has plagiarized
another student's work?

Well, typically when a
student hands in a paper,

we scan that paper
through a program

comparing it to other works,

both professional and
student submitted documents.

If more than a certain
percentage is determined

to be from other works,
it is then flagged.

After that, the professor,

which is me,
personally checks it.

- What's the program?

- Most universities
in our network

use a program called Grapevine.

- And what do you do next

if you determine that
it is plagiarized?

- Then I have a private
meeting with the student

and the university
gets involved.

- Typically, not that often.

But when it does, it
