Original subtitles

JONATHAN LAPAGLIA: Previously...

..on Australian Survivor.

MYLES: On the Barren Tribe,

we've got no fire, we've got no food.

PAULIE: I can't do this.

AJ: Oh, yum! Cheers.

It does suck knowing that the other tribe

will have an advantage on the Immunity Challenge.

Zara and Kate won immunity for all five members

of the Bounty Tribe. Woo!

KARIN: I'm in a bit of a pickle.

Who do I actually want to get out?

Kate and Morgan and AJ.

But we have a common enemy -

the dirty little Jungle Rat.

Karin wasn't ready to put all her trust in AJ.

MYLES: OK, cool, cool. AJ: Yeah.

It's a bit suspicious.

Myles tried to rally the numbers against Kristin...

AJ is definitely running down Kristin's name.

100%.

..but Karin took control...

Let's see if your plan works.

You guys didn't think you could take down

the Jungle Rat that easily, did you?

..and Paulie was finally put out of his misery.

Second member of our jury, Paulie.

Yeah. All good.

Nine are left.

Who will be going home tonight?

LOGAN: Top nine, baby! Top nine!

This one's so funny.

ZARA: Wow.

I know, I know...

That's awesome.

Tribal tonight was another spicy one.

The people have started a revolution and usurped the Rat King.

And I'm now back to a lowly Jungle Rat

and my usual spot at the bottom of the tribe.

Um, yes.

You're right, yeah.

I was about 75% sure Myles had an Idol

because AJ was being incredibly fishy around camp.

Sorry. (LAUGHS)

This is the huge issue with Myles and AJ -

whatever whim takes their fancy, they'll change the plan.

It's exhausting.

But I have worked with them for a very long time.

No, just...

I know. It's so stupid.

I want them out.

I just want them to...

Oh, God.

KRISTIN: So... We can be confidants. Let's just, uh...

(ACCENTED) Confidants! I like saying it like that!

Yeah, a bit French. Yeah.

OK, well, let's talk in our 'confidants' circle...

(LAUGHS) ..and we'll work out

what we want to do with that information.

But let's not talk too much because we don't know each other.

Who the hell are you? (LAUGHS)

I'm feeling incredibly safe with my position in this tribe.

We still have pairs. We have Kaz and Zara,

Myles and AJ,

Kate and Morgan.

So, the buddy system makes me sad on the outside

because I'm buddy-less.

In reality, I think I have three buddies now.

So, I have Kristin, very tight.

I have AJ, very tight,

and Myles.

We also have that main alliance, The Graduates.

We've had that for a very long time.

But it has fallen to pieces

because Kaz turned on Myles last night.

Everything she does is out in the open

and that's her biggest mistake.

She's gotten too confident.

I've been laying out this trail of breadcrumbs with AJ

about how Kaz has to go.

It's been a lot of investment from me,

and it's great - great, great, great -

to see it coming off.

I think you're right.

I'm not doing anything that's obvious.

Nothing that could come... Could trace back to me.

It's just so much fun.

It's so, so, so much fun.

I've skated very well through this game to get to day 36.

The moves I've made have been subtle and no one knows they exist.

And that's OK.

My game has been about amassing numbers

that are 100% loyal to me when it comes to crunch time.

Apparently, Morgan and Kate are this dynamic duo,

so I would love to split them up

because, A, you break up a voting block

and, B, you get rid of one huge challenge threat.

Yeah.

This is how ideally, I'd like to see it happen.

Kate, out.

This next vote, AJ...

..followed by Myles.

KRISTIN: Yeah.

Numbers wise, I think firmly in my corner,

I have Zara, Kristin and Kaelan.

AJ, I don't really believe is on my side,

but I need The Graduates alliance to be intact to get Kate out.

Good. I'm just trying to open this disgusting wet coconut.

How are you?

Um, I feel a lot better.

I think I was just sad yesterday because Myles was like...

I don't know, he's Myles. Yeah.

My intention was always to write down Myles' name at some point,

but I was surprised at how much it kind of hurt me a bit.

Yeah.

It's like, oh, that this is really Survivor now,

there's only nine people left. Yeah.

You have to write down people's names.

Yeah, but you know, today is a new day.

Everything just resets. What are you thinking?

Yeah, yeah. Cool.

And it'd better happen.

Good. We're on the same page.

Zara is pitching Kate,

but there's no way I'm getting rid of Kate.

Kate and Morgan together are a very good shield for me.

And they trust me.

MORGAN: (LAUGHS)

Karin is sneakily gaining power.

She's gunning for me and she's very prickly to work with.

BOTH: Yes.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Getting rid of Karin frees up Zara.

It frees up Kristin even more.

It semi-frees up Logan.

And if I get rid of Karin, those pieces then come closer to me.

Nobody else but me.

And now I can really take control of this game.

Come on in.

Oh! KRISTIN: Ooh!

Oh, in pairs. Oh!

Good morning. Good morning.

Oh, this is going to be so fun.

So, Kristin, now that Paulie is gone,

there's only three OG Brawn left.

How do you feel about that?

Look, I think we all realised that the tribal lines

did disappear a long time ago

so we are all one tribe.

Last night, poor Myles,

I think he copped it on the chin the best that anyone would.

Yeah. It's alright, I love all these people,

the game's the game and I'm still here.

Game respects game, right?

Game respects game.

There you have it.

You ready to get to today's reward challenge?

ALL: Yeah.

OK. WOMAN: Woo!

For today's challenge,

you're going to be divided into pairs.

You'll each hold on to a rope, balancing a wobbly track,

attempting to stack blocks one at a time.

If at any point your stack falls on the ground,

you'll need to start over.

The pair who stacks their blocks and gets them

to fall like dominoes at the end...

..wins reward. Want to know what you're playing for?

ALL: Yes! A spit roast... LOGAN: Oh!

KAELAN: Ooh! ..with all the trimmings.

Tender lamb, roast vegies, gravy, apple sauce,

all paired with a nice red wine.

(CHEERING AND SCREAMING)

Yay! Worth playing for?

Yes!

Alright, because we have uneven numbers,

one of you is going to sit out today.

Yeah. Yeah, OK.

Alright, let's draw rocks for our pairs and let's get to it.

KRISTIN: Goodness! ZARA: Red wine!

Alright, after our rock draw,

our pairs are Kaelan and Morgan,

Myles and Karin,

AJ and Kristin, Zara and Kate.

Logan drew the odd rock,

so, unlucky.

She's on the bench for reward.

Survivors ready?

Go!

Everyone coming out with that first block.

That's the easy one...

..except for AJ.

(LAUGHTER)

Trial and error.

Drop a block,

you need to take it back,

start again.

If your blocks fall over on your track,

just pick it up and put it back in position.

Everyone trying to figure out that mechanism.

It's like dipping in the middle, isn't it?

That rope has a weight to it.

You're constantly adjusting your tension

to try and keep your track level.

Kaelan and Morgan with a slight lead,

five blocks on their track.

Myles and Karin with four.

AJ and Kristin with four.

Zara and Kate coming in with their fourth.

Zara super slow in this challenge.

All about accuracy for Zara.

Kaelan...

..is like a panther on this one.

Kaelan is killing it. He's like the jungle panther man.

Kaelan, how are you doing?

I'm not talking, Mr AJ.

AJ, don't talk to me, you bastard!

(LAUGHS)

Really need to focus on this one.

One wobble of that table and your entire stack disappears.

30 minutes in.

Kaelan and Morgan still in the lead.

It's now AJ and Kristin in second position,

but with speed comes risk in this challenge.

AJ: Crud.

Oh, shit.

AJ with a problem.

He has a block on the ground.

It would be a shame to drop his entire stack

while he bends down to try and retrieve it.

Yeah.

I can't even see it.

Oh, there. I see it, I see it.

AJ not daring to take his eyes off his stack...

..bends down. He gets it.

Did you get it? Logan, your amazing. Thank you.

Nicely done.

AJ, good job. Well done.

Heck, yeah.

Kaelan and Morgan both back with their final blocks

and still with the lead.

KAELAN: I just want one on the corners.

Kaelan readjusting...

Yeah, I might turn them a little bit like that.

..thinking about the placing,

blocks need to fall like dominoes

all the way around both tracks.

I mean, all we can do is try now.

Now you both need to get all the way back

and trigger that domino effect.

One wrong move...

(GASPS)

..and you'll lose it all.

Kaelan and Morgan are heading back.

Meanwhile, AJ and Myles carefully placing the final blocks.

Kristin, I'm going to go back and tie it off.

Don't rush.

Can they catch Kaelan and Morgan?

LOGAN: Slow and steady, Kaelan, you're doing well.

Take your time.

Disaster for Kaelan.

He drops a block.

He's got to go back.

We've still got time.

Now Myles and Karin,

Kristin and AJ in the lead.

Kristin placing her final block.

Karin...

..placing her last.

MYLES: Nice, Kaz. Well done.

AJ back at the hitch.

Oh, my God, this is going to be so hard.

A tie-off is tricky

because you need to make sure that those tracks...

(EXHALES SHARPLY)

..are at the same level.

Keep coming, keep coming.

Kristin, back at the hitch.

Myles and Karin close behind.

While I tie it. So, keep that tight. Yeah.

AJ and Kristin really taking their time.

Myles and Karin...

OK. All you. All you.

..right on their tail.

Do you reckon about there?

Hang on, hang on, bit more.

It's now Karin's turn.

Myles and Karin, AJ and Kristin at the same position.

AJ breaks away.

Going for it.

Myles right behind him.

Come on, come on.

Come on, come on, come on! Come on, baby.

It's looking good.

No! Argh! It was that corner!

So close.

Still anyone's challenge.

I need to come back because mine are on the ground.

OK, it's open game.

All of mine are still up there. Yeah.

This has to be really tight. And we can space these out a bit more.

You can space these ones, yeah. KAELAN: Yeah, and then twist it.

That opens the door for Kaelan and Morgan,

back with the lead.

They're in the winning position, and they do not want to lose it now.

(GASPS) OK.

Shall we go for it?

Good luck.

Let's go.

Finally, Kaelan and Morgan have their rope tied off.

Kaelan going for the win.

Here he goes.

It's looking good. Come on!

Is it going to make it all the way around?

No! No!

Oh! It was so close!

Disaster for Kaelan and Morgan.

(BLEEP!)

Big rebuild for them.

Karin trying to reach

for those furthest blocks on the ground.

MYLES: You can crouch down and maintain the tension.

KARIN: Alright.

Careful, Kaz! Oh, shit!

Disaster for Karin.

She loses it all.

Oh, no! So does Myles.

(SIGHS)

Myles and Karin dead last now.

It's now down to AJ and Kristin.

That's actually... That looks good.

It does look good.

And amazingly, Zara and Kate.

Amazingly! Slow and steady.

AJ going back for his last block.

Zara back with her final block.

There it is, she places it.

LOGAN: You guys are doing great.

I put them a bit further towards the side,

they could fall, as well.

This one?

Zara and Kate realised observing their competitors,

that corner, it's where the domino effect seems to get stuck.

Ooh, that one's so wobbly.

AJ placing his last block.

AJ and Kristin heading back now.

Take your time.

So, yours is dead level, is it?

KATE: Right now, yeah.

Zara and Kate still taking their time.

AJ back at the hitch.

AJ: Alright, done.

AJ is tied off.

Kristin getting close.

Towards this way.

Further outward.

No.

KRISTIN: OK, we're good.

AJ and Kristin have their ropes tied off.

Kate and Zara not being phased.

AJ and Kristin...

(EXHALES SHARPLY) Come on.

..are about to have another crack at it.

Here they go.

Will it be? It's looking good.

Yes! Yeah-ha-ha!

Yeah! Good job!

Argh!

AJ and Kristin win reward.

(BLEEP!)

That was wild.

Oh, AJ!

AJ, Kristin, come on over.

(CHEERING) WOMAN: Good job!

Congrats! Congratulations.

The spit roast is yours.

But you know what?

There's too much food for two people, so pick two more.

KRISTIN: Oh-ho-hoo-hoo!

Um, we know one.

Kaelan, you've literally got the least rewards out of anyone.

Come on, Barren Tribe. (CHEERING AND APPLAUSE)

I feel like we need to take another Barren.

We didn't eat for 48 hours.

Yeah. Logan was dying yesterday. Come on, Logan!

Come on, Loges! Yay!

You look like you were on death's door yesterday.

Thank you, guys.

You're a big part of our... Oh, thank you!

Congratulations, Kristin, AJ, Logan, Kaelan,

your spit roast will be waiting for you.

Head on out. Enjoy.

Thank you. Bye!

Alright, Kate, Myles, Morgan. Karin, Zara,

got nothing for you, head back to camp.

Thank you.

I'm not concerned about all of them being there with AJ,

because, A, Kaelan and Kristin, I think,

are more loyal to me than they are to AJ.

And Logan's wanted AJ out for quite some time,

and I don't think just a spit-roasted lamb

is going to change her mind that quick.

KRISTIN: Oh-ho-ho!

KAELAN: Whoa! LOGAN: (SCREAMS)

AJ: It's huge!

Oh, that's so nice!

Ah!

Whoa!

Look at your wine, Logan. I know!

Oh, there's... Yum! What a view.

Oh, look at those vegies.

I'm a pretty chilled-out guy and I don't react much.

But when I saw that full spread, it was so exciting.

Here's to the two most beautiful people in the world.

I love you guys. Thank you so much for this.

Ah!

Oh, yeah. Let's have some of that. Oh!

Oh, it's cranberry juice. Yum.

Oh, cranberry juice. Hell, yeah.

Oh, I'm in heaven.

(MUFFLED)

The potatoes are so good.

It's insane.

Sorry, guys, I feel like this is going to be so quiet

for a hot minute while we just shove this in.

Oh! Oh, oh, oh! Oh, my God.

(LAUGHTER)

This is perfect for me.

I'm close with AJ.

AJ, I love you.

I have Kristin, very tight.

Could you please pass the peas?

And I'm still trying to bond with Logan.

I am very grateful to be with this particular group, though.

And when you bond over wine,

cranberry juice and some lamb, some food...

..then that's going to last.

Oh, they kind of... No, I think they're the same.

You're going to have energy again. This afternoon?

I wonder what it's going to be like.

How lovely is the wine? It's so good.

The key to Survivor is to always let other people make the call.

You hear as many calls as you possibly can,

and then you pick the ones that suit you.

Here you go, buddy.

So, my... OK, this is what I'm thinking.

Mm.

For the next step, this four.

And to make it more of a unanimous thing,

bring in Morgan and Kate to be our split vote...

Yep.

..and put the votes on Kaz.

Karin is extremely strategic

and has been manipulating the vote

to suit herself, which...

Huge slay for Karin, love that for her

if she wasn't manipulating me.

Why are you thinking of getting Kaz before Kate?

Um, because Kaz has been controlling everything.

Yeah.

After she told me to play my Idol that night.

She DID tell you to play it? Yeah, she did.

I knew it. See? She's playing all the sides.

How do you feel about getting Kaz, Kristin, are you OK with that?

Yeah. Like, I knew it was...

I just was kind of...

Obviously, Kate is such a big threat.

Like keeping Kate and Morgan together,

getting Kate out... But, yeah.

People are kind of overlooking Kaz and Kaz...

Yeah. Majorly.

She's just too smart.

I don't think we tell Myles this plan.

No.

Myles will tell Ka... Like, he'll get ideas.

He's the most dangerous person to tell anything.

Yeah. Let's tell him nothing.

Us four and the two girls... Yeah.

..we can split between Kaz and Zara. Mm-hm.

Just go, big boy! Just chew off it.

I can't do it.... Just straight on.

Um... Chew off the bone, yeah.

So, let's get the numbers right.

We can just keep the plan short and simple...

Yeah. ..get it done, sit down,

Kaz won't be suspicious. It'll be four...

It'll be three-three.

So, Kate and Morgan on Zara and one of us on Zara,

and then the other three on Kaz.

Do any of you want to maintain your relationship with Kaz

if something goes wrong? Yeah.

You do? That's why I'll go Zara.

You should go Zara, then. Perfect. OK, yeah.

No, I'm good.

You go Kaz, I go Kaz, and you go Kaz. But here's the thing...

Do you think she'll see it coming? No.

No. She's too comfy. Not at all.

This needs to go down smoothly

because we don't want to fright anybody.

If we're the final four, I'm happy.

Cheers to a wonderful...

Are we going to name this something? We need to name ourselves.

Oh, yes! That sounds sick!

Oh, we're The Cranberries. Yes!

Done!

If Karin leaves the game, The Berries

have a four out of eight majority

and I still have the option to work with the Brawn girls.

Do you know there only ever used to be strawberries?

Hm?

And then Chuck Norris came and drop-kicked the bush

and then there was black and blue berries.

(LAUGHTER)

KRISTIN: Hello, hello.

AJ: Hello!

ZARA: Hi, guys! KAELAN: Hey!

How was it?

It so was good. MYLES: How was it?

Did you eat...? Oh, look at your belly!

I feel sick!

This reward has been fantastic. You can see the size of me.

Touch his belly!

Oh! That is huge!

It's a boy! (LAUGHS) Oh, yeah!

Get it, get it, get it, get it!

And the strategy is looking good.

We just had to bring in some outside factors,

being Kate and Morgan.

So, that's all through AJ.

MORGAN: Oh, that's amazing.

Cool. Awesome. Alright, bedtime.

You have such a long game.

I've been playing for so long,

and I've been doing such little things incrementally.

And every conversation I have,

no-one here realises that I'm working.

Yeah, yeah, but, um...

Yeah.

Done.

Morgan and Kate...

Yes.

AJ:

Yeah, because we don't need to create doubt any more...

Yeah, yeah. ..we will always have the numbers.

And look at the people on the outside, right?

Once Karin is gone, who's Zara going to go to?

She's going to come to us. Yeah.

KRISTIN: Ah, big obstacle.

Come on in!

AJ: Oh, this looks fun.

KAELAN: Cool. Yeah.

Hm.

So, Kaelan, it's been a long time between rewards for you,

so what was it like taking that first bite of that roast lamb?

Well, man, like, first of all, I had the joy that everyone

supported me so much in going.

And then, when that was in my mouth, man, that just, like...

It blew my mind. So, it was, uh...

I'm indebted to these two, there.

They saved my life, basically, I think.

And, Zara, how hard is it sitting back at camp

eating the same old rice and beans

when you know that your tribe mates

are off enjoying a feast somewhere?

It's also just that the Brawny girls,

Kate and Morgan and Kaz and I

have now spent about four days together.

Not that I don't love you girls, but we're, like, come on! (LAUGHS)

She's done with us. (LAUGHS)

She chucked us out.

Alright. Shall we get to today's Immunity Challenge? Yeah!

Today's challenge is going to take place over three stages.

Stage one, you're going to barrel-walk across the track

and then attempt to land three sandbags on the barrel.

First five people to get it done

will move on to the second stage,

where you'll attempt to land a monkey fist,

allowing you to cross a wobbly beam.

First three people to get across the beam

will move on to the final stage,

where you'll race over a ramp

and solve a puzzle at the end.

First person gets it right,

wins immunity, and is safe from the vote.

Losers, Tribal Council,

where somebody is going to become the 15th person voted out.

Let's draw for spots.

Let's get it on.

(CHEERING) It's going to be a good one!

Alright, here we go.

For immunity.

Survivors ready?

Go!

This is where we see who has those circus skills.

Oh, shit!

You need to walk backwards in order to move forwards.

Logan and Kaelan quickly getting the hang of it.

Wasting no time.

Everyone else is still trying to work it out.

Morgan struggling at the back of the field.

Logan and Kaelan powering ahead.

Logan, you're good!

Now you need to get your barrel in position on the mat here.

Kaelan right behind Logan.

Logan struggling with her barrel.

You need to get it in position

before you can start throwing your sandbags.

AJ's across.

This challenge is a process of elimination.

First five people to land three sandbags

will move on to stage two.

Ha-ha! AJ gets one.

Kristin is in on it now.

Oh! (BLEEP!)

Zara falls off.

She needs to go all the way back.

Loving life!

Myles is across.

Karin working her barrel to the mat.

Kate's across.

And finally, Morgan's across.

Everyone in on the toss now...

..except for Zara.

LOGAN: Oh, my gosh.

AJ lands two.

Just needs to land one more and he moves on.

Kaelan has one.

Kaelan has two.

There it is. Kaelan lands three.

He's moving on to the monkey toss.

Now, you need to toss that monkey fist,

land it in the hitch.

Once you do, that rope is going to help you

get across that wobbly beam.

Oh! Dammit!

Meanwhile, Morgan has one.

Nice, Morgs! You're doing great!

AJ's across.

He moves on.

What the...?

Man, this is hard.

Morgan was at the back of the field for the barrel walk.

She has two sandbags on her barrel now.

Kristin has one.

Everyone else is firing away trying to get something to stick.

Morgan has three. She's moving on.

Got Kaelan, Morgan and AJ.

Two spots left on the monkey toss.

I don't even know how to do this.

It's not easy.

MORGAN: Hey, yo! Whoa, Kaelan!

And as I say that, Kaelan gets it.

Trying to stretch it over.

He does it, there it is.

Ah! Kaelan's good.

He's going across the beam.

Yeah, go, Kaelan!

Kaelan's moving on to the final stage.

Races over the ramp.

Now you need to unload your bag of puzzle pieces

and start working on that puzzle.

Meanwhile, Logan, Kristin, Myles, Karin, Zara, and Kate

are stuck at stage one.

Logan finally lands one.

and another one right after the first one.

And a third one in a row! Woo!

Wow! Logan moving on. Let's go!

Woo!

Looking for one more person to move on to stage two.

Kristin has two sandbags on her barrel.

Yes! Woo-woo-woo!

Finally, Kristin moves on to stage two.

Everyone else is out.

KARIN: That was embarrassing.

Logan, Morgan, AJ...

..and Kristin...

.struggling on that monkey toss.

Who designs this?

Ah!

Why do I look so dumb doing it, as well?

Meanwhile...

..Kaelan all by himself at the endgame...

..slowly assembling that puzzle.

Can he make the most of this lead?

What?

Kaelan still working on the puzzle.

You're going to wait for them to catch up.

Oh, OK. (CHUCKLES)

Oh, look at this!

Oh, I was so close.

AJ getting the hang of it now.

Oh, Morg!

Finally, Morgan lands her monkey fist

coming across the beam.

One spot left on the puzzle.

Who's going to get it?

Kaelan has such a huge lead on this puzzle.

WOMAN: Go, Morgan!

(BLEEP!) ..heights, mate.

Morgan coming over the ramp.

We know she doesn't like heights.

You alright?

Do you need a hand, Morgs?

Kaelan's going to take some time out -

what a gentleman - from his puzzle, help Morgan down.

Oh! Oh, God!

That's it.

Hi-yah!

Finally, AJ lands that monkey fist.

We're done.

He's coming over the final obstacle.

Everyone else out of the challenge.

No shot at immunity.

You finish this off, Kaelan.

We have AJ, Kaelan and Morgan on the puzzle.

Kaelan with a massive lead on the puzzle.

Kaelan down to two pieces.

One piece... Oh, hang on.

Done? One piece missing.

Is it in the bag?

Check your bag. LOGAN: It's right behind you.

Shit, lucky. Oh, yeah, there.

There it is.

One piece in the bag.

Almost gave me a heart attack! (CHEERING)

There it is.

Yeah, Kaelan!

Sorry, guys. Well done.

Sorry for winning. The monkey fist.

Kaelan wrecked us! Well done!

Kaelan wins individual immunity.

(CHEERING)

Kaelan, come on over.

(CHEERING) AJ: Yeah, Kaelan.

Look at that. Third immunity win for you.

How does that feel? Yeah, it feels good.

That was such a fun one, so, yeah.

Guaranteed a spot in the final eight.

As for the rest of you, Tribal Council tonight

where somebody is going to become the third member of our jury.

It won't be you. Well done. Thank you!

Congrats, Kaelan. Good job.

Alright, head out to camp.

I'll see you tonight.

This Karin vote is finally happening,

and I'm so excited about it.

But keeping everything a secret is paramount.

I don't want anyone to get spooked.

If we keep this on the down-low and we execute it properly...

..I'm the top of this game.

It feels amazing to win today.

So, The Graduates has been my strongest alliance

and it's been going since original Brain Tribe.

But I have a great new alliance with The Berries.

Tonight, Kaz is going home.

She's my biggest threat in this game.

I've been working for this a long, long, long, long, long time.

Tonight is the night.

Going into Tribal, the plan is a split on Kate and Morgan.

I know I've got good numbers

and good people that are loyal to me.

AJ: Yeah.

So if everything goes according to plan,

Kate is going home.

Yeah.

Yeah. We have...

Yeah. One, two, three, four.

I feel like that's pretty... Yeah. OK.

Yeah. Yeah. Perfect. Done.

Alright, I'm in. Right. I think...

The only thing I'm hesitant about is the fact that

AJ has always just been a slippery little creature.

He'll go with me with one plan, and then he'll change his mind

and it will always blow up in his face.

But I do believe he's on board with the plan tonight.

OK, I'm going to find some coconuts.

I have so many alliances right now...

..but our new found Berry alliance,

which is myself, Logan, Kristin, and Kaelan...

..is the key factor in tonight's vote.

The Berries are working with Kate and Morgan.

So, it's going to be a three-three-three split,

three on Karin,

three on Zara,

three on Kate.

Then what's going to happen is it's going to be a re-vote

and we're just going to pile on Karin

and Karin goes home.

This is going to be quite a sweet feeling.

KRISTIN: Where is everyone?

I can see why The Berries want Karin out.

She is a very big strategic player.

But the plan that suits me the best is to keep Kaz here.

Because Kaz is one of my people I trust the most.

This is good.

This is going good.

Whereas Zara...

..I can't work with Zara at all.

And Zara is a big threat.

KRISTIN: Hey. KATE: Hey.

Do you know what I mean? LOGAN: Mm-hm. Yeah, that's true.

OK.

Yeah. Cool. We're fine.

AJ, just checking -

are you planning on doing a thing

that is not what has been said today?

Uh... I'm going to answer you with no.

It is extremely important to keep Myles out of this current vote

because Myles doesn't want Karin out,

and alls he can do is screw it up.

Um, if I'm doing a thing, I'll have a code word for it. I'll...

I'm really going to need to implement

Operation Myles-Shut-Your-Pie-Hole

because you just need to sit back and let me take you to the end.

I mean, you can tell me yes,

because I have a thing that, like,

I don't need to go ahead with but if you've got a thing,

then I'll let you do your thing but...

I don't think you need to.

I've just...

There's a thing that I'm thinking about.

And if you...

I don't want to cross, like, your thing

if you're doing a thing. You're welcome to try your thing.

OK. I'll test the waters with my thing.

And if my thing catches, then I'll let you know

to not do a thing.

OK, cool. OK, cool.

This is a confusing... (LAUGHTER)

Play it up. OK.

Well, that changes nothing.

AJ has a plan for tonight,

but I'm being left out of all the conversation

so I am making my own plan.

And I'm back where the Jungle Rat is comfortable -

on the bottom of the tribe working my little magic.

But my understanding is that the plan

is a Kate and Morgan plan.

However, there is another option if we wanted

to get a bit freaky that I think...

Because that current plan kind of keeps

all the structures in place. Yeah.

We're still not in a great spot. Yeah.

There's another plan that we could do that would be risky,

but would potentially break the game open for both of us.

Yeah? Zara.

I am just sick of Zara and Karin kind of running everything

because it's leaving no room to manoeuvre.

They've got connections everywhere. Yeah.

So, you interested in that?

I'm very interested in that.

Because it'll also be a massive move and a sick move.

Yeah, it's huge.

WOMAN: There's, um... Who's over there?

Well, I can see AJ and Kaelan.

I'll check. Yeah.

Oh!

I would tell you, though.

Hi! Welcome.

Hey. Are we all good? It is 100% good.

OK.

We're three-three-three. OK. Um...

Two. ..issue.

Oh. Myles's vote is going to go on Zara.

Shizzle.

KAELAN: Hi! AJ: Welcome.

Hey. Are we all good? It is 100% good.

OK. We're three-three-three.

OK. Um... Two.

..issue. Oh.

Myles's vote is going to go on Zara.

Shizzle.

Myles, why do you have to create these messes?

Now the majority of votes are going on Zara.

But we could just... If Zara goes home tonight instead of Karin,

I actually lose a significant amount of influence in this tribe.

There'll be no split.

There'll be no re-vote now. There'll be no revote.

Because now it's going to be four-three-two.

OK, cool. Yeah. You're on Kaz, Kaz, Kaz.

So, my final plan for the night -

Karin gets four votes, Zara gets three votes,

and Kate gets two votes.

Karin's still going home.

Kristin. So... Yeah.

Ah.

Yeah. OK.

So, we need to switch one...

It's... Yeah. No, it's fine. I can get one of the girls to.

No, no, 100%. Are you fine with that?

Yeah. OK, cool.

He's going Zara. He came to me and said yeah.

Wow. Yeah.

Yeah. So, you can...

You're on Kaz now. OK.

All good? Done.

What a pearler of an opportunity.

There's three votes on Zara,

and there's supposed four votes on Kaz.

All I have to do is switch my vote.

I will now be on Zara.

Zara goes home and not Kaz.

Is he? Let's make some food. I love working with us.

This is... This works well. I feel less stressed.

This is so smooth. I'm not stressed. I'm not stressed.

Yeah. This is easy.

We're only nine people left,

after tonight, only eight people left

so it's time that I start

choosing the people that I want around for my game.

And Kaz suits my game 1,000 times more than Zara.

She what?

Do you guys have a name?

We were just trying to figure this out.

Like, I don't know what the plan is. Um...

..but obviously I'm pretty happy to go for whoever.

If you guys want to go for whoever.

But... Yeah. OK. Interesting.

..that's what I'm trying to work out.

Is it just you two on Zara right now, or are there other people?

No, there's more on Zara.

I'm not across this one as much.

Um, but I know that that's what I'm going to do.

OK, cool. OK. What about you? I'm down for that.

Her and Karin are this massive roadblock

in the middle of the game at the moment,

and so I'm totally down to do that.

Cool.

It's quite funny, actually.

I had a plan to vote out Zara.

Now it looks like AJ has the same plan,

just with a couple more numbers.

Bloody hell.

You want to go sit over here?

OK. I know what yours is.

OK, what's yours? Stop... OK. Cut with the bullshit

because it's turning into a big mess,

and I don't want to get our lines crossed. Uh...

No, because I need to understand

whether my plan is just dead in the water.

Your plan is dead. Yeah, OK. Cool, cool, cool.

But you keep your vote on Zara. Keep my vote on Zara. Yeah.

Your plan stays keep your vote on Zara.

Just because somebody comes up with a plan,

it doesn't mean it's their plan.

I'm the one letting every plan through.

So, it's really good to have all this control,

because I'm literally in an alliance

with every single player on this beach.

And, honestly...

..I don't think I can lose this game anymore.

This is just going to be a steamroll now.

KARIN: Oh.

Just put it on.

Yeah.

Uh.

Who's this...?

Mm-hm.

We had a plan that it was going to be a split

on Kate and Morgan.

And now, apparently, I'm the major split.

I'm livid.

I'm livid mostly at myself

because I should have turned on AJ on this vote.

Option A is I let the dust settle.

Let Zara go home.

But Zara has been my ride or die since day one.

The other option is I draw a line in the sand...

..completely flipping the table at Tribal.

I will give them the seventh circle of hell.

Experience the game like never before

with extended Tribal Councils,

unseen moments, interviews

and more over on 10play.

KRISTIN: Good evening. Evening.

We'll now bring in our jury...

..Laura and Paulie.

(CHEERING)

Voted out last Tribal Council.

(CHEERING)

So, Karin,

you're always good at likening the tribe to something.

What would be the analogy to describe

where this tribe is at, at the moment?

It's kind of like a simmering pot

on a stove where someone

might just be ready to turn up a notch,

and it might go to a rolling boil.

AJ, would you agree?

I think since merge, the tribe has been getting

kind of hotter and hotter.

Everything's been a blindside lately.

It's... It's been intense.

You know, we've been playing the buddy game before.

I think we're playing the shield game now.

What did AJ say about the two people he's been cosying up to lately?

Oh, Kate and Morgan.

He's using you two as shields.

I think people might think people are shields,

but maybe they're a shield in your game plan, as well.

So, you don't know who's a shield

because you don't know who's going to go first.

But are you a shield?

Are you an ally?

This is what we haven't done in this tribe.

There hasn't been a firm alliance.

So, Kristin, Karin makes a good point.

I mean, we're 37 days in.

It doesn't really seem like there's one strong alliance

controlling the game.

I don't believe there's one strong alliance, no,

but maybe there might be alliances

that people are unaware of.

But, yeah, it is... It's quite a fluid tribe.

You know, Myles made a really good point last Tribal,

and he said "We should really draw a line in the sand...

"..make an alliance, make a real distinct move."

Maybe it's time.

Sidebar.

Um, Zara, Kristin, Kaelan, Logan...

..let's have a chat. Do you mind?

KAELAN: Go ahead. Thank you.

Oh. It's...

Come on over here.

Step into Karin's office.

There's a split. We're the split.

Is that what you guys are doing?

It's just you and me, Myles. Yeah.

What do you want to chat about?

I don't know, you got any jokes?

Oh, I think this is a bit of a joke at the moment, but...

Really, why?

I am being left out of whatever's happening.

But I'm just hoping that the target doesn't end up back on me.

OK. I have a proposition.

So, I know there was going to be a vote split on me or Zara.

Now, I potentially have five votes that I can direct it

at maybe one out of four.

I could get it right. One in four chance.

I was just going to play a bit of Russian roulette.

Gun's pointed at me. All risk on me.

Is the gun pointed at you?

I am left out of everything this afternoon

so you're going to have to, like, catch me up-to-date.

I was going to put myself on the line

because there are votes coming on me.

I don't have an Idol to play.

That's what I want to know.

Yeah, yeah. OK, cool, cool, cool.

OK, so, Logan, I get the impression

that Karin has really thrown a spanner in the works.

Uh...

..I mean, she's called everyone out in front of the whole tribe,

so that's a huge spanner in the works.

And the other option I got given was,

"Turn on Zara, turn my vote towards her,

"and then save myself."

And I figured

I'm not going to really turn on my ride or die, am I?

Zara, that's a bombshell.

Hm. It is a bombshell.

I'm glad she didn't take them up on that offer.

I'm just curious as to who is doling out these offers

and who is...

I'm also curious. Who's doling out these offers?

I think it was maybe called by you, AJ,

from what I gather.

I didn't even speak to you this afternoon.

That wasn't me that spoke to me.

It was the other people that told me about this plan.

Ah, so, who made you the offer?

My choose to tell.

I think I might just help everyone here tonight.

Um, as you all know, I'm a very loyal player.

And, you know, since merge and all that,

and I lost my OG alliance,

like, Kaz has been the person that I trusted the most.

And in tonight's vote, I was rather in Kaz stay over you, Zara,

so I threw a little lifeline.

But unfortunately, Kaz,

you've just absolutely shat all over it.

When I was trying to do a very big, loyal thing.

WOMAN: You had their back...

So, AJ, you wanted to know

how that information got out about Zara?

Well, you got the answer.

Kristin just 'fessed up.

And that's Kristin.

Even if it didn't come out,

I still think Kristin would have told us.

That's the type of person she is.

I respect it.

OK, but, Myles, in terms of the game,

do you think that's a smart move,

not so smart move?

I mean, it could have been a smart move

had it worked out

and Karin not kind of blown it all up everywhere.

I wasn't going to turn on Zara.

It was a last ditch effort at maybe putting together an alliance of five

that could have worked going forwards.

If I was going to go home,

I wasn't going to be stabbed in the back.

I'd rather fall on my own sword.

Alright.

Let's see what's going to happen with that sword.

It is time to vote.

I'd rather fall on my own sword than get stabbed in the back.

Alright, well,

let's see what's going to happen with that sword.

It is time to vote.

AJ, you are up.

It would have been such a fun blindside,

but I guess these things get leaked.

I kind of want to see what happens.

I'll go count the votes.

If anyone has an Idol and you want to play it,

now would be the time to do so.

OK, I'll read the votes.

(CLEARS THROAT)

First vote.

Myles.

(LAUGHTER)

I can't catch a break! (LAUGHTER)

Karin.

Zara. That's one vote, Myles.

One vote, Karin. One vote, Zara.

Karin.

Zara. We're tied. Two votes, Karin. Two votes, Zara.

One vote, Myles.

Karin.

Zara. We're tied again.

Three votes, Karin.

Three votes, Zara.

One vote, Myles.

Karin.

That's four votes, Karin.

Three votes, Zara.

One vote, Myles.

One vote left.

15th person voted out and third member of our jury.

Karin. Oh!

(LAUGHTER)

Oh, my God.

Bye, Zee.

Oh, no.

Self-immolation is my game.

Karin, the tribe has spoken.

WOMAN: I love you. Bye, Kaz.

It's OK, Kaz. Bye!

Well, Karin described this tribe as a simmering pot.

Turns out the only thing that got cooked was her game.

(LAUGHTER)

Grab your torches, head back to camp.

KAELAN: That's stellar humour. PAULIE: That's wild!

Sunday night...

..school is back in session...

AJ: Every single person in that jury is going to know

who's controlling this game.

..but will the game's most reckless players...

MYLES: People will remember when you put your game on the line.

..risk everything...

In a potential rocks draw,

everyone else is at risk.

It's time to play.

..for the chance to make Australian Survivor history?

I really hope we go to rocks because it'll be so much fun.

Look, I knew there was a blindside coming.

I figured I'd do a big Hail Mary,

blow everything up, see what would happen.

And, unfortunately, no-one took the bait.

What happened?

This could have been a lot different.

I want them to have fun, do something interesting,

stop playing it so safe.

I have my bet on the Jungle Rat.

I think he can snake his way through.

Karin, if you're going to swing at the Rat King,

don't miss.

I want to see someone that deserves to win win.
