hi hi

hi sweetie what's your name

P Peter

I'm I'm here for the 2:00 interview

oh yes

come sit sit

you seem nervous yeah

just a little bit is this your first job interview

just take a deep breath you look like you're about to pass out

is that better

okay wonderful let's begin

do you have your resume with you yes

I'm so sorry I

I don't know how this happened

I could have sworn that I brought it um

that's that's not a good first impression

but first impressions aren't everything

so um

how about you tell me a little bit about your work history

uh

I have a lot of experience with uh mowing lawns and um

okay that that's not for nothing

um how about a high school diploma

no

and uh

how about driver's license or means of transportation

um I'm taking my driver's test in a few weeks uh

I mean I should pass for real how hard could that be

I'm not getting this job am I

well it wouldn't be in my company's best interest to do so

so no okay okay

is that MUD on your shoes

did you walk here Peter yeah

OK

alright I have the time for

for what I'm gonna take you home what

no no

you don't need to do that

it's okay it's no

it's let's let me take you home

okay got it

anybody home

no I don't think so

what do you have a key

okay come on

I took him to my house

he was so vulnerable and to be honest pathetic

but there is something about this young man

something that was making me wet

you're welcome to stay here if your parents take a while

thank you I really appreciate it it's no problem at all

can I ask you something Peter

was that house you stood in front of

was that really your home

no

where are you where are your parents sweetie

they kicked me out after I turned eighteen

I'm so sorry

it's okay I mean

I I deserved it

I I should have

I should have worked more

I should have tried harder

I'm certain you did not deserve that

do you understand me yes ma'am

you never told me your name

it's Miss Taylor sweetie

thank you Miss Taylor of course

do you think it'll get better

without a doubt right now

you're in a crucial developmental stage

where you're learning from your mistakes

without any support it'd be hard for anyone

you're not alone anymore

you can stay here for as long as you need sweetie thank you

corrective experiences are a real human need

what are corrective experiences

well if you've gone through something difficult or gone without

then you may believe

you may start to have a negative belief in yourself or the world

maybe start to believe you're not good enough and not trust anybody

but having a positive experience

or giving yourself something you want without

can do the opposite

it can give you a positive belief in yourself and the world

that sounds nice and it is

I feel like I've never had a connection like this before

like what

I don't know you

you just make me feel safe

I'm glad Peter

I um

I I wanna have more corrective experiences with you

yeah like what

I don't know

well have you ever been tucked into bed

no

okay

oh no

no no

we're not getting in my bed with those dirty clothes okay

that's not happening here

okay now we can get in here you go

okay oh

granny fluff these pillows okay

how does that feel it's nice

sorry did I break this

um no no

that's actually my breast pump

I actually uh

never stopped lactating after my baby grew up

so me and my husband

we uh

save my milk and freeze it and donate it

you're married

yeah

but funny enough uh

breastfeeding can be another corrective experience

accepting a woman's milk nourishment

I didn't know that some like to uh

experience it in adulthood and they like the feeling of being nurtured
