As it was designed by Jah who is my creator
Who sent me here... to help
to alleviate, the Shitstem. The dirt, the filth and corruption
that my people have been inoculated with
It is only my duty to teach those who will learn
That's the beginning of my days, at war
World War I
with the Devil.
It's only the truth that can make a man free.
It's only the truth that can make a man live.
The truth has been branded outlawed and illegal
It is dangerous to have the truth in your possession
You can be found guilty and sentenced to death
So irrespective of what men want to invent
or try to imitate, because they cannot create, you no see
they only try to invent, and researching and discovering destruction
but you know, so it was, so shall it be and these are the last days.
Reggae superstar Peter Tosh and another man known as Doctor
were shot dead, at the singers Plymouth Avenue home at about 20.30 last night
five other persons including radio JBC-dj Free-I were shot and wounded
according to the P.I.C. three gunmen travelling on motorcycles
went to Tosh's residence and demanded money
Tosh and his guests were shot when they refused
the gunmen escaped. The police have launched
a top level investigation into the killing.
I know that Peter had been loved by everybody apparently
so I didn't believe that anybody would do that to him
I wasn't looking for him to die that way
I say maybe you would die in a car crash, I know that he drive very fast
I wasn't looking for him to die by a gun shot
Nothing was really firmly established accept the motive of robbery
You know, rumors were fairly rife
Well the youth involved, was in one incident in which policemen stopped them
he had a weapon on him, Peter took her up
and when they got to the police station the table got reversed
he came out feeling bitter he'd sacrificed himself for Peter without compensation
He said to me one day, he was told, that the security forces are out to get him
he would be shot on the spot and he said...
he knows that, but he's not afraid to speak the truth, to die for the truth
I wasn't surprised when he died I knew that this was coming
There must be, there has always been the other side of the story
there are three sides to the story. Your side, my side, and the side of the truth
and most of the time, everybody tries to pull the side of the truth to their side
and the truth is standing right there, by itself.
And everybody is trying to pull the side of the truth to their side.
I came from a poor family
who financially wasn't capable to give me a proper schooling
or a proper education in no level
But at the same time, my ambition and determination, my hopes and aspiration
and my inner concept of creativity that was born in me
showed me to help myself, and I did.
In this society, I am classified as illegitimate
but that does not make me lose faith within myself
Because my mother was not married to my father
Because of unfavourable financial conditions
my mother wasn't able to grow me under her own nature and admonition
Yes, this is the street where Peter and I grew up, from the age of six
we grew up here with my uncle, Euriah Campbell
He was very strict, when it comes to church
we had to go to church twice on sundays plus every other night during the week
When I was about seven years old
I cannot forget when the Devil tried to blind me, with barbed wire
I heard my parents call
running very fast
I clashed with the wire.
Two barbs, could be three or more
stopped in my eye lid, right on the surface of my eyeball
I wiped the blood from my eyes, I looked into a mirror
and I saw where my two eye lids were slit open
open so wide I could see through them
That was one of the first major...
pit of destruction, that the Devil dug before my feet
So I would not see the ills, the corruption, the filth, the shit...
the destruction, the lies, the hypocrisy and the order of today.
My times, when I came to the planet, in the forties
the black people, would be recognized as nobodies
I had never seen a black lawyer, a black judge
a black preacher.
We become like sheep without shepherd
children without parents, students without teachers
Born in the conflict of poverty
all we had, was nothing.
But because of the divine spirit that we was born and raised with
it teaches us to multiply nothing with nothing and get something
zero with zero and get one.
I never know that he could play, so quick
until the school teacher tell me, that he can play the piano
That was where we realized that he had an inclination for music.
He used to be in the singing groups, the choir.
Yes he used to sing, from he was about four years old
and collect moneys
In that time it was shilling-days, people gave him a shilling for he could sing
but he used to sing Christian songs. - Then they started to teach me
of the Devil, and the Satan, and the Hell
they teach me of the Christians
but they make sure they teach me that Jesus, son of God, is a white man
When I ask why am I black, they say
I was born in sin and shaped in iniquity
One of the main songs they used to sing in church, that makes me sick
Lord wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
In my search I heard of the name God
I go to church and they say: God made man
of his own likeness and image.
If I make a doll, in my image
it is quite obvious, that the doll must look like me.
Yet still, I am faced with the ignorance
lost into fantasy
seeking to find the reality of what they taught me, of this illusion of God
I didn't like the blood business
I hate blood
And everytime I hear them talk about the blood of Jesus
I imagine, how much of my blood they would like to see shed
Because of them shed up Jesus blood so imagine, how praise him.
All of these things came down to what the black man could draw on
and what he came back to draw on, was a sense of himself through religion
a sense of expressing cultural assertion
in an environment where the black man culture was continual being suppressed
So he in a sense, fell back on religion and symbolism as a mode of survival
The church thing, he manipulated and assimilated, it didn't mean much to him
As a way of convincing the slave master that he was now civilized
could deal with the idiom, and master it hence his attempt to translate that
into musical forms that mystified the white man, and blew his mind.
My words is the truth and the truth causes offence
and I don't care what men want to say about me
because, without the truth there is no consciousness.
I was singing at the age of two.
When I was five, I made my first guitar.
I was learning piano music at the age of thirteen.
And if I only had the opportunity, of having my own professional instrument
I would bring the songs that angels sung.
When I came into the city of Killsome which is called Kingston.
It's the first time of me being on my own.
Leaving, under my parents jurisdiction
It was a new era in my life
A whole new page turned over
Because this was totally different from what I grew up with in the country
The most dangerous things I've ever heard or see in my life
is when I find myself, in Trenchtown.
I see many people, many youths in general
become victims of the Shitstem.
I see them die, I hear them cry
All the pain, the agony they bear.
Many I see die
because of impatience.
I see many get frustrated, hallucinated,
kinky, crack, nuts, crazy, walking out of themselves
lost into fantasies, seeking to find the reality.
And I see myself in the same similar Shituation.
I grew up with Peter. He used to bathe me, comb my hair
Because he was the oldest one of the family at the time
And he gave me... He says to me
That I shouldn't worry, and he's here to protect me.
I was attacked by evil forces, seen
Spiritual evil forces, that caused my mouth to cease from function
Caused my hands and legs to cease from moving
it's only my mind that was in function and my two eyes.
And I was on the brink of what you call, Death.
It started with him... when he came to live with us, Peter was in his teens.
I was wondering if I was paralysed.
At that moment, it caused me to make some inner communication
because that was the last resort.
So I made some inner communication and that caused me...
to get more confidence that there is a creator that dwells within man, seen
so I begin to ask him this question: What must I do?
I said what must I do, just lie there dead so and tomorrow I'm dead?
The spirit say, just say move your Bomboklaat
It say, don't hesitate you're on the countdown
In the countdown, it's like I heard 3... 2... and when 1... I was gonna say
Move your... BOMBOKLAAT! It just fly out like, BOMBOKLAAT!
Immediately, every spell was released.
In Jamaica, using the word Bomboklaat, it's like...
Using the F-word here in America
Bombo Blood Klaat, that's why these guys said these things in decent language
so that them can release their Vampires on you
and if you don't have that spiritual communication and counteraction
you go to heaven with your big-toe's jive.
The ghetto, it's the art of the Jamaican ghetto, right? And the jamaican ghetto
I don't know if the ghetto is the same all over the world, but in Jamaica
there's nothing there. We're talking about dirt, and dust
It's like each one have to help one another, every man for himself
The only thing we have that's for everyone is the inspiration of the Almighty God.
Bob, Bunny and Peter is more than just a band of musicians.
Them live and trod, like brothers you know, blood brothers.
You have feh overstand seh, Peter Tosh son, seh Andrew Tosh
Andrew must also call Bunny, uncle, Andrew's mother is Bunny's sister
And Bob's sister Pearl, is Bunny's sister, also.
So them tie up familywise you know what I mean
It wasn't just youths playing music, them live music.
When they first went to Coxsone they observed some professional efforts
But the were not professionals. They told them to stay with me.
But the Wailers was, that in my opinion, I needed to convey in them the ability
for each person to be able, to account for himself, in a Wailing form.
Because to be a Wailer, you have to cry, seen.
Because that is what it means, to go through troubles, temptation, seen
Humiliation and aggravation, police brutality
How much of them, ever go through that? How much of them, ever been to jail?
How much of them, ever been humiliated? How much of them, ever been executed?
He was the man with the guitar.
He was the one who would insist
on the harmony pattern, right, the melody.
Bob, Bunny, other persons
would come with melody and lyric but the person who would strum out
those initial chords, was Peter.
The government was totally against the Rastaman's presence.
The society had teach the people to hate and ignore the Rastaman.
Talking about fear. Fear was only one of the way...
of trying to eliminate the Lion from the society.
But that was one of the weapons that they tried to make HIM destroy himself with
There was many other ways and plots.
And when I investigated the fact I found: This black heart man, was the Rastaman.
The man of peace, the man of love, and tranquility within his heart.
The man that teaches good to his people, teach them to love each other.
I don't eat fish because I can't afford to take a life to save a life
Because the fish love him life just like how I love mine.
The man that was so humble. Sometimes, I feel embarrassed to see how humble.
He would smoke the Herb of the earth
And he smoked until his eyes become as red as a flaming fire.
But even though, as his eyes would be so red
from his mouth cometh the words of wisdom, that would be so uplifting.
I was raised in the society of poverty
where I saw the innocent being humiliated, daily, dying for being poor
so poverty, was a part of the crime in our society.
Poverty was designed and designated by bureaucrats and politicians.
And leaders of churches and states.
To see to it, that the Rastaman stay
in the category, of poverty, and want, and the needs
so he will break down, and start to commit crime.
But then again, when I look around me in Trenchtown
all I see was poor ambitious people.
Who had the ambition, and the integrity
and the defining qualities some times, and dignity of a million year.
I think that Bob Marley being a...
son of a white man and his mother being black. And Chris Blackwell was a Jamaican
I think there is a connection there. Between black and white
and I think Blackwell realized this. Because Bob Marley is equality to the
white man as he is to the black man. He is like a...
striking emblem of unity, which is necessary.
But I don't think Chris Blackwell used it in that form.
We know those Satans and those Devils they have been there for a long time
and I am sick and tired of their bullshit they are trying to create conflict
what they are trying to create between us is Superstars, seen?
and divide us, and make us look like we are rivals.
Bob Marley was my student, seen?
He was always my student, from the first moment he put his finger on a guitar
we were a group together, one went one way, two went the other way.
When I left the group, there are people who say that I am in conflict with Bob
or some kind of madness. Which is not a matter of being in conflict with Bob
but in conflict with the Shituation that I live in all my life, approximately
And it definites my character, belittles my authority, underestimate my abillity
and me couldn't stomach that for another twelve years.
Bob Ras. So can you imagine where I was at?
I had was to have faith
both in myself and the Almighty and ask him
to cool the tempest
so that I may be able, to ride safely
and accomplish my mission.
This! Was created by the Creator.
It has spiritual, botanical ingredients. It's a Tetrahydrocannabinol
it's anti-Fungus, anti-Virus, anti-Trichinosis and antidote.
We struggled to make the first record without any money and...
it took...
almost two years to make this one record, and find a record deal
and things kept falling through and not happening, for one reason or another
people were afraid of Peter, and didn't know how to deal with him.
And Jah created it for the motivation of the mind of man
to relax the mind of man, and is to do everything pertaining
to the upliftment of the mind of man to motivate inspiration.
What kind do you prefer specifically?
Sensimillia, man.
Long spread and king spread, the thing them call good shit.
A theory say if Herb were legalized, Jamaica would become an outlaw agronomy.
- Bullshit! - You think so?
Herb is being sold in Jamaica, nine out of ten people in Jamaica smoke Herb
so it don't turn outlaw, brother.
What I mean is, that there's this whole United Nations thing.
Fuck the United Nations! If Herb was a thing growing in the Bloodklaat U.N.
You think Jamaica could tell the U.N. what to do?
Light up your spliff, light up your chalice
Come make we burn it in a Buk-In-Hamm Palace
Give me some paper, give me some Rizla
Come make we chase away all those Vampires.
Light up the spliff, light up the chalice
come make we run away all those Vampires.
He didn't necessarily pick up arms. But his arms was his lyrics.
Well, the police wanted to get him, I heard alot of policemen say, hey...
- Virtually I like to take this man down - Him run afall with the law many times
In Jamaica once, he was brutalized by the police.
Out of one spliff, was almost beaten to death.
It was like I was born in South Africa
Because the environment I was born in. The philosophy that they preaches...
inoculates the youth, African youths, with inferiority complex.
In as much as I was taught that: When you're white, you're perfectly right
when you're brown, you can stick around
but if you're black, stay in the back.
Every morning, going to school
my grand-aunt used to wake me up
and she would almost wanted me to comb my hair
and if I was even combing my hair, for fifteen hours
when I finish, it would be the same.
And they would always curse and say
Natty bad head bwai. (bad bwai: bad boy, criminal)
I've been through World War I
and I am going though World War II
This is Jamaica, a lush, tropical paradise with rich land
unemployment is more than 30 percent and it's getting worse each day...
violence has broken out, tanks patrol the trouble spots
where in the past several months at least 22 have been killed
in shootings associated with the elections this fall.
And now Jamaica is headed into another election campaign
with prime minister Manley's National Party, against Seaga's Labour Party
The average Jamaican is desperately trying to make it through each week
Worse! Can't be worse, any worse than this is dead.
People are so frightened of sudden terrorist attacks
that they have lifted the street gratings so cars can't get by.
Unidentified gunmen have repeatedly attacked this neighbourhood.
This is a situation where the leaders of the so called gangs, in the ghettos
they came together and they saw it that instead of fighting each others
killing off brothers and sisters, they would call a peace truce, with a concert
They decided to, have Bob Marley headline the festival.
Peter couldn't understand what they mean by peace
because his terminology for peace was so different from how other people saw it.
More people died from the peace treaty being signed, till this time now.
Yes, I made that speech because
there I saw the minister of opposition and the prime minister.
He was not a recording artist, coming in to record a few songs
He's a guy coming in with his message. He's living his message.
He is living his image, he is his image and he is his message.
I've been brutalized by police. Not because I'm a criminal
or doing subversive things within the society.
but they know that I speak the truth and that is destructive to lies and corruption
Is there a connection between the speech at the One Love concert and...
the incident when you were brutalized? - Yes man I know it's a direct connection
Them chuck me in a corner and just went for all weapons of destruction
and just moved towards me, about 8 to 10 guys
I don't mean 2 guys, 2 guys couldn't do that, 4 guys couldn't do that Bloodklaat
8 to 10 guys hit me in the head with weapons of destruction
In the station, closed the door chased away the people
- Uniformed and plain clothes? - They were plain clothes police.
...I was beaten in my head with baton for about an hour and a half
and when I found out that these guys intention was to kill, seen
what I had to do, was just play dead.
And they say: Yes, he is dead.
So, they got in contact with me, who was Earl McGrath, of the Rolling Stones...
and Mick came to Jamaica. - At the One Love?
At the peace concert. The peace Blood- klaat concert, the One Love wasn't there
My performance, Mick liked it. We talked some business that looked progressive
I remember the first show we played in Philadelphia.
120.000 people I think, and there is this small group from Jamaica
I-n-I remember I went down on the stage the day, and looked in the audience
and all the blond hair and you know, the whole place was just filled.
people were throwing things on us
there was a bottle coming at me, and Peter stretched his hand and catched it.
Peter just go up to the mike and said: What the Bomboklaat going on?
Baas, 250.000 people I think. Quiet, quiet...
you could drop a pin and you couldn't hear it
and we just go through the set, quiet, and then come off.
And the Stones were introduced
I mean, suddenly it's like a million balloons are let loose
and the whole stadium gets up
and the Rolling Stones are on stage, and we say; this is what rock-n-roll is about
We have 10 concerts. - Did you bring your own band or?
I have my own band, no one can back I
- ...Stevie Wonder did that you know. - And Peter Wonder going through it now.
It was again another contract Peter had signed but didn't oblige all the clauses
He has his own way of doing record deals, you know.
I know the potential of my music and my music must be played and respected
the way any other white bullshit is, that's not culturally or morally uplifting
If the society is not to deal with moral upliftment, just let me know
and let me fuck off, because I will go to Africa and to the Far East...
and Japan and China where people are more culturally and morally awakened.
He wasn't understood by those who tried to interpret his message
and this creates infinite complications the Prophet is deeper than his time.
The sheep, all sheep of the fold has scattered themselves
and everyone is suffering from this grating called Ego.
Everybody is busy involving his Self.
The respect of humanity has been lost No man respect his fellow man again
But this time the truth shall swim like waters cover the sea.
And only righteousness can exalt a nation.
If it wasn't Bob Marley it wasn't Reggae So Peter must have had, hard work to...
break his Reggae, to the world.
Bob Marley was presented with the Order of Merit, the 2nd highest honour.
When Bob died, they called me to announce it to the radio stations.
But because of the closeness of Peter and Bob, and Bunny
I said to myself, let me call Peter first.
So I called him, I said, I'm calling you first to tell you Bob has died.
So him sad so...
If it so, just so. At least it leave a little space for all of us to go through
The truth is I was born with fear
lots of fear, for the evil that exists around the 360 degrees.
But there is something within me, that was born inside of me
that was called determination
and I know it has more power than fear.
Why do you think that a militant artist propose as a threat, to these people?
Because their works are corruption Where there's corruption must be eruption
And irrespective of what bureaucrats are promising the people, and the politicians
and telling them what they are doing, and think of doing, and promising good
but doing the most dangerous evil.
and all I've been seeing is that. I've been seeing from a youth growing up.
all this promises, all comfortable promises, for a thousand years
and a generation come, a generation go. And no promises accomplished.
Peter and Free-I had something in common. Which was they believed in this, see...
the blackness, see... the uprising...
the uplifting of black people
and black consciousness levels.
Free-I had now, put in an application
to get control of JBC Radio One
Free-I was almost certain, as they had decided, not to give it to a foreigner
And he was backed by Peter in all of this
In terms of structuring it along Rasta.
Black, that was the emphasis, that was the music played.
But the teachings of black people, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King.
The government was in a dilemma, they didn't want to give it to Free-I and Peter
they would prefer to give it to somebody else.
Jamaican society is not really ready
to have Rastafari be so projected, on such a serious medium.
Listen!
This one...
is brand new, from the new album: Mama Africa.
And this one is called: Not Gonna Give It Up.
He became over... overzealous.
His spirituality actually, overtook him. And he knew that there had to be...
like a Satan... going around at. Who always want to devour Gods people.
It's not a Michael Jackson Bomboklaat element, and the next one, Prince element
and them kind of little, bip-bap-Bomboklaat element
It's too... Why you say it? Why you say? It's too black for them?
And when I get so fucking upset, I don't bother talk English Bomboklaat grammar
Because them thing that get me very Bomboklaat upset, seen
And all the cause... You know why?
I'm not singing: Darling I Bloodklaat love you, and come shake my Ras and...
I will swim the ocean and climb the mountain. And that not going change me
I am going to kill the fuckrey out there and people will be in demand for the truth
People is sick and tired of hearing Bomboklaat get down, shake your booty
and darling I Bloodklaat love you, you turn on the fucking radio 24 hours a day
you hear, darling I love you. A man wouldn't sing to the Almighty a Rasklaat
him love him woman more than the Creator who create the sun, the moon and the stars
Are you sick and tired of hearing that Bombo Bloodklaat, seen!
Well, he had an answer
Around about '84 that it was dicovered, he came off the road.
Before he went to Africa he came to me saying he can't sing no more
so he wanted to go to Africa, you know, to clean up the act.
So one of the things he told me was, of being very impressed with...
the magical and mystical powers of the medicine men he met there.
especially one gentleman who introduced him to... roots
which if used in a particular way and taken on a particular day...
with the sun in a particular direction.
You would magically have the power to change your form
He told me quite convincingly that this African Doctor took the roots...
transformed himself into a tiger, into a serpent, and then back into man.
And he told us that, Peter would have to make a sacrifice, when back in Jamaica
and then Peter wanted something that... you know, this is true
Peter wanted something that could protect him from bullets.
Living in a small country like Jamaica, with everything there, good and bad.
you are confused of thinking what is what
and sometimes you are, the Bible tell you that
That you must be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove.
And that means, you protect yourself because there is elements out there, evil
But being a Rastafari, you don't have to think about this when you're a Rasta.
She was someone within his household within his life, whatever
who was taking care of him. Because of him.
and handling his affairs, because of a personal relationship
she wasn't doing it for personal gain
she was doing it for both of them, because they had become one.
I know there was something wrong, and he said to me something on the phone
that really bothers me, up till now.
Because he has a fear, serious fear, all the time that someone was out to hurt him
Like it was a different Peter now, the duppy part of Peter
she awoke now, this whole duppy part
you know Peter was a man who was always speaking about ghosts
you want a story from Peter about a normal day, Peter fills it ghost stories
I would look out for Peter, and don't care who you are...
if I see you are bad news for Peter I said to you, get out of my life.
Long Bomboklaat time they've been robbing Peter to pay Paul
and I experiencing too much of that and they just wants me to keep on working...
All the days of my life, and when you're done working you end up at the doctor
I am not into that Bomboklaat, I'm not here to live up to no man expectation
People feeding me shit here, and think it been enjoying me, I can't take that.
This is the last year of me being treated that way, seen.
And it's only a pity that the few friends that I have out here
won't be seeing me here in the western hemisphere, I'm tired of being of use
You should consider working for an independent label, they are plugged in...
I was in close confrontation with the Devils
I could see them face to face.
I see them feed upon their brothers flesh
like the fowls of the air, feed upon the dead meat of the earth
I see everything that is deadly upon creation, invented
arranged to assassinate those, who speak the truth.
This business has a long reputation, of like...
guys who are bad, and sometimes they like to hang on to artists.
I spoke to him after the thing happen, I say: Why you kill Peter, man?
You know, I did the jail
And he says: I don't kill Peter, man. Peter give me the bed I sleep on...
the shoes I have on did Peter buy, who did you call killed Peter?
A man that knowed kind of how correct he was
Because a man that spent 13 years in prison for killing cops...
that's not an easy guy.
Well, he would tell you that he wasn't there
Well if he wasn't there, I never got shot.
Men, they didn't even have on masks that night.
It seem they came on a robbery, but I noticed, they didn't really took anything
that make me up for wonder, if it was really robbery they came on
The guy let him in as a friend, Michael, as Michael know him as Peter's friend
I see them bringing... pulling guns out of them side, you know.
They put the gun up my neck and told me to go upstairs.
We went upstairs, entered the livingroom where Peter and Marlene...
and Santa and Doc was there, watching television.
I saw Michael coming upstairs, with his eye tear open
Then I start looking behind Michael, and notice, I see three other men...
So when I look I saw them pull three guns and said to us, to lie belly down
So all we did was to do what they said and we all went down bellied.
At first I thought it was a joke.
I thought it was a joke because we are friends and play around sometimes.
Well at first I was shocked.
The first thing come to my mind was, I thought it was policemen, judging...
how they were dressed, they were smooth and clean-cut, no ghetto looking...
Everybody was laying down, I was still sitting...
then one of the guy came to me and say: Hey Dread, you fe go along too you know.
I just start praying.
And Leppo start asking about money.
Marlene was the first one to reply, immediately he said, she must shut up
because she was the cause of all this. - Here, another spot of that night...
the bloodstain, this is Doc Brown's bloodstain.
Over here you can see another stain, which is Peter's bloodstain.
It was an eery feeling.
The house just looked, I don't know...
I guess you call it woman's ...whatever, intuition.
But I said, after he knocked twice. With no response and I heard Marlenes voice
We couldn't figure out exactly what she was saying.
Telling them to run, don't come.
So I told them to run and one of the guy said: Shut up or I shut your name out...
Now as we got up the stairs, we saw everybody on the floor
and there these two guys walking around with guns.
He start to, looking around in the kitchen and he discovered a machete
and he came back and said to Peter: give us the money or I chop off your head
and he went up to Peter and raised his hand to chop off...
Marlene jumped up and jumped before him and said, you can't chop off my man head
One of the guy, said to Peter that; tonight you going dead there.
You could see that man, like they was really high, boozed up or some drugs.
If you looked up, they say; put your head down, why you look up for?
like I said I got gun butted just trying to see what happened to Free-I
The last thing I can remember, Peter saying to them is:
I have no money. I really have no money in the house.
This is what I heard, OK?
I never heard any arguments about any deals that never got payed for.
Reggae superstar Peter Tosh and another man known as Doctor

At the National Arena in the capital Kingston
the Jamaican people mourn the loss, of their Reggae superstar, Peter Tosh
It's not something that you can ever erase out of your mind
and I thought more than this, to get over this, is come back to this house
live in to it, and face it.
You see a friend face, you don't see his heart, so it's like...
anything can happen.
When he was very small, him was a baby. He always cry alot.
when them call me saying your baby cry I said let him cry, I want him to sing.
but I never know, he was going to be that singer.
When I look into the wide blue ocean...
I see the truth.
When I look up in the skies, the unfathomed ever skies...
I see the truth.
When I fill my lungs with fresh air...
I feel the truth.
It's only the truth that can make a man free.
It's only the truth that can make a man live.
Every form of victimization is universal not only in Jamaica.
because I live in Jamaica and see many youths become victims of the Shitstem
The Father gives me the inspiration to sing the music, because...
He said, I call upon the singers and the players of instruments...
That means I am here to play the music and to communicate with the Father...
so I can be inspired to make music, to awaken the slumbering mentality.
