Previously on Finding Mr. Christmas, the search for Hallmark's next holiday

leading man was in full swing.

We better get out of the way. Oh.

In the festive face-off, they had to slay the competition.

Yo, you're the guy.

Then, in the star quality challenge, they posed as reindeer mid-flight for a

picture-perfect holiday shot.

There it is, there it is. Several soared above the rest.

Oh, right there, right there. Mommy loves... But it was Davey who landed the

perfect shot. Davey, congratulations, buddy.

Others... Whoa, hey, yo. ...didn't quite get off the ground.

I kind of feel like a superhero right now, you know what I mean? And Drake's

holiday dream came to an end.

Eight leading men remain as we continue the search to find Mr. Christmas.

Robbie. Good morning, guys.

Robbie.

What's up? I needed a few extra winks this morning.

Got to get your sleep. It's the most important thing.

Yeah. Well, how are you guys feeling after last night's elimination?

Not safe. I was kind of at the top of the pack for the first few challenges.

It can turn on its head real quick.

You do take bold choices. You've done that from the very beginning.

Being able to think outside of the box and try something bold, that's never my

first choice.

So it's really cool to see you doing that, and I'm inspired by it. Thank you.

I went from winning pretty much everything so far to almost on the

chopping block. To be that low, it's nerve-wracking. You just truly never

know. Hey!

What's up?

Gang's all here, huh? The Elite Eight, gentlemen. Oh, yeah, this is it. Oh,

wow. It's getting real.

Being here with you guys is a big win.

It's cool to have you guys here and kind of feel like you're on my team.

Same. Same here, man.

I've been searching for so long for people that I resonate with and that I

can connect with. And I've become so close with the guys that are here.

I'm really glad that I've made these lifelong friends.

Look at this brotherhood. Look at this group of awesome, talented gentlemen.

It's like, look around at these faces. One of us is going to win. Look to your

left. That's true.

Look to your left.

On the flip side, we're all going to lose except for one. Yeah.

But we got another challenge.

I'm excited for the festive face-off.

You're excited for the festive face-off because you won the last one.

He was like, let's do this.

Oh!

I've given it my all in all of the challenges, and I haven't won a festive

face-off yet. The bonus that you get from those is amazing, so I'm just going

to try to get in there and finally win one of these festive face-offs.

Hey guys, welcome back to the workshop.

Eight of you are standing strong in the competition, but only one of you will

walk out of here with a leading role in a Hallmark holiday movie and be crowned

Mr. Christmas.

All right.

One of the best parts about Christmas are the baked goods.

Every season, you can count on sweet shortbread.

My favorite, the festive fruitcake.

And the holiday headliner, the gingerbread house.

In this festive face-off, each of you will be given a cookie foundation to

build your magical manor. Don't get me wrong, I love my cookies, but building a

gingerbread house, there's a lot of fine little details in there.

When your gingerbread house is done, you will have to put it on the table to make

a gingerbread village.

Okay, I actually have some experience building gingerbread houses, so watch

out, guys.

I'm coming for y'all. We want you to create a house that reflects you and

your holiday spirit.

Let's find out something new about you by looking at your gingerbread house.

You will not only be judged by the quality of your craft, but also the

story behind your house. The holiday homestead that stands out the most wins

and gets an advantage going into the Star Quality Challenge.

All right, boys, are you ready to build some sweet memories?

Yeah!

Do it.

You have 35 minutes to complete your frosty fortress.

Ready, set, build!

Oh, shoot, I got this here, sorry. No, it's okay.

Ooh! All right, here we go.

Oh my gosh.

Have you ever built gingerbread houses, man? Not since elementary school,

actually.

We have to go with the red licorice first. My mom used to get this when we

would go on like trips, especially when we go to see family for like Christmas

time. So what are you doing? Why did you go with the red licorice? I'm making a

red schoolhouse.

Oh. Christmas for me is all about your loved ones and your chosen family.

I had a drama mentor when I was in high school, and I want to make this as an

homage to him. You know, the teachers have such a huge part on your life.

Yeah, no, that's a great idea.

So for this challenge, the first thing I think of is my girlfriend.

She absolutely loves gingerbread houses. She'll buy them, she'll build them.

She's bringing the house to life, you know? Christmas tree in the front, me

and my girlfriend in the front.

I want to go with something that feels like the house that I grew up in. I knew

right off the bat my gingerbread house had to be a white Christmas.

Seeing these lights here makes me think of putting up Christmas lights. It was

mostly my dad actually growing up, but when we got old enough, that was our

holiday chore, putting up Christmas lights with my brothers.

Now, being a dad, last year was the first year I put Christmas lights up on

my own house. And I can't wait to continue that tradition with my own son.

Are you going to teach Soto about Santa?

For sure. How long are you going to take it?

Until he's in high school.

Everyone here is different, has a different background, and has a

different story.

I wanted to add a lot of color to my gingerbread house.

When I was young, cereal was one thing I always ate.

I'm putting cereals in the roof, little by little, but it's taking a long time.

The thing is, would I be able to finish the roof?

Okay, you're bringing out the popcorn.

See what you can do with that. So long. Why is this so long? Well, we have

scissors, Craig.

What is that? That's insane.

Think 1990s.

Boombox? Little boombox. Okay, okay, okay. Boombox.

I like that.

Five minutes left.

How's it going, Angel?

Remember, you have to have your house on this table to create a village when the

time is up. I'm feeling some pressure. I'm not going to lie here, guys. Yes,

yeah.

All right, I'm going to go ahead and move my gingerbread house to the

village. All right, we got one house coming over to the village.

I had spent so much time on these lights. I hope it pays off.

One minute left. All of the houses have to create the village or it doesn't

count. Why isn't this moving?

I'm on the move. Rustin, behind you. All right. We got Davey on the move. At this

point, I have to get this house finished and get it on the table.

All right. This is the final push.

Gabe has moved.

We got Robbie's moving.

Whatever side you want to face front, face front. Looking at the other

gingerbread houses, I feel like I didn't do enough. Everybody else's house is so

elaborate. Wherever you want to go.

Looks like we're losing candy left and right.

Five, four, three, two, one.

Put down the frosting. Your time's up.

That was insane.

That was insane.

These look awesome.

Before we start checking if your gingerbread houses are up to code, I

need to bring out a special guest judge for this one. She's the executive editor

at People and an expert in all things Hallmark, Breanne Heldman.

So good to see you.

Hi. Welcome, Brianne. It is so good to be here. You bring me into rooms with

all of the best-looking men. You know, it's a tough day at work. This is a

really hard day at work. So today, we're looking for the guy that built their

gingerbread house with love, a personal story, and Christmas spirit. So Frank

Lloyd missed her right now? Yeah.

Oh!

Okay.

Davey, tell us about your gingerbread house. We put lights on the house every

year, and there are gingerbread people around my house, representing my mom, my

dad, my two brothers, and I.

You made the gingerbread house a home. I did. Great job. Thank you. Thanks.

Angel. The snow reminds me when I moved to the United States. I've never seen

snow in my life.

The cereal on the...

Side of the roof just reminds me when my mom had multiple jobs. She's a single

mother. She worked really hard to make sure my sister and I have a roof over

our heads and presents for Christmas.

So she left me at home by myself, and I just ate a bunch of cereal.

When I was running out of time, towards the end, I don't know if you can see, it

looks different from the beginning. Oh, we saw. We saw you throwing the snow on

there. Angel, great job. Thank you.

Robbie. So I wanted to make the schoolhouse. In front, there are two

gingerbread men, and that is me and my drama mentor.

I think that we're such a product of our teachers.

They shape who we are today, and so I really wanted to celebrate him. He

taught me so much about the craft of acting. He also had a husband, and so it

was the first role model that I met that had a beautiful life and just really

shaped the life that I wanted as a gay man moving forward, and I'm really

grateful for him. Robbie. well done.

Rustin, there is so much going on in this gingerbread house.

Half of a roof is gone.

What village is complete without a theater?

So if you look at the very back, there's a stage built in there. Oh my God, there

is. And rows of audience members that are watching. My whole family was in a

Christian worship band and I had the worst stage fright. And so my dad, he

built a stage in our house so that we could practice what it was like to...

perform for an audience so that we could gain more confidence.

My dad asked me if I wanted him to build a tree house, and I was like, no, can

you build a stage in the basement?

Which is what he did.

And when parents understand that they have a child that performs and they just

embrace it, it helps those kids shine so much. And I can see it in you.

Thank you.

Logan, tell us a bit about your gingerbread house. The fireplace when I

was a kid. Being by a warm fireside opening presents.

I don't know, I could just picture it every time I think about Christmas.

Love it. That is so sweet. And I do love the ice cream cone as the chimney.

That's really clever.

Thank you. Thank you.

Gabriel? So my house is a mix between a lot of memories from childhood. The

seashells on the roof. We used to go to Newport every Christmas. And it was a

really good part of my childhood.

My girlfriend Andrea, she just had our first child, Jory.

I just remember Christmases being the best time ever, and I want that for my

daughter. So sweet.

Craig, what is happening here, Craig?

I want the story. I need to know.

Kick it. Now, I'm not a rapper per se. I just have the ability to rap. It's a

1990 gingerbread house. Ten guys, Jonathan and Brienne in a blouse. You

already know I'm here for the win. Let's go three for three and do this again.

Okay.

You got dinner and a show, Brienne.

Wow, I'm so flattered. Thank you. I mean, house and blouse? Thank God she

wore a blouse.

This is a 1990s gingerbread house. I was born in 91, and for me, Christmas is all

about being a kid. You'll notice a cartoon taking place. What is this?

Hand that to Breanne, if you don't mind. And Jonathan, take the other one. So

this was my favorite game in the 90s. Jonathan.

And Breanne. Breanne, are you home? Over.

I am home. Over. What are you making for Christmas dinner?

I don't cook.

Really great presentation. This was so creative. Thank you.

Marcus. My girlfriend loves gingerbread houses, so right there at the front, we

have me and my girlfriend at the house greeting everybody with our Christmas

tree. We have a horse symbolizing, like, a stable.

My girlfriend loves animals. That's for her. And on the other side, we have

stuff for my girlfriend's lake house, which is actually the first time I told

my girlfriend that I loved her. Your girlfriend rides horses?

She loves horses, yes. Do you love horses?

You know, I've actually never ridden a horse.

But then you have a horse on your display to show your girlfriend,

part of it from your girlfriend's lake house. I want to know Marcus.

Yeah. We got some crafters in this group. Well done, boys. Really

impressive. Thank you so much for opening up and sharing your personal

stories with us. I was surprised the level of detail and craftsmanship some

of the other guys were able to implement into their gingerbread house.

But overall, I think my presentation went well. The winner of this festive

face-off, who's at the top of the nice list, is...

Robbie, congratulations.

Robbie,

that's two festive face-offs in a row.

It feels so good. We all are here because of the people that shaped us.

And to get to do something that honors them, it just, like, means the world.

I'm so thrilled.

Robbie, you're going to receive an advantage in the Star Quality Challenge.

Ooh, yes.

It'll be revealed later.

Now go hang out in the holiday house where the doors actually work.

Get out of here, you crazy kids.

See you soon.

Coming up, welcome Allie Sweeney.

I guess I'm learning to ride a horse today.

And just swing on up.

You missed a lot of the lines.

Robbie with the streak.

That was an impressive house, man. Yeah, it really was. Yeah.

It looked like you had days to do it. It was so good. You ever consider going

into, like, contracting or home building?

Um, absolutely not, because that house is going to fall down with one little

push.

Or buddies.

I like how a lot of these challenges are kind of shedding light on a lot of our

personalities, where we come from, how we were raised.

Angel, it was really nice hearing about your mom and all the stories you told

about her. Just having that serial represented joy.

I understand that, yeah, because I had a single mom as well. She was a nurse, so

I definitely understand that. My mom means everything to me. I mean, she

raised me, she took care of me. About a month and a half ago, my mom... found

out that she does have cancer in her lungs. It's hard to talk about, but she

was very supportive of me, like, go do it. I definitely want to make my mom as

proud as possible.

You're such a great guy, Marcus.

Every day is so topsy-turvy, and they're all so different, and it's anybody's

game. I haven't won anything.

I've been on, like, second, third gear. I haven't bring fourth, fifth, and

sixth. So I feel like maybe it's time to be on the highway and just go fast as

you can.

Hit the nose.

Hit the nose.

Come on in, boys!

Come on, cowboys! Come on, cowboys! Yeah!

OMG.

What are we about to do? This is exciting.

I love Westerns. Howdy, boys.

This is a cowboy Christmas.

Nice.

Hallmark Christmas movies are known for blending charm...

romance, and holiday magic.

And this star quality challenge will be no different. In this scene, you'll be

working with two co-stars.

The first one is a Hallmark megastar. And she just marked her 30th film with

Hallmark. Please welcome Ali Sweeney.

Ali Sweeney is incredible. I am so, so, so excited.

Howdy. Hi.

And this is your other co-star, Belle the horse.

Hello, Belle.

In this challenge, you're going to have to maneuver your horse as you create

chemistry with your leading lady.

I guess I'm learning to ride a horse today.

Horses, like small children, might throw a curveball at you, and you have to play

that in the scene. Don't let it throw you.

I have zero experience on a horse. My mom and my grandma were both bucked off

a horse, which doesn't necessarily give me a lot of confidence.

Here's what we're going to be looking for. Your connection with your leading

lady, your ability to work with animals, and as always, star quality.

But before we saddle up, Robbie, because you were at the top of the nice list in

the festive face-off, you will get an extra five minutes with your horse.

and Allie.

Okay, I'll take it.

Thank you very much.

All right, partners, here are your scripts.

Go inside, get changed.

You'll be able to meet your horse co-star before we roll.

I'm going to see if I still got it. Go lasso him. Go get him, Melissa. Go get

him.

You want to know the catch.

You want to know the catch.

The scene is about the first date.

So there's some flirtatiousness and that's easy for me. I'm also a

bartender. So part of being a bartender, you flirt, get some extra tips here and

there. So it's going to be fun.

I am unbelievably excited.

I love horses. I've ridden horses and ponies and really excited to bring that

experience to the scene.

Oh, with that, with that. So I can do horseback riding. I'm very proud of

that.

It's hard not to be a little bit scared.

Right here? I take a deep breath, try to calm my nerves, do whatever I can to

slow my heart rate down because I know that being nervous is only going to hold

me back.

Nice.

Hey. Okay, good.

Hey, Robbie.

So nice to meet you. How do you feel about this?

Good. I've ridden horses, but not in a long time. OK, OK, yeah, sure. So I

think it, hopefully, it is like riding a bike.

So I'm ready for my advantage.

That time is huge.

I think if I say, let's see what else you got, and I can kind of gesture for

you to go. OK. Let's see what else you got.

Because then you can kind of go off first. However you feel, you know, your

character would like lead the way or not. Or, you know, I think we're going

to have to discover it. And giving that audience the inside glimpse as to like

what you're thinking without me looking at you is a huge, important moment on

screen. I love that. Thank you for that.

Everybody set!

There's no room for like not doing well at this point. Settle!

This could be a way to stretch myself and also show the judges a different

side of me. Three, two, one, action!

Wow, a Christmas horseback ride.

What a great idea. Thanks for the invite.

I mean, I'm a little nervous.

It's been a long time since I've ridden. I thought we'd do a little refresh

around the training ring before we go out on the walk. Sound good?

Yeah, perfect.

Now, we always mount from the left, and you want to grab the reins, throw them

over the horse's head.

Like that. You put your foot.

in the stirrup and just swing on up.

He looks relaxed.

Foot in the stirrup and swing.

Look at that.

You're an old pro.

It's like riding a bike, I guess.

This character that I'm playing, he needs to find out if she's as into me as

I am into her.

Wow, the horses listen to you so well.

How long have you been riding?

I started when I was a kid.

My grandparents rode, so I guess you could say it's in my blood.

Got a real-life cowboy on our hands.

So, cowboy, your grandparents taught you to ride.

You must have a good relationship with your family.

I guess that's right.

Horses like you, so you have good energy.

Can't argue with that.

And you planned this whole date, so you must be a gentleman.

Means I just have one question.

What's the catch?

You want to know what the catch is?

When I see something I like...

I don't rest until I get it.

Well then, I hope you know how to keep up.

And cut!

He took his time, he leaned in, and he did what the script called for.

Rob the Cowboy!

Woo! How you feeling? Oh, man.

How was it? Y'all, that horse, she has a mind of her own. Wish me luck. All

right, I'll see you guys soon.

It's a little nerve-wracking going into this challenge being somebody that's

never ridden a horse before.

I don't know how that horse is going to react.

What if I get thrown off of the horse? I don't know how it can get any harder

than this.

And action!

Wow, a Christmas horseback ride.

It's a great idea. Thanks for the invite.

And I'm just a little nervous. It's been a long time since I've ridden.

No worries. I thought we'd do a little refresh around the training ring before

we head out on a walk.

Sound good?

Yeah, perfect.

All right.

Put your foot into the stirrup and swing on up.

Look good?

Okay, the one that has never been a horse before, flawless.

Left side. Put it in the stirrup. Yep. And then I just swing.

Yee-haw! Look at you!

Look at that movie star moment. This is what I'm talking about. Oh, the horses

really like you. How long have you been riding?

Here? Just a couple of years, but I rode when I was a kid.

Wow, we've got a real-life cowboy on our hands.

So,

your grandparents taught you to ride.

You must be close with your family.

That's right.

And horses like you, so you must have good energy.

What's the catch?

So you want to know what the catch is?

I do.

Once I see something I like... Oh no, the horse is going in reverse.

Come on.

He needs to get that final line in.

Coming up. Go on a little refresh around the training yard. Let's see what else

you got.

Just got to slow down that heartbeat a little bit. Yes.

The horse is going in reverse.

Let's see how Marcus handles it.

Once I see something I like, I don't stop until I get it.

Well then, you better learn how to go forward, buddy.

And cut!

How he handled it, now that's a movie star.

Clearly the horse didn't get the script, but I think I'm in a good spot.

When he leaned in and was like, hey, I'm here to be your date. I'm like, put a

saddle on me. I know, sorry mom, I said it.

Put your left foot in stirrup, grab the reins.

I grew up in a town with a lot of horses.

but I never actually got on a horse personally.

It's hard not to be a little bit scared.

My mom and my grandma both got bucked off and broke bones.

Just gotta slow down that heartbeat a little bit. Yeah, you got this. Once I'm

in the moment, I feel like I'll be... Yeah, totally.

That's a big thing to overcome.

I mean, we have to do that as actors, right?

And action!

I'm kind of nervous. It's been a long time since I've ridden.

No worries.

Let's do a little refresher around the practice track here.

And before we head out on the walk, let you get the hang of it. Sound good?

Perfect. All right.

So, remember, we always want to mount on the left side. Okay.

I'm definitely having a hard time calming my nerves.

Throw that left foot in the stirrup.

And swing on up. Okay.

There it is. And swing.

You're a real pro.

Let's see what else you got.

I mean, come on.

They listen to you so well. How long have you been riding? My grandparents

rode, so I guess you could say it's in my blood.

Wow. Got a real cowboy on our hands.

I'd watch this movie.

Do you think they get together in the end? Yes.

Yeah, they get together. So, cowboy.

Let me ask.

What's that? What's the catch?

You want to know the catch?

Well, when I see something I like, I get it.

Huh.

But can you keep up?

Yes! And cut!

I'd like to think my grandma and my mom would be proud of the fact that I got up

on that horse.

And my acting wasn't too shabby either. Never ridden a horse. I never once

worried about him on that horse. Just exuded confidence.

The one thing Davey could have done better is... Find his camera a little...

Find his camera a little better.

I feel like I have a good grasp on my lines this time. I just have to show

confidence. Just act like I'm actually a cowboy and that I've done this a million

times on a first date.

Action!

A Christmas horseback ride is such a great idea. Thanks for the invite.

I'm a little nervous. It's been a long time since I've ridden.

Don't worry.

I thought we'd do a little refresh on the training ground.

Just grab the reins, put your foot in the stirrup, and swing on up.

Okay. Well done. Not bad.

Swing up.

Look at that. All I want from Gabe in this last moment is I want him to...

Look at that camera and be a leading man. Yeah.

Those horses really listen to you. How long have you been riding?

Just a couple of years, but I started as a kid. Real-life cowboy on their hands.

Yep, this is definitely better.

Yes. All right, cowboy, what's the catch?

You want to know the catch?

Okay, here we go. Come on.

Once I see something I like, I don't rest until I get it.

Ooh.

Well, let's see if you can keep up.

Okay. And cut.

I was stressing a tiny bit. She's intimidating to me a little bit because

she's so beautiful and such a good actress, you know? Yeah, yeah.

The horse?

Yeah, the horse.

I'm feeling a little bit nervous, I'm not going to lie.

Allie is a little intimidating.

I'm going to do the best that I can to connect, be grounded, be present with

Allie. She's a pro.

Action! I figured we'd just go on a little refresh around the training yard

before we get started.

Okay, that's perfect. Sound good? Yeah.

All right.

Cool, so we always mount from the left side. Okay.

All right.

Just grab the reins.

Get it over this guy.

Come on, baby.

Now here's where he has to get the horses.

He's got to get it over here as well.

Of course.

Makes sense.

This is like a tornado meeting a volcano.

I'm not off to a great start, but it's not about how you start. It's about how

you finish.

Putting the stirrup. Yeah.

And just swing on up there.

Right.

Hey, baby.

Swing up. Nice swing up. They look good together. They look really good

together. They really listen to you. How long have you been riding?

Well, here, just a few years, but started when I was a little kid. My

grandparents rode, so.

It's kind of in my blood. Wow.

Wow. We've got a real-life cowboy on our hands.

Look how much of a movie star Craig looks like right there. He looks

fantastic. That's right. Those eyes. Look at that.

So, cowboy, that means I've got just one question for you.

What's the catch?

The catch?

Once I see something I like, I don't stop until I get it.

Wow.

Well, then you better learn to catch up.

Good girl.

Cute. And cut! Very cute.

Once he got up on the horse, it was great.

I'll see you later, Jingle.

Never go behind a horse, man.

I'm surprised you didn't do an accent. Not this time, no.

I'm excited to prove that I am definitely hallmark leading man

material. I don't need to be playing it safe in this competition.

So I feel like the cowboy would kind of have an accent, like a slow tone talk to

him. Come on, Logan.

Come on, Logan.

Action!

Wow, a Christmas horseback ride. What a great idea. Thanks for the invite.

I mean, I'm a little nervous. It's been a long time since I've ridden. No

worries. But I thought we'd do a little refresher course to kind of get you.

Refreshed and okay on it perfect

He's

not saying anything Fill up the space

fill it fill it he missed He missed a lot of the lines.

Coming up. Became a Latino cowboy.

Swing on over. Okay.

Am I dropping out for me, hon? We have to say goodbye to someone who is

absolutely incredible.

Come here. That's okay. Come here.

The horse started backing up, and I forgot half the line that I was going to

be delivering, and it was so much like dead air.

Fill that space with something with something you don't have to add dialogue

if you're not that doesn't isn't comfortable, but fill it with something

Mm-hmm.

Yeah, so you just want to grab your reins. Okay, put your foot in the

stirrup. Yeah swing on up Okay, shaky to start but he pulled it back in and he

got it So how long have you been riding

here I just couple years But I started out when I was a kid

My grandparents rode, so.

Your grandparents rode?

So that must mean you're close with your family?

That's right.

And horses like you, so that must mean you have good energy.

I guess I just have one question.

Where's the catch?

You want to know what the catch is?

Well, when I see something I like, I don't rest until I get it.

I hope you can keep up.

That's a cut.

He missed some of the lines.

He missed the lines, and you could see, I could see a moment where he got

flustered. It felt awkward.

Is your time to shine?

I have to make sure the animal can trust me and sense that I have good energy

coming into the scene. And if I do that, I feel like I'm going to do great.

Yee-haw!

Cowboys! Let's go!

You got this, Angel.

Action!

Thank you for joining me. Oh, yeah. I mean, a Christmas horseback ride?

Thank you for the invite.

I'm a little nervous, though. It's been a long time since I've ridden.

Oh, no worries, my lady.

My lady?

You put the reins over the horse.

Sure. Make sure you're gentle. How you doing? Talk to the horse.

Make sure.

Come here.

Sometimes this will happen.

Oh, oh, oh, oh.

Uncooperative co-star.

It's okay, baby. It's okay.

I got you. I got you. Oh, he's doing so good at filling the space with dialogue.

He literally wrote another scene into that just by keeping in it. He's so

good. And swing on up.

Wow. It's a pussy.

Okay.

It's a pussy.

All right, let's see what else you got.

We have a real-life cowboy on our hands. Something is kind of in my blood.

So I just have one question.

What's the catch?

You want to know what the catch is?

When I see something I like, I don't stop until I get it.

All right, and I hope you can keep up.

I'm up for this. Let's go.

Cut! And he stayed in it when his horse was uncooperative, and I mean, it was

amazing. Oh!

No, come on.

I'm kidding.

Get out of here, man.

Dude, that was fun.

I became a Latino cowboy.

Latino cowboy.

Angel's always winning over the ladies, but I was actually voted the biggest

flirt at my high school, so this is going to be right up my alley.

No pun intended.

Action! Wow, a Christmas horseback ride. What a great idea.

Thank you for the invite.

I mean, I'm a little nervous because...

It's been a long time since I've ridden.

Ah, no worries.

I think we'll do a little refresher on the training ring before we go out on

the walk.

Sound good?

Perfect.

Oh, come here, girl.

Yeah, you're a good girl. Come here, baby.

You just put your foot in the stirrup and swing on over. OK.

How about that hat?

I don't mind at all. Thank you so much. Here you go.

So... All right, it's your turn.

Yeah, you made it look so easy.

He's so natural up there. It's insane.

Grounded my foot in the stirrup, and I swing up.

Let's see what else you can do.

Your only job is to charm, charm, charm, and that's exactly what he's doing. Wow,

the horses really listen to you. How long have you been riding?

Here?

Just a couple years.

But I started as a kid. Got a real-life cowboy on our hands.

All right, cowboy.

I guess there's just one question.

What's the catch?

You want to know the catch?

When I see something I like, I don't rest till I get it.

Hope you can keep up.

Is it hot in here, or is it rustin? It's freezing, but I don't care. Is it hot in

here, or is it rustin? Oh, my gosh.

Rustin is boiling our blood.

I don't need these blankets. He is so good.

I don't need these blankets. You just had rustin. I just got rustin. Boom, you

just got rustin. Rustin.

I'm really curious to hear what Ali says, because she got to be up close and

personal and, like, be really connected to them.

And I have my thoughts, but I want to know who really got to her. Yeah. This

is going to be a tough decision.

I hope you all had half as much fun as I did.

Oh, man.

It just feels like such an even playing field that it could be anyone at any

moment. Top, bottom, middle, like... We'll see, man.

Wow, we put our hunks through the test today. So many things going on in that

scene. Let's first talk about the guys we thought did well.

Let's talk about Marcus.

Marcus had never been on a horse before. Wow, that was impressive.

He never once looked like he was thinking about the horse. When he swung

right up there, I thought he had so much swagger and confidence. There was not a

single second.

that I felt like he was out of character.

Do you ever have that thing in scenes with other actors where you're, like,

nervous for them? You're a little worried, like, oh, are they going to

forget their line? Oh, are they worried about this blocking?

With him, not for a second was I nervous. You felt like you were in good

hands the whole time? Oh, yes, exactly.

Then we had Angel.

He came into it with intention.

He came into it with an idea. He wanted to make it his own. It's your PC.

Okay. I loved how he did it. I loved how he looked at me in the scene. I loved

everything about it. Then we have Rustin, our resident cowboy.

He understands the... He does. Yes. It was so great with the horse. He handled

everything really confidently.

He has a confidence that cannot be broken.

The only thing that was a little tricky was his hat came off.

And he asked you to get it, right? And he, yeah. But I felt sort of like he

sort of stepped on me by saying, like, hey, will you get that for me?

And you were like, I'm already getting it. And I was sort of like, dude, I

already got it. I'm nervous.

I'm not going to lie.

It was a challenge, for sure, because the horses are kind of unpredictable.

Now let's talk about who struggled.

Now, Craig is, you know, our very confident hunk. I felt a little nervous

from Craig. Yeah. When the horse, you know, didn't cooperate, as we warned

him, he definitely allowed it to sort of fluster him a tiny bit. I forgot what

the line was.

Then I internally panicked, and I was like, oh, no, oh, no. And then we had

Logan. It felt a little bit like he was nervous about the cameras. Just didn't

have that comfort with how to hit your mark. Didn't feel intentional.

That's right. So then let's talk about Gabriel.

There's something with Gabriel where I want him to lock in because when those

glimpses happen, they're great. But there's so many cracks between the

glimpses of greatness.

He's thinking about the next line.

That comes with experience.

We have a huge decision to make. We have eight hunks that really turned

themselves into Christmas cowboys. And they did such a great job. But

unfortunately,

Someone's got to go home.

Walking into elimination, I'm feeling stressed.

I'm doing the best I can. I just don't know if that's going to be enough.

Although I didn't start that scene off on the right foot, I do think I

recovered well. I know that this is just the beginning and I'm hoping that I'm

not going home.

Hello, gentlemen. Welcome back to the moment where your chance to be Mr.

Christmas hangs in the balance.

Tonight, one of you...

will be named this week's Shining Star, and one of you will be headed home for

the holidays.

In this Star Quality Challenge, we asked you to step out of your comfort zone and

step onto a horse while having a romantic scene with your co-star, Ali

Sweeney. Ali, you got to act with the guys. How do you think they did?

The key in all of this is if you are natural and comfortable with what you're

doing, the audience feels that and they love it and they want to feel

comfortable watching you. They don't want to be nervous. The audience can sit

back and relax because they know they're in good hands. Yeah, exactly.

I was impressed to see you all really commit to today's challenge.

It shows that you're not just here to play, but to win.

But one of you put your nerves aside and rocked the camera with your confidence

and chemistry.

The winner.

of the Star Quality Challenge, and tonight's shining star is...

Marcus,

congratulations.

From jumping on a horse with confidence to filling the space we needed. I really

enjoyed riding a horse. You did so great, and that's really impressive.

Winning my first Star Quality Challenge feels amazing.

It means that I'm doing something right. It means that I'm supposed to be here.

And now, unfortunately, we have to say goodbye to someone who is absolutely

incredible. Gabe.

Logan. Will you please step forward?

Oh, my gosh.

I can't believe I'm in the bottom two again.

I feel my heart racing. Doing that scene, it was a mess.

Logan, you messed up a few of your lines, and it seemed to shake you.

Instead of connecting with your co-star, it almost felt like you were acting

alone.

Gabe, when you're not on camera, You are confident and you are magic.

When we call action, you lose a bit of your confidence.

You seem a little disconnected in the scene and the focus was more on your

next line than it was connecting with your co-star.

Gabe, Logan, one of you will be going home right now.

Winning this, I think, would definitely change my life.

Let me stay. Give me a chance.

I don't want to go home. I'm learning every single day that I'm here. And I

feel like I'm just getting started.

Logan, that's a wrap.

It's time to take your stocking down. You're going home for the holidays.

Logan, you charmed us from day one with your authenticity and your love for

magic, and every day, that's what you've been showing up with.

I know everyone here is sad to see you go, and we can't wait to see what you do

next.

Being Mr. Christmas would have been, you know, that would have been so cool,

being... delete in a Hallmark movie. I mean, come on. Who doesn't want that?

Let me see.

I'm really glad that I got the opportunity.

Getting the chance to meet new friends.

Really having a connection with everybody.

I would have missed you guys.

But I loved it. I loved every second of it.

Guys, you are all here chasing a dream. And with that...

can come some tough love and a little bit of heartbreak.

We'll see you next time as we continue the search to find Mr. Christmas.

Can't believe I get another chance, but I'm going to stay positive and go into

the next challenges with confidence.
