-Okay. So it goes like this. -[Kathy] Okay.
-[Lisa] Mom, you try it. -Oh, there you go. Okay.
-[Kathy] Yep. -Okay.
-Crown of your head. -[Lisa] There. Perfect.
-Yay! -[Kathy] I think we did it.
-[Kelsie] Yay! -This is it. This is crazy.
-[Lisa] It's nuts! -Yep.
-[laughing] Oh my gosh! -[Kelsie] Wow!
-Oh my gosh. [laughs] -I know.
[all laugh, shout]
Hi, Andy! [laughs]
-You look gorgeous! -[Lisa] You look great!
-I didn't know he was coming up here. -[Andy] I love you.
-I love you. Thank you so much. -I love you too!
-I didn't recognize you. You look so good! -[laughing]
Thanks, Andy!
[Kelsie] Hi! I'm so happy to see you.
-[Andy] You too! -[laughing]
-[Andy] Hi, honey! -Hi, Andy.
-[Andy, raspy] Listen to my voice. -[laughing]
So, Andy, how does it feel to see me in a wedding dress?
-Unusual. -[all laugh]
-But isn't it beautiful? -Oh, it is.
-Ready? -Yeah, ready?
-Okay, bottoms up. -[cork pops]
-[shouting] -[laughing]
-Cheers to… -Cheers.
Okay, to you.
-Cheers to… [laughing] -[all] To you!
I love you guys so much. Thank you all for being here.
And we love you.
I would not be the person I am without each and every one of you.
You have shaped me, influenced me in every positive direction
and have helped me in so many hard times in life.
And…
I just love you guys so much. I'm so grateful.
[all] Cheers!
Cheers to wedding!
-Wedding! -[laughing]
Gosh.
-What is life? -Almost to the finish line, right?
It's actually the start line. That's what marriage is, right?
It's too fast for me.
-I mean… -[Sara] Mm-hmm.
[Andy] "Here's the man. I'm getting married." I mean, well, okay.
But you've always been a strong person.
I'm really proud of you for being a nurse.
[Sara] Mm.
Growing up, you were always kind of a pain in the ass.
[laughing]
Wait, why? [laughs]
'Cause we butted heads about everything. That's why.
[laughing]
[Lisa] Oh.
It went too fast, Sara.
I still remember us playing SpongeBob.
-[all laughing] -Oh!
-[Andy] Like it was yesterday. -I know.
-[Kathy] I know. -[Sara] I know.
I never thought this day would come. I never thought about it, I mean.
I'm happy for you.
The thing that makes me happy is that you're happy, so…
If this is what you wanna do, we're there for you.
And you can count on us.
-[chuckles] -So decide what you wanna do.
Move forward.
If you fall down, ask for help.
Get up, dust yourself off.
Move forward again. That's what life is really about.
-Aww. -[Andy] You're gonna be fine.
You're gonna be great.
And I'm very proud of you. And I love you very much.
How are you feeling?
-[sighs] -[Lisa] Right now.
-All the feelings. Just spit it out. -Yes.
I'm feeling nervous.
But I feel good within myself.
I feel like I'm trusting the journey.
And, honestly, like, I've met Ben,
and Ben is an amazing person.
I'm very fortunate.
It's exciting.
It's euphoric, adrenaline, you know?
-Like, all those high emotions. -[Kathy] Right.
I don't know. I just feel very happy, but I am…
I'm just-- it's a lot.
I don't want that to come off as I'm complaining.
-You're not. No one thinks that way. -You're not. This is your day.
You're so worried about being perfect. Like, just be yourself today.
There's no perfect answer.
Don't worry about how it sounds to anybody else.
But also, Sara, no matter what you decide,
we're gonna support you regardless.
I really want you to do what you want to do.
[Kelsie] Okay.
-Cheers. -Do what feels right for you.
-For you. No one else. -Mm-hmm. Yes.
-Okay? -[Sara] Mm-hmm.
-I will. -Let's get this show on the road.
-[laughs] -Yeah. Giddy-up.
-Okay. All right. Cheers. -[all laughing]
-[Kelsie] Let's shake a leg. -[Lisa] Andy's shaking a leg tonight.
-Yeah. -[Andy] I am.
I'm about to walk down the aisle.
And personally, yeah, I feel like I am ready to marry Ben.
I love you so much.
-Love you. [chuckles] -[Sara] Love you so much.
So exciting. It's also very nerve-racking.
I'm very anxious.
[chuckles] I've been nauseous today.
I've been sweaty, my hands, my feet.
I just feel all over the place, honestly.
I have so many emotions, so many thoughts.
Okay, see you later.
My heart is telling me I feel good about it.
But my brain is telling me, "I don't know."
And, um…
I'm really trying to tune in to both.
So… yeah.
Bye!
[chattering]
[chattering]
Oh my gosh. Look at you two. You guys look gorgeous.
-You look so handsome. -[Ben] Hey.
-Mm! [kisses] -[Doris] Hi!
-Hi. -[Ben] I love you so much. Oh!
-[Rainie] You look so handsome. -Oh my gosh, you guys look beautiful.
-You guys are making me look bad. -That pink for me?
Yeah. A little pink for you.
[Rainie] I just wanna say,
this is a very unique way for you and Sara to meet.
-But at least you met her this way. -[chuckles] Yeah, right?
-And she's lovely. -Yeah. Oh, I know. It's…
And I wanna say one more thing,
you have been prayed over and prayed for more than you could ever know.
So God's hand is on you, so keep your eyes on Him.
[Ben] Mm-hmm.
-Yeah. Thank you. Love you. -Yeah. Love you.
Ben, the Lord has given you so much talent and wisdom
that I pray you walk the same path
that the Lord has for you right now
and have peace about your decision today.
And your family loves you.
-[chuckles] -You know that.
[Ben] Mm-hmm.
But don't forget that I'm your favorite dance partner.
-[laughs] I will never forget that. -[laughs]
I knew it was right when I found someone that could compete with you.
Don't worry. You're still number one. She's just a little bit closer.
-Oh well, that's fine. That's fine. -[laughing]
Oh my gosh.
[wedding march playing]
-[Ben] Love you so much. -[Doris] Thank you.
Here you go, honey. Love you. Enjoy the moment.
[Ben] Thank you.
Hi!
I love you.
-Thank you. I love you so much. -[sighs]
-It's not too late. -[laughs]
-[Andy] What do you like about this guy? -[chuckles]
He's amazing.
-Uh, amazing? -Yeah.
-All right. Is he smart? -Yeah.
-If he's that smart, you're in trouble. -[chuckles]
You picked the smartest in the litter?
-[laughs] Yes. -[Andy] All right. All right.
So what are you looking forward about the most?
Honestly, just to live life. The ups and downs of life.
You think he'll make a difference?
I think he would.
[laughs] Hopefully! You're getting married to this guy.
So here's my advice.
Marriage is a negotiation.
Even though you love somebody, it's a constant
not "what I say" or "he says," it's a constant, "What are we gonna do?"
-Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. -So don't forget that.
-Okay? -Okay.
-You're so nervous, aren't you? -Yeah, I'm super nervous. Freaking out.
Just take a deep breath.
-Oh my gosh. -It's gonna be all right.
-Oh my gosh, thank you. I love you. -I love you too.
[groans]
Please stand.
-[wedding march playing] -[Andy] That's your cue.
I love you, baby.
[sighs]
[laughing]
-[Andy] Take care of her. -Yes, I will.
[laughing]
-Gosh, you look incredible. -[Sara exhales]
Oh shoot.
[officiant] Please be seated.
We are gathered here today to share in the wedding ceremony of Sara and Ben.
You are here not only as guests…
-You look nice. -You look amazing.
[officiant] …and guides on this journey of a lifetime.
Ben and Sara, through your commitment, your love for one another
and your willingness to accept each other's strengths and frailties
is the foundation for a life together.
May the pure, simple love
with which you join hearts and hands today
never fail and grow deeper and truer
with every moment that you spend together.
Let us pray.
Beloved Creator, you graciously give us the longing for love
and the capability of loving.
And we give thanks for Ben and Sara for their beautiful hearts
and for the example of love that they embody here today.
Be with them on this joyous occasion
of showing their love and making their vows
as we celebrate this miraculous moment in their lives.
Amen.
-Amen. -Amen.
Sara, and apologies for losing my voice at the bachelor party.
[laughing]
I never could have imagined in a million years that this process
would have brought me to someone as incredible as you.
Loving, caring,
you exceeded what I thought I was looking for.
You make me a better person
each and every day and every time I'm with you.
As you can tell, I was like a little boy just being super excited to see that
not only were you beautiful on the inside, but also on the outside.
Then also just our physical connection with how we tease each other,
play around, are connected to each other both physically and emotionally
is on just another level than I could have ever dreamed.
It can't be put into words,
but I love you so much, and I just love hearing how other people
just can see it between us
because it makes me know that they see what I see,
and that it's real. The whole process has brought me to you
and brought me to love you more than anyone
or anything I could have imagined.
You have made the impossible seem possible.
You are quite literally everything I've ever hoped
and wanted in a lifelong partner.
[Ben chuckles]
[Sara] I first fell in love with your voice.
Then seeing you, you were an immediate best friend.
I fell in love with your smile,
your soft, empathetic, selfless heart,
your goofy, funny personality.
You've just given me so much life, and there's no doubt in my mind
that we were meant to choose each other.
And I love you so much.
I love you. That was so beautiful.
[exhales] I almost kissed you.
We're going to. [chuckles]
[Ben chuckles]
Sara and Ben, you chose to spend the rest of your lives together
based on a deep emotional connection.
Looks, age, finances
and all the superficial things of the world
were not a factor for you two.
Now is the time to decide if love is blind.
Will you get married and commit to face life together as husband and wife?
Or will you walk away forever?
Sara, will you embrace Ben to be your husband,
as your companion and best friend for life?
Will you treat him with love and devotion,
honor and respect?
Will you stand by him in the triumphs and tragedies
of life as a faithful and caring wife?
If yes, say, "I will."
[dramatic music playing]

[both sigh]

[Virginia] Today's the day I make the biggest decision of my life.
He's a really great guy. I still think that this wedding is too soon.
[Monica] I would be heartbroken if I never saw him again.
Now that it's the day of, I'm like, I don't know if I wanna marry her.
This feels right. I mean, I could be 100% wrong.
[laughs] Well, thanks for that!
[woman] You look like a bride!
[officiant] Now is the time to decide if love is blind.
[Daniel] I know the weight of the decision that I'm making.
[Taylor sniffles] I always said my husband wasn't in Minnesota.
-[exhales] -[Dan] Love you.
