Never though that Qihu's

Langya pass is useful.

You see,

Ten of the tribes Joint letter of allegiance

That's great

If the troop

is well-trained

then when the praying session during new year,

will let the astronomical officer to announce

the nemesis collide with the Ziwei star.

Till then, The Emperor will let you go out the palace

to build a new mansion.

For now, we can only wait patiently

How about Yuan-Lu?

I heard that Lu Zhen

is preparing for the examination

and studying hard now.

He Dan-Niang says that

she don't even come out from her room.

Just a few days,

she has decided to be a female officer.

Sister,

Have some rest

and drink some ginseng.

No,

counting down 10 days to the examination

I want to finish doing the exercise for this dossier.

I---

what is it, He Dan-Niang?

Sister,

there is a strange things

which I don't know should I tell you?

This morning I saw Bi

is quite close to you.

Just now when I was at

Costume Bureau

She just ignore me.

She used to be like this?

Always look down at others.

I feel weird

and can't hold my temper,

and asked why

she is behaving like this?

She pushed me away

and told me not to be pleased.

She has know about your true identity?

My true identity?

Oh no!

He Dan-Niang, did she

tell you anything?

No,

He Dan-Niang, can you help me check

can you help me check on

who did Bi meets for these few days?

And does she behaves abnormally?

I don't know about that,

what I know is Bi

always provide benefit to Sir Wang.

As Sir Wang and Bi's father,

Sir Shen are good friends.

Every full moon,

Sir Wang will ordered Bi

to have night shift at Board of Justice

to meet her father.

Every full moon,

which is day before yesterday.

Yes. However, that day Sir Wang was not free,

I went to pick up Bi myself.

When she is back,

did she mention anything?

No, she was in happy mood

Before leave, Sir Shen still reminded her

not to mention about the documentation of Haibu

to anyone.

What should I do now?

Bi said she know about

my true identity.

I am in trouble now.

Please calm down your mind.

Even she know about your identity what can she do about it?

Is not something which is embarrassing.

Aunt, isn't as simple as you think.

Actually, I have involved in

a murder.

What?

Aunt, please don't be angry.

Please listen to my explanation. I am innocent.

You did that?

I can swear that

I don't hide anything from you.

You used a fake official document,

involved in murder and imitating someone else to enter the palace.

Lu Zhen,

you are extremely audacious.

Aunt

now is not the time to discuss about this,

please help me to think of an idea

I am out of idea.

How about, you go snoop on Bi

what does she know about.

Maybe she is same as previously

pretended she know everything

about you?

Alright, I'll go now.

Aunt Lu,

why do you find me?

Bi, stop pretending,

I'll straight to the point.

I would like to ask what are you trying to figure up in the morning

by asking whether I went to Temple of Jade Buddha

What do you mean by that?

Why should I tell you?

Don't you be proud of as

you have a dad who is fifth class officer.

Even you not going to tell me,

I can figure out myself.

Go ahead.

Two days later,

the whole palace will know that

you are a murderer!

Why do you keep mentioned I have kill someone?

Don't you forget

what is the ending of Chen Qiu-Niang.

Of course I remembered.

But don't you think you can fool around.

My dad has went to look for Master Jiang

This time, you have to wait

Bi

Aren't you a smart person

why don't you think

if I am a

ordinary murderer

why would Princess Chang allow me to enter the palace?

Why would Shangshi Lou give me present?

Why would the Emperor reward me with inscription?

Why would the Empress

would like to promote me to be the first class imperial maid?

Bi, you know nothing

and still dare to mess with me,

in my opinion, you don't want to live anymore.

You!

Go ahead if you want to accuse me,

I am not going to stop you

However, you and

your fifth class official dad, please think carefully

that this is a

profit business

or going to lost everything?

Oh god, she know everything,

What should I do now?

Lu Zhu,

There is an emergency case, after reading this letter

immediately go to Justice Bureau to make accusation

Please help me think of a way,

I have an urgent letter

must be delivered tonight to my dad.

This is a hard task,

Sir Shen is not on duty tonight,

I can't go out the palace,

maybe you can ask those who go out and to transport the water supply.

They go out palace every night

and helped the imperial maids to bring in something.

Thank you.

What have you just said?

You want to deliver this letter by tonight?

That's hard.

Don't you know that this few days

the imperial bodyguards are very strict.

If you are not urgent,

I suggest you to wait for few days.

Sir, (Eunuch)

this is really urgent!

Please help me!

Alright, please take it easy,

I'll try my best.

You, stop there, where is your pass? Oh no!

I don't have any pass. No pass,

how dare you enter the palace. Stop him!

What is in his mouth?

Dig it out.

A letter.

Who are you helping to deliver this letter.

Bring him to the Internal Government Bureau

Lu Zhen,

You are just a paper tiger (pretend to be brave)

Luckily the letter didn't manage to be delivered

Who knows

your sister can be trusted?

Or we shall wait till the morning

and I'll bring the letter to my

cousin

and asked him for a favor.

However, what you think is right,

as long as Master Jiang willing to withdraw the accusation,

then Board of Justice will not be able to denounce you.

If tomorrow still unable to make it?

Do you have any backup plan?

Then have to yield to fate.

However, you manage to threaten Bi

and you entered palace later than Bi,

now you are good at scheming.

But I need find ways to survive,

I don't mean to do so,

Although now you able to threaten her,

how if she changed her mind,

then you are in trouble.

Luckily Shangshi Lou and Shangyi Wang

is not in the palace tonight.

Even she wants informant

also no one will listen to her.

Aunt Lu, Bi

suddenly went to Justice Bureau

accuse YOU are a murderer

now the imperial maid from Justice Bureau

is looking for you.

Aunt

What should I do now?

How about

you go look for the imperial bodyguards, Gao Zhan,

since he helped you to enter palace

maybe this time he can save your life?

He Dan-Niang and I will help you

to handle those imperial maid.

You faster go find him.

Alright, I'll go now.

Sir,

Sir,

Sir,

Yes?

I am from Qingjing Hall,

I am the head of imperial maid,

I urgently need to meet Gao Zhan

could you help me to inform him?

Gao Zhan?

Over here there isn't such person.

How could that be possible?

He is the imperial bodyguard.

That day I went to Renshou Palace,

I saw his team over there.

I have no idea about it.

Over here there isn't

a person with surname Gao

How about Uncle Zhong? Could you please call him?

Uncle Zhong?

We also don't know about this person.

I think you better leave.

How could that be possible? Is he lying to me?

Impossible. What do he get if he lied to me?

Stand there. You are Lu Zhen from Qingjing Hall right?

Yes

Follow us to Justice Bureau

Someone accuse you murder

Arrest her

What are you doing, let go of me.

Bi Imperial maid

you drumming at this late night

who do you want to accuse?

Sir,

Lu Zhen, the imperial maid is

the murderer wanted by Board of Justice

and now she sneak into the palace

is obvious that she is planning of conspiracy

Hand me the accusation. Yes

ridiculous

you said she is a murderer

and still impersonate someone else's name

to enter the palace.

Sir, I am saying the truth.

My father is fifth class officer in Board of Justice

and he is the trial of this case

his detective has confirmed

Lu Zhen is the murderer.

Have a look, this is the documentation of Haibu

the portrait showed

the murderer is Lu Zhen.

Sir, Bi making the false accusation

last time, she used to

use the same reason to make false accusation on me

Luckily Shangshi Lou

had investigated

and proved I am innocent

Shangshi Lou

is deceived by you.

Shut up.

Hand me the proof. Yes.

The girl in the portrait

do look similar to Lu Zhen.

But the testimony isn't a strong proof

Lu Zhen, do you have any thing to say?

Sir, in this world,

there are many people look alike,

Even Confucius also has been mistaken

as the murderer, Yang Hu.

Sir, don't listen to her quibble.

Last time, she also used the same excuse to escape.

If you don't believe me,

I still have other ways

to proof that she is lying.

When she entered palace,

she used a fake official document.

If Sir can take the fake official document

and investigate it, the truth will be reveal.

You go to Ceremony Bureau and

take Lu Zhen's official document to me.

Yes

wait hold on

I really didn't

What you trying to say.

I really didn't kill people before.

Then what are you afraid of?

Wait till your official document is here

Whether you are in guilt or innocent,

I'll investigate.

If you are really innocent,

then Bi will get punishment for false accusation.

However if you really imitating someone else to enter the palace

I'll punish you according to palace's rule.

Don't blame for being cruel.

Your honor,

I went to Ceremony Bureau

but there don't have Lu Zhen's official document

Lu Zhen, how you going to explain for it.

Why should I explain?

The imperial maid's official document will be store in Ceremony Bureau,

and is not with me,

how would I know why it disappear.

Maybe there is someone set up a trap for me.

Liar, is obvious that you are guilty.

Sir,

I am He Dan-Niang from Qingjing Hall.

I heard that Sir

want to investigate on Lu Zhen's official document

So I am here to deliver the document

Sir

before the Empress pass away,

she heard that

there was someone trying to make false accusation on Lu Zhen

In order to prove that she is innocent,

she on purposely transferred Lu Zhen's official document

from Ceremony Bureau.

However,

the Empress pass away out of sudden.

So this official document

do not manage to return to Ceremony Bureau in time.

If Sir don't believe,

you may investigate on it.

So you are the Censor,

Lu Xiang's daughter.

Why don't you tell me earlier?

He sacrificed for the country,

I am really respect him.

Please stand and reply.

Since young, my father taught me to obey law and have good behaving

and not allowed to mention about our family background

Well family-educated.

Bi, have you see clearly,

this is Magistrate from Dongping Mansion

write this original official document meant for Lu Zhen

and Magistrate's stamp on it.

How could this be fake?

You as a second class imperial maid

connivance with the officer outside palace

to make false accusation on Lu Zhen

what's your main intention?

Sir

This official document must be fake one.

Sir Shangyi also see this before,

she said this is specially made from Nanjiang paper

You still lying? please have a clear look at it

the paper is turning yellowish

above it still have smoke stain

How could this be fake?

No, this is impossible.

Really impossible

Sir,

Bi hated

Lu Zhen for long times.

Last time she didn't follow the rule

not paying respect to Lu Zhen,

and still being bluster

saying that she not going to forgive us.

Those words also heard by other imperial maid

He Dan-Niang

Bi, do you think what He Dan-Niang said

is true?

Yes, but...

Alright, Bi

you trying act rude and make false accusation,

I need to apply heavy punishment on you,

or else, after today

everyone will come to

Justice Bureau to make false accusation.

Withdraw her official document

beat her up with the rod for 30 times

and expel her out from palace.

Yes Sir.

My father is an officer

how could you do this to me?

Sir!

Stop!

If that's the case,

according to imperial court's rule,

you may stay in palace

And lower your class to third

and reduce the punishment to 15 times

Drag her out for punishment.

Thank you, Sir for the investigation.

Since the truth is revealed

you may go back now.

Yes

He Dan-Niang

He Dan-Niang

He Dan-Niang

What's the matter?

How could the Empress

have my official document?

Or is it Aunt Yang did it?

You just don't question about it.

No, I want to know.

He Dan-Niang

the way you usually speak is disorderly,

But this time, you manage to speak fluently

must be someone taught you right?

Sister, you realized about it?

Faster say who is the person?

WW YOU pinch me?

I am planning to bring you go meet the person.

Let's go

Where are we going?

Why are you being so impatient,

Lu Zhen, long time didn't hear from you.

You become prettier

Yuan-Lu!

Please

Gao Zhan

Gao Zhan

Gao Zhan

Gao Zhan

How do you know I am here?

Well,

Yuan-Lu bring me here.

Or else who will be here?

Is that you help me to

fake the official document

This is serious crime which will be decapitated

Even you have a powerful family background

also can't do that.

You want to let others hear that?

And this is not a fake official document

This is originally

from the Magistrate from Dongping Mansion himself wrote it.

Lu Zhen, remember

from now on,

you are no longer Lu Zhen from Capital City

but fifth class defensive officer, Lu Xiang's daughter.

You followed your dad's will

to enter the palace.

Do you clear?

Since when

you helped me to arrange all this?

Since the first time

I meet you in palace.

Lu Zhen, don't worry,

Lu Xiang's wife and the Magistrate

are very close to my family.

From now on,

no one will dare to make false accusion on you that you sneak into palace.

Gao Zhan, you treat me so nice

and I don't even know about it. How should I thank you?

I know,

is there anything I can help you?

Is there anything I can help you?

No, no way,

this is not what I want,

I just hope that

from now on,

can you don't call my full name?

Can't you just promise me

with my little wish?

You! you lied to me again?

Alright,

faster tell me are you going to promise me or not?

Brother Gao,

Brother Gao!

Do you know our country

how many man with the surname Gao?

You calling me Brother Gao,

who knows who are you calling.

Zhan,

what? I can't hear you.

Call again.

Zhan,

what?

Zhan!

Now you have hear me right?

This girl!

Yes

just now I went to camp guard to find you,

why do the person there

said don't know you and Uncle Zhong.

Camp guard?

Is it the camp at the east?

I am the Emperor's bodyguard.

That's why

the Emperor allow me

to stay beside the Xiuwen Palace

why don't you tell me earlier?

Wasting my time go to the wrong palace.

The person there say he don't know you

I thought

you are lying to me again.

Alright, my fault.

He Dan-Niang know how to reach Yuan-Lu

So if next time you have urgent things to find me

you know what to do right?

Do you know how to play zither?

No

let me teach you

Look at the Emperor, with this skill

he can do anything he like.

If I am one tenth of him,

I'll be satisfied.

You?

You also need need to have that ability

I say you, why are you bullying people.

Eunuch

Eunuch also have dignity.

Alright, dignity!

You peeking don't you afraid of getting eye disease.

This also consider as peeking?

I am Emperor's eunuch,

what he doing also will let me know.

This is not consider as peeking.

Emperor's eunuch!

Speak so loudly

as like you're the officer.

No matter what, my post is still higher than you.

What others say, The prime minister's concierge only gets seventh class officer

your identity

is impossible to be fourth class

Fifth class perhaps

Go away!

Bi really get her punishment,

while she dragged out,

she has fainted.

The hatred between you and her

is getting deeper.

However, now

you have the identity, Defensive Officer's daughter.

The imperial bodyguard, Gao Zhan

treat you so nice.

Such a big trouble,

he has helped you to settled.

Lu Zhen, are both of you

couple?

No, aunt

we are just close friend.

Silly girl, there is nothing to be shy of.

We as Great Qi's women

compared to the Liang Country's

softy women is totally different.

As long as both are in love,

then shall say out.

Please be honest to me,

do you love him?

Alright, listen to my advice,

money can't buy your lover.

He is nice to you,

and with powerful background,

If you really like him,

then must let him know.

If both of you couple,

then you can no need to go for examination,

straight away marry him and be his wife.

The revenge for your dad

can be easily settled.

No way.

I must use my own ability to pass the examination

and ask judge to reinvestigate my dad's case.

A little girl like you

who is so stubborn

sure will suffer in the future.

Aunt, you realized about it?

I just want to let my dad can rest in peace.

He used to say

unfortunately I am not a son.

I don't understand,

why women in this world

have to be in lower rank than men?

At that time, I swore

from now on,

I sure can do better than men,

never allow the men to look down at women.

Alright, is OK not to depend on him,

but Gao Zhan is a nice man.

You shouldn't let go of him.

Sir, please help me.

Tonight, I must

meet my dad.

Bi,

is not that I don't want to help,

but Sir Shen is busy now,

I think that is better you don't go to disturb him.

What happened to my dad.

The female officer from Ceremony Bureau

make accusation of your dad adultery with a internal officer

to have secret communication.

If wasn't Eunuch Wang controlled the situation,

he might not be able to protect his officer post.

Now your dad has returned home to wait for punishment.

Sir, please stop drinking,

and have this medicine.

Yuan-Shou,

Sir, I have

read this 3 volumes

alright

This few days you may not need to serve me.

Still have few days to the examination,

how is your revision?

Those you asked me to memorize,

Women's Commandments and Historical Records

I have finished reading.

And the palace's ceremony booklet,

I have almost finish.

This is so unfair for those imperial maid who just entered palace

to have examination on Records of the Grand Historian and Women's Commandments

Shangshi Lou and Shangyi Wang

also can't differentiate on the character in the the book,

also can be fifth class officer.

Of course,

how can them be compared with you?

You are selected by the previous Emperor

to be the imperial maid.

You are good at praising

Let me tell you,

for this female-officer examination, first pan is paper-based,

You

may focus on praising His Majesty,

as long as write all the compliment about The Emperor

no one will dare to fail you.

The last pan is talent-based.

You need to be extra hard working.

Don't worry,

Aunt Yang has bring me

to the Treasure Bureau,

the aunt there has taught me

how to attend the exam.

Sir, please take the medicine while warm.

What happened to your hand?

This is due to

my careless during sewing.

I

Don't lie to me.

At Qingjing Hall, there isn't any concubines staying there,

and you are the head of imperial maid

who is preparing for examination,

why do you need to sew

at this moment.

Let me guess,

you must have a lover,

so in the midnight,

you'll wake up to sew wallet for him.

Sir! Lu Zhen,

listen to me,

In the palace, thousand of imperial maid,

have been taught by me.

Only you, Lu Zhen,

I don't care

who is your lover.

But if you dare to focus only on love,

and don't manage to pass the examination,

I'll kill you!

Yes

The emperor's instruction:

So this examination will have some changes.

Previously we only accept one candidate,

but this year we have two candidates pass the examination

both are first class head of imperial maid,

which are the role model.

If they can success,

I will offer wine to congratulate them.

If there is someone

try to cheat in the examination,

or disobey the rule,

will be disqualified.

Yes.

Raise your head

you have recovered.

Arrival of the Emperor.

stop

Lu Zhen.

You still remember me?

Not right, not right

reply to your question, I am Lu Zhen.

Raise

Thanks, your Majesty.

Accompany me to have a walk, I have question to ask you.

Your Majesty, the imperial doctor said you are not allowed..

What?

Last time you dashed into Zhao Yang Palace at night,

how brave are you!

But this time just asking you to accompany me

you say you don't dare?

Lu Zhen is so intensely.

Yes. Even the Emperor also like her.

Really have great ability.

No need to be nervous,

I wouldn't eat you.

Yes. Let's go.

I heard you are attending the Female officer's examination of this year,

yes, your Majesty,

I have been valued by the Emperor and Empress,

and was luckily being upgraded as first class imperial maid.

Alright,

don't you be so serious.

Just chat with me as usual then will be OK,

don't be shy.

This is not allowed,

when facing the Emperor has to pay respect.

I don't want

let the imperial bodyguard

to catch me again.

No bad.

You know about Han Feizi

No wonder Zhan,

he is a friend of mine

since I was a prince.

Zhan told me that before.

Both of you love each other?

Is my fault!

I hope that you can investigate

that there are nothing between Gao Zhan and me,

only friendship,

without any relationship.

Having secret communication with Gao Zhan

also my fault.

Hope that you don't blame Gao Zhan.

Please punish me only.

Stand up.

I don't mean to blame you,

I know you are helping him,

I am glad.

But in his head,

you are someone special to him.

I have know him for long time,

this is his first time

interested towards a girl.

Your Majesty, please have you tea.

Your Majesty, is time to sleep.

Chaise Xiao is waiting for you at Hanguang Palace.

I have forget about the time when chatting with you.

Lu Zhen, you must be hard working

to pass the examination

I will promulgate you as the female officer.

Thank you, your Majesty.

And

next time don't keep calling yourself as slave.

Please raise.

Yes

Depart

Yes

Your Majesty,

Yes?

Your Majesty,

It has been 10 days

I don't hear from Gao Zhan.

Do you know where is he?

Gao Zhan

is helping me to serve the Messenger from Wei Country.

So he is not in the palace now. You are missing him right?

Our country girl

is brave to express their feeling.

I'll help you to settle

tomorrow night,

please go to the Penglai Pavilion beside the lake,

I'll ask him to meet you there.

Thank you, your majesty!

The Emperor go to Hanguang Palace again

This kid,

there is so many

pretty concubine he don't care,

only love the Chaise Xiao.

Aunt, please be open minded,

don't sad because of this small matter, doesn't worth it.

This is not small matter!

The Emperor doesn't fall in love

with other concubine,

then I wouldn't get to have grandchild.

If I don't have grandchild,

will let the Gao Zhan become King.

Since Chaise Xiao was young

I really don't like her

enchanting look.

Doesn't look like a Princess

but a fox.

Look at her,

Few days ago, she suggested to the Emperor

to pass the task to Gao Zhan,

and the Emperor never reconsider it.

How if Gao Zhan and Wei Country make a deal,

then our country will be destroyed.

Aunt,

please allow me to speak.

Now the Emperor is concerning about the political affairs

This small matter, let Gao Zhan handle

and if he didn't handle well,

next time the Emperor will know

in this world

is either mother or brother treat him better.

Please don't worry

Prince Changguang will not show any disadvantage to our country.

Besides that, in the imperial court

still have my dad will help.

Aunt,

please don't worry about Emperor

only love the Chaise Xiao.

Today, Yu-Yi

told me an interesting things.

Really

The Emperor has chatted with her

for two hours

and still allowed her don't need to call herself as slave.

In the end,

still support her to stand.

Which imperial maid is that?

Bring her here to let me have a look.

Aunt, please wait patiently,

Lu Zhen.

Last time I brought her here before,

do you still remember?

Last time Shangyi Wang and I

fought until the Renshou Palace.

I remembered.

But the the girl has speckles on her face.

She has recovered,

and she look

like Chaise Xiao.

This girl

is I brought her into the palace,

she is smart

no wonder The Emperor likes her.

As long as The Emperor likes her,

I shall see the Chaise Xiao still can impose for how long.

However, this cannot be rushed,

if let the Emperor

she is siding us,

then he wouldn't be happy.

In my opinion, we observe first,

wait until the right timing

only you allow her to become Empress

also possible.

But this girl is very ambitious

she going to take the examination.

Really

I remembered she did a the Longevity Curtain,

she is a scheming person.

I am afraid that my son is a slow temper,

he will forget about her the next day.

No, Yu-Yi told me that

the Emperor has invited her

tomorrow night,

at the lakeside.

That's great!

Why he haven't reach yet?

Gao Zhan, if you still not coming

then I don't want to give you.

What's this?

Return it to me!

Return it to me!

Return it to me!

You sew this?

Look at this sewing not that beautiful.

The lace also not neat.

Is not for you! None of your business.

Really not for me?

Of course, this is

while waiting for you

simply sew something.

I thought you asked the Emperor to call me here

is to give me something important want to give this to me?

No I just...

what?

I

am Chaise Xiao' people,

I want to give this waistband to you

Although the sewing is not that nice,

but hope you would accept it.

What do you think

I'll accept this waistband?

What do you think

I'll accept this waistband?

Gao Zhan,

shut up. I don't allow you to call me like this.

Lu Zhen, although we met for few times,

but that was nothing.

Don't you should stay in Qingjing Hall,

why do you come here?

I

Alright,

since Princess Chang

send you here,

but please remember

next time when you talk or do anything,

please think about your identity.

Gao Zhan, what happened to you?

Stop talking,

I have helped you for few times,

but I feel

I have pay back

what I owed you.

About this thing,

I am not interested.

Next time if there is nothing don't come to disturb me.

The person Lu Zhen want to meet is not The Emperor

How come become Prince Changguang?

Seemed like

Lu Zhen likes Prince Changguang,

The Emperor is just helping them.

How could I forget

Lu Zhen enter the palace due to Princess Chang

Her target is not The Emperor

but Prince Changguang.

Then,

can we still used Lu Zhen?

Why not?

Don't you see Prince Changguang is not interested with her?

I don't understand what happened.

Now,

Lu Zhen will hate Prince Changguang,

if the Emperor is interested in her,
