There are many annotation on it

Although the mist of Northern Yi

is like flocks and yurts

But in Western Regions

There were people who saw mirage

Mirage? Oh yes

When My dad and I

were doing business with Rouran caravan

We saw mirage before

Why do you know about this?

Why can't an odalisque know about this?

Don't you bother Siyi Du

Since she got leposry

Her behavior becomes weird

I heard people say

She was a female officer

who takes care of history books

But now

She just can take care of our place

Female officer? Yes

Why you read this Records of the Grand Historian?

I heard that after this

An odalisque who wants to take the female officer's examination

will need to read this book

That's why I take and read it

You want to become a female officer?

Did you hear it?

This fourth class odalisque

is relaxing at Meditation Institute

but dreaming to become a female officer

I am not dreaming

My illness is almost fully recovered

My illness is almost fully recovered

Maybe there's one day

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou will ask someone

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou will ask someone

to take me back

Since the harem allows

odalisque to take exam

to become female officer

Then why can't I give it a try?

Then why can't I give it a try?

Take you back?

You've been staying here

for few days already

Did you see any odalisque

is taken back?

Don't you know everyone will enter

this place without going out again?

I don't care

When I first came to this place

Wasn't it messy like an unmarked graveyard?

After putting some efforts

Isn't it better now?

I have been staying here for eight years

This is the first time I met

an odalisque who is still expecting something before her death

You must judge everything correctly

Otherwise you won't come

to this place while

you are a sixth class odalisque

and wait the death with us You

Madam, if nothing else

I got to go

Stop, I want to talk to you

If I can make you

leave this Meditation Institute

What will you do to return a favor to me?

Records of the Grand Historian, Three Schemes about Heaven and People

Gongyangzhuan Oh God

This is comparable

to the half of Chongwen Library

I've been emulating Ban Zhao for my life

Late emperor hired me

into palace with good pay

to take care of history books

These collection are nothing

Madam, I never know

you're so knowledgeable

Please forgive me for my offense before this

Please forgive me for my offense before this

I don't need apology

I want to make a deal with you

Please tell me straightforwardly

Please tell me straightforwardly

I am ambitious for my life

I wrote annotation for History of the Former Han

and Records of the Grand Historian

But unfortunately before having enough time

to edit and copy transcripts

I got this weird diseases

If you need someone to copy them

I'm willing to do this job for you

Do you think I drank

few bowls of your plaintain water

and I'll choose you?

Sit down

Write few words and let me see

Yes

Heaven and earth are a furnace

Lucks are the workers

Yin and Yang are the coals, all living things are the coppers

You know Jia Yi's saying

Your writing is not bad

But it's not so good either

Madam

I had a teacher in my house

for three years

I did study for awhile before

I knew when I saw you for the first time

You're not good in study

You're not good in study

I still want to test you

Ospreys singing on the river island

What does it mean?

My teacher says

It is praying the virtue of Empress

But I think

it's referring to the

flirting between a couple at the riverside

Not bad

Alright, I'll ask someone

to bring over those transcripts

for you later on

Help me to edit everyday

Don't write any wrong word

Be serious

Upon finishing a roll

Take it back to me once

Take it back? Back to where?

I'll send you to Qingjing Hall later

I'll send you to Qingjing Hall later

You mean

I can go back now?

No one can take you away

But I can send you out

No matter what

I'm a sixth-grade female officer

Thanks

I promise to copy them nicely

I promise to copy them nicely

without any error

I go to pack my things first

Madam, why don't you let me

copy those transcripts at here?

Do you think that

I'll believe someone

who remember Jia Yi's Funiaofu

who remember Jia Yi's Funiaofu

would stay here

and wait the death with me?

Kid

You just serve me for few days

and fall sick

I heard they say

you were sent to be healed

I'm still worrying about you

Let me take a look

You become slimmer

But you look energetic

Yes

Really thanks to Sister Liu-Xu

and Sister He-Rui who

helped me to hire a doctor

That's why I can

recover so fast

That's what we should do

If you take medicine according to time

You'll surely recover soon

So, Imperial Crown Princess

Do take good care of your body

So that all of us

could look forward again

Right, I learned how to make

honey dates cake at other place

If you're free to take a walk outside on tomorrow

I'll pick some dates back

to make it for you

Great

Come, take a seat

I tell you what

You must eat more

because you're too slim

Xiao Huan-Yun this bitch

How could she approach my guys?

Aunt, she has been

opposing us all the while

You don't have to be so mad about it

You don't have to be so mad about it

But I just feel bad for Yu-Qiao

Gao Zhan doesn't approach any girl

We used a year to let her...

We used a year to let her...

Bad luck for her

The Xiuwen Hall of Gao Zhan

is guarded thoroughly

Without Yu-Qiao

It's not easy to arrange

other person to go into it

Aunt, don't worry

Isn't he take the medicine along this?

Isn't he take the medicine along this?

I've sent more people

to monitor him for these two days

I'm very sure Gao Zhan couldn't

Play any trick

Let's go

The new favorite is here

Your dates cake

is done by a third-grade odalisque

You really have a wishful thinking

Sister Liu-Xu, you've misunderstood

I didn't mean that

I just want to serve Imperial Crown Princess well

I just want to serve Imperial Crown Princess well

Stop pretending

If you really want to

show yourself in front of Imperial Crown Princess

I couldn't say anything either

But don't blame me after this

for not taking good care of you

Why sighing?

It's because of you

Last time you said

you'll come to visit me

In the end I am sick for such a long time

and where did you go?

You're sick? Since when?

Come, put on the cloak

No, I can't

Just put it on

Don't pretend you're OK

At first

I wanted to get you

out of Qingjing Hall

But I had a thought later on

Here is the marginalized palace

where is separated from the fight in harem

Moreover

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou

is like the grandma of me

She likes you very much

That's why I think to stay here

is a good thing for you

I like Imperial Crown Princess too

Lu Zhen

Who are you talking to?

No one

I didn't talk to anyone

I saw a man was here

I saw a man was here

Sister, I think you saw wrongly

No

Really no

Then what is this?

Tell me

Which man did you date quietly?

I didn't

Don't want to tell me?

I'll send you to Chamberlain Bureau later

You'll get whiped twice

and you'll admit everything

I really didn't do anything

Let's go

Bring her to the Chamberlain Bureau

I didn't

I really didn't

It's so late now, want to tie who up?

Imperial Crown Princess, why are you here?

The wind is strong tonight

If you get cold

Doctor will nag again

I'm asking you

Did you hear it?

Reporting to Imperial Crown Princess

Lu Zhen dated a man secretly at outside

The...

That is belonged to the bad man

This is emperor's cloak

This is the thing

you said belonged to a bad man?

My eyes were blinded

I never know this is emperor's cloak

Usually

You all think I have a good temper

and you all can do things with impunity

But this emperor's cloak

was put for a long time

and you all never

take it out to be dried under the sun

why?

Today I ask Lu Zhen

to take it out to be dried

and it is needed to get a trial case?

Lu Zhen, come here

Yes

Listen to me carefully

I like this Lu Zhen

I like this Lu Zhen

Nobody can bully her

Nobody can bully her

Liu-Xu

Inform the Chamberlain Bureau on tomorrow

Inform the Chamberlain Bureau on tomorrow

that I would like to

promote her as second-grade odalisque

If anyone of you

dares to be a double face again

During the new year

When I meet His Majesty

I'll complain to him about you all

We don't dare, we got it

All of you go back Yes

Good girl, don't be afraid

Just a private dating with imperial bodyguard

We're the children from grassland

This is nothing

Just now he came to beg me

I saw it

He is a good boy

Don't think too much

Go back and take a rest first

Don't need to work anymore

Thanks, Imperial Crown Princess

Lu Zhen My good sister

You're different now

You're different now

How can you live at a place like here?

Follow me to live at the west

A person gets a room each over there

And it is bigger than here a lot

Let's go

Help your sister to pack her things

Yes Let me do it

Aunt Lu

May I put your thins at here?

Don't be like this

We're still sisters

Don't be like this

I heard about what happened to you

For these few years

There's no any four-grade odalisque

can become a second-grade in two days

You're famous now

This is acasia honey

given by Sister Liu-Xu

It tastes sweet

Acasia honey? Food again?

Thanks, aunt

Any other order for me?

I got to go

No

Yes, put it on, it's nice

Thanks

What?

You want to poison Imperial Crown Princess?

Be quiet

This is not poison

I get it from other

It's almond flour

If Imperial Crown Princess eats this

She will get fever

What if other knows about it?

What if other knows about it?

Who will know if you don't tell anyone?

I want to teach Lu Zhen a lesson

I want to teach Lu Zhen a lesson

She just came for a shod time

and the whole Qingjing Hall

is under her control now

Sister Liu-Xu

Imperial Crown Princess favors her only for now

Look around the palace

No one cares about us anymore

But you can't...

When we served Imperial Crown Princess

She was sick for four to five years

After Lu Zhen came

for only a month

She can sleep and walk now

If this is known by Chamberlain Bureau

We wouldn't have good days after this

It's fine if we just get scolded

The worst thing is...

Why the little imperial bodyguard

still hasn't come to visit you

for such a long time?

Imperial Crown Princess

Alright

Tell me quickly. Don't hide it from me

He asked someone to send over a letter

and said he is busy recently

Do you want me to help

both of you to get...

Imperial Crown Princess

I think I better

help you to go there and take a rest

Don't know why

Since I drank the medicine yesterday

I keep feeling dizzy all the time

Imperial Crown Princess

Imperial Crown Princess, someone please

Someone please, help

Get the doctor quickly

Yes, get the doctor here, now

Imperial Crown Princess

Imperial Crown Princess, wake up

Quick, quick

Sister, how?

Why Imperial Crown Princess is sick like this today?

Why you're panic?

When you put the drug

Wasn't you brave?

Now you're scared?

If she dies

We can leave Qingjing Hall

We can leave Qingjing Hall

Right

Why I never thought of it before this?

For these few days

Just don't bother

about the things of Imperial Crown Princess

Even if Chamberlain Bureau

wants to put a blame

The person will be Lu Zhen

You never see Miss Lu?

No

Qingjing Hall is in chaos now

Qingjing Hall is in chaos now

I heard Imperial Crown Princess falls sick suddenly

Miss Lu is her close odalisque

That's why she can't run away for any second

Did the hospital send someone to there?

Yes

But it is a nine-grade doctor

But it is a nine-grade doctor

I think those odalisque don't

serve Imperial Crown Princess wholeheartedly

serve Imperial Crown Princess wholeheartedly

Other than few close friends of Miss Lu

The other just muddle through it

The other just muddle through it

Miss Lu is very busy

for every single second

So we don't have the chance

to send her letter too

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou is a nice person

Last time she didn't recognize me

but she still helped us

I can't let her suffer

Yuan-Lu

Help me go to

say hello to Shangyi Wang

say hello to Shangyi Wang

Just say I heard

the people don't serve

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou well at Qingjing Hall

Ask her to take care of this place

Yes

You all as the odalisque

but never served your master well

Honored Consort gave an order

If Her Majesty hears

this kind of incident again

You all will be punished severely

Yes

Do your works

Aunt, please help me

to say some good words

about me in front of Her Majesty

Saying a taboo

This Qingjing Hall

is a marginalized palace

Many odalisque know

Imperial Crown Princess is sick

and they are starting to think bad things

Everyone thinks if Imperial Crown Princess dies

Everyone thinks if Imperial Crown Princess dies

and they will get a chance

to get out from here

Stop dreaming

Don't forget

Imperial Crown Princess is from Qihu

If she said something before dies

You all will have to die with her

Sister

What she said is real?

I heard of the custom of Qihu too

I heard of the custom of Qihu too

But that was their old rule

But that was their old rule

We shouldn't panic

Maybe she just trying to fool us

But if it's true, then we...

Enough, cheer up

Now what?

You want everybody know about this?

Sister, you have stay here for the whole day

Go to take a rest

No

Imperial Crown Princess's fewer just reduced

I'm worrying about her

I hope I can replace you to stay here

I hope I can replace you to stay here

But I knew I tend to mess up everything

But I knew I tend to mess up everything

Sister, why you don't ask

Liu-Xu and He-Rui to replace you?

Liu-Xu and He-Rui to replace you?

You should know them very well

You should know them very well

They won't take it seriously

They don't dare to do so now

Since the people from Chamberlain Bureau is here

There is a dramatically change

within this Qingjing Hall

As per the imperial doctor's advice

Imperial Crown Princess's condition is getting better

Imperial Crown Princess's condition is getting better

As long as she takes the medicine and injection timely

She will recover soon

Bring me the medicine then

Go

Any news?

Did they say anything?

They said three years ago there was a case

in which maids were buried alive with their deceased master

The queen of Jin palace is Qihu

When she died

The four maids who served her

were buried alive with her

The ladies inside

is Qihu's princess

If she wants us to be buried alive with her

I think His Majesty will definitely agree

She wants us to die together with her?

No way, as long as she still unconscious

She won't be able to decreed

It looks like

we have the same opinion

It's impossible to keep this as secret

I must ask them

to do it together

in order to make sure our plan is successful

We must do it as soon as possible

before the Imperial Crown Princess regain conscious

before the Imperial Crown Princess regain conscious

She had moved to west wing

It's late now, I'm not convenient to go there

You go there and tell her that

Gao Zhan is looking for her

Ask her to go to the garden

Gao Zhan

But your name is Gao, isn't it?

I understand now

You still using this old tactic?

You still using this old tactic?

I have used this tactic

since long time ago to

chase the maid of honor

I have used it many times

Enough, Yuan-Lu

You don't know the an of speaking

You only speak nonsense

Miss Lu, Miss Lu

You sleep like a pig

How come the prince will fall in love with you?

You are a pervert

How dare you try to take advantage on me?

Shhh...Be quiet

Miss Lu

Shut up, I'm Yuan-Lu

The prince. . .No

Gao Zhan asked me to come to you

You don't know him?

No, you should know him

You can't be like this

Listen

Dan-Niang, listen to me

You, you guys...

You are not Miss Lu

You are Miss Lu

Sister, sister

He is a pervert

He is trying to take advantage on me

Who is pervert?

Dan-Niang, he is not a pervert

He is a superintendent

Ms. Lu, you are really a wise person

You said I'm a pervert?

Look at yourself

You think I will take advantage on you?

Look at your little body

You thought you can become a pervert?

No way

I----

I must kill you

I must kill you

Actually you don't need to worry

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou will be safe

I'm worry about you

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou told me that

although she just saw you once

although she just saw you once

But because of me

you dare to go

to ask for her help

She feels that it is

worth to be friend with you

I don't think she said so

I don't think she said so

But don't worry

Although she is not around

Although she is not around

I will still stay with you and

take care of you

These two days I need to go out

as the emperor asked me to do something

I afraid that I won't be so convenient to come here

So you must take good care

of yourself these few days

Same to you

Besides that, you must make yourself stronger

so that you can leave here earlier

In this way your step mother

In this way your step mother

won't be able to harm you anymore

won't be able to harm you anymore

I never thought that

you have such long-term plan

The three most important

things in a man's life are

get promoted, get rich, and get married

If I'm able to get

the first and second things

Is that means that

I will able to get married soon?

I will able to get married soon?

Stop

Or I won't talk to you again

Zhen

It's late now

I need to go now

I will come again

after I come back

Yuan-Lu, let's go

Sister, that person

is your lover?

You are talking nonsensically

We are just friend

Don't worry

I won't tell anyone

You...

Faster bring me the

the Imperial Crown Princess's dregs of decoction

Faster

Sister He-Rui, what are you doing?

None of your business, let's go

Stop, what is this? Dregs of decoction

The imperial doctor asked us to

keep the dregs of decoction

keep the dregs of decoction

Why are you...

What are you doing?

Fast, bring them down

As long as you don't make any noise

I will let you go

What you want to do

with the Imperial Crown Princess's medicine?

I don't think you want to know the reason

You...You are trying to harm the Imperial Crown Princess?

I want to lodge a report at Chamberlain Bureau

Go now

You thought I will afraid?

Let me tell you

The Imperial Crown Princess's health condition is not very good

The Imperial Crown Princess's health condition is not very good

She is going to die soon

Once she regains conscious

She will definitely decreed

that all of us need to be

buried alive together with her

Impossible

They also didn't believe it this morning

But after they heard the news from others

But after they heard the news from others

But after they heard the news from others

Now they agreed to join us

Lu Zhen

I know that you are very kind

But you can't sacrifice

our lives because of the Imperial Crown Princess

our lives because of the Imperial Crown Princess

Yeah, Lu Zhen

Yeah, Lu Zhen

Look at them

You really want them

to be buried alive

together with Imperial Crown Princess?

The consort is very kind

She won't do that

No matter how

I won't allow you guys

to harm the Imperial Crown Princess

Dan-Niang, let's go

We will keep this as a secret

We will keep this as a secret

But you guys better behave yourselves

Let's go

Enough, stop crying

Go out first

Why you didn't kill her just now?

Why you didn't kill her just now?

You don't understand

If someone die now

If someone die now

The Chamberlain Bureau will definitely start to investigate

Don't worry

This matter can involve a lot of people

She won't dare to do anything

No

I'm still worrying about Lu Zhen

As the saying goes

We must eliminate all the possible enemy

Sister, what should we do?

They are now trying to harm the Imperial Crown Princess

What should we do?

I don't know

Do you think they will kill us?

Do you think they will kill us?

I don't want to die

I have many food that haven't try yet

I still want to eat my favorite crisp cookies

I still want to eat my favorite crisp cookies

Dan-Niang, calm down

They didn't do anything just now

I don't think they will do it now

We must think a way to save our lives

We must ask someone to help us

We must ask someone to help us

Don't worry, not a big deal

I don't understand why are you so scared

This is just a small issue

That's a big issue

Imperial Crown Princess is a kind person

Kind person?

There is no kind person here in the palace

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou is died

She went to the paradise

It's better than she continues to suffer here

It's better than she continues to suffer here

Why are you so afraid?

The two ladies tried to

send you here in order

to torture you

But at the end they didn't successful

Madam, what do you meant?

Can you make it more clear?

How are you going to become a mud lady

if you don't understand this simple situation?

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou's sickness is not your responsibility

Imperial Crown Princess Zhou's sickness is not your responsibility

Even if she regain conscious

It's none of your business

That's it

If Imperial Crown Princess Zhou still in coma

You won't be asked to be buried alive with her

No matter what Liu-Xu going to do

You don't need to get involved in it

If the Imperial Crown Princess dies

The Chamberlain Bureau will definitely

punish then for not taking good care of the Imperial Crown Princess

punish then for not taking good care of the Imperial Crown Princess

If they are sentenced to death because of this

If they are sentenced to death because of this

If they are sentenced to death because of this

then Imperial Crown Princess Zhou can rest in peace

then Imperial Crown Princess Zhou can rest in peace

That can't be

Imperial Crown Princess is...

Enough

I'm telling you this

because you help me

to manage my manuscript

Otherwise I will just ignore you

This is my advise to you

You can make your own decision

Don't worry

Even if you are buried alive with the Imperial Crown Princess

Even if you are buried alive with the Imperial Crown Princess

The government will surely

compensate you on this

I don't need to burn anything to you

during Hungry Ghost Festival

Yuan-Shou, send the visitor out

If I were you

I will just stay in my house within these two days

I will just stay in my house within these two days

to prevent others trying to frame me

to prevent others trying to frame me

Lu Zhen already went back

That night

is the most difficult night for Lu Zhen

in the palace

She found out that

to watch something happen without

doing anything is a burden for her

doing anything is a burden for her

What happened?

Why the Imperial Crown Princess's condition suddenly deteriorate?

Why the Imperial Crown Princess's condition suddenly deteriorate?

You guys didn't take good care of her?

Aunt Ruan, sorry for interrupting

Imperial Crown Princess is very old

Her condition will surely tend to fluctuate

Her condition will surely tend to fluctuate

You shouldn't waste your time

to blame the maid

You better save your time and prepare earlier

In your opinion

How many days left?

Minimum 3-5 days

Maximum 7-8 days

Well noted

This seems to be God's will

Aunt Ruan

Imperial Crown Princess is very ill now

I think her condition won't turn better

by only medicine and injection

Maybe we should try Sorcerer's dance

Imperial Crown Princess is Qihu people

I heard that their witch-doctor is very efficacious

If we are able to invite the witch-doctor

to exorcise the evil spirit for Imperial Crown Princess

Maybe this can turn things better

Although I don't believe on this

Although I don't believe on this

But I also heard that Qihu's witch-doctors

have their own ways to treat the ill people

Especially to their own people

Especially to their own people

Madam, Imperial Crown Princess is very kind and amiable

Madam, Imperial Crown Princess is very kind and amiable

Please get a witch-doctor to bless her

I can't make decision on this

I need to ask the permission from the Honored Consort

Wait, what is going on?

Don't go before you explain it to me

He-Rui, what did you meant just now?

Actually my opinion is same with you

Actually my opinion is same with you

I feel regret for trying to poison Imperial Crown Princess

I feel regret for trying to poison Imperial Crown Princess

I have been recited the scriptures for her

for around 5-6 years

How could I watch her die

without doing anything?

If I'm able to get the witch-doctor to treat her

If I'm able to get the witch-doctor to treat her

At least I can do something to save her

I don't believe you are so kind

It's up to you whether you want to believe it or not

How to save Imperial Crown Princess's life?

Faster tell us

According to the Tengri

Imperial Crown Princess will recover

with a prescription by God

What kind of prescription is that?

Among all of you

Who is Imperial Crown Princess's most favorite person?

The consort's will recover

after drank the soup

cook by her flesh

He is just bullshitting

There is no such vicious way

to save people's life

Lu Zhen, why are you so anxious?

The doctor never say to

prepare the soup with your flesh

You afraid of death?

You are not willing to save the

Imperial Crown Princess's life with your flesh?

In my opinion

Imperial Crown Princess shouldn't promote you

You have just promoted to

the second-class imperial maid

But in this critical moment...

Stop bullshitting

Obviously you guys are standing together to...

What are you guys doing?

Dan-Niang, let sister Lu go

Let us go

Madam

Lu Zhen is the Imperial Crown Princess's

most favorite maid

Unfortunately she is a coward

She refused to sacrifice

for her master in this critical moment

This is the business of Qingjing Hall

You guys should decide it yourself

Yes

Lu Zhen, don't worry

We only need little of your flesh

Only little of it

We won't hurt you

This is a good chance for you

to show loyalty to your master

No

Stop

Stop the monkey business

La-Mei, why are you here?

Shangshi Officer asked me

to come here to take a look

to come here to take a look

Look, witch-doctor is here

and Lu Zhen is tied up

You guys are performing an opera?

You. . .let her go

No way, aunt

Shut up

I shouldn't trying to poke and pry

as this is Qingjing Hall's business

But what is happening here

is too over

Even Shangshi Officer also

couldn't stand on this

and asked me to come and take a look

Aunt Ruan

You have been following the Honored Concubine

and Shangyi Officer

for quite a long time

You still don't know

what they are trying to do?

You allowed them to simply

get the flesh from a living person?

If the emperor know about this

and punish you because of this

and punish you because of this

and punish you because of this

Are you able to afford that?

L..l didn't meant it

From your uniform I knew that you are a first-class maid

Yes. As a first-class maid

You must be the most favorite maid

of the Imperial Crown Princess

Since you believe the

witch-doctor so much

You should sacrifice yourself

by cutting your flesh

to cook the soup for the Imperial Crown Princess

No, please don't do that

Please don't kill me

Silly girl

You still remember how

you tried to persuade Lu Zhen just now?

This is a good chance for you

to show your loyalty to your master

Do it now

Shangshi Officer is still

waiting for my update

Good sister

Just a little flesh

You can still keep your life if you do it yourself

Maybe the Imperial Crown Princess

will recover with your flesh

Maybe you will have your freedom after this

Go to get her flesh now

and cook the soup for the Imperial Crown Princess
