For the last six months I've been experiencing artist block.

No matter what I do, nothing seems to work.

If I don't manage to paint something, this might be the end of my career as an

artist.

My friend here says he knows a new method to help me beat my artist block.

He says it's all the rage in Europe.

It's called free use.

Let's just say I'm a bit skeptical about it.

I know he's the best art critic in the world, but does he really know how to

help artists?

There's just one way to find out.

Just a calm, peaceful stillness.

That is where the inspiration comes from.

So I'm just supposed to clear my mind and the inspiration will come.

You must let go of all your fears, your doubt, and your disbelief.

Free your mind and feel the inhibitions evaporate.

There's no place for them here.

I mean, I don't know how this is going to bring me inspiration.

Um, it depends.

chaos and the beauty of Mother Earth?

I guess I feel a little something but like usually I have visions and I'm

seeing my work come on paper and I just can't

see it.

When you lose your center remember to return to focus on your breathing and

stillness.

What do they do different in Europe?

Because like, you know, it's just not, it's not working here.

Can't clear my head.

Too many distractions, you know?

It's just like, I'm so distracted by all my thoughts, all my feelings, all my

emotions.

Everything that I've always wanted, you know? I just, I usually portray that on

the, on the canvas and it just,

coming into my brain.

Instead of focusing on the block, focus on the freedom of your

soul and the expression of your heart.

I'm starting to get a little hinge of inspiration.

Just a hinge.

Focus on that.

Let it enter your being.

Well, I learned in India, and then I moved my practice to Europe before

I ended up in California.
