhilou, have we arrived at Wujing City?

(Mother, I've finally made it.)

Mother,

your youth-preserving tonic.

May you stay young forever.

You've always understood me

and known my heart.

I've always

been your good daughter.

My lord,

Feng Zhilou, the Feng family's second daughter,

rumored to have connections with the Dragons,

has entered the city.

The bumpkin who killed the Lenghou father and son?

I'm incompetent.

I don't know how she did it,

but she even killed the scouts I sent.

She tamed the Serpents

who refused to obey.

She made it out of the Serpent Forest.

You couldn't even stop a bumpkin!

What use do I have for you in Wujing City?

My lord, please calm down!

My scouts reported

that Feng Zhilu was just lucky.

(Elder Baiyue, Wujing City Priest) She found the Dragons'

stranded troops, which sparked her spiritual root.

The marriage to the Dragons

never actually happened.

True

or not,

for Liluo to claim the title of Dragon Queen,

we must leave no loose ends.

Mother,

we still have Elder Baiyue

and General Dhuta.

They are your strongest allies.

There is nothing to fear.

But the moment to confirm

your identity as the Wujing Saintess is close.

I don't want anything to go wrong.

Dark Dhuta,

you have three days.

Track her carefully

and make no mistakes.

Wait.

Tell the servants

to treat

that bumpkin properly.

Show proper hospitality.

As expected of the Dragons.

You even have estates in Wujing.

Where should Zhilou and I stay?

Hunbao,

you will stay with me.

No,

I will stay with Zhilou.

No,

men and women apart.

Men and women?

Why are you talking like humans?

We only have males and females.

Males are still men.

But I'm still a child.

A nine-hundred-year-old child?

Young Master,

let me stay with them

in the west wing.

There are plenty of empty rooms.

Let Fei Yuan stay with you

to keep an eye on you.

Fine.

I lived in a thatched hut for over ten years.

This place feels

like a palace.

Hunbao,

let's go into town and get some daily necessities.

Okay.

Let's go.

Young Master,

why

can't you sit still?

Humans have a seasoning

called vinegar.

It tastes sour.

Absurd.

I am a Dragon.

Why would I be jealous of a flood dragon?

Especially a child.

A nine-hundred-year-old child.

Young Master,

time is short.

Tomorrow, you must meet the Wujing City Lord

to discuss verifying the Wuijng Saintess' bloodline.

Should we

keep this from Feng Zhilou?

Zhilou!

Look at this.

I think

before the verification,

it is better to keep outsiders away.

Feng Zhilou saved you.

This is nice.

But you

have already repaid her.

Fei Yuan, hold your tongue.

Be decisive.

That is the best way.

Hunbao, look at this.

It is time to pay!

Please,

I have no money for taxes.

Give me two more days.

No money?

Then you lose your stall!

Leave now!

Gaining a spiritual root really changed her.

Apologize to them!

Do you know who I am?

I don't care.

If you don't apologize, you can kneel here forever!

That is already lenient.

It's only a minor injury.

Nothing serious.

This is premium wound medicine.

Apply it twice a day

and keep it dry for five days,

or it may scar.

Miss,

are you a physician?

More than a physician.

She is a miraculous healer.

Thank you.

Help!

Someone is being bullied in broad daylight!

Sir,

arrest this woman!

Are you a mad dog that bites

whoever you see?

Do you know who my father is?

I am

a relative of the Wujing City Young Lord!

Even so,

you can't treat people like this!

Everyone,

it was our fault.

Our fault.

Take her away.

What?

You treat everyone in Wujing City like this?

Of course not.

The Young Lord has arrived.

Greetings, Young Lord.

(Li Yan, Young Lord of Wujing City) Rise.

Thank you, Young Lord.

Justice will decide right and wrong

in Wujing City.

Miss, don't worry.

I will handle this personally

and give the people

a fair outcome.

Come.

Take

him back

and follow the law.

Young Lord,

I am innocent!

Young Lord!

And...

escort this mother and daughter safely.

Do not make any mistakes.

So this is the Young Lord.

He is capable.

And...

handsome.

I...

Everything you did,

I saw.

Your character and your martial skills

are impressive.
