[NARRATOR] Last time on Dragon Ball Z,

Vegeta summoned all of his strength into one

ultimate energy blast

and fired it directly at Cell.

[NARRATOR] When the smoke cleared, Vegeta saw that he had

indeed hit his mark and disarmed Cell, literally!

[VEGETA laughs]

[NARRATOR] But Vegeta's celebration was soon cut short,

as Cell demonstrated his powers of regeneration.

Sprouting a new arm, Cell was ready for battle once again,

and Vegeta found himself in a very dangerous situation.

[VEGETA shouting]

[NARRATOR] Despite all of his new Saiyan powers,

Vegeta could not make a dent in Cell's monstrous armor.

[NARRATOR] But he definitely made an impact.

[NARRATOR] With his father knocked unconscious,

Trunks was ready at last to unveil his hidden power

and take his turn at Cell.

[TRUNKS grunts]
