for shorts I had two channels

which I made like 3 to 5 k a month from them

uh for like 4

5 months and after that uh

the the wave of demonetization came and we got hit

every channel got hit for unattending content

every channel yeah bro

it was the same for us in long form it was crazy bro

so I I also I I uh back in the time uh

I got offered to join MCN or something like MCN

I joined Media Cube say I'm with them yeah

and I hit one video with 700 k

I saw that you can make a lot of money

because this video made me like 2.1 k

I was only just stressing what is the next video post

the topics

I think there is a different methods for the ideation

it's hard for me to explain to

I wanted to do this niche for the animals

it's AI animals I think yeah

this is AI and I wanted this to do it

but to transfer it to new channel

and to be only about the pangolin animals

and the videos to be more longer

because I saw he post like 9 minutes videos

and after that

I'm not sure if this is the right stuff to do

after that I got

I got the link for this video and for this video

and in my cloth I have a one 1 chat

which is for um

to make an analysis

and I run the the ideas and I told chat

GPT to bend the outliers and to give you more ideas

which are close to the original one

and I got these ideas

it's all about the pangolin that that's the the animal

the pangolin that walks on two legs

no teeth no jaw muscles

the pangolin chews with its stomach instead

so basically all the ideas right now for this channel

for the new channel that I want to create

for this pangolin animal are based on the

these two outlaws and they are connected

I think with without laws

and right now Andrew told me

he sold these ideas

and he told me to check them in YouTube

to see how many people are doing it

and something like that but uh

right now this is the problem

I don't understand if all this strategy is OK

and what exactly should I search now in YouTube OK

unsatisfying or off putting

you've definitely done the right thing of looking at a

channel and being able to tell what is working right

because it is evident that the bangle is like massive

right people wanna know

uh more about it

uh and it's just like

I don't know if you saw but like maybe a month ago

like killer whales was like

a huge fucking outlier on YouTube overall

like so many video like

so many videos talking about killer whales

just got crazy first so yeah

like it's some I'm seeing like a similar theme here

um and yeah

I like the strategy of launching a channel

particularly centred around pangolins

that you just have to be prepared for it to be like

uh I don't know

a little bit um

I don't know capped

I guess because um

often what I see animal channels do uh

is like test with a lot of like similar

like animals or just different animals

but in uh different

how do I say it

I just never see a channel focus only about one animal

because then it's

cause then it's like you know

when you create a channel

you wanna always come in with like

a blue ocean strategy which means

you have the audience profile that you wanna hit

and then you have like maybe different animals

or different scenarios that you test on the channel

but uh

and then you go you go about that

so it's not just like pangolin in this case

it'll be other animals

but maybe the same sort of like triggers apply

so

maybe you can find another interesting animal that has

a unique way of survival right

because people are probably interested in the pangolin

for its survival methods or whatever

so and I'm sure there's other

interesting animals

that maybe have some traction on YouTube

that also carry those similar uh

qualities so then you can create like videos about that

so but you're definitely

going in the right way of prioritizing

the animal that has the most data

backing it right

and then if it doesn't work

we can uh

yeah try kind of like other adjacent areas

uh does that kind of make sense

so you're telling me this is uh

okay method to find uh

new topics about uh

the new channel

I don't see anything particularly flawed with this

I would just say what's very important is to be super

super thorough with your research right

method for searching other channels

so just make sure that when you're entering a niche

you've done like crazy crazy in depth research

because it's just very important

because what what I see a lot of people doing

if we go to avatars for example

we all know avatars is doing well right now

uh people have an idea right

maybe they wanna do let's say for example

you know a cooking channel with an Italian chef right

they have that idea

but they're not thorough with the research

so what they end up doing is

they think this channel is gonna do well uh

and then later on like a month afterwards

they find that there's already five channels

doing the same thing

because they haven't done like enough research right

so it's important that you are very

very thorough and you're making sure that the lane

you're entering in

and the angle that you're entering in is like open

right like it's there for you to

to to be in

it's there for you to compete uh

so yeah I

I just always encourage students to be like very

very thorough with that

and I have one more question

uh so

I bent these two uh

and I came up with these ideas and right now uh

what is the next step

because Andrew told me that I have to search in YouTube

we search it in YouTube I don't know in

because you have to remember that when you're cooking

one other thing is not to lay off too many tasks to AI

information you learn from the course

because then it's like

the equivalent of a kid being handed homework

the kid goes home takes a picture of the homework

gives it to chat GPT and says

chat GPT do homework for me

and then you just don't learn shit

you just like you remain stupid

because

you haven't actually practiced any of the skills that

and he's literally like teaching you right

because you have to you have to teach yourself

you can't just give it to AI

because you don't learn anything

so that's one other thing I

I will say but like the titles are good

I'm just you know

making you aware of like

some mistakes that I see other students make

when it comes to to titles and I don't want you to

to make that same mistake either
