I've been trying to tell this story for
a long time.

I've had some of the scenes a dozen
different times.

The times that I've told it to friends
as something that I wanted to do, I've

come home and tried to get it down, get
to work on it.

about whatever they darn well pleased

and wouldn't have any part of what I
wanted them to say.

I take off a glove and extend my soft
